如图1至图5所示,硬质电缆线线圈7(视频线)通过防水接头201与控制终端2相连,从而实现图像、LED灯控制信号以及计数功能传输,控制终端2可以控制录像/一键拍照/控制音量/缩放视频画面/计数清零/计数公英制切换/摄像头LED灯调节。
如图1至图5所示,控制终端2的终端前盖22采用面帖21对按键孔进行防尘防水保护,同时又增添产品美观性。
如图1至图5所示,控制终端2侧边加U盘接口,方便客户使用,在接口处有一硅胶盖,有利于产品使用时防尘防水。
如图1至图5所示,控制终端2的前后端口是采用硅胶材质软性收缩密封,从而使产品起到防尘防水的作用。
如图1至图5所示,高清摄像头4与硬质电缆线线圈7采用可拆卸式连接。高清摄像头4通过螺纹连接固定,后盖中采用插针式连接,后面接的弹簧可使摄像头轻松过弯管,摄像头小,可实现∅38管径过弯。
如图1至图5所示,内置计数器6,采用霍尔算法计数,计数器6小巧且精度高,可以精确计算硬质电缆线拉出来和收进去的长度,计数精度0.2m,计数误差可忽略不计,可公英制切换测量单位,以及复位。并在显示器右上角显示出来,安装和拆卸线方便。
如图1至图5所示,控制终端2采用高清屏幕控制终端,显示器采用10.1寸屏幕能更好的观看管道情况,采用Z型支架202连接固定,可使控制终端2有多个角度摆动,且随摆随停,更好的提升产品的使用性能,同时也可以拆卸,方便维护。
如图1至图5所示,在控制上搭配防水键盘5和工业ABS模具成型外壳,使产品更加一体化,采用Z型支架11连接固定,有多个角度摆动,且随摆随停,更好的提升产品的使用性能,同时也可以拆卸,方便维护。
如图1至图5所示,硬质电缆线线圈7采用铝合金组装框架,提升产品精度,同时和盒体9部分采用对插式接头93连接,方便拆卸,有利于产品清洗和维护,在接头位置搭配防水圈92,有利于拆卸后接头防水。
如图1至图5所示,通过航空接头连接线将线圈和高清控制显示器连接后,可以在高清控制显示器上对摄像头进行检测控制,同时可以录像/拍照/图像缩小放大/LED灯亮度调节控制,整个系统结构紧凑,牢固可靠。携带方便,操作灵活,外观优美,终端防水等级:IP65,是产品适用范围更广。
如图1至图5所示,产品在刹车上采用圆槽的卡线装置94,利用卡线装置94,在使用过程中只需要将线往前推,使线卡在圆槽内,利用圆槽与线的直径差固定住线,从而达到刹车的效果,还有刹车装置的上端有一固定摄像头的装置,当使用时只需要按下摄像头前端,摄像头就回弹出,当使用完是,只需要将摄像头卡在圆孔里面,由于线圈有向外的推力,所以摄像头能很好的卡主在里面。
如图1至图5所示,产品主体部分采用了多局部电路防水,在接头部分做重点防水,尤其是与线圈连接部分,增加了防水圈92,有利于线圈旋转时转盘的防水,同时接头采用了对插式接头93,接触性能更好。
如图1至图5所示,在盒体9侧安装支架5,支架5安装采用强阻力转轴52连接,用堵头53固定,使产品有90°角摆动,且在摆动中能够随摆随停,有利于产品在立式使用时视角的调整和立式的稳定性。
如图1至图5所示,后盖8固定采用车加工滚花螺丝扭紧,精美铝合金材质搭配硅胶材质,使产品在搭配和使用上更好的体验,方便安装和拆卸,在后盖上还有一轴承与盒体9上的轴承形成对应,有利于导致线圈和出线更加顺畅。
如图1至图5所示,在产品上端增加一指南针10,使在出线意外时有一方向指向,也为上端添加一些元素使产品更加人性化不单一。
如图1至图5所示,盒体9内有一放置工具和电源的工具柜,放置后可以通过工具盒盖91做封盖,有利出物件的存放和使用。
如图1至图5所示,盒体9前端有一前盖3,有利于保护高清屏幕控制终端和防水键盘1,使产品更加一体,同时起到遮阳的效果,前盖3空白区域可贴装饰面帖,提升产品的美观性。
如图1至图5所示,计数器6包括计数盒盖61、密封圈62、计数盒主体63、硬质电缆线64、防水接头螺母65、弹珠插销66、护线轮轴杆67、转板68、扭簧69、转轮610、定位销611、护线轮612、防水接头螺母613、计数板614、定位销座615、导轮616和磁铁617,硬质电缆线64缠绕形成硬质电缆线线圈7,采用复合算法使计数器6能够精准,可以精确计算硬质电缆线64拉出来和收进去的长度,计数精度0.05m,,硬质电缆线64在拉动或推动时带动转轮610旋转,转轮610上装有2个磁铁617,每旋转到1/2时就会触发装在PCB板上的霍尔器件,进行长度计数。定滑轮的顺时针和逆时针旋转控制长度计数的增减。同时产品使用扭簧69和转板68使其转轮压住硬质电缆线64,使其准确计数。
