进一步地,所述第一外壳和所述第二外壳内还分别设有固定部,用于在所述柔性显示屏展开时,共同锁紧所述柔性显示屏,使所述柔性显示屏保持展开状态,在所述柔性显示屏卷曲时,共同解锁所述柔性显示屏,使所述柔性显示屏的两端分别卷曲在所述第一外壳和第二外壳内。
进一步地,所述第一外壳和所述第二外壳上还分别设有控制按钮,所述控制按钮与对应的固定部连接,用于控制对应的固定部锁紧或解锁所述柔性显示屏。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果为:柔性显示屏包括多组柔性膜层,且每组柔性膜层对应一个第一卷轴,以在柔性显示屏处于卷曲状态时,每组柔性膜层独立卷曲在其对应的第一卷轴上,避免所有膜层卷曲在同一卷轴上,从而减少每一卷轴上的膜层厚度,减少每一卷轴上的膜层应力,避免柔性显示屏在卷曲时导致膜层分离、凸起形变、断裂的问题,有效提升柔性显示屏的卷曲能力。

参见图1,是本发明实施例提供的柔性显示装置的结构示意图。
如图1所示,本实施例提供的柔性显示装置包括柔性显示屏1和多个第一卷轴2,所述柔性显示屏1包括多组柔性膜层11,且多组柔性膜层11与多个第一卷轴1一一对应地设置。其中,柔性显示屏1中的柔性膜层可以分为两组、三组或更多组,每组柔性膜层的总厚度尽量相近。多组柔性膜层11之间相互独立,即不通过粘着剂粘结在一起。
具体地,每组柔性膜层11的一端与其对应的第一卷轴2连接,在柔性显示屏1卷曲时,每一第一卷轴2通过自转带动其对应的柔性膜层卷曲,在柔性显示屏1处于卷曲状态时,每组柔性膜层11卷曲在其对应的第一卷轴2上,如图2所示;在柔性显示屏1展开时,每一第一卷轴2通过反向自转带动其对应的柔性膜层展开,在柔性显示屏1处于展开状态时,所有柔性膜层重叠,共同构成柔性显示屏1,如图1所示。其中,第一卷轴2可以沿顺时针旋转,也可以沿逆时针旋转,不同第一卷轴2的旋转方向可以相同也可以不同,在此不做具体限定。
本实施例将柔性显示屏中的柔性膜层分为多组分别独立卷曲,以减少膜层的卷曲厚度,进而减少单组膜层的应力,避免所有膜层一起卷曲时导致的膜层分离、凸起形变、断裂等问题,有效提高柔性显示屏的卷曲能力。
在一个实施方式中,如图1所示,多个第一卷轴2平行设置,且在柔性显示屏1处于展开状态时,多个第一卷轴2位于柔性显示屏1的同一侧,每一第一卷轴2的长度与其对应的一组柔性膜层11的宽度相同,每组柔性膜层11的宽度为每组柔性膜层11连接第一卷轴2的一侧的长度。在柔性显示屏1处于卷曲状态时,所有柔性膜层卷曲在同一侧。
进一步地,如图1或图2所示,所述柔性显示装置还包括第一外壳3,所述第一卷轴2设置在所述第一外壳3内;所述第一外壳3上设有与所述柔性显示屏1相匹配的第一开口31,以使所述柔性显示屏1在卷曲时经所述第一开口31卷曲在所述第一外壳3内。
需要说明的是,第一外壳3的形状可以为长方体,多个第一卷轴2并列设置在第一外壳3内,且第一开口31设置在第一外壳3的与多个第一卷轴2所在平面相平行的一侧。第一开口31的形状和大小与柔性显示屏1的纵截面的形状和大小相匹配,即柔性显示屏1可以穿过第一开口31。如图1所示,每组柔性膜层11的一端与其对应的第一卷轴2固定连接,在柔性显示屏1展开时,每组柔性膜层11的另一端穿过第一开口31并拉伸,以使每组柔性膜层11展开在第一外壳3外;在柔性显示屏1卷曲时,每组柔性膜层11通过第一开口31卷曲在第一外壳3内相应的第一卷轴2上。
