随着社会的高速发展,生活节奏快、工作压力大、自由支配时间少成为社会常态,如何解决工作、生活与健身的矛盾是当前亟待解决的课题。该发明秉承“随时健身”、“用碎片化时间健身”的理念,采用极简单极实用的设计思路,设计出一款结构简单、功能多样、灵巧便携、节省空间、适应范围广的便携式健身器材,可以利用碎片化时间在家庭、办公室、宿舍、户外进行随时随地的锻炼。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提用于的技术方案为:综合健身器,包括:训练板组件、龙门架组件、把手组件以及滑板组件,所述训练板组件包括框体和面板,所述框体由若干段单元框体活动连接,所述单元框体分别对应一块单元面板,所述框体两侧分别设置基座一,所述基座一内安装U形把手或者龙门架组件的支撑架;
所述基座一内安装U形把手时,所述基座一配合弹簧销一将U形把手锁紧;
所述基座一内安装支撑架时,所述框体两侧还设置活动基座二,所述活动基座二包括一端与框体侧边连接的基座板和垂直于基座板延伸方向的基座套管组成,所述框体侧边设有用于固定基座板的卡槽,所述支撑架由主支撑杆、防倾杆组成,所述防倾杆与主支撑杆下半部分连接,所述支撑架具有两个底脚,一个插入活动基座二中,另一个插入所述框体两侧的基座一,并且所述基座一配合弹簧销一将所述支撑架锁紧;
所述龙门架组件还包括定位杆、弹力装置、U形插杆、滑轮、钢丝绳,所述框体两侧基座一上的孔位分别连接弹力装置的一端,所述支撑架顶部通过弹簧销二和定位杆锁紧固定,所述U形插杆两端分别插入定位杆顶部,所述U形插杆顶部位置设置滑轮,所述钢丝绳跨过滑轮,一端连接拉杆,另一端连接弹力装置;
所述滑板组件包括可开合设置的下面板与上面板,所述下面板底部四角处设置脚轮一,所述滑板组件架设在所述训练板组件上方,所述训练板组件穿过所述脚轮一之间的间隔,所述滑板组件底面至脚轮一底部的高度大于所述训练板组件的厚度,使得所述滑板组件放置在训练板组件上方时其脚轮一可与地面接触,从而使得所述滑板组件与训练板组件可相对滑动。
作为改进,所述训练板组件中框体由两段单元框体活动连接,所述单元框体与其对应的单元面板为一个整体,所述单元框体与单元面板下表面之间分别形成收纳腔,所述面板下表面上设置附件固定装置,所述附件固定装置上配有可用于拆装的用于训练的的附件。
作为改进,所述单元框体侧边对应设置锁扣一,当框体折叠合起时,锁扣一相互连接扣合;
作为改进,所述单元框体两端的侧边上分别设置脚轮二和鼻扣一。
作为改进,所述滑板组件上面板上部设有数个把手的凹槽一,所述的凹槽一内插接把手组件一,所述上面板下部设有与其转动连接的角度支撑件,所述下面板上设有与角度支撑件对应的卡槽。
作为改进,所述把手组件一包括把手安装底座、设置于把手安装底座底部两端的把手固定插杆,以及两端通过把手支撑杆设置于把手安装底座上部的手柄,所述凹槽一按一定顺序排列于滑板组件上面板上,且相邻两凹槽一之间的间距与把手固定插杆之间的间距相等,使得把手组件一可更换在上面板上的安插位置。
作为改进,所述脚轮一一侧铰接有止动板,所述止动板包括止动连接板、与止动连接板垂直连接的止动底板;当止动底板转动至其底面与下面板底面重合时,所述脚轮一着地使滑板组件处于可移动状态;当止动底板转动至脚轮一下部时,所述脚轮一悬空使滑板组件处于固定状态。
作为改进,所述上面板靠近与下面板连接的一端向上设有与上面板垂直的挡板,所述挡板底部设有两个孔位。
作为改进,所述下面板、上面板为相对设置的腔体结构,所述下面板内部表面有附件固定装置,所述附件固定装置上固定有用于锻炼的附件。
作为改进,所述上面板两侧设有用于固定把手组件一的弹簧销锁扣一,所述上面板远离挡板的一端设有用于固定上面板和下面板的弹簧销锁扣二,所述下面板两侧还设有可伸缩鼻扣一。
作为改进,所述训练板组件中框体由四段单元框体活动连接,所述单元框体与其对应的单元面板为一个整体,位于训练板组件两端的单元面板上设有凹槽二以及与凹槽二配合的把手组件二,所述凹槽二、把手组件二与滑板组件中凹槽一、把手组件一结构相同,位于训练板组件两端的单元框体其侧边设有可相互扣接的训练板固定扣绳,所述训练板组件两端及两侧边设有可伸缩鼻扣二,所述训练板组件两侧还设有固定把手组件二的弹簧销锁扣三。
作为改进,四段所述单元框体包括结构相同的中部框体、设置于中部框体两端且结构相同的端部框体,所述中部框体相互连接的一端其顶部设有用于中部框体相对向上折叠的铰链,底部设有限制中部框体相对向上折叠的锁定件,所述锁定件交错设置于两个中部框体相邻底边上,所述锁定件中心贯穿设有锁定孔,所述锁定孔内可穿设有锁定轴,所述中部框体另一端底部分别设有用于端部框体向下折叠的合页。
