本申请涉及显示技术领域,具体涉及一种柔性显示装置及显示设备。
近年来,有机发光二极管(organic light emitting diode, OLED)以其可弯曲可挠曲受到广泛关注,通过将OLED折叠或卷起可使较大尺寸屏幕所占用的空间减小,使其更加的便携,因此可折叠(foldable)和可卷曲(rollable)显示设备为柔性OLED的主要研究方向。
现有技术中,由于foldable与rollable显示设备在折叠或卷曲时由于壳体的形状改变,会有一部分柔性显示面板不能得到壳体的支撑,在用户点击这部分柔性显示面板时,会有按压下陷感。
因此,现有技术存在缺陷,急需改进。
本申请实施例提供一种柔性显示装置及显示设备,以使在对显示设备进行折叠或卷曲时,不会存在部分柔性显示面板得不到壳体的支撑,从而避免按压下陷感。

具体的,图1为本申请中柔性显示装置100的壳体10中第一子壳体101与第二子壳体102相对靠近时的结构示意图,在所述第一子壳体101与所述第二子壳体102相对靠近时,也可以理解为第一子壳体101朝X方向移动,第二子壳体102朝X的负方向移动,直到第一子壳体101与第二子壳体102无法在相对靠近为止的状态。
这时,可以看出设置在所述壳体10第一表面104上的柔性显示面板20的第一端201卷曲设置在所述第一子壳体101内,柔性显示面板20的第二端202卷曲设置在所述第二子壳体内102,这里,为了使柔性显示面板20的第一端201与第二端202可以卷曲设置,可以将柔性显示面板20的至少一端连接卷簧,即第一端201和/或第二段202连接一卷簧,从而达到卷曲设置,并且在第一子壳体101与第二子壳体102相对靠近时,柔性显示面板20还可以从铺展状态变为卷曲状态。其中,在所述第一子壳体101远离所述第二子壳体102的一端设置有第一缝隙1011,在所述第二子壳体102远离所述第一子壳体101的一端设置有第二缝隙1021,所述柔性显示面板20的第一端201穿过所述第一缝隙1011进入到第一子壳体101内部,第二端202穿过所述第二缝隙2021进入到第二子壳体102内部。
请参阅图4,图4为本申请中柔性显示装置100的第四种结构示意图,即第一子壳体101与第二子壳体102相互远离过程中的中间示意图。
可以看出,由于第一子壳体101与第二子壳体102处于相对远离时,在所述第一子壳体101和第二子壳体102之间会形成一开口103,这时,在第一表面104上的柔性显示面板20由于开口103的产生,会从第一缝隙1011中抽出卷曲在第一子壳体101内部的所述柔性显示面板20的第一端201;以及从第二缝隙1021中抽出卷曲在第二子壳体102内部的所述柔性显示面板20的第一端202,从而解决了由于柔性显示装置100在X方向上的长度变大而柔性显示面板10的长度不够的问题。
进一步的,由于在打开状态下的柔性显示面板10有一部分是在开口103上的,因此在壳体10内部还固定设置有一支撑结构30,所述支撑结构30具有一支撑板301,在所述第一子壳体101与第二子壳体102相对靠近时,所述支撑板301收容于所述壳体10内部,在所述壳体10处于打开状态时,所述支撑板301移动至所述开口103并抵顶所述柔性显示面板20,从而解决了壳体10在打开状态下部分柔性显示面板10得不到支撑的问题。
本申请实施例提供的柔性显示装置,包括壳体10,所述壳体10包括相对设置的第一子壳体101及第二子壳体102,所述第一子壳体101与第二子壳体102相对靠近或远离,所述第一子壳体101与第二子壳体102相对远离以调整所述壳体10处于打开状态,所述第一子壳体101和第二子壳体102之间具有开口103,在所述第一子壳体101与所述第二子壳体102中至少一子壳体上设置有缝隙;柔性显示面板20,所述柔性显示面板20设置于所述壳体10的第一表面104,在所述第一子壳体101与所述第二子壳体102相对靠近时,所述柔性显示面板20至少一端伸入所述壳体10内,在所述壳体10处于打开状态时,所述柔性显示面板20铺展于所述壳体10表面;支撑结构30,所述支撑结构30固定设置于所述壳体10内部,所述支撑结构30具有支撑板301,在所述第一子壳体101与所述第二子壳体102相对靠近时,所述支撑板301收容于所述壳体10内部,在所述壳体10处于打开状态时,所述支撑板301移动至所述开口103并抵顶所述柔性显示面板20。以使在对显示设备进行折叠或卷曲时,不会存在部分柔性显示面板20得不到壳体10的支撑,从而避免按压下陷感。