进一步地,如图1所示,所述柔性显示装置还包括手持部4,每组柔性膜层11远离所述第一卷轴2的一端与所述手持部4连接;所述手持部4在所述第一外壳3上的正投影大于所述第一开口31在所述第一外壳3上的正投影,以在所述柔性显示屏1处于卷曲状态时,所述手持部4位于所述第一外壳3外,如图2所示。
需要说明的是,在柔性显示屏1处于展开状态时,第一卷轴2与手持部4位于柔性显示屏1的相对两侧,每组柔性膜层11与手持部4连接,以通过手持部4带动所有柔性膜层11卷曲或展开。手持部4可以呈条状,且手持部4的长度与柔性显示屏1的宽度相同,柔性显示屏1的宽度为柔性显示屏连接手持部的一侧的长度。手持部4的与第一开口31平行方向上的截面面积大于第一开口31的面积,以在柔性显示屏1卷曲时,每组柔性膜层11穿过第一开口31卷曲在第一外壳3内相应的第一卷轴2上,而手持部4无法穿过第一开口31,留在第一外壳3外,用户可通过手持部4拉伸柔性显示屏1,如图2所示。
进一步地,所述第一外壳3内还设有固定部(图中未示出),用于在所述柔性显示屏1展开时,锁紧所述柔性显示屏1,使所述柔性显示屏1保持展开状态,在所述柔性显示屏1卷曲时,解锁所述柔性显示屏1,使所述柔性显示屏1卷曲在所述第一外壳3内。
需要说明的是,各组柔性膜层11之间未通过粘着剂粘结,因此在柔性显示屏1处于展开状态时,通过固定部将不同组柔性膜层11相对固定,以保持展开状态,共同构成柔性显示屏进行显示;在柔性显示屏1卷曲时,固定部松开对各组柔性膜层11的固定,使各组柔性膜层11卷曲在其对应的第一卷轴2上。
进一步地,如图1所示,所述第一外壳3上还设有控制按钮5,所述控制按钮5与所述固定部连接,用于控制所述固定部锁紧或解锁所述柔性显示屏1。
需要说明的是,控制按钮5设置在第一外壳3的外侧,用户通过手持部4拉伸柔性显示屏1,使柔性显示屏1处于展开状态时,按下控制按钮5,以控制固定部锁紧柔性显示屏1,使柔性显示屏1保持展开状态。在需要卷曲柔性显示屏1时,用户按下控制按钮5,以控制固定部解锁柔性显示屏1,使柔性显示屏1卷曲在第一外壳3中。
在另一个实施方式中,如图3所示,所述柔性显示装置还包括与所述多组柔性膜层11一一对应的第二卷轴6;每组柔性膜层11远离所述第一卷轴2的一端与其对应的第二卷轴6连接,以在所述柔性显示屏1处于卷曲状态时,每组柔性膜层11的两端分别卷曲在其对应的第一卷轴2和第二卷轴6上,如图4所示。
其中,多个第一卷轴2平行设置且位于一列,多个第二卷轴6平行设置且位于一列,每一第一卷轴2和第二卷轴6的长度与其对应的一组柔性膜层11的宽度相同。在柔性显示屏1处于展开状态时,第一卷轴2与第二卷轴6分别位于柔性显示屏1的两端,且分别与柔性显示屏1的两端连接,以在柔性显示屏1卷曲时,第一卷轴2和第二卷轴6同时旋转,带动每组柔性膜层的两端同时卷曲。
进一步地,所述柔性显示装置还包括第一外壳3和第二外壳7,所述第一卷轴2设置在所述第一外壳3内,所述第二卷轴6设置在所述第二外壳7内;所述第一外壳3上设有与所述柔性显示屏1相匹配的第一开口(图中未示出),所述第二外壳7上设有与所述柔性显示屏1相匹配的第二开口(图中未示出),以在所述柔性显示屏1处于卷曲状态时,所述第一外壳3和所述第二外壳7相接触,所述柔性显示屏1的两端分别经所述第一开口和所述第二开口卷曲在所述第一外壳3和所述第二外壳7内。
需要说明的是,第一外壳3和第二外壳7的形状可以为长方体,多个第一卷轴2并列设置在第一外壳3内,多个第二卷轴6并列设置在第二外壳7内,第一开口设置在第一外壳3的与多个第一卷轴2所在平面相平行的一侧,第二开口设置在第二外壳7的与多个第二卷轴6所在平面相平行的一侧。第一开口的形状和大小与柔性显示屏1的纵截面的形状和大小相匹配,即柔性显示屏1可以穿过第一开口,同样,第二开口的形状和大小与柔性显示屏1的纵截面的形状和大小相匹配,即柔性显示屏1可以穿过第二开口。
