一种炒菜刀具及其使用方法 技术领域
本发明涉及炒菜刀技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种炒菜刀具及其使用方法。
背景技术
炒菜机用于自动进行炒菜,通常由主机、炒菜锅和炒菜刀具组成,炒菜时炒菜锅保持静止,主机带动炒菜刀具进行运动,依靠炒菜刀具来移动炒菜锅内的菜,达到炒菜的目的;
目前使用的炒菜刀具,单一刀头的炒菜刀大都仅仅只能实现推动菜,要想达到翻炒效果,需要至少采用双刀头结构,一个刀头进行推菜,另一刀头固定不动或反向运动来提供阻挡力实现翻炒效果,结构较为复杂,成本高且清洗不便。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种炒菜刀具及其使用方法。
技术解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种炒菜刀具,包括炒菜刀;其中,所述炒菜刀包括刀头和带动所述刀头的刀柄;所述刀头包括与炒菜锅底部配合的底边,和炒菜锅内壁配合的侧边;所述底边与所述侧边相连接;所述底边和所述侧边上均设置有用于翻炒的斜向面或曲面。
本发明所述的炒菜刀具,其中,所述侧边上设置有对越过所述底边以及所述侧边的菜进行分流的分流凸块;所述分流凸块与所述侧边以及所述底边均存在不为零的夹角。
本发明所述的炒菜刀具,其中,所述分流凸块与所述侧边的中部或下部,且设置在所述侧边的上表面或侧表面。
本发明所述的炒菜刀具,其中,所述刀柄与所述底边或所述侧边固定连接。
本发明所述的炒菜刀具,其中,所述刀柄包括带动所述分流凸块运动的纵向的驱动杆。
本发明所述的炒菜刀具,其中,所述分流凸块上安装有连接杆;所述驱动杆下端设置有朝向背离所述侧边方向弯折的折弯杆,所述折弯杆背离所述驱动杆的一端与所述连接杆连接。

一种炒菜刀具使用方法,根据上述的炒菜刀具,其实现方法如下:炒菜时,底边和侧边分别依靠其上的斜向面或弧面来翻动炒菜锅底部和侧部的菜,同时分流凸块将底边以及侧边翻动的菜进行阻挡,形成向分流凸块后方两侧的分流力将菜向两侧翻动。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:炒菜时,底边和侧边依靠其上的斜向面或弧面来翻动炒菜锅底部和侧部的菜,同时分流凸块将底边以及侧边翻动的菜进行阻挡,形成向分流凸块后方两侧的分流力将菜向两侧翻动,单一刀头即可实现翻炒的目的,简化了结构,降低成本的同时装配以及清洗更加方便。

实施例一
本发明较佳实施例的炒菜刀具,如图1所示,包括炒菜刀,炒菜刀包括刀头和带动刀头的刀柄11;刀头包括与炒菜锅底部配合的底边100,和炒菜锅内壁配合的侧边101;底边100与侧边101相连接;底边100和侧边101上均设置有用于翻炒的斜向面102或曲面;侧边101上设置有对越过底边100以及侧边101的菜进行分流的分流凸块103;分流凸块103与侧边101以及底边100均存在不为零的夹角;炒菜时,底边100和/或侧边101依靠其上的斜向面102或弧面来翻动炒菜锅底部和侧部的菜,同时分流凸块103将底边100以及侧边101翻动的菜进行阻挡,形成向分流凸块103后方两侧的分流力将菜向两侧翻动,单一刀头即可实现翻炒的目的,简化了结构,降低成本的同时装配以及清洗更加方便。
优选的,分流凸块103与侧边101的中部或下部,且设置在侧边101的上表面或侧表面;保障结构强度,底边以及侧边与分流凸块之间的两个围合空间构成供菜通过的两个通道,对炒菜锅底的边角位置的菜进行翻动较为均匀。
优选的,刀柄11包括带动分流凸块103运动的纵向的驱动杆110。
优选的,分流凸块103上安装有连接杆112;驱动杆110下端设置有朝向背离侧边101方向弯折的折弯杆111,折弯杆111背离驱动杆110的一端与连接杆112连接;能够使得供菜通过的两个通道均有较大空间。
优选的,折弯杆111的折弯角度为钝角。
优选的,分流凸块103朝向侧边101上的斜向面或曲面一侧表面呈弧面;提高菜的分流效果。
优选的,分流凸块103部分或全部位于侧边的斜向面或曲面上;当菜沿斜向面102或曲面上升时,由分流凸块103上的弧面型侧表面进行分菜,以提高菜的分流效果。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一基本相同,相同之处不再赘述,不同之处在于,如图2所示:刀柄11与底边100或侧边101固定连接;此时分流凸块103独立设置在侧边101上,由底边100、侧边101以及分流凸块103组成整个刀头;同样的可以实现翻炒的效果,只是不如实施例一中结构稳定:实施例一中,底边和侧边到与刀柄连接点的距离相对来说会比较均匀,受力时两个力臂均较短,效果会更好;实施例二中,会存在一个力臂较长,相对稳定性要差一些,可提高刀头强度来进行补偿稳定性;此外,刀柄上的连接杆112也会参与分流。
实施例三
一种炒菜刀具使用方法,根据上述的炒菜刀具,其实现方法如下:炒菜时,底边和侧边分别依靠其上的斜向面或弧面来翻动炒菜锅底部和侧部的菜,同时分流凸块将底边以及侧边翻动的菜进行阻挡,形成向分流凸块后方两侧的分流力将菜向两侧翻动;
单一刀头即可实现翻炒的目的,简化了结构,降低成本的同时装配以及清洗更加方便。

  1. 一种炒菜刀具,包括炒菜刀;其特征在于,所述炒菜刀包括刀头和带动所述刀头的刀柄;所述刀头包括与炒菜锅底部配合的底边,和炒菜锅内壁配合的侧边;所述底边与所述侧边相连接;所述底边和所述侧边上均设置有用于翻炒的斜向面或曲面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的炒菜刀具,其特征在于,所述侧边上设置有对越过所述底边以及所述侧边的菜进行分流的分流凸块;所述分流凸块与所述侧边以及所述底边均存在不为零的夹角。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的炒菜刀具,其特征在于,所述分流凸块与所述侧边的中部或下部,且设置在所述侧边的上表面或侧表面。
  4. 根据权利要求2-3任一所述的炒菜刀具,其特征在于,所述刀柄与所述底边或所述侧边固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2-3任一所述的炒菜刀具,其特征在于,所述刀柄包括带动所述分流凸块运动的纵向的驱动杆。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的炒菜刀具,其特征在于,所述分流凸块上安装有连接杆;所述驱动杆下端设置有朝向背离所述侧边方向弯折的折弯杆,所述折弯杆背离所述驱动杆的一端与所述连接杆连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的炒菜刀具,其特征在于,所述折弯杆的折弯角度为钝角。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的炒菜刀具,其特征在于,所述分流凸块朝向所述侧边上的斜向面或曲面一侧表面呈弧面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的炒菜刀具,其特征在于,所述分流凸块部分或全部位于所述侧边的所述斜向面或所述曲面上。
  10. 一种炒菜刀具使用方法,根据权利要求1-9任一所述的炒菜刀具,其特征在于,实现方法如下:炒菜时,底边和侧边分别依靠其上的斜向面或弧面来翻动炒菜锅底部和侧部的菜,同时分流凸块将底边以及侧边翻动的菜进行阻挡,形成向分流凸块后方两侧的分流力将菜向两侧翻动。
