本发明涉及一种夹持机构、夹紧装置以及拍摄设备,属于图像拍摄辅助设备技术领域。
背景技术
随着手机、平板电脑等移动终端设备的普及,市场上发展出了自拍杆、手机支架等各种各样用来夹持手机或平板电脑的设备,但这些设备大都存在操作不便的问题。此外,现有的相机虽然还在影视行业和业余摄影中被大量的使用,但是,现有的相机却无法满足自拍跟随、对目标进行匀速跟拍或者在特殊角度拍摄时的实时监视等。
为了解决相机的上述缺陷,现有的移动终端设备(例如手机、平板电脑等)的生产厂家利用相机自带的无线模块,将相机的图像传输到手机中,通过手机来实现自拍跟随、对目标进行匀速跟拍,或者当相机进行特殊角度拍摄使得操作者无法通过相机的显示屏或者取景器查看取景对象时,通过手机对取景对象进行监视,从而很大程度上改善了相机的局限性。然而,虽然手机等移动终端设备可以与相机通过无线模块进行图像的传输,但现今手机无法牢靠的固定在相机上,从而难以保证取景或者监视的效果。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述或其他潜在问题,本发明实施例提供一种夹持机构、夹紧装置以及拍摄设备。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,提供一种夹持机构,用于夹紧移动终端设备,所述夹持机构包括:第一夹持部、第二夹持部以及手动操作部,所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部相对设置并围合成用于容纳所述移动终端设备的容置空间;所述手动操作部设置在所述容置空间外,且该手动操作部能够驱动所 述第一夹持部和第二夹持部在夹紧位置和松开位置之间运动;其中,在所述夹紧位置时,所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部将所述移动终端设备夹紧;在所述松开位置时,所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部将所述移动终端设备松开。

如图1至图11所示,其中,图中箭头Q所指向的方向为前,箭头S所指向的方向为上;箭头R所指向的方向为右。本实施例提供一种夹紧装置1,用于将移动终端设备安装到图像拍摄设备的热靴上。例如,夹紧装置1可用于将移动终端设备夹持住,且夹紧装置1可与图像拍摄设备的热靴连接,以将移动终端设备安装至图像拍摄设备的热靴上。其中,移动终端设备可设置有通信模块,通信模块可与图像拍摄设备通信连接,以使得图像拍摄设备采集的图像(也即取景对象)能够传输至移动终端设备;移动终端设备上设置有显示屏,以使用户能够通过移动终端设备的显示屏查看取景对象。移动终端设备可以包括如下至少一种:手机、平板电脑等。
如图1至图3所示,夹紧装置1可以包括:快拆结构11及夹持组件13。快拆结构11包括:冷靴固定片111以及第一锁紧结构112,冷靴固定片111用于连接于热靴的快拆接口,第一锁紧结构112用于选择性地将冷靴固定片111快速锁紧在热靴上或者从热靴上解锁;夹持组件13与冷靴固定片111固定,该夹持组件13用于选择性地将移动终端设备夹紧或者松开。
快拆结构11可用于将夹紧装置1连接至热靴的快拆接口,以便于用户将夹紧装置1与图像拍摄设备快速地拆卸、连接,从而实现移动终端设备与图 像拍摄设备拆装。其中,热靴的快拆接口可以包括安装槽,示例性地,安装槽可以为燕尾槽。
快拆结构11中的冷靴固定片111可用于与热靴的快拆接口连接;冷靴固定片111的形状可与快拆接口的形状相适配,以使得冷靴固定片111能够快速地进出快拆接口,从而实现快拆结构11与热靴的快速拆装,也即实现夹紧装置1与图像拍摄设备的快速拆装,也即利于实现移动终端设备与图像拍摄设备拆装。且由于一般的图像拍摄设备,例如单反相机均设有通用的热靴,因此夹紧装置1上设置快拆结构11能够方便的将夹紧装置装设于相机热靴的快拆接口中,从而节省了其他支撑和固定结构,使结构较为简单、安装也更为便捷。
如图4至图6所示,示例性地,冷靴固定片111可包括用于与快拆接口配合的固定片体,固定片体的形状可与快拆接口的形状相适配;固定片体朝向夹持组件13的一端设置有螺柱,螺柱可与固定片体一体设置。螺柱可以与夹持组件13固定连接;例如,螺柱可以夹持组件13插接且过盈配合,以保证二者的连接可靠性;或者,冷靴固定片111上穿设螺钉,且螺钉与夹持组件13紧固连接,从而将冷靴固定片111与夹持组件13紧固连接,以便于后续将冷靴固定片111与夹持组件13相互拆卸。
快拆结构11中的第一锁紧结构112可选择地将冷靴固定片111快速锁紧在热靴上或者从热靴上解锁。也即,在需要将移动终端设备安装至图像拍摄设备时,在冷靴固定片111进入快拆接口中的预设位置时,第一锁紧结构112可将冷靴固定片111快速锁紧在热靴上;在需要将移动终端设备从图像拍摄设备拆下时,可通过操作第一锁紧结构112以将冷靴固定片111释放,使得能够将冷靴固定片111从快拆接口中取出。
示例性地,第一锁紧结构112可包括与螺柱配合的锁紧螺母,以通过锁紧螺母与螺柱的配合,将冷靴固定片111压紧在快拆接口中。在需要将移动终端设备安装至图像拍摄设备时,可先将冷靴固定片111置入快拆接口中,然后将锁紧螺母相对于冷靴固定片111上的螺柱拧紧,以将冷靴固定片111压紧在快拆接口中,从而将冷靴固定片111快速锁紧在热靴上;在需要将移动终端设备从图像拍摄设备拆下时,可将锁紧螺母拧松,再将冷靴固定片111从快拆接口中取出,从而将冷靴固定片111快速从热靴上解锁。