具体的,如图3所示,在所述第一子壳体101远离所述第二子壳体102的一端具有第一缝隙1011,所述第二子壳体102远离所述第一子壳体101的一端具有第二缝隙1021,在所述第一子壳体101与所述第二子壳体102相对靠近时,所述柔性显示面板20的第一端部201伸入所述第一缝隙1011并卷曲于所述第一子壳体101内,所述柔性显示面板100的第二端部202伸入所述第二缝隙1021并卷曲于所述第二子壳体102内。
可以理解,对比图1及图2,图1为仅在第二子壳体102上设置缝隙,以使所述柔性显示面板20通过该缝隙卷曲在第二子壳体102内部,图2为仅在第一子壳体101上设置缝隙,以使所述柔性显示面板20通过该缝隙卷曲在第一子壳体101内部,而图3为在第一子壳体101与第二子壳体102两侧都设置缝隙,以使所述柔性显示面板20的第一端部201伸入所述第一缝隙1011并卷曲于所述第一子壳体101内,所述柔性显示面板100的第二端部202伸入所述第二缝隙1021并卷曲于所述第二子壳体102内。
具体的,所述第一子壳体101的侧壁设置有第一滑轨1012,所述第二子壳体102的侧壁具有第二滑轨1022,所述支撑板301的一端设置有第一滑块3011,另一端设置有第二滑块3012,所述第一滑块3011沿所述第一滑轨1012滑动,所述第二滑块3012沿所述第二滑轨1022滑动以带动所述支撑板301移动。
可以理解,请参阅图5,图5为本申请实施例提供的柔性显示装置100的第五种结构示意图,在此状态下,壳体10处于打开状态,为了达到第一子壳体101与第二子壳体102在X方向上的相对靠近或相对远离时可以带动支撑板301在Y方向上的上下运动,因此在第一子壳体101的侧壁上设置第一滑轨1012,第二子壳体102的侧壁上设置第二滑轨1022,对应的,在支撑板301的侧部相对设置有第一滑块3011,第二滑块3012。以使所述第一滑块3011在第一滑轨1012上滑动,第二滑块3012在第二滑轨1022上滑动,从而带动所述支撑板301的移动。
具体的,所述第一滑轨1012具有第一端部10121和第二端部10122,所述第一端部10121远离所述第二子壳体102,所述第二端部10122靠近所述第二子壳体102,所述第一端部10121与所述第一表面104的距离大于所述第二端部10122与所述第一表面104的距离,所述第二滑轨1022具有第三端部10221和第四端部10222,所述第三端部10221远离所述第一子壳体101,所述第四端部10222靠近所述第一子壳体101,所述第三端部10221与所述第一表面104的距离大于所述第四端部10222与所述第一表面104的距离。
可以理解,为了达到使支撑板301在Y方向上的移动,因此需要限定滑轨的端部与第一表面104的距离,以第一滑轨1012为例,由于第一滑轨1012的第一端部10121到第一表面104的距离大于第二端部10122到第一表面104的距离,因此,在壳体10从关闭到打开状态时或从打开到关闭状态时,第一滑块3011在第一滑轨1012中滑动从而带动支撑板301在Y方向上的移动。
具体的,所述第一子壳体101与第二子壳体102相对靠近带动所述第一滑块3011沿从所述第一滑轨1012的第二端部10122朝向第一端部10121的方向滑动,所述第二滑块3012沿从所述第二滑轨1022的第四端部10222朝向所述第三端部10221的方向滑动,所述支撑板301朝远离所述第一表面104的方向运动,所述第一子壳体101与第二子壳体102相对远离带动所述第一滑块3011沿从所述第一滑轨1012的第一端部10121朝向所述第二端部10122的方向滑动,所述第二滑块3012沿从所述第二滑轨1022的第三端部10221朝向所述第四端部10222的方向滑动,所述支撑板301朝靠近所述第一表面104的方向运动。
可以理解,这里具体阐述了在第一子壳体101与第二子壳体102做相对靠近或相对远离下第一滑块3011与第二滑块3012分别在第一滑轨1012与第二滑轨1022中的运动方式,及第一滑块3011与第二滑块3012在运动时带动支撑板301向靠近或远离第一表面104的方向运动的方式。
具体的,在所述壳体10处于打开状态时,所述第一滑块3011位于所述第一滑轨1012的第二端部10122,所述第二滑块3012位于所述第二滑轨1022的第四端部10222。
可以理解,这里是为了限定第一滑块3011与第二滑块3012的初始位置,以使在壳体10从关闭状态到打开状态时或从打开状态到关闭状态时第一滑块3011及第二滑块3012可以分别在第一滑轨3011与第二滑轨1022中滑动,从而限定了支撑板301从关闭状态到打开状态时是沿Y方向靠近第一表面104,从打开到关闭状态是沿Y负方向远离所述第一表面104。
具体的,所述支撑结构30还包括:
底板302,所述底板302固定于所述壳体10内;