作为改进,所述龙门架组件中定位杆上还设置若干高度调节孔,支撑架上的弹簧销二穿过高度调节孔将支撑架和定位杆锁紧固定。
采用以上结构后,本发明具有如下优点:本发明由训练板和把手或龙门架以及滑板组件共同组合而成,通过U型把手、龙门架及滑板组件的组合能得到不同的结构,训练板具有可折叠的结构,龙门架可以拆 卸成若干部件,便于整理、放置与收纳;训练板折叠后具有一定的收纳空间,可以将附件固定在收纳腔内,防止附件凌乱的摆放和遗失;训练板上的鼻扣、把手配合附件和滑板,能实现更多种类的训练;综上,本发明能够进行多种训练,功能多样、节约空间。本发明整合了目前多种行之有效的训练模式,并加以创新优化,能够完成超过100种运动,60多种肌肉训练模式,能够实现对颈肩部、胸背部,腰腹部及四肢各部位的全方位锻炼。满足全身大肌群刺激训练以及小肌群增强训练,涵盖了胸大肌加深训练、斜方肌背阔肌增厚训练、下背部力量耐力训练、股前股后肌群增肌训练,以及核心力量训练、动力链训练等。适合不同年龄和不同训练阶段人群对健身美体、医疗康复、体质提升等方面的需求。

作为本实施例较佳实施方案的是,所述龙门架组件中定位杆9上还设置若干高度调节孔33,支撑架5上的弹簧销二18穿过高度调节孔33将支撑架5和定位杆9锁紧固定。
在本实施例中,附件固定装置19包括弹簧压片、挂钩、卡扣、加强筋等,训练附件20包括弹力绳20.1、短握把20.2、长握把20.3、脚踝扣20.4、备用把手20.5,并且使用者可以根据具体情况设置、存放不同的附件。
实施例二
结合附图10,本实施例为训练板组件与U形把手组合安装的状态,本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于:
本实施例中不安装龙门架组件,所述基座一3内安装U形把手4,且所述基座一3配合弹簧销一7将U形把手4锁紧;
在实施例一、实施例二中,训练板组件的打开方法为:将两段单元框体1.1打开,在重力的作用下脚轮二21向两侧滑动,当滑动到框体1全部落地后,打开完成,并可根据实际使用情况在两段单元框体1.1的连接处设置旋转阻尼器,由于受到旋转阻尼器作用,面板脚轮22会慢慢向两侧滑动,增加展开更平稳。
收起方法为:调整U形把手4向前并与框体1平行,拧紧弹簧销一7,提起中间提绳,此时四个脚轮二21向中间移动,当两段单元框体1.1折起重叠后,锁紧锁扣,撤收完成,如图11所示。
实施例三
结合附图12,本实施例的训练板组件为四折训练板,本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于:
本实施例中,作为本实施例较佳实施方案的是,所述训练板组件中框体1由四段单元框体1.1活动连接,所述单元框体1.1与其对应的单元面板2.1为一个整体,位于训练板组件两端的单元面板2.1上设有凹槽二31以及与凹槽二31配合的把手组件二32,所述凹槽二31、把手组件二32与滑板组件中凹槽一23、把手组件一24结构相同,位于训练板组件两端的单元框体1.1其侧边设有可相互扣接的训练板固定扣绳34,训练板固定扣绳34用于面板折叠时固定,避免打开,所述训练板组件两端及两侧设有可伸缩鼻扣35,可伸缩鼻扣二35为收纳式的,用的时候可以拉出来,不用的时候可以缩进去,其拉伸出的结构与图5中显示的可伸缩鼻扣一38结构相同,所述训练板组件两侧还设有固定把手组件二32的弹簧销锁扣三37。

在实施例三中,训练板组件的打开方法为:将四段单元框体1.1按其连接处的铰链展开成完整平板即可;
收起方法为:将将四段单元框体1.1按其连接处的铰链折叠成方块板,将训练板组件两端单元框体上设置的训练板固定扣绳相互扣合即可,如附图13所示。
另外,本发明中的滑板组件可与训练板组件组合使用,也可以单独使用。
结合附图17-22,本发明的训练功能包括:
功能一:反向绳索下压
实施方法:面朝龙门架,双膝跪于面板,双手握住拉杆,双肘置于双肋两侧,然后以肘为轴小臂用力,上下运动。这一动作主要锻炼肱三头肌,如图17所示;
功能二:仰卧起坐
实施方法:展开训练板,调整到如图状态。仰卧于训练板,双脚勾住把手,即可做仰卧起坐,这一动 作主要锻炼腹部肌肉群,如图18所示;
功能三:站姿弹力绳侧平举
实施方法:取两根弹力绳并连接短握把,另一端分别挂于滑板组件两端鼻扣,即可完成此动作,这一动作主要锻炼三角肌、斜方肌。如图19所示;
功能四:拉筋板
实施方法,调整把手组件处于收纳状态,通过调节W型角度支撑杆将其与滑板组件下面板上的卡槽卡接,使滑板组件调整到一定角度,站立于滑板组件上面板上,即可完成该动作,这一动作可以帮助人体全身筋脉拉伸舒缓,如图20所示;