当然,第一锁紧结构112的具体结构并不限于此,本实施例此处只是举例说明。例如,第一锁紧结构112还包括穿过冷靴固定片111且与热靴紧固连接的螺钉等紧固件。
与冷靴固定片111连接的夹持组件13用于将移动终端设备夹紧,以使得夹持组件13及其夹持的移动终端设备能够随冷靴固定片111一起被安装至图像拍摄设备。其中,冷靴固定片111可与夹持组件13固定连接,以保证移动终端设备与图像拍摄设备的连接可靠性;示例性地,冷靴固定片111可通过螺接、卡接等可拆卸连接方式与夹持组件13可拆卸连接,或者,冷靴固定片111与夹持组件13一体设置或者焊接固定。本实施例此处对冷靴固定片111可与夹持组件13的固定连接方式并不做具体限定。
夹持组件13可选择地将移动终端设备夹紧或松开,以使得移动终端设备能够随夹紧装置1一起安装至图像拍摄设备或从图像拍摄设备上拆卸下来;当然,在不需要移动终端设备时,也可仅将夹持组件13调整至松开状态以释放移动终端设备,使得用户能够将移动终端设备从夹持组件13中取下。示例性地,夹持组件13可以包括第一部分及第二部分,第一部分及第二部分之间具有相对运动例如相对转动或者相对滑动;当第一部分及第二部分中的一个远离另一个运动时也即第一部分及第二部分相背运动时,夹持组件13用于将移动终端设备松开。
本实施例提供的夹紧装置1,通过设置快拆结构11及夹持组件13,通过夹持组件13将移动移动终端设备夹持住,以使得移动终端设备能够随着夹紧装置1共同与快拆结构11安装至图像拍摄设备的快拆接口中。如此,利于将移动终端设备可靠地安装至图像拍摄设备,从而利于保证通过移动终端设备取景或者监视的效果;还能够利于将移动终端设备快速地从图像拍摄设备拆下,利于提高用户操作的便利性。
下面对本实施例中的夹持组件13的结构进行举例说明。
可选地,如图1至图6所示,夹持组件13包括与冷靴固定片111连接的夹持机构131。夹持机构131包括:第一夹持部1311、第二夹持部1312以及手动操作部1313,第一夹持部1311和第二夹持部1312相对设置并围合成用于容纳移动终端设备的容置空间;手动操作部1313设置在容置空间外,且该手动操作部1313能够驱动第一夹持部1311和第二夹持部1312在夹紧位置和 松开位置之间运动;其中,在夹紧位置时,第一夹持部1311和第二夹持部1312将移动终端设备夹紧;在松开位置时,第一夹持部1311和第二夹持部1312将移动终端设备松开。
示例性地,第一夹持部1311及第二夹持部1312可分别位于移动终端设备相对的两侧,以便于可靠地夹持移动终端设备。为便于描述,不妨以移动终端设备朝向第一夹持部1311的方向为上,如图1中箭头S所指向的方向;则移动终端设备背离第一夹持部1311的方向为下;以移动终端设备显示屏所在一侧为前,也即以夹持组件13朝向用户的一侧为前,如图1中箭头Q所指向的方向;则夹持组件13与前相对的一侧则为后;其余两侧则分别为左、右如图1中箭头R所指向的方向为右。
第一夹持部1311可包括第一夹持板,第一夹持板可呈平板状,第一夹持板的至少部分前表面可用于与移动终端设备接触;第一夹持板的上端设置有向前翻折的第一边沿,第一边沿也可与移动终端设备接触。第二夹持部1312可包括第二夹持板,第二夹持板可呈平板状,第二夹持板的至少部分前表面可用于与移动终端设备接触;第二夹持板的下端设置有向前翻折的第二边沿,第二边沿也可与移动终端设备接触。第一夹持板及第二夹持板可位于移动终端设备的后侧,第一边沿及第二边沿可分别位于移动终端设备的上侧、下侧,以免第一夹持部1311及第二夹持部1312遮挡移动终端设备的显示屏,减少甚至避免对用户视线的干扰。其中,第一夹持板、第二夹持板、第一边沿及第二边沿共同围成用于容纳移动终端设备的容置空间。

又或者,拉簧的第一端可与第二夹持部1312固定,拉簧的第二端安装在一固定位;此时,弹簧的第二端的固定可与前述类似。
其中,拉簧的固定方式可以为常见的固定方式如焊接、钩接、卡接等。 示例性地,第一夹持部1311的下端及第二夹持部1312的上端可设置有连接钩,拉簧的第一端及第二端设置有连接环,可将两个连接环分别与两个连接钩配合。当拉簧为多个时,多个拉簧可相对于第一夹持部1311沿上下方向的中心线对称设置,以使得第一夹持部1311及第二夹持部1312各处受力均匀,进而利于使得移动终端设备受力均匀。
在其他示例中,弹性复位件1314可以包括由弹性材料制成的柱体如橡胶柱等。当然,弹性复位件1314也可以包括拉簧及橡胶柱。
本实施例中,在具体实现过程中,当需要夹紧移动终端设备时,可先通过手动操作部1313将第一夹持部1311及第二夹持部1312从夹紧位置驱动至松开位置,该过程中,弹性复位件1314被进一步拉伸;将移动终端设备放置到第一夹持部1311与第二夹持部1312围成的容置空间中;然后撤销对手动操作部1313的作用力,在弹性复位件1314的弹性势能作用下,弹性复位件1314将带动第一夹持部1311及第二夹持部1312朝向夹紧位置移动,直至第一夹持部1311及第二夹持部1312运动至将移动终端设备夹紧的夹紧位置,且使得第一夹持部1311及第二夹持部1312能够保持在夹紧位置。
可选地,第一夹持部1311设置有朝向第二夹持部1312的第一啮合齿1315,第二夹持部1312设置有朝向第一夹持部1311的第二啮合齿1316,第一啮合齿1315与第二啮合齿1316配合,以使第一夹持部1311和第二夹持部1312能够在手动操作部1313的操作下往相反方向运动,从而夹紧或者松开移动终端设备。
