一种搅拌桨 技术领域
本实用新型属于电动工具技术领域,具体涉及一种搅拌桨。
背景技术
搅拌器是一种使液体、气体介质强迫对流并均匀混合的器件,可以对多种原料进行搅拌混合,使之称为一种混合物或适宜稠度。现有的搅拌桨的结构比较简单,搅拌面积小,稳定性不好,搅拌效果一般,在搅拌时,对一些大的颗粒无法做到完全的打碎,同时普通的搅拌桨采用浆轴外壁涂覆有保护膜,在长时间使用之后保护膜会磨损,从而腐蚀浆轴,导致报废,大大缩短了搅拌桨的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种搅拌面积大,搅拌效率高,防腐效果好的搅拌桨。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种搅拌桨,包括转轴,其创新点在于:所述转轴外表面套有防腐蚀套,所述转轴下端安装有第一桨叶和第二桨叶,所述第一桨叶和第二桨叶均为V型结构,所述第一桨叶上端安装有多个第一副桨叶,所述第二桨叶下端安装有多个第二副桨叶。
进一步的,所述第一桨叶和第二桨叶与转轴连接触安装有加强筋。
进一步的,所述第一桨叶和第二桨叶上安装有多个凸起。
本实用新型的有益效果如下:
(1)本实用新型通过在第一桨叶上端和第二桨叶的下端安装副桨叶,增大了搅拌面积,且两个副桨叶之间不会产生碰撞的,提高了搅拌效率;
(2)本实用新型通过在搅拌上安装凸起结构,可对搅拌液中的大颗粒进行打碎;
(3)本实现新型通过在转轴上套有防辐射套,保证了转轴不受腐蚀性液体的侵蚀,大大延长了搅拌桨的使用寿命。

如图1所示,一种搅拌桨,包括转轴1,转轴1外表面套有防腐蚀套4,保证了转轴1不受腐蚀性液体的侵蚀,大大延长了搅拌桨的使用寿命,转轴1下端安装有第一桨叶2和第二桨叶3,第一桨叶2和第二桨叶3均为V型结构,第一桨叶2上端安装有多个第一副桨叶5,第二桨叶3下端安装有多个第二副桨叶6,增大了搅拌面积,且两个副桨叶之间不会产生碰撞的,提高了搅拌效率。
第一桨叶2和第二桨叶3与转轴1连接触安装有加强筋8,通过加强筋8提高了桨叶的稳定性。
第一桨叶2和第二桨叶3上安装有多个凸起7,可对搅拌过程中的大颗粒进行打碎。
