Abstract
La présente invention aborde le problème de la fourniture d'un substrat de formation de motif ayant de bonnes propriétés de formation de motif. La présente invention concerne un substrat de formation de motif qui comprend : une couche de base contenant de la cellulose fibreuse ayant une largeur de fibre inférieure ou égale à 1000 nm; et une couche de résine. La teneur en un composé de faible poids moléculaire dans la couche de base est inférieure à 20 % en masse par rapport à la masse totale de la couche de base, le composé ayant un poids moléculaire inférieur ou égal à 400.