示例性地,当用户通过第一夹持部1311上的手动操作部1313驱动第一夹持部1311向下且朝向夹紧位置运动时,第一夹紧部将带动其第一啮合齿1315运动,而第一啮合齿1315将带动与其配合的第二啮合齿1316沿与第一啮合齿1315相反的方向运动,进而通过第二啮合齿1316带动第二夹紧部沿与第一夹紧部相反的方向运动,也即通过第二啮合齿1316带动第二夹紧部向上且朝向其夹紧位置运动,从而夹紧移动终端设备。相应地,当松开移动终端设备时,其实现过程与夹紧移动终端设备的实现过程类似。
在一些示例中,第一啮合齿1315可以为齿条,且该齿条沿上下方向延伸设置;该齿条可与第一夹持部1311固定连接,或者第一夹持部1311上可一体设置有该齿条。此时,第二啮合齿1316可以包括设置在第二夹持部1312 上的齿轮;可通过驱动第一夹持部1311运动以带动第二夹持部1312沿与第一夹持部1311相反的方向运动。
在另一些示例中,第二啮合齿1316可以为齿条,且该齿条沿上下方向延伸设置;该齿条可与第二夹持部1312固定连接,或者第二夹持部1312上可一体设置有该齿条。此时,第一啮合齿1315可以包括设置在第一夹持部1311上的齿轮;可通过驱动第二夹持部1312运动以带动第一夹持部1311沿与第二夹持部1312相反的方向运动。
在又一些示例中,第一啮合齿1315及第二啮合齿1316可均为齿条;夹持机构131还包括传动齿轮齿1317,第一啮合齿1315和第二啮合齿1316通过传动齿轮齿1317传动连接,以使得第一啮合齿1315与第二啮合齿1316能沿相反的方向运动。当然,此时,第一啮合齿1315及第二啮合齿1316中的一个可为齿条,另一个可为齿轮。其中,传动齿轮齿1317可设置在夹紧装置1的其它部件上,例如可设置于将移动终端设备放置到位后相对于移动终端设备静止的部件上。
可选地,第一夹持部1311和/或第二夹持部1312用于与移动终端设备接触的内表面设置有弹性垫1318。示例性地,第一夹持部1311和第二夹持部1312的内表面均设置有弹性垫1318,以通过弹性垫1318的弹性压缩形变来缓冲第一夹持部1311和第二夹持部1312施加给移动终端设备的作用力,以免造成移动终端设备的损坏;并且,在第一夹持部1311和第二夹持部1312施加给移动终端设备的作用力导致弹性垫1318发生压缩形变时,弹性垫1318将具有一定的弹性势能,在弹性垫1318的弹性势能作用下,弹性垫1318将与移动终端设备紧密地相抵靠,从而提高对移动终端设备夹持的可靠性。
其中,弹性垫1318至少包括用于与移动终端设备的侧边接触的部分;也即,第一夹持部1311的弹性垫1318至少包括与移动终端设备上侧边接触的部分,第二夹持部1312的弹性垫1318至少包括与移动终端设备下侧边接触的部分。并且,弹性垫1318用于与移动终端设备的侧边接触的部分的表面为弧形面,以更好地适配移动终端设备的侧边。当然,在一些示例中,弹性垫1318也可以包括与移动终端设备的后侧(也即背侧)接触的部分。
可选地,第一夹持部1311背离移动终端设备的外表面设置有装饰片1319,例如,第一夹持部1311的后侧设置有装饰片1319,以通过装饰片1319遮挡 与第一夹持部1311连接的弹性复位件1314和/或设置在第一夹持部1311的第一啮合齿1315等部件,以免外部的环境因素影响弹性复位件1314和/或第一啮合齿1315等部件的寿命,且能够提高第一夹持部1311的整体性。又例如,第一夹持部1311的上侧设置有装饰片1319。
可选地,第二夹持部1312背离移动终端设备的外表面设置有装饰片1319。例如,第二夹持部1312的后侧设置有装饰片1319,以通过装饰片1319遮挡与第二夹持部1312连接的弹性复位件1314和/或设置在第二夹持部1312的第二啮合齿1316等部件,以免外部的环境因素影响弹性复位件1314和/或第二啮合齿1316等部件的寿命,且能够提高第二夹持部1312的整体性。又例如,第二夹持部1312的下侧设置有装饰片1319。
可选地,夹持机构131还包括:盖体1320,第一夹持部1311和第二夹持部1312滑设在盖体1320的第一表面上,以使得第一夹持部1311和第二夹持部1312能沟通过盖体1320与其他部件连接,且盖体1320对第一夹持部1311及第二夹持部1312具有防护作用。示例性地,盖体1320可以包括板体,板体上可设置有滑槽,第一夹持部1311和第二夹持部1312设置有与滑槽配合的滑块,以通过滑块与滑槽的配合引导第一夹持部1311和第二夹持部1312的移动方向;其中,第一夹持部1311和第二夹持部1312可分别设置在板体的上部和下部。
可选地,夹持机构131能够相对于冷靴固定片111转动,也即夹持机构131与冷靴固定片111转动连接,以使得夹持机构131能够带动移动终端设备相对于图像拍摄装置转动;例如,夹持机构131能够选择性地将移动终端设备转动到横向位置或者纵向位置。
例如:夹持机构131上可设置有转动柱,冷靴固定片111的螺柱可设置有配合孔,转动柱可转动地设置在配合孔中。在其中一可能实现方式中,配合孔与转动柱之间抵设有橡胶垫,如此,可通过外力克服转动柱与橡胶垫(或配合孔孔壁与橡胶垫)之间的摩擦力并驱动夹持机构131相对于冷靴固定片111转动,且在转动至预设位置后,还可通过转动柱与橡胶垫之间的摩擦力实现对夹持机构131的锁止。
在另一可能实现方式中,在转动柱在配合孔中转动至合适位置时,可通过穿过冷靴固定片111的螺钉等紧固件,且是的螺钉等紧固件与转动柱紧固 连接,以将夹持机构131与冷靴固定片111相对锁止。当然,关于冷靴固定片111与夹持机构131可转动及相对锁止的可实现方式并不限于此,本实施例此处只是举例说明。