伸缩部303,所述伸缩部303连接于所述底板302和支撑板301之间。
可以理解,为了避免在第一子壳体101与第二子壳体102在X方向上运动的过程中一端运动过快导致的支撑板301一端过高,另一端过低,可以在支撑板301的下方设置伸缩部303,从而使支撑板301仅能在Y方向上移动,伸缩部303的另一端连接固定于壳体10内的底板,保证整体的稳定性。
具体的,在所述第一子壳体101与所述第二子壳体102相对靠近时,所述伸缩部303处于收缩状态以控制所述支撑板301收容于所述壳体内部,在所述壳体10处于打开状态时,所述伸缩部303处于伸展状态以控制所述支撑板301移动至所述开口103并抵顶所述柔性显示面板20。
这里的伸缩部303具备收缩与伸展的功能,可以使壳体10从关闭到打开状态的过程中伸展,以达到抵住支撑板301并使其向第一表面104移动的功能;壳体10从打开到关闭状态的过程中收缩,一达到使支撑板301收容于壳体10内部的功能。
具体的,所述伸缩部303包括第一固定部3031和第二固定部3032,所述第一固定部3031固定连接所述底板302朝向所述支撑板301的一侧,所述第一固定部3031具有凹槽,所述第二固定部3032固定于所述支撑板301朝向所述底板302的一侧,所述第二固定部3032伸入所述第一固定部的凹槽中并沿所述凹槽滑动。可以理解,这里具体阐述了伸缩部303的工作原理。
在另一实施例中,如图6所示,图6为本申请实施例提供的柔性显示装置100的第三种结构示意图,所述支撑结构30还包括:
底板302,所述底板302固定于所述壳体10内,在所述底板302上还设置有导孔3021,所述支撑板301设置在所述底板302上,且在所述支撑板301上相对所述多个导孔3021设置有多个导柱3013,以使所述导柱3013内嵌于所述导孔3021内。
具体的,也可以直接在所述底板302上做导孔3021,这里的导孔3021可以是通孔或过孔,这里不做限定。在所述支撑板301朝向所述底板302的一侧设置导柱3013,并使所述导柱3013相对于所述导孔3021设置,也可达到使支撑板301在Y方向上的运动。这里的导柱3013的截面形状可以与导孔3021的截面形状相同,为圆形,方形、菱形等,这里不做赘述。

- 一种柔性显示装置,其包括:壳体,所述壳体包括相对设置的第一子壳体及第二子壳体,所述第一子壳体与所述第二子壳体相对靠近或远离,所述第一子壳体与第二子壳体相对远离以调整所述壳体处于打开状态,所述第一子壳体和第二子壳体之间具有开口,在所述第一子壳体与所述第二子壳体中至少一子壳体上设置有缝隙;柔性显示面板,所述柔性显示面板设置于所述壳体的第一表面,在所述第一子壳体与所述第二子壳体相对靠近时,所述柔性显示面板的至少一端伸入所述缝隙并卷曲于所述壳体内,在所述壳体处于打开状态时,所述柔性显示面板铺展于所述壳体表面;支撑结构,所述支撑结构固定设置于所述壳体内部,所述支撑结构具有支撑板,在所述第一子壳体与所述第二子壳体相对靠近时,所述支撑板收容于所述壳体内部,在所述壳体处于打开状态时,所述支撑板移动至所述开口并抵顶所述柔性显示面板。

- 根据权利要求17所述的显示设备,其中在所述第一子壳体与所述第二子壳体相对靠近时,所述伸缩部处于收缩状态以控制所述支撑板收容于所述壳体内部,在所述壳体处于打开状态时,所述伸缩部处于伸展状态以控制所述支撑板移动至所述开口并抵顶所述柔性显示面板。
- 根据权利要求17所述的显示设备,其中所述伸缩部包括第一固定部和第二固定部,所述第一固定部固定连接所述底板朝向所述支撑板的一侧,所述第一固定部具有凹槽,所述第二固定部固定于所述支撑板朝向所述底板的一侧,所述第二固定部伸入所述第一固定部的凹槽中并沿所述凹槽滑动。
- 一种柔性显示装置,其包括:壳体,所述壳体包括相对设置的第一子壳体及第二子壳体,所述第一子壳体与所述第二子壳体相对靠近或远离,所述第一子壳体与第二子壳体相对远离以调整所述壳体处于打开状态,所述第一子壳体和第二子壳体之间具有开口,在所述第一子壳体与所述第二子壳体中至少一子壳体上设置有缝隙;柔性显示面板,所述柔性显示面板设置于所述壳体的第一表面,在所述第一子壳体与所述第二子壳体相对靠近时,所述柔性显示面板的至少一端伸入所述缝隙并卷曲于所述壳体内,在所述壳体处于打开状态时,所述柔性显示面板铺展于所述壳体表面,其中,所述柔性显示面板的至少一端连接卷簧;支撑结构,所述支撑结构固定设置于所述壳体内部,所述支撑结构具有支撑板,在所述第一子壳体与所述第二子壳体相对靠近时,所述支撑板收容于所述壳体内部,在所述壳体处于打开状态时,所述支撑板移动至所述开口并抵顶所述柔性显示面板。