功能五:滑板辅助卷腹
实施方法:将滑板组件折叠,如图调整U形把手垂直与面板并向外呈“一”字型,滑板组件旋转全训练板上方,使滑板脚轮着地,双手握住U形把手,双脚勾住把手组件,即可完成该动作。这一动作主要锻炼腹部肌肉群和腿部肌肉群,如图21所示;
功能六:滑板辅助引体向上
实施方法,将滑板组件、龙门架组件安装于训练板上,使滑板组件处于收纳折叠状态,调整把手组件使得手柄露于滑板组件上面板,使滑板脚轮着地,双手握住龙门架组件顶部,双脚固定在把手组件下面,即可完成该动作,这一动作主要锻炼肱二头肌、肱三头肌、胸大肌等,如图22所示。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的综合健身器,其特征在于,所述训练板组件中框体(1)由两段单元框体(1.1)活动连接,所述单元框体(1.1)与其对应的单元面板(2.1)为一个整体,所述单元框体(1.1)与单元面板下表面之间分别形成收纳腔,所述面板(2)下表面上设置附件固定装置(19),所述附件固定装置(19)上配有可供拆装的用于训练的的附件(20)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的综合健身器,其特征在于,所述单元框体(1.1)侧边对应设置锁扣一(6),当框体折叠合起时,锁扣一(6)相互连接扣合。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的综合健身器,其特征在于,所述单元框体(1.1)两端的侧边上分别设置脚轮二(21)和鼻扣一(22)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的综合健身器,其特征在于,所述滑板组件上面板(16)上部设有数个把手的凹槽一(23),所述的凹槽一(23)内插接把手组件一(24),所述上面板(16)下部设有与其转动连接 的角度支撑件(25),所述下面板(15)上设有与角度支撑件(25)对应的卡槽(26)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的综合健身器,其特征在于,所述把手组件一(24)包括把手安装底座(24.1)、设置于把手安装底座(24.1)底部两端的把手固定插杆(24.2),以及两端通过把手支撑杆(24.3)设置于把手安装底座(24.1)上部的手柄(24.4),所述凹槽一(23)按一定顺序排列于滑板组件上面板(16)上,且相邻两凹槽一(23)之间的间距与把手固定插杆(24.2)之间的间距相等,使得把手组件一(24)可更换在上面板(16)上的安插位置。

  11. 根据权利要求1所述的综合健身器,其特征在于,所述训练板组件中框体(1)由四段单元框体(1.1)活动连接,所述单元框体(1.1)与其对应的单元面板(2.1)为一个整体,位于训练板组件两端的单元面板(2.1)上设有凹槽二(31)以及与凹槽二(31)配合的把手组件二(32),所述凹槽二(31)、把手组件二(32)与滑板组件中凹槽一(23)、把手组件一(24)结构相同,位于训练板组件两端的单元框体(1.1)其侧边设有可相互扣接的训练板固定扣绳(34),所述训练板组件两端及两侧边设有可伸缩鼻扣二(35),所述训练板组件两侧还设有固定把手组件二(32)的弹簧销锁扣三(37)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的综合健身器,其特征在于,四段所述单元框体(1.1)包括结构相同的中部框体(1.1a)、设置于中部框体(1.1a)两端且结构相同的端部框体(1.1b),所述中部框体(1.1a)相互连接的一端其顶部设有用于中部框体(1.1a)相对向上折叠的铰链(39),底部设有限制中部框体(1.1a)相对向上折叠的锁定件(40),所述锁定件(40)交错设置于两个中部框体(1.1a)相邻底边上,所述锁定件(40)中心贯穿设有锁定孔,所述锁定孔内可穿设有锁定轴(41),所述中部框体(1.1a)另一端底部分别设有用于端部框体(1.1b)向下折叠的合页(42)。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的综合健身器,其特征在于,所述龙门架组件中定位杆(9)上还设置若干 高度调节孔(33),支撑架(5)上的弹簧销二(18)穿过高度调节孔(33)将支撑架(5)和定位杆(9)锁紧固定。