可选地,夹持组件13还包括支撑机构133,夹持机构131与支撑机构133转动连接,支撑机构133与冷靴固定片111固定。
支撑机构133可通过常规的连接方式与冷靴固定片111固定,如螺接、卡接、焊接等;或者支撑机构133可与冷靴固定片111一体设置。支撑机构133可与夹持机构131的盖体1320转动连接。示例性地,支撑机构133朝向盖体1320的内表面形成有转轴1331,盖体1320可转动地套设在转轴1331上。其中,盖体1320上设置有与转轴1331配合的轴孔;轴孔与转轴1331之间可设置有橡胶垫,以在盖体1320相对于支撑机构133转动到预设位置时,将盖体1320与支撑机构133相对锁止。
转轴1331的自由端安装有用于防止盖体1320从转轴1331上脱落的防脱盖1332。转轴1331的自由端可通过螺接、卡接等可拆卸连接方式与防脱盖1332连接,以便于拆装;或者,转轴1331的自由端可与防脱盖1332一体设置。防脱盖1332可以与盖体1320相抵,以免转轴1331从盖体1320中的轴孔中脱落。
可选地,夹持组件13还包括第二锁紧结构,第二锁紧结构用于将盖体1320和支撑机构133选择性地锁定在至少两个锁紧位置。例如,第二锁紧机构用于将盖体1320和支撑机构133选择性地锁定在使得移动终端设备处于横向位置的第一锁紧位置,以及使得移动终端设备处于纵向位置的第二锁紧位置。
其中,相邻两个锁紧位置相互垂直。例如,相邻两个锁紧位置中的一个使得移动终端设备处于横向位置,另一个使得移动终端设备处于纵向位置,以便于用户观察。
示例性地,第二锁紧结构包括:至少一个凸起以及至少两个间隔设置的凹槽,凸起设置在盖体1320和支撑机构133的其中一个上,凹槽设置在盖体1320和支撑机构133的另外一个上,凸起容纳在其中一个凹槽内。
本示例中,对于同一个凸起而言,该凸起位于不同的凹槽中时,盖体1320和支撑机构133处于不同的锁紧位置。其中,凸起可以为一个或者多个;当 凸起为多个时,凸起的数量与凹槽的数量相适配,以使得在各锁止位置时,各凸起均能够与相应的凹槽配合,以将盖体1320与支撑机构133可靠地锁定。在一些示例中,支撑机构133与盖体1320之间可设置有拉簧等弹性件,以通过拉簧的弹性势能将凸起容纳在凹槽中且保持。
下面不妨以盖体1320上设置有两个凹槽且支撑机构133上设置有凸起为例,对本示例的实现过程进行举例说明。盖体1320上设置有两个凹槽,两个凹槽相互垂直设置,例如,其中一凹槽上下延伸,另一凹槽左右延伸;支撑机构133上可设置有一个凸起。如此,在需要调整移动终端设备的位置时,可通过外力驱动支撑机构133上的凸起脱离其中一凹槽,并使得盖体1320相对于支撑机构133转动且转动至支撑机构133上的凸起与另一凹槽对准时,撤销外力,在拉簧的作用下,支撑机构133上的凸起能够进入凹槽,实现对盖体1320的锁定。
当然,盖体1320上也可以设置有4个凹槽,每相邻的两个凹槽相互垂直设置(也即相邻的两个凹槽所对应的圆心角为直角),且每相邻的两个凹槽之间的距离相等。支撑机构133上可以设置有一个或者多个凸起;当凸起为多个时,每相邻两个凸起之间的距离需与相邻的两个凹槽之间的距离相适配;示例性地,凸起的数量可与凹槽的数量相同,且凸起的分布可与凹槽的分布相适配,有保证对盖体1320与支撑机构133的锁定的可靠性。
可选地,夹持组件13还包括解锁结构,解锁结构用于将盖体1320和支撑机构133从锁紧位置解锁。
示例性地,解锁结构包括:锥形凸台以及锥形卡槽,锥形凸台设置在盖体1320和支撑机构133的其中一个上,锥形卡槽设置在盖体1320和支撑机构133的另外一个上,锥形凸台穿设在锥形卡槽内。
以盖体1320上设置有锥形卡槽,支撑机构133上设置有锥形凸台为例:锥形卡槽及锥形凸台沿垂直于其轴向的横截面面积、从前至后逐渐减小;例如,锥形卡槽及锥形凸台的横截面为圆形,则锥形卡槽及锥形凸台的直径从前至后逐渐减小。
第二锁紧结构可包括:在锥形凸台上的至少一个凸起以及设置在锥形卡槽内的至少两个间隔设置的凹槽,凸起容纳在其中一个凹槽内。其中,以凹槽为两个为例,两个凹槽所对应的圆心角为90度,以使得移动终端设备能够 在横向位置和竖向位置之间切换;当然,凹槽也可以设置为4个,此时,每相邻的两个凹槽所对应的圆心角为90度,以使得移动终端设备能够在横向位置和竖向位置之间切换。
解锁结构还包括弹性件,弹性件的两端分别抵顶盖体1320和支撑机构133。示例性地,弹性件为套设在转轴1331上的压簧1335,以通过压簧1335的弹性势能将凸起与凹槽的槽壁相抵顶,以利于盖体1320及移动终端设备相对于支撑机构133及图像拍摄设备的定位可靠性。
例如,锥形卡槽前端的上侧设置有一凹槽,锥形卡槽前端的右侧也设置有一凹槽;锥形凸台上设置有一凸起;凸起可收容在上侧凸起中,以使得移动终端设备处于竖向位置;当需要将移动终端设备切换至横向位置时,可先按压盖体1320,使得凸起脱离上侧的凹槽,同时压簧1335被压缩;再相对于支撑机构133旋转盖体1320,直至凸起与右侧凹槽对准,撤销对盖体1320的作用力,同时,在压簧1335弹性势能的作用下,压簧1335将推抵盖体1320沿远离支撑机构133的方向运动,并带动凸起进入右侧凹槽,以实现盖体1320与支撑机构133之间的锁定。
可选地,如图5至图6所示,盖体1320包括:第一盖1320a和第二盖1320b,第一盖1320a和第二盖1320b盖合在一起并形成有容纳空腔;示例性地,第一盖1320a及第二盖1320b均为具有开口的盒体,且第一盖1320a的开口可与第二盖1320b的开口相对设置,以使得第一盖1320a及第二盖1320b共同围成容纳空腔。当然,第一盖1320a及第二盖1320b上开设有可供其它部件进入容纳空腔的通道。