每组柔性膜层11的两端分别穿过第一开口和第二开口与相应的第一卷轴2和第二卷轴6固定连接,在柔性显示屏1卷曲时,每组柔性膜层11分为两部分,分别穿过第一开口和第二开口卷曲在相应的第一卷轴2和第二卷轴6上,使第一外壳3与第二外壳7相接触;在柔性显示屏展开时,第一外壳3和第二外壳7分离,带动每组柔性膜层11向两侧拉伸,以使每组柔性膜层11展开在第一外壳3和第二外壳7之间。
进一步地,第一外壳3和第二外壳7内还分别设有固定部(图中未示出),两个固定部用于在所述柔性显示屏1展开时,锁紧所述柔性显示屏1,使所述柔性显示屏1保持展开状态,在所述柔性显示屏1卷曲时,解锁所述柔性显示屏1,使所述柔性显示屏1卷曲在所述第一外壳3和第二外壳7内。
进一步地,第一外壳3上还设有与其固定部连接的第一控制按钮(图中未示出),第二外壳7上还设有与其固定部连接的第二控制按钮(图中未示出),第一控制按钮和第二控制按钮分别用于控制其对应的固定部锁紧或解锁所述柔性显示屏1。
其中,第一控制按钮和第二控制按钮分别位于第一外壳3和第二外壳7外侧,用户通过第一外壳3和第二外壳7拉升柔性显示屏1,使柔性显示屏1处于展开状态时,按下第一控制按钮和第二控制按钮,以控制两个固定部锁紧柔性显示屏1,使柔性显示屏1保持展开状态。在需要卷曲柔性显示屏1时,用户按下第一控制按钮和第二控制按钮,以控制两个固定部解锁柔性显示屏1,使柔性显示屏1卷曲在第一外壳3和第二外壳7中。
具体地,所述柔性显示屏1包括背板保护层、显示面板、偏光片、触摸屏和保护膜层。柔性显示屏1可以分为两组柔性膜层、三组柔性膜层或更多组柔性膜层,每组柔性膜层的总厚度尽量相近。
在一个实施方式中,背板保护层、显示面板和偏光片共同构成第一组柔性膜层,其中,背板保护层、显示面板和偏光片通过光学胶贴合在一起,且背板保护层、显示面板和偏光片共同卷曲在相应卷轴上。触摸屏和保护膜层共同构成第二组柔性膜层,其中,触摸屏和保护膜层通过光学胶贴合在一起,且触摸屏和保护膜层共同卷曲在相应卷轴上。
在另一个实施方式中,背板保护层、显示面板和偏光片共同构成第一组柔性膜层,其中,背板保护层、显示面板和偏光片通过光学胶贴合在一起,且背板保护层、显示面板和偏光片共同卷曲在相应卷轴上。触摸屏构成第二组柔性膜层,且触摸屏单独卷曲在相应卷轴上。保护膜层构成第三组柔性膜层,且保护膜层单独卷曲在相应卷轴上。
由上述可知,本实施例提供的柔性显示装置,能够柔性显示屏包括多组柔性膜层,且每组柔性膜层对应一个第一卷轴,以在柔性显示屏处于卷曲状态时,每组柔性膜层独立卷曲在其对应的第一卷轴上,避免所有膜层卷曲在同一卷轴上,从而减少每一卷轴上的膜层厚度,减少每一卷轴上的膜层应力,避免柔性显示屏在卷曲时导致膜层分离、凸起形变、断裂的问题,有效提升柔性显示屏的卷曲能力。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种柔性显示装置,其中,包括柔性显示屏和多个第一卷轴,所述柔性显示屏包括与所述多个第一卷轴一一对应的多组柔性膜层;
    每组柔性膜层的一端与其对应的第一卷轴连接,以在所述柔性显示屏处于卷曲状态时,每组柔性膜层卷曲在其对应的第一卷轴上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示装置还包括与所述多组柔性膜层一一对应的第二卷轴;