计数器6的工作原理:将弹珠插销66拉开使其转板68和转轮610旋转,加大中间卡线的位置空间,然后将硬质电缆线64沿着定位销611卡在线槽内,线槽由护线轮轴杆67和护线轮612组成,然后放开弹珠插销66使其转板68和转轮610压住硬质电缆线64从而使其计数。
本申请提供的一种高清智能一体化管道探测器,在单片机控制程序的作用下,对按键,电量,计数,打字等动作进行检测,处理,同时1080P摄像头将处理好的视频信号送至DVR板,DVR完成视频编解码后将视频送到10寸显示屏上进行显示,同时DVR集成了读取SD卡、U盘,录像,录音,拍照等功能。控制终端2集成了电源稳压系统,单片机打字、计数处理系统,屏幕显示系统,DVR系统,按键系统,各种接口系统,字符合成系统等。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种高清智能一体化管道探测器,其中:包括盒体和支架,所述盒体的正面设有正面安装凹槽,所述盒体的背面设有背面安装凹槽,所述盒体的正面安装凹槽内安装有防水键盘、控制终端,所述盒体的背面安装凹槽内安装有计数器和硬质电缆线线圈,所述硬质电缆线线圈的一端通过防水接头与所述控制终端连接,所述硬质电缆线线圈的另一端连接有高清摄像头,所述高清摄像头位于所述盒体之外,所述盒体的正面旋转连接有前盖,所述前盖与所述正面安装凹槽相配合,所述盒体的背面通过紧固件连接有后盖,所述后盖与所述背面安装凹槽相配合,所述盒体通过强阻力转轴与所述支架旋转连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高清智能一体化管道探测器,其中:所述防水键盘通过Z型支架与所述正面安装凹槽连接,所述控制终端通过Z型支架与所述正面安装凹槽连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的高清智能一体化管道探测器,其中:所述盒体连接有指南针。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的高清智能一体化管道探测器,其中:所述盒体的背面安装凹槽内安装有卡线装置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的高清智能一体化管道探测器,其中:所述盒体的角部连接有护角硅胶。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的高清智能一体化管道探测器,其中:所述支架的角部连接有支架护角硅胶。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的高清智能一体化管道探测器,其中:所述控制终端包括终端前盖和终端后盖,所述终端前盖、终端后盖相抱合,所述终端前盖、终端后盖之间设有终端安装腔体,所述终端安装腔体内安装有主板、显示屏和面罩,所述面罩、显示屏、主板从上至下层叠安装。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的高清智能一体化管道探测器,其中:所述终端前盖的正面粘贴有面帖。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的高清智能一体化管道探测器,其中:所述终端后盖的背面连接有电池和电池盖。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的高清智能一体化管道探测器,其中:所述计数器包括计数盒主体和固定在所述计数盒主体上的计数组件,所述计数组件包括压紧硬质电线线的转轮,所述转轮与所述计数盒主体旋转连接,所述转轮上装有至少两个磁铁。
