本公开公开一种终端设备,其包括至少两个折叠部、转轴和伸缩器件,各所述折叠部均包括机壳和设置在所述机壳上的显示屏,各所述机壳均安装有所述转轴,相邻的两个所述折叠部均通过所述伸缩器件相连,所述伸缩器件的两端分别与相邻的两个所述折叠部上的所述转轴相连,所述终端设备具有折叠状态和展开状态,在所述折叠状态下,相邻的两个所述折叠部叠置,在所述展开状态下,相邻的两个所述折叠部的所述显示屏对接且共面。

技术领域
本公开涉及通信设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种终端设备。
背景技术
随着用户需求的提升,大屏幕终端设备受到用户的青睐,较大的屏幕面积不但能够提升终端设备的外观性能,而且还能提高终端设备的显示性能。
我们知道,终端设备的便携性能是较为重要的性能,能够方便用户的使用,因此在设计的过程中,终端设备的整机尺寸无法一味地增大。在终端设备整体尺寸确定的前提下,如何增大屏幕面积同时又不影响便携性是当前生产厂商研发的重要方向。
发明内容
本公开公开一种终端设备,以达到增大终端设备的屏幕面积同时又不影响便携性的目的。
为了解决上述问题,本公开采用下述技术方案:
一种终端设备,包括至少两个折叠部、转轴和伸缩器件,各所述折叠部均包括机壳和设置在所述机壳上的显示屏,各所述机壳均安装有所述转轴,相邻的两个所述折叠部均通过所述伸缩器件相连,所述伸缩器件的两端分别与相邻的两个所述折叠部上的所述转轴相连,所述终端设备具有折叠状态和展开状态,在所述折叠状态下,相邻的两个所述折叠部叠置,在所述展开状态下,相邻的两个所述折叠部的所述显示屏对接且共面。
本公开采用的技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
本公开公开的终端设备中,各相邻的两个折叠部通过伸缩器件相连,而 伸缩器件的两端分别与相邻的两个折叠部上的转轴相连,从而使得伸缩器件通过自身的伸缩以及相对于与其相连的折叠部的转动,实现终端设备在折叠状态与展开状态之间的切换。可见,本公开公开的终端设备能够通过折叠确保终端设备的便携性,同时还能够通过展开增大终端设备的屏幕面积。

为使本公开的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本公开具体实施例及相应的附图对本公开技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有 其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
以下结合附图,详细说明本公开各个实施例公开的技术方案。
请参考图1-图5,本公开实施例公开一种终端设备,所公开的终端设备包括至少两个折叠部(例如折叠部100、折叠部200和折叠部300)、转轴400和伸缩器件500。
各折叠部均包括机壳和设置在机壳上的显示屏。例如:折叠部100包括机壳110和设置在机壳110上的显示屏120,折叠部200包括机壳210和设置在机壳210上的显示屏220,折叠部300包括机壳310和设置在机壳310和设置在机壳310上的显示屏320。
各机壳均安装有转轴400,转轴400能相对于机壳转动。各相邻的两个折叠部均通过伸缩器件500相连,具体的,伸缩器件500的两端分别与相邻的两个折叠部上的转轴400相连,也就是说,折叠部的机壳可以通过转轴400实现与伸缩器件500的端部转动配合。伸缩器件500的两端均通过转轴400能相对于折叠部的机壳发生转动,而且伸缩器件500能够伸缩,因此能够适应终端设备在折叠状态与展开状态之间切换过程中的形变。
本实施例公开的终端设备具有折叠状态和展开状态,从而实现终端设备尺寸的调整。在折叠状态下,相邻的两个折叠部叠置,如图1和图2所示,进而能够减小终端设备的整机尺寸。在展开状态下,相邻的两个折叠部的显示屏对接且共面,从而能够形成更大面积的显示屏。
本公开实施例公开的终端设备的使用过程如下:
在从折叠状态到展开状态的过程中,用于可以将相邻的两个折叠部的一者相对于另一者向一侧转移,此过程中由于伸缩器件500能够伸缩而且其两端能够通过转轴400转动,因此伸缩器件500通过自身的伸缩和转动,从而实现相邻的两个折叠部的摊开,最终使得终端设备处于展开状态。
在从展开状态到折叠状态的过程中,用户可以将相邻的两个折叠部叠置,此过程中伸缩器件500的伸缩和转动,能够实现相邻的两个折叠部的堆叠,最终使得终端设备处于折叠状态。
通过上述操作过程可知,本公开实施例公开的终端设备中,相邻的两个折叠部通过伸缩器件500相连,而伸缩器件500的两端分别与相邻的两个折 叠部上的转轴400相连,从而使得伸缩器件500通过自身的伸缩以及相对于与其相连的折叠部的转动,实现终端设备在折叠状态与展开状态之间的切换。可见,本公开实施例公开的终端设备能够通过折叠确保终端设备的便携性,同时还能够通过展开增大终端设备的屏幕面积。