    每组柔性膜层远离所述第一卷轴的一端与其对应的第二卷轴连接,以在所述柔性显示屏处于卷曲状态时,每组柔性膜层的两端分别卷曲在其对应的第一卷轴和第二卷轴上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其中,每组柔性膜层的厚度相同。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示屏包括背板保护层、显示面板、偏光片、触摸屏和保护膜层;
    所述显示面板和所述偏光片依次贴合在所述背板保护层上,共同构成一组柔性膜层;所述保护膜层贴合在所述触摸屏上,共同构成一组柔性膜层。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示屏包括背板保护层、显示面板、偏光片、触摸屏和保护膜层;
    所述显示面板和所述偏光片依次贴合在所述背板保护层上,共同构成一组柔性膜层;所述触摸屏构成一组柔性膜层;所述保护膜层构成一组柔性膜层。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示装置还包括第一外壳,所述第一卷轴设置在所述第一外壳内;
    所述第一外壳上设有与所述柔性显示屏相匹配的第一开口,以使所述柔性显示屏在卷曲时经所述第一开口卷曲在所述第一外壳内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示装置还包括手持部,每组柔性膜层远离所述第一卷轴的一端与所述手持部连接;
    所述手持部在所述第一外壳上的正投影大于所述第一开口在所述第一外壳上的正投影,以在所述柔性显示屏处于卷曲状态时,所述手持部位于所述第一外壳外。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述第一外壳内还设有固定部,用于在所述柔性显示屏展开时,锁紧所述柔性显示屏,使所述柔性显示屏保持展开状态,在所述柔性显示屏卷曲时,解锁所述柔性显示屏,使所述柔性显示屏卷曲在所述第一外壳内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述第一外壳上还设有控制按钮,所述控制按钮与所述固定部连接,用于控制所述固定部锁紧或解锁所述柔性显示屏。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示装置还包括第一外壳和第二外壳,所述第一卷轴设置在所述第一外壳内,所述第二卷轴设置在所述第二外壳内;
    所述第一外壳上设有与所述柔性显示屏相匹配的第一开口,所述第二外壳上设有与所述柔性显示屏相匹配的第二开口,以在所述柔性显示屏处于卷曲状态时,所述第一外壳和所述第二外壳相接触,所述柔性显示屏的两端分别经所述第一开口和所述第二开口卷曲在所述第一外壳和所述第二外壳内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述第一外壳和所述第二外壳内还分别设有固定部,用于在所述柔性显示屏展开时,共同锁紧所述柔性显示屏,使所述柔性显示屏保持展开状态,在所述柔性显示屏卷曲时,共同解锁所述柔性显示屏,使所述柔性显示屏的两端分别卷曲在所述第一外壳和第二外壳内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的柔性显示装置,其中,所述第一外壳和所述第二外壳上还分别设有控制按钮,所述控制按钮与对应的固定部连接,用于控制对应的固定部锁紧或解锁所述柔性显示屏。