第二盖1320b开设有供转轴1331的自由端穿过的通孔1320c,防脱盖1332设置于容纳空腔内。也即第二盖1320b可相对位于第一盖1320a的后侧,也即第二盖1320b可位于第一盖1320a与支撑机构133之间;第二盖1320b的至少部分与第一盖1320a的至少部分沿前后方向叠设,以使得第一盖1320a与第二盖1320b之间形成有容纳空腔,防脱盖1332可位于容纳空间中,防脱盖1332可与转轴1331卡接或者螺接,转轴1331可与支撑机构133一体设置。
此外,第一夹持部1311的一部分以及第二夹持部1312的一部分均穿设在容纳空腔内。例如,第一夹持部1311的第一夹持板的至少部分、第二夹持部1312的第二夹持板的至少部分等部件可穿设在容纳空腔中,以利于夹紧装 置1结构的紧凑性。此时,移动终端设备的后侧面可与第一盖1320a接触;第一盖1320a的外表面也即第一盖1320a的前表面可设置有防滑垫1320d,以利于减少第一盖1320a与移动终端设备之间的相对滑动,从而利于提高夹持移动终端设备的可靠性。
可选地,支撑机构133包括:底壳1333以及盖板1334,底壳1333包括第一部分1333a和第二部分1333b,第一部分1333a形成有转轴1331,盖板1334盖设在第二部分1333b上。
示例性地,底壳1333可以为具有前开口的盒体,盒体包括第一部分1333a,第一部分1333a设置有用于与盖体1320转接的转轴1331,转轴1331可从盒体的前开口处与盖体1320转接;盒体还可包括第二部分1333b,第二部分1333b可从第一部分1333a处朝向图像拍摄设备的快拆接口延伸,以免冷靴固定片111、快拆接口等部件干涉移动终端设备在横向位置和竖向位置之间切换;第二部分1333b对应的前开口处可盖设有盖板1334。
在一些示例中,如图5所示,转轴1331与可与其防脱盖1332一体设置,防脱盖1332容纳于第一盖1320a和第二盖1320b之间,防脱盖1332设置有转轴1331的一端朝向第二盖1320b设置,且转轴1331穿设在第二盖1320b的通孔1320c中,转轴1331穿出通孔1320c的部分与支撑机构133的底壳1333连接,转轴1331可通过如下至少一种连接方式与底壳1333连接:过盈配合、螺钉连接、粘接等。
在另一些示例中,如图6所示,转轴1331可与底壳1333一体设置,转轴1331设置在底壳1333朝向第二盖1320b的一侧,且转轴1331穿设在第二盖1320b的通孔1320c中;防脱盖1332的至少部分容纳在第一盖1320a和第二盖1320b之间,且防脱盖1332与转轴1331连接,防脱盖1332可通过如下至少一种连接方式与转轴1331连接:过盈配合、螺钉连接、粘接等。
可选地,如图7至图11所示,夹紧装置1还包括:快拆座15以及手柄连接座17;快拆座15与手柄连接座17转动连接,快拆座15用于与冷靴固定片111快拆连接;手柄连接座17用于固定在图像拍摄设备的手柄上。
手柄连接座17可通过螺接、卡接等常见的可拆卸连接方式固定在图像拍摄设备的手柄上,以便于后续对夹紧装置1的拆装。当然,手柄连接座17也可与图像拍摄设备的手柄一体设置,或者手柄连接座17也可与图像拍摄设备 焊接固定,以利于二者的固定可靠性。
快拆座15可通过转轴1331等于手柄连接座17转动连接,以使得用户能够通过快拆座15相对于手柄连接座17的转动调整移动终端设备的俯仰角度,例如,调整移动终端设备显示屏相对于图像拍摄设备的角度,以将移动终端设备的显示屏调整至便于用户查看的位置。
示例性地,快拆座15包括:冷靴座151及底座152;底座152与手柄连接座17转动连接;冷靴座151和底座152相对设置并固定在一起,冷靴座151背离底座152的表面形成有用于与冷靴固定片111卡接的燕尾槽1511。如此,底座152和冷靴座151围合成的容纳空间可用于收容其它部件,以利于夹紧装置1结构的紧凑性。
其中,冷靴座151可包括主座体,主座体背离底座152的表面设置有用于与冷靴固定片111配合的燕尾槽1511;主座体另一表面相对的两侧分别设置有朝向底座152延伸的连接板,且连接板与底座152相抵,以使得冷靴座151能够与底座152共同围成容纳空间;主座体上与连接板相邻的另外两侧则形成与容纳空间连通的操作窗口,以便于用于对设置在容纳空间中的部件进行相应的操作。
可选地,冷靴座151的燕尾槽1511内设置有用于限制冷靴固定片111的卡接位置的限位结构,以限制冷靴固定片111限制在其设定的卡接位置,利于夹持机构131与图像拍摄装置的连接可靠性。示例性地,限位结构可以包括至少一个设置在冷靴座151上的限位螺丝1512,且限位螺丝1512的部分穿设在燕尾槽1511中,以限制冷靴固定片111的移动。
夹紧装置1还包括:手拧螺母153;手拧螺母153的头部容纳在由底座152和冷靴座151围合成的容纳空间内,手拧螺母153的杆部穿过底座152开设的通孔1320c与手柄连接座17固定。
手拧螺母153的杆部可转动地设置在底座152的通孔1320c中;手柄连接座17上可以设置有与手拧螺母153杆部配合的固定孔,以使得手拧螺母153能够与手柄连接座17固定连接;例如,手拧螺母153的杆部可以与固定孔过盈配合。
如此,用户可通过从转动手拧螺母153的头部,使得手拧螺母153带动手柄连接座17及图像拍摄装置转动,进而实现对移动终端设备的俯仰角度的 调整。当然,用户也可通过转动快拆座15,使得快拆座15带动移动终端设备转动,进而实现对移动终端设备的俯仰角度的调整。