更为可选的方案中,各机壳均可以开设有第一定位槽,例如,机壳110开设有第一定位槽111;机壳210开设有第一定位槽211;机壳310开设有第一定位槽311。机壳110上还可以开设有耳机孔113和扬声器114,机壳210上还可以设置有USB口213,机壳310上可以设置有扬声器313。转轴400可以安装在第一定位槽中。
在终端设备处于折叠状态下,相邻的两个机壳的第一定位槽连通且形成第一容纳空间。转轴400在其轴线方向与其所在的机壳移动配合,伸缩器件500可随转轴400的移动进出第一容纳空间。在折叠状态下,相邻的两个叠置部叠置,此种情况下,伸缩器件500可以位于第一容纳空间内,伸缩器件500能够起到维持相邻的两个折叠部处于折叠状态,如图2所示。当终端设备需要展开时,转轴400可以通过移动带动伸缩器件500从第一容纳空间中移出,达到解除限制的目的。
同理,各机壳均可以开设第二定位槽,例如机壳110开设有第二定位槽112,机壳210开设有第二定位槽212。机壳310开设有第二定位槽312。转轴400可以安装在第二定位槽中。
在终端设备处于展开状态下,相邻的两个机壳的第二定位槽连通且形成第二容纳空间。伸缩器件500可随转轴400的移动进出第二容纳空间。在展开状态下,相邻的两个机壳的第二定位槽连通形成第二容纳空间,伸缩器件500可以位于第二容纳空间内,伸缩器件500能够起到维持相邻的两个折叠部处于展开状态,如图4所示。当终端设备需要折叠时,转轴400可以通过移动带动伸缩器件500从第二容纳空间中移出,达到解除限制的目的。
为了方便伸缩器件500在折叠状态和展开状态分别与第一容纳空间和第二容纳空间配合,更为可选的方案中,各机壳开设的第二定位槽与第一定位槽连通。在从折叠状态到展开状态的过程中,用户可以通过转轴400的移动从而将伸缩器件500从第一容纳空间中移出,此种情况下伸缩器件500对折 叠状态的维持功能被解除。在从展开状态到折叠状态的过程中,用户可以通过转轴400的移动从而将伸缩器件500从第二容纳空间中移出,此种情况下伸缩器件500对展开状态的维持功能被解除。伸缩器件500分别与第一容纳空间和第二容纳空间的配合,能够使得终端设备更稳定地维持在折叠状态和展开状态。
转轴400可以设置在第一定位槽中,也可以设置在第二定位槽中。本实施例中,本实施例中,机壳包含的第一定位槽和第二定位槽能够满足上述各个状态下的配合要求即可。各机壳包含的第一定位槽和第二定位槽的结构可以有多种,请再次参考图2和图4,一种具体的实施方式中,第二定位槽112可以沿折叠部100所在的平面延伸,第一定位槽111的一端可以与第二定位槽112连通,第一定位槽111的另一端可以延伸至折叠部100的板面所在的平面。
转轴400相对于机壳的移动可以通过手动操控实现,具体的,用户可以通过推拉伸缩器件500实现。为了方便操控,可选的方案中,机壳内可以设置驱动机构,驱动机构与转轴400相连,驱动机构用于驱动转轴400沿其轴线方向移动。一种具体的实施方式中,驱动机构可以是直线电机。
本实施例公开的终端设备中,折叠部的数量至少为三个。一种具体的实施方式中,折叠部的数量可以为三个。在展开状态下,至少三个的折叠部包含两个端部折叠部和位于两个端部折叠部之间的中间折叠部,端部折叠部的侧面或端面可以设置有控制按键600,控制按键600可以与驱动机构相连,控制按键600用于控制驱动机构的启停,进而间接操控伸缩器件500进出第一容纳空间或第二容纳空间。
在终端设备处于展开状态时,形成的显示界面的面积较大,当终端设备处于折叠状态时,用户也可以使用最上层的折叠部的显示屏。更为可选的方案中,本公开实施例公开的终端设备还可以包括第一光信号收发装置700和第二光信号收发装置800。第一光信号收发装置700投影的光信号和第二光信号收发装置800投影的光信号形成光感投影虚拟键盘900。第一光信号收发装置700和所述第二光信号收发装置800感应到光感投影虚拟键盘900的同一区域均被遮挡时,将被遮挡的所述区域所对应的键盘信息作为输入信息 输入至终端设备中。此种情况下,用户可以直接将展开状态下的终端设备当成笔记本电脑使用。
需要说明的是,第一光信号收发装置700和第二光信号收发装置800均能够投影成光感投影虚拟键盘900,此技术为公知技术,两者各自投影成的光感投影虚拟键盘900重合,由于第一光信号收发装置700和第二光信号收发装置800的感光角度不同,能够起到相互校验的作用。在用户操控光感投影虚拟键盘900时,只有第一光信号收发装置700和第二光信号收发装置800均感应到光感投影虚拟键盘900的某一区域被遮挡时,才能确认用户的手指处于该区域,用户手掌遮挡的区域只能被第一光信号收发装置700和第二光信号收发装置800之一认定遮挡区域,此种情况下能够摒除用户手掌的干扰。
同理,第一光信号收发装置700和第二光信号收发装置800对光感投影虚拟键盘900局部被遮挡的感应技术也为相关技术,在此不再赘述。
可选的方案中,处于展开状态下的终端设备的显示界面的长宽比可以为16:9,此种显示界面的比例与通常使用的笔记本电脑或平板电脑的比例相同,无疑能够提高用户使用体验。
