一杆框架，设有两个伸缩杆和一横杆，该两个伸缩杆相互平行，均可枢转地连接到底座上，使杆框架与头段部的头端枢转连接，，横杆可拆卸地固结于杆框架的两个伸缩杆的伸缩端头之间；
以及一旋转框架，设有两个侧杆和一把杆，侧杆有一手把端与一杆端部，把杆可拆卸地固定在侧杆的手把端之间，旋转框架的侧杆的杆端部可枢转地连接到伸缩杆上，而允许旋转框架在伸缩杆之间旋动。

底座135的头段部129可包括一个或多个跨杆固定于一对前头杆间，底座135的后段部131包括一个或多个跨杆固定于一对后尾杆间，耦合结构139、141可分别设于头段部129的跨杆159与后段部131的跨杆137间，跨杆159、137可安排在底座135邻近位置处。
在实施例中，头段部129可以包括固定于头段部129跨杆上的前板垫113，后段部131可以包括固定于后段部131跨杆上的后板垫115，前板垫113与后板垫115形成直线延伸的两形体。
图3A-图3D说明如图1依序折叠本实用新型的实施例，图3A装置300A可以是一个运动器(如图1的运动机100)，是要将其从展开的配置折叠或收藏，弹性带体103和升降拉带143可从杆框架133和旋转框架105上分离或移除，延长杆121可缩回到基杆123内，旋转框架105可回旋至杆框架133后端。
图3B，装置300B是一个杆框架133可回收的运动器，旋转框架105可折叠至杆框架133内部空间内，杆框架133和旋转框架105可折叠或枢转面对底座135以收折运动器。
图3C，装置300C是一个具有杆框架133的运动器，旋转框架105和杆框架133折平在一起，底座135在装置300C中仍然是在后段部131与头段部129未收折的伸展模式下。
图3D，装置300D是一个长度和高度收折后便于存储或运用的运动器，底座135的后段部131与头段部129可枢旋或折叠在一起，使后段部131与杆框架133置于头段部129的相对面，在实施例中，长度回收的杆框架133和折叠的底座135，在装置300D中可以有效(例如实质相似)提供运动器存储。

Claims (10)

1.一种可折叠的运动健身器，其特征在于，包括：
一底座，设有纵向的头段部和后段部，头段部有头端，后段部有一尾端，底座的头段部和后段部为相互枢接，使底座构成能够枢折的结构，后段部尾端能够枢转至头段部头端；
一杆框架，设有两个伸缩杆和一横杆，该两个伸缩杆相互平行，均可枢转地连接到底座上，使杆框架与头段部的头端枢转连接，横杆可拆卸地固结于杆框架的两个伸缩杆的伸缩端头之间；
以及一旋转框架，设有两个侧杆和一把杆，侧杆有一手把端与一杆端部，把杆可拆卸地固定在侧杆的手把端之间，旋转框架的侧杆的杆端部可枢转地连接到伸缩杆上，而允许旋转框架在伸缩杆之间旋动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可折叠的运动健身器，其特征在于，进一步包括：
升降拉带，可拆卸地连接于横杆和把杆间，用于保持旋转框架相对于杆框架的旋转位置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可折叠的运动健身器，其特征在于，该升降拉带包括有两枢接端，横杆和把杆分别通过枢接端固结升降拉带。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可折叠的运动健身器，其特征在于，该底座包括有位于头段部前端的支撑片，杆框架可调整地枢接附加于支撑片上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可折叠的运动健身器，其特征在于，该底座包括有在头段部和后段部之间的耦合结构，头段部包括一对前头杆，后段部包括一对后尾杆，头段部的前头杆和后段部的后尾杆经由耦合结构而纵向并列成底座。
6.根据权利要求5所述的可折叠的运动健身器，其特征在于，头段部包括一个或多个跨杆，其固定于一对前头杆间，后段部包括一个或多个跨杆，后段部的跨杆固定于一对后尾杆间，耦合结构分别设于头段部与后段部邻接的两跨杆上，该邻接的两跨杆能够相互枢转。
7.根据权利要求6所述的可折叠的运动健身器，其特征在于，头段部包括固定于头段部跨杆上的前板垫，后段部包括固定于后段部跨杆上的后板垫，前板垫与后板垫沿同一直线延伸。
8.根据权利要求4所述的可折叠的运动健身器，其特征在于，每一伸缩杆包括一基杆和一附加于基杆上并可纵向调整的延长杆，基杆上设有多个可限制延长杆的伸缩长度的插槽，延长杆包括一延伸控制件，该延伸控制件能够与其中的一插槽配合连接以调节延伸杆露出的长度。
9.根据权利要求8所述的可折叠的运动健身器，其特征在于，基杆包括一直立用插杆，底座和杆框架展开时，一折叠控制栓使该直立用插杆与该支撑片固结，底座和杆框架折叠时，该折叠控制栓使该直立用插杆与该支撑片松解。
10.根据权利要求1所述的可折叠的运动健身器，其特征在于，横杆上有一个或多个挂孔，每一挂孔能够附加弹性线体提供弹性延伸。
