本发明首先所要解决的技术问题是提供一种厨卫设施快简安装的连接机构。为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:
厨卫设施快简安装的连接机构,其特征在于所述连接机构设置有第一连接位和第二连接位,所述第一连接位用于和外接钢丝的连接头连接,所述第二连接位用于和第二连接钢丝的连接头连接;在第一连接位和第二连接位中,至少有一个是对应可拆装连接的连接位。
在采用上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可采用以下进一步的技术方案,或对这些进一步的技术方案组合使用:
所述连接机构包括外壳和滑动部件,所述滑动部件能在外壳中前后滑动,所述滑动部件上设置所述第一连接位和第二连接位。
所述外壳对应第二连接位的这一端设置有开放口,第二连接钢丝设置有钢丝 套,所述钢丝套的对应所述开放口的端部设置有与所述外壳的这一端对接的连接壳体,并用可拆式连接结构将两者连接,所述滑动部件能够在由所述外壳和连接壳体共同组成的内腔中前后滑动;所述外壳对于第一连接位的这一端设有与所述内腔的轴向保持方向一致的外接钢丝的穿孔。
所述外壳对应第一连接位的这一端设置有固定安装位,用于和厨卫设施的功能装置连接为一体,所述第二连接位是对应可拆装连接的连接位。
所述连接位为侧面开口的卡口,和连接头可拆式卡接,其外侧被构成滑动部件滑动腔体的壳体所保护。
本发明第二个目的是提供一种安装方便的厨卫设施,能够让非专业人员也能进行快速安装。为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:
安装方便的厨卫设施,包括下水体、下水体运动机构、连接钢丝,其特征在于所述连接钢丝分为若干段,其中包括一段下水体外接钢丝,所述下水体运动机构预装所述下水体外接钢丝,所述下水装置在下水体外还设置有上述的连接机构,所述下水体外接钢丝的外端连接头和第一连接位连接。
在采用上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可采用以下进一步的技术方案,或对这些进一步的技术方案组合使用:
它包括开关,所述下水体和开关之间的连接钢丝被分为多段,包括所述下水体外接钢丝、开关外接钢丝和中间连接钢丝;中间连接钢丝的对应下水体这一端和所述连接机构的第二连接位可拆装式连接,所述中间连接钢丝对应开关这一端通过第二连接机构和开关外接钢丝的外侧连接头可拆装式连接。进一步地,所述开关、开关外接钢丝、第二连接机构形成预装模块。
它包括开关,所述下水体和开关之间的连接钢丝被分为多段,包括所述下水体外接钢丝、开关连接钢丝;开关连接钢丝的对应下水体这一端和所述连接机构的第二连接位可拆装式连接,所述开关连接钢丝对应开关这一端与开关可拆装式连接。进一步地,所述开关、开关连接钢丝形成预装模块。
所述连接机构包括外壳和滑动部件,所述滑动部件能在外壳中前后滑动,所述滑动部件上设置所述第一连接位和第二连接位,第二连接位为对应可拆装连接的连接位;所述外壳的对应第一连接位的这一端固定在下水体上;所述外壳、滑动部件、下水体外接钢丝与下水体形成预装模块。

所述开关采用按压式台控,包括开关本体,所述开关本体中设置固定组件、滑动轴和滑动轴顶升弹簧,固定组件设置有通孔,以供开关连接钢丝和滑动轴连接以及滑动轴在其中滑动;所述固定组件的下端设置有连接部位,用于和开关连接钢丝的钢丝套的对应这一端的连接壳体可拆式连接;所述滑动轴的下端设置有开关连接钢丝的内侧连接头的连接位,用于和该内侧连接头可拆式连接;所述滑动轴和所述顶升弹簧的相对位置为滑动轴上的内侧连接头的连接位露出在所述顶升弹簧的下端外或者在滑动轴被按下后所述连接位露出在所述顶升弹簧的下端外。
