背景技术
目前主流的自动输送机常常需要一条短则40-50米,长则150-200米的机械传输线,如图1所示,传输线包括环形轨道100和三个以上串联在一起的小车200,小车200通过环形轨道100的约束按照环形轨道的轨迹做环形运动,这种传输线占地面积大(动辄几千平方米以上),且设备庞大、结构复杂,很难实现模块化,不仅生产安装周期长,而且制造成本较高;由于设备结构复杂,精度要求高,设备对场地要求也会很高,场地不规则、面积较小的企业均无法安装这种设备。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提出了一种分拣设备,克服至少一个不足。
本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种分拣设备,包括上包模块、集包模块、输送模块、识别模块以及控制器,所述识别模块用于识别待分拣货物的信息以及判断待分拣货物的本身属性,并将上述这些信息反馈到控制器;所述上包模块用于将经过识别模块处理后的待分拣货物输送到输送模块;所述输送模块用于将来自上包模块的待分拣货物输送至对应的集包模块;所述控制器用于控制所述分拣设备的各个模块进行整体工作;所述集包模块用于收集分拣后的货物;所述输送模块包括多个依次配合的输送单元,所述输送单元具有输入端、输出端和分拣端,上一个输送单元的输出端与下一个输送单元的输入端对接,所述输送单元的分拣端与所述集包模块对接,所述输送单元包括传输机构和驱动机构,所述传输机构在所述驱动机构的驱动下可以朝输出端和分拣端两个方向输送货物。
本申请所述的对接并不限定为直接接触,两个对接的输送单元之间通常具有间隙,通过对接,能够实现一个输送单元上的货物可以输送至另一个输送单元上。
实际运用时,上包模块还可以具有称重功能,通过设置具有测量物体重量的传感器实现。