本实施例中,通过将快拆座15设置为分体的冷靴座151及底座152,且通过设置手拧螺母153,既能够使得夹紧装置1与图像拍摄装置的连接,又能够实现夹紧装置1相对于图像拍摄装置的转动,也即实现移动终端设备显示屏相对于图像拍摄装置的转动,从而进一步提高用户操作及观察的便利性。
夹紧装置1还包括中空的固定座171,固定座171设置在底座152和手柄连接座17之间,手拧螺母153的杆部穿过固定座171的中空腔室与手柄连接座17固定。固定座171可为设置在底座152与手柄连接座17之间的中空柱体,固定座171可与手柄连接座17固定连接;固定座171的尺寸可小于底座152,也即固定座171的径向尺寸可小于底座152相应方向的尺寸,以使得固定座171与底座152之间具有一定间隙,以免二者相互干涉。
可选地,手拧螺母153的杆部设置有至少一个垫片;示例性地,底座152开设的通孔1320c的两侧各设置有一个垫片,以减少快拆座15相对于手柄连接座17转动的过程中,对底座152的磨损。垫片可选用铁氟龙垫片154。
可选地,手拧螺母153的头部与底座152之间还设置有预紧螺母155,以使的手拧螺母153的头部与底座152之间具有合适的预紧力。此外,在预紧螺母155与底座152之间还设置有预紧垫片156,以减少手拧螺母153的头部相对于底座152转动的过程中对底座152的磨损。
本实施例还提供一种夹持机构131,本实施例的夹持机构131的结构、功能及其实现可与前述实施例中的夹持机构131相同,此处不再赘述。
本实施例还提供一种拍摄设备,包括:相机以及前述任一实施例中的夹紧装置1,夹紧装置1的冷靴固定片111卡接在相机的热靴上。其中,相机为前述实施例中的图像拍摄设备。夹紧装置1的构、功能及其实现可与前述实施例中的夹紧装置1相同,此处不再赘述。
本实施例还提供一种拍摄设备,包括:手柄以及前述任一实施例中的夹紧装置1,夹紧装置1的手柄连接座17固定在手柄的侧面。本实施例中的夹紧装置1的构、功能及其实现可与前述实施例中的夹紧装置1相同,此处不再赘述。
手柄为用于搭载图像拍摄设备的、且可供用户手持的手持设备,夹紧装 置1可通过手柄与图像拍摄设备连接。示例性地,手柄可设置有云台机构,以通过控制云台机构的运动调整图像拍摄设备的拍摄角度;此外,手柄上还可以设置有操作件如按键、感应键等,以使得用户能够通过手柄控制图像拍摄设备执行一些功能。本实施例此处对于手柄的具体结构并不做具体限定,手柄可采用本领域的常规设置。

  1. 一种夹持机构,用于夹紧移动终端设备,其特征在于,所述夹持机构包括:第一夹持部、第二夹持部以及手动操作部,所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部相对设置并围合成用于容纳所述移动终端设备的容置空间;
    所述手动操作部设置在所述容置空间外,且该手动操作部能够驱动所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部在夹紧位置和松开位置之间运动;
    其中,在所述夹紧位置时,所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部将所述移动终端设备夹紧;在所述松开位置时,所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部将所述移动终端设备松开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述手动操作部包括按压凸起,所述按压凸起用于驱动所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部从所述夹紧位置往所述松开位置运动;
    所述按压凸起至少设置在所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部的其中一个上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部和所述第二夹持部均设置有所述按压凸起,且两个所述按压凸起相对设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部的按压凸起位于所述第二夹持部侧,所述第二夹持部的按压凸起位于所述第一夹持部的同侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述夹持机构还包括弹性复位件,所述弹性复位件用于将所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部从所述松开位置复位到所述夹紧位置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述弹性复位件为拉簧,所述拉簧的第一端与所述第一夹持部和所述第二夹持部中的一个固定;所述拉簧的第二端与所述第一夹持部和所述第二夹持部中的另一个固定,或者,所述拉簧的第二端安装在一固定位。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部设置有朝向所述第二夹持部的第一啮合齿,所述第二夹持部设置有朝向所述第一夹持部的第二啮合齿,所述第一啮合齿与所述第二啮合齿配合,以使所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部能够在所述手动操作部的操作下往相反方向运动,从而夹紧或者松开所述移动终端设备。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述夹持机构还包括传动齿轮,所述第一啮合齿和所述第二啮合齿通过所述传动齿轮传动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部和/或所述第二夹持部用于与所述移动终端设备接触的内表面设置有弹性垫。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述弹性垫至少包括用于与所述移动终端设备的侧边接触的部分,且该部分的表面为弧形面。