下水装置的开关为能够提供两个停留位并能够在两个停留位切换的按压式开关,通过操作开关,拉动钢丝,使下水体运动机构运动,而控制下水体处在不同的状态,其中一个停留位用于控制下水体处于开的状态,另一个停留位用于控制下水体处于关的状态。
所述下水体为浴缸、台盆、水槽或清洁池的下水体,所述开关为浴缸、台盆、水槽或清洁池下水控制开关。
本发明的安装方便的厨卫设施,也可以这样实现:
安装方便的厨卫设施,包括开关,所述开关与连接钢丝连接,其特征在于所述连接钢丝包括一段开关外接钢丝,所述厨卫设施还设置有上述的连接机构,所述开关外接钢丝的外端连接头和第一连接位连接。
所述厨卫设施设置有下水体,所述下水体为浴缸、台盆、水槽或清洁池的下 水体,所述开关为浴缸、台盆、水槽或清洁池下水控制开关。
由于采用本发明的技术方案,本发明安装拆卸简单便捷,可以不必拆开下水体的连杆机构安装盒的盒盖,即可将开关和下水体连杆机构之间的钢丝连接,进一步地,台控的安装连接也极其方便,使得下水装置不仅安装、拆换都全面提高了方便性且也节省了运输体积,降低了成本,又让有普通知识的管道工和用户能够简单方便的安装和拆卸和更换,开关有问题了,简单地换开关,下水体有问题,可以简单的换下水体,让安装,维修,更换更加方便,消除使用后顾之忧。

具体实施方式
参照附图1-6。本实施例中,本发明提供的一种安装方便的厨卫设施为一种下水装置,包括下水体100、下水体运动机构200,在下水体100的侧面设置运动机构200的安装壳101,
下水装置的连接钢丝,被分为若干段,以方便安装,其中至少有一段为下水体外接钢丝7,在本实施例中分为下水体外接钢丝7和占连接钢丝主要长度的开关连接钢丝4两段。
所述下水装置对于下水体100这一侧,在下水体外还设置有连接机构,所述 下水体运动机构200连接下水体外接钢丝7,通过下水体外接钢丝7将连接机构和运动机构的外侧端先连接起来,其连接方式可采用以往的圆柱头(钢丝7的内侧连接头72)和连杆卡接或其它固定方式。所述下水体运动机构200可采用一组转动的连杆(或称摆臂),通过钢丝拉动而转动,在下水体中,从下方顶升或推动下水体盖的升降杆上升打开下水盖,或者反向摆动或回退,让下水体盖及其升降杆能够放下。
所述连接机构设置有第一连接位81和第二连接位82,所述第一连接位81和下水体外接钢丝7的外接连接头71连接,所述第二连接位82和开关连接钢丝4的第二连接头42(对应下水体这一侧的连接头)连接,在第一连接位81和第二连接位82中,至少有一个是和相应的连接头可拆式连接,优选是两个连接位均与和其连接的连接头可拆式连接,或者至少第二连接位82和开关连接钢丝的第二连接头42的连接是可拆式连接。
第一连接位81和第二连接位82可以采用侧面开口的卡口或其它卡接结构,与连接头71、42卡接而可拆式连接。作为替代的,也可采用螺丝固定等方便的连接方法。
所述连接机构包括外壳80和滑动部件8,所述滑动部件8能在外壳80中前后滑动,所述滑动部件8上设置所述第一连接位81和第二连接位82。或者连接机构直接采用一个具有第一连接位81和第二连接位82的接头,并将外接钢丝7和连接钢丝4接在一起,并一起运动。
所述外壳80对应第二连接位的这一端设置有开放口84,开关连接钢丝4设置有钢丝套5,钢丝套5对应所述开放口84的端部设置有与所述外壳的这一端对接的连接壳体54,并用可拆式连接结构将连接壳体54和外壳80连接,所述滑动部件8能够在有外壳80和连接壳体54共同组成的内腔中前后滑动。所述外壳80设置有外螺纹83,所述连接壳体54带有螺母部件55,连接壳体54和螺母部件55为活动连接,在螺母部件55与外螺纹83连接时,螺母部件55可独立于 连接壳体54旋转,从而最终将连接壳体54与外壳80连接,这种活动连接可以是两者可转动地结合在一起,也可是如本实施例这种一种能够卡接的分离结构,如图所示,连接壳体54的头部有法兰边而与螺母部件55活动卡接。