本实施例中,伸缩器件500能够伸缩,而且通过两端分别与相邻的折叠部上的转轴400相连,伸缩器件500的伸缩以及其两端均与两个机壳上能够转动的转轴400连接,因此能够提高较好地适应展开状态与折叠状态之间切换过程中相邻的两个折叠部之间的相对位置变化。具体的,伸缩器件500可以为伸缩拉杆,也可以为液压伸缩件、气压伸缩件等,本公开实施例不限制伸缩器件500的具体种类。
为了实现各折叠部之间的通信连接,可选的方案中,各折叠部包括用于与其他折叠部进行信息交互的无线收发装置。通常情况下,各折叠部均包括电池实现供电。当然,伸缩器件500和转轴400可以为中空结构,相邻的两个折叠部之间可以通过穿过伸缩器件500和转轴400的线缆实现电连接,进而可以实现供电连接或通信连接,当然,此种情况下,无需在每一个折叠部内均设置电池或主板,进而能够实现部分器件的共用。
本实施例中,位于处于折叠状态下的终端设备的底部的机壳,可以设置有后置摄像头、闪光灯、光敏器件和指纹模组中的至少一者,进而能够实现 终端设备的相应功能。
本公开实施例公开的终端设备可以是手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、游戏机等终端设备,本公开实施例不限制终端设备的具体种类。
本公开上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本公开的实施例而已,并不用于限制本公开。对于本领域技术人员来说,本公开可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本公开的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本公开的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种终端设备,包括至少两个折叠部、转轴和伸缩器件,各所述折叠部均包括机壳和设置在所述机壳上的显示屏,各所述机壳均安装有所述转轴,相邻的两个所述折叠部均通过所述伸缩器件相连,所述伸缩器件的两端分别与相邻的两个所述折叠部上的所述转轴相连,所述终端设备具有折叠状态和展开状态,在所述折叠状态下,相邻的两个所述折叠部叠置,在所述展开状态下,相邻的两个所述折叠部的所述显示屏对接且共面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,各所述机壳均开设有第一定位槽,在所述折叠状态下,相邻的两个所述机壳的所述第一定位槽连通且形成第一容纳空间,所述转轴在其轴线方向与其所在的所述机壳移动配合,所述伸缩器件可随所述转轴的移动进出所述第一容纳空间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的终端设备,其中,各所述机壳均开设有与所述第一定位槽连通的第二定位槽,所述转轴安装在所述第一定位槽或所述第二定位槽中,在所述展开状态下,相邻的两个所述机壳的所述第二定位槽连通且形成第二容纳空间,所述伸缩器件可随所述转轴的移动进出所述第二容纳空间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的终端设备,其中,所述第二定位槽沿所述折叠部所在的平面延伸,所述第一定位槽的一端与所述第二定位槽连通,所述第一定位槽的另一端延伸至所述折叠部的板面所在的平面内。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的终端设备,其中,所述机壳内设置有驱动机构,所述驱动机构与所述转轴相连,所述驱动机构驱动所述转轴沿其轴线方向移动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的终端设备,其中,所述折叠部至少为三个,在所述展开状态下,至少三个所述折叠部包括两个端部折叠部和位于两个端部折叠部之间的中间折叠部,所述端部折叠部的侧面或端面设置有控制按键,所述控制按键与所述驱动机构相连,所述控制按键控制所述驱动机构启停。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,还包括第一光信号收发装置和第二光信号收发装置,所述第一光信号收发装置投影的光信号和所述第二 光信号收发装置投影的光信号形成光感投影虚拟键盘。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,所述伸缩器件为伸缩拉杆。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,各所述折叠部包括用于与其它所述折叠部进行信息交互的无线收发装置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其中,位于处于所述折叠状态下的所述终端设备的底部的所述机壳,设置有后置摄像头、闪光灯、光敏器件和指纹模组中的至少一者。
