针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,本实用新型提出了一种雾化器可旋转360°插入电池杆的旋转式电子烟。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提采用以下技术方案:
一种旋转式电子烟,包括转动连接的上壳和下壳,上壳的一端外表面设置有环形且凹陷的轨道,下壳的一端内表面设置有对应的凸起部,上壳插入下壳并且旋转,进而凸起部沿轨道运动;
下壳内容置有电池,电池靠近上壳的一端面上设置有第一电极顶针和第二电极顶针,第一电极顶针设置在端面的中心位置,上壳内容置有雾化器,雾化器靠近下壳的一端设置有导电片,导电片包括与第一电极顶针电连接的中心导电圈和与第二电极顶针电连接的导电环,中心导电圈与导电环相互绝缘;上壳转动并带动雾化器的导电片旋转,进而第二电极顶针沿导电环运动。
其中,第一电极顶针和第二电极顶针均为弹簧顶针,弹簧顶针一端固定在电池上、另一端可与导电片相互抵持。
其中,凸起部包括对称设置在下壳内表面两侧的第一凸点和第二凸点,上壳相对于下壳转动,进而第一凸点和第二凸点沿轨道运动。
其中,中心导电圈和导电环处于同一平面,且中心导电圈和导电环之间设置有绝缘隔离圈。
其中,上壳内还容置有电路板,中心导电圈和导电环均与电路板电连接。

其中,下壳内还容置有与电池连接的充电片,下壳远离上壳的一端设置有充电口,充电片通过充电口与外界电源连接。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的上壳和下壳通过凸起部沿轨道运动实现可旋转,上壳内的雾化器通过设置有导电片与下壳内的电池上的两电极顶针连接,上壳旋转带动导电片旋转,进而第二电极顶针沿导电片上的导电环运动,实现用户组装时更加方便快捷,且旋转时仍旧导电并满足正常工作的功能,增加了便捷性和有趣性。