所述连接机构采用外壳80,能够将连接机构固定在下水体上进行预装成模块,而又不影响连接机构将外接钢丝7和连接钢丝4接在一起并一起运动的功能。
在本实施例中,外壳80对应第一连接位的这一端设置固定安装位86,其可以是具有卡接功能的凹凸结构。外壳80的这一端利用该固定安装位86固定在下水体的运动机构安装壳101上;所述外壳80、滑动部件8、下水体外接钢丝7与下水体10形成预装模块。
所述开关采用按压式台控,按压式台控包括开关本体、开关本体中设置固定组件、滑动轴2和滑动轴顶升弹簧3。
固定组件是固定安装在台面上的部件,包括了固定座以及法兰11等安装和装饰部件,固定座可以是一个部件或多个部件组合而成,本实施例中,固定座除了本体1之外还配置一个下部的接长固定座13。固定座本体1与法兰11螺纹连接,接长固定座13和本体1螺纹连接,本体1和接长固定座13形成通孔10,自上贯通至下,供处在滑动轴下方的开关连接钢丝4和滑动轴2连接以及滑动轴2在其中滑动。
滑动轴2是能上下运动的活动件,其上端连接开关按钮22,下端连接开关连接钢丝4。开关按钮可以是按钮式的或杆式等而不拘形状。
开关本体内还可设置滑动轴的升降控制结构。
在本发明中,连接钢丝4的钢丝套5对于开关这一侧与台控开关的固定组件对应连接,且为可拆式连接,比如通过螺纹连接、卡式连接,固定组件的下端设置有连接部位,用于和钢丝套5对应开关这一端所设的连接壳体50可拆式连接;在所述滑动轴的下端设置有连接钢丝连接头的连接位23,用于和连接钢丝4的第一连接头41(对应开关这一侧的连接头)可拆式连接。
在出厂时,钢丝套5的连接壳体50可以与固定组件连接在一起或不连接在一起,连接钢丝第一连接头41可以与连接位23连接在一起或不连接在一起,但在台控开关在台面上安装前,钢丝套5、连接钢丝4与固定组件、滑动轴分别处在拆开状态,在台控开关在台面上安装后,再将钢丝套5、连接钢丝4分别连到固定组件和滑动轴2上。虽然在本实施例中钢丝套5可以与固定组件反复拆装,连接钢丝第一连接头41也可以与连接位23反复拆装,但是,在台控开关安装到台面上后,在方便地将钢丝套5的连接壳体50及连接钢丝4分别连接到固定组件和滑动轴上后,破坏这种本身可拆装的连接结构,使其在后续使用中不再可拆,这种实施方式仍然利用了本发明的可拆装式方案,是与本发明上述方案相同或等同的手段。
所述滑动轴2和所述顶升弹簧3的相对位置为滑动轴上的所述连接位23露出在所述顶升弹簧3的下端外或者在滑动轴被按下后所述连接位23露出在所述顶升弹簧3的下端外。这样,在台控开关安装在台面上后,只要按下滑动轴,可以轻松将连接钢丝第一连接头41和连接位23连接。弹簧3可设置在接长固定座13中并用垫片16支撑在接长固定座13中的台阶上。
在本实施例中,滑动轴2被按下后,所述连接位23露出在固定座的接长固定座13的下端外;如前所述,固定座可以是一个整体件或者多个部件,当采用多个部件时,也可以是最下端的部件是可拆的。
为方便安装,滑动轴2可包含其下部的滑动轴加长杆21,所述连接位23处在滑动轴加长杆21的下端,保证有足够的长度,使得要同钢丝连接的地方在台控安装时尽量在容器(水槽)底部,使得有充足的安装空间,便于安装,接长固定座13配合地处在其外围。所述连接位23为侧面开口的卡口,连接钢丝第一连接头41与连接位23可拆式卡接,在连接时,只要按下滑动轴,即可使连接位23露出,只需轻松一步即可将连接钢丝的第一连接头41和连接位23连接。
