一种搅拌桨 技术领域
本发明属于电动工具技术领域,具体涉及一种搅拌桨。
背景技术
搅拌器是一种使液体、气体介质强迫对流并均匀混合的器件,可以对多种原料进行搅拌混合,使之称为一种混合物或适宜稠度。现有的搅拌桨的结构比较简单,搅拌面积小,稳定性不好,搅拌效果一般,在搅拌时,对一些大的颗粒无法做到完全的打碎,同时普通的搅拌桨采用浆轴外壁涂覆有保护膜,在长时间使用之后保护膜会磨损,从而腐蚀浆轴,导致报废,大大缩短了搅拌桨的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种搅拌面积大,搅拌效率高,防腐效果好的搅拌桨。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种搅拌桨,包括转轴,其创新点在于:所述转轴外表面套有防腐蚀套,所述转轴下端安装有第一桨叶和第二桨叶,所述第一桨叶和第二桨叶均为V型结构,所述第一桨叶上端安装有多个第一副桨叶,所述第二桨叶下端安装有多个第二副桨叶。
进一步的,所述第一桨叶和第二桨叶与转轴连接触安装有加强筋。
进一步的,所述第一桨叶和第二桨叶上安装有多个凸起。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明通过在第一桨叶上端和第二桨叶的下端安装副桨叶,增大了搅拌面积,且两个副桨叶之间不会产生碰撞的,提高了搅拌效率;
(2)本发明通过在搅拌上安装凸起结构,可对搅拌液中的大颗粒进行打碎;
(3)本实现新型通过在转轴上套有防辐射套,保证了转轴不受腐蚀性液体的侵蚀,大大延长了搅拌桨的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
以下由特定的具体实施例说明本发明的实施方式,熟悉此技术的人士可由本说明书所揭露的内容轻易地了解本发明的其他优点及功效。
如图1所示,一种搅拌桨,包括转轴1,转轴1外表面套有防腐蚀套4,保证了转轴1不受腐蚀性液体的侵蚀,大大延长了搅拌桨的使用寿命,转轴1下端安装有第一桨叶2和第二桨叶3,第一桨叶2和第二桨叶3均为V型结构,第一桨叶2上端安装有多个第一副桨叶5,第二桨叶3下端安装有多个第二副桨叶6,增大了搅拌面积,且两个副桨叶之间不会产生碰撞的,提高了搅拌效率。
第一桨叶2和第二桨叶3与转轴1连接触安装有加强筋8,通过加强筋8提高了桨叶的稳定性。
第一桨叶2和第二桨叶3上安装有多个凸起7,可对搅拌过程中的大颗粒进行打碎。

  1. 一种搅拌桨,包括转轴,其特征在于:所述转轴外表面套有防腐蚀套,所述转轴下端安装有第一桨叶和第二桨叶,所述第一桨叶和第二桨叶均为V型结构,所述第一桨叶上端安装有多个第一副桨叶,所述第二桨叶下端安装有多个第二副桨叶。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌桨,其特征在于:所述第一桨叶和第二桨叶与转轴连接触安装有加强筋。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌桨,其特征在于:所述第一桨叶和第二桨叶上安装有多个凸起。