  11. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部和/或第二夹持部背离所述移动终端设备的外表面设置有装饰片。
  12. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的夹持机构,其特征在于,所述夹持机构还包括:盖体,所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部滑设在所述盖体的第一表面上。
  13. 一种夹紧装置,用于将移动终端设备安装到图像拍摄设备的热靴上,其特征在于,包括:
    快拆结构,包括:冷靴固定片以及第一锁紧结构,所述冷靴固定片用于连接于所述热靴的快拆接口,所述第一锁紧结构用于选择性地将所述冷靴固定片快速锁紧在所述热靴上或者从所述热靴上解锁;
    夹持组件,与所述冷靴固定片固定,该夹持组件用于选择性地将所述移动终端设备夹紧或者松开。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述第一锁紧结构包括:锁紧螺母,所述冷靴固定片形成有用于与所述夹持组件固定的螺柱,所述锁紧螺母安装在所述螺柱上。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述夹持组件包括与所述冷靴固定片连接的夹持机构;
    所述夹持机构包括:第一夹持部、第二夹持部以及手动操作部,所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部相对设置并围合成用于容纳所述移动终端设备的容置空间;
    所述手动操作部设置在所述容置空间外,且该手动操作部能够驱动所述 第一夹持部和第二夹持部在夹紧位置和松开位置之间运动;
    其中,在所述夹紧位置时,所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部将所述移动终端设备夹紧;在所述松开位置时,所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部将所述移动终端设备松开。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述手动操作部包括按压凸起,所述按压凸起用于驱动所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部从所述夹紧位置往所述松开位置运动;
    所述按压凸起至少设置在所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部的其中一个上。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部和所述第二夹持部均设置有所述按压凸起,且两个所述按压凸起相对设置。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部的按压凸起位于所述第二夹持部侧,所述第二夹持部的按压凸起位于所述第一夹持部侧。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述夹持机构还包括弹性复位件,所述弹性复位件用于将所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部从所述松开位置复位到所述夹紧位置。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述弹性复位件为拉簧,所述拉簧的第一端与所述第一夹持部和所述第二夹持部中的一个固定;所述拉簧的第二端与所述第一夹持部和所述第二夹持部中的另一个固定,或者,所述拉簧的第二端安装在一固定位。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部设置有朝向所述第二夹持部的第一啮合齿,所述第二夹持部设置有朝向所述第一夹持部的第二啮合齿,所述第一啮合齿与所述第二啮合齿配合,以使所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部能够在所述手动操作部的操作下往相反方向运动,从而夹紧或者松开所述移动终端设备。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述夹持机构还包括传动齿轮,所述第一啮合齿和所述第二啮合齿通过所述传动齿轮传动连接。
  23. 根据权利要求15所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部和/或所述第二夹持部用于与所述移动终端设备接触的内表面设置有弹性垫。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述弹性垫至少包 括用于与所述移动终端设备的侧边接触的部分,且该部分的表面为弧形面。