所述固定组件下端的钢丝套连接部位设置有外螺纹15。所述连接壳体50带 有螺母部件51,连接壳体50和螺母部件51为活动连接,在螺母部件51与外螺纹15连接时,螺母部件51可独立于连接壳体50旋转,从而最终将连接壳体50与固定组件连接,这种活动连接可以是两者可转动地结合在一起,也可以是如本实施例这种能够卡接的分离结构,如图所示,连接壳体50的头部有法兰面52并被可活动地卡在螺母部件51上,连接壳体50的头部具有内孔53,所述内孔53比滑动轴加长杆21的下端大,允许滑动轴加长杆21的下端能够在内孔53中滑动。
对于本发明来说,主要解决的是连接和安装问题,对于下水体中具体结构均不是本发明所要涉及的方面,可以预见凡是需要和连接钢丝连接的下水体均可应用本发明的技术方案,并能够实现所述连接机构、外接钢丝与下水体形成预装模块以及拆装非常方便,有普通知识的管道工和用户能够简单方便的安装和拆卸。
对于本发明来说,其安装方便的结构能够适用于各种能够通过钢丝的连接来控制下水体打开和闭合的开关,比如台控开关、转轮式开关(比如图7、8所示的开关);所述台控开关可以是如本实施例(图1-6)所示的开关,这种开关能够提供两个停留位并能够在两个停留位切换的按压式开关,通过操作开关,拉动钢丝,使下水体运动机构运动,而控制下水体处在不同的状态,其中一个停留位用于控制下水体处于开的状态,另一个停留位用于控制下水体处于关的状态。所述台控开关可以是例如图9所示的拉压式开关等。
对于本实施例的所述开关可以是双开台控(含有两组固定组件、滑动轴和弹簧,控制两个下水体)和单开台控(一组固定组件、滑动轴和弹簧控制一个下水体),采用本发明的结构,不仅能够从下往上安装,而且安装非常方便,让有普通知识的管道工和用户能够简单方便的安装和拆卸。
在出厂时,连接机构、外接钢丝与下水体形成预装模块,与开关相互独立为两个单元。下水装置的安装和运输都非常方便。
对于开关来说,弹簧3处在开关本体中,开关连接钢丝可以和开关本体形成 预装体,或者开关连接钢丝和开关主体不形成预装体。无论哪种方式,拆装也都非常方便且方便运输。
在后续组装时,在台面安装前,消费者拧开螺帽51,按下滑动轴2,将开关连接钢丝和钢丝套从开关本体拆下而形成下水体+连接钢丝和钢丝套的安装单元体,同样地,弹簧处在开关主体中。在把开关主体固定在台面上后,按照原先拆开的流程反向安装即可,方便运输和装配。
安装时,开关本体从台面的安装孔的上方向下插入,用螺母12与法兰11上的外螺纹管连接,而将开关本体安装好,该安装步骤中,开关本体上不具有连接钢丝等既长又韧性的干扰安装的部件,可以用常规的工具将开关本体轻松安装,而下水体、下水体连接钢丝和连接机构也连接为安装单元体,既不影响开关本体的台面安装,同时,其在出厂前装配后,就不用再拆开,既方便安装,又保持精度,只需在安装环节将开关连接钢丝和连接机构的第二连接位连接,再拧上螺母部件55即可,非常简单和快速,无需专业人员操作。拆卸时,只要旋开螺母部件55,拿出连接钢丝的第二连接头42即可,也非常方便。
图1-6的下水装置可以应用于台盆、清洁池、水槽、浴缸等厨卫设施。作为一种替代方式,连接钢丝可以被分为三段,除了下水体外接钢丝7之外,还包括开关外接钢丝和中间连接钢丝。其连接方式也和前述的实施方式类似,同时也可参见图7-8的实施例。
参照图7-8,对于采用转轮式开关301的浴缸用下水装置,同样设置前述实施例的下水体、下水体外接钢丝、下水体这一侧的连接机构,并且,下水体、下水体连接钢丝305、下水体这一侧的连接机构组成预装体。这些结构在此不再赘述。
从转轮开关301到下水体这一侧的连接机构302之间,在靠近转轮开关这一侧,还设置第二个连接机构303,该连接机构的结构和下水体这一侧的连接机构302的结构类似。在转轮开关的壳体上设置连接机构壳体306,转轮开关外接钢 丝307的内侧端和转轮开关301连接,转轮开关外接钢丝307的外侧端和连接机构的滑动部件308上的第一连接位连接,转轮开关、转轮开关外接钢丝、连接机构壳体306、滑动部件308形成预装体。
中间连接钢丝309具有钢丝套310,中间连接钢丝309一端连接头和下水体这一侧的连接机构302中滑动部件的第二连接位可拆装地连接,与前述实施例相同,钢丝套310在这一侧设置有对接的连接壳体并用螺母可拆装地连接;中间连接钢丝309另一端连接头和转轮开关这一侧的连接机构303中滑动部件的第二连接位可拆装地连接,与前述实施例相同,钢丝套310在这一侧也设置有对接的连接壳体304并用螺母311可拆装地与壳体306连接。
这样,无论下水体和转轮开关都能非常方便简单的拆装,无需专业人员操作。且包装运输也很方便。
参见图9,在该实施例中,开关采用常见的拉压开关401,该开关401到下水体402之间的连接钢丝同样可采用两段或三段钢丝,本实施例中连接钢丝被分为两段,分别为下水体外接钢丝和开关连接钢丝。本实施例同样设置前述实施例的下水体这一侧的连接机构,并且,下水体、下水体连接钢丝、下水体这一侧的连接机构组成预装体,这些结构和前述相同,在此不再赘述。开关连接钢丝和所述连接机构的连接方式也采用图1-6所示实施例的结构,在此不再赘述。开关连接钢丝的内侧连接头403和拉压开关401的下部通过卡接而可拆装式连接,并由钢丝套的这一侧端部的连接壳体405和开关下端壳体406对接,形成供滑动部件前后运动的空间,同时用螺帽407可拆装地将连接壳体和所述下端壳体连接。
本实施例同样获得前述的技术效果。
以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施例,但本发明的结构特征并不局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员在本发明的领域内,所作的变化或修饰皆涵盖在本发明的保护范围之中。

Claims (16)

  1. 厨卫设施快简安装的连接机构,其特征在于所述连接机构设置有第一连接位和第二连接位,所述第一连接位用于和外接钢丝的连接头连接,所述第二连接位用于和第二连接钢丝的连接头连接;在第一连接位和第二连接位中,至少有一个是对应可拆装连接的连接位。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的厨卫设施快简安装的连接机构,其特征在于所述连接机构包括外壳和滑动部件,所述滑动部件能在外壳中前后滑动,所述滑动部件上设置所述第一连接位和第二连接位。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的厨卫设施快简安装的连接机构,其特征在于所述外壳对应第二连接位的这一端设置有开放口,第二连接钢丝设置有钢丝套,所述钢丝套的对应所述开放口的端部设置有与所述外壳的这一端对接的连接壳体,并用可拆式连接结构将两者连接,所述滑动部件能够在由所述外壳和连接壳体共同组成的内腔中前后滑动;所述外壳对于第一连接位的这一端设有与所述内腔的轴向保持方向一致的外接钢丝的穿孔。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的厨卫设施快简安装的连接机构,其特征在于所述外壳对应第一连接位的这一端设置有固定安装位,用于和厨卫设施的功能装置连接为一体,所述第二连接位是对应可拆装连接的连接位。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的厨卫设施快简安装的连接机构,其特征在于所述连接位为侧面开口的卡口,和连接头可拆式卡接,其外侧被构成滑动部件滑动腔体的壳体所保护。
  6. 安装方便的厨卫设施,包括下水体、下水体运动机构、连接钢丝,其特征在于所述连接钢丝分为若干段,其中包括一段下水体外接钢丝,所述下水体运动机构预装所述下水体外接钢丝,所述下水装置在下水体外还设置有权利要求1所述的连接机构,所述下水体外接钢丝的外端连接头和第一连接位连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的安装方便的厨卫设施,其特征在于它包括开关,所 述下水体和开关之间的连接钢丝被分为多段,包括所述下水体外接钢丝、开关外接钢丝和中间连接钢丝;中间连接钢丝的对应下水体这一端和所述连接机构的第二连接位可拆装式连接,所述中间连接钢丝对应开关这一端通过第二连接机构和开关外接钢丝的外侧连接头可拆装式连接。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的安装方便的厨卫设施,其特征在于它包括开关,所述下水体和开关之间的连接钢丝被分为多段,包括所述下水体外接钢丝、开关连接钢丝;开关连接钢丝的对应下水体这一端和所述连接机构的第二连接位可拆装式连接,所述开关连接钢丝对应开关这一端与开关可拆装式连接。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的安装方便的厨卫设施,其特征在于所述连接机构包括外壳和滑动部件,所述滑动部件能在外壳中前后滑动,所述滑动部件上设置所述第一连接位和第二连接位,第二连接位为对应可拆装连接的连接位;
    所述外壳的对应第一连接位的这一端固定在下水体上;所述外壳、滑动部件、下水体外接钢丝与下水体形成预装模块。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的安装方便的厨卫设施,其特征在于至少第二连接位为对应可拆装连接的连接位,所述连接机构、下水体外接钢丝与下水体形成预装模块。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的安装方便的厨卫设施,其特征在于所述开关、开关外接钢丝、第二连接机构形成预装模块。
  12. 如权利要求7或8所述的安装方便的厨卫设施,其特征在于所述开关采用按压式台控,包括开关本体,所述开关本体中设置固定组件、滑动轴和滑动轴顶升弹簧,固定组件设置有通孔,以供开关连接钢丝和滑动轴连接以及滑动轴在其中滑动;所述固定组件的下端设置有连接部位,用于和开关连接钢丝的钢丝套的对应这一端的连接壳体可拆式连接;所述滑动轴的下端设置有开关连接钢丝的内侧连接头的连接位,用于和该内侧连接头可拆式连接;所述滑动轴和所述顶升弹簧的相对位置为滑动轴上的内侧连接头的连接位露出在所述顶升弹簧的下端 外或者在滑动轴被按下后所述连接位露出在所述顶升弹簧的下端外。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的安装方便的厨卫设施,其特征在于下水装置的开关为能够提供两个停留位并能够在两个停留位切换的按压式开关,通过操作开关,拉动钢丝,使下水体运动机构运动,而控制下水体处在不同的状态,其中一个停留位用于控制下水体处于开的状态,另一个停留位用于控制下水体处于关的状态。
  14. 如权利要求6所述的安装方便的厨卫设施,其特征在于所述下水体为浴缸、台盆、水槽或清洁池的下水体,所述开关为浴缸、台盆、水槽或清洁池下水控制开关。
  15. 安装方便的厨卫设施,包括开关,所述开关与连接钢丝连接,其特征在于所述连接钢丝包括一段开关外接钢丝,所述厨卫设施还设置有权利要求1所述的连接机构,所述开关外接钢丝的外端连接头和第一连接位连接。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的安装方便的厨卫设施,其特征在于设置有下水体,所述下水体为浴缸、台盆、水槽或清洁池的下水体,所述开关为浴缸、台盆、水槽或清洁池下水控制开关。