  25. 根据权利要求15所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部和/或第二夹持部背离所述移动终端设备的外表面设置有装饰片。
  26. 根据权利要求15所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述夹持机构还包括:盖体,所述第一夹持部和第二夹持部滑设在所述盖体的第一表面上。
  27. 根据权利要求15所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述夹持机构能够相对于所述冷靴固定片转动。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述夹持机构能够选择性地将移动终端设备转动到横向位置或者纵向位置。
  29. 根据权利要求15所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述夹持组件还包括支撑机构,所述夹持机构与所述支撑机构转动连接,所述支撑机构与所述冷靴固定片固定。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述支撑机构与所述夹持机构的盖体转动连接。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述支撑机构朝向所述盖体的内表面形成有转轴,所述盖体可转动地套设在所述转轴上。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述转轴的自由端安装有用于防止所述盖体从所述转轴上脱落的防脱盖。
  33. 根据权利要求31所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述夹持组件还包括第二锁紧结构,所述第二锁紧结构用于将所述盖体和所述支撑机构选择性地锁定在至少两个锁紧位置。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,相邻两个所述锁紧位置相互垂直。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述第二锁紧结构包括:至少一个凸起以及至少两个间隔设置的凹槽,所述凸起设置在所述盖体和所述支撑机构的其中一个上,所述凹槽设置在所述盖体和所述支撑机构的另外一个上,所述凸起容纳在其中一个所述凹槽内。
  36. 根据权利要求33所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述夹持组件还包括解锁结构,所述解锁结构用于将所述盖体和所述支撑机构从所述锁紧位置解锁。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述解锁结构包括:锥形凸台以及锥形卡槽,所述锥形凸台设置在所述盖体和所述支撑机构的其中一个上,所述锥形卡槽设置在所述盖体和所述支撑机构的另外一个上,所述锥形凸台穿设在所述锥形卡槽内。
  38. 根据权利要求37所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述第二锁紧结构包括:所述在所述锥形凸台上的至少一个凸起以及设置在所述锥形卡槽内的至少两个间隔设置的凹槽,所述凸起容纳在其中一个所述凹槽内。
  39. 根据权利要求37所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述解锁结构还包括弹性件,所述弹性件的两端分别抵顶所述盖体和所述支撑机构。
  40. 根据权利要求39所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件为套设在所述转轴上的压簧。
  41. 根据权利要求32所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述盖体包括:第一盖和第二盖,所述第一盖和第二盖盖合在一起并形成有容纳空腔;
    所述第二盖开设有供所述转轴的自由端穿过的通孔,所述防脱盖设置于所述容纳空腔内。
  42. 根据权利要求41所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部的一部分以及所述第二夹持部的一部分均穿设在所述容纳空腔内。
  43. 根据权利要求42所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述第一盖的外表面设置有防滑垫。
  44. 根据权利要求31所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述支撑机构包括:底壳以及盖板,所述底壳包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分形成有所述转轴,所述盖板盖设在所述第二部分上。
  45. 根据权利要求13-44任一项所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述夹紧装置还包括:快拆座以及手柄连接座;所述快拆座与所述手柄连接座转动连接,所述快拆座用于与所述冷靴固定片快拆连接;所述手柄连接座用于固定在所述图像拍摄设备的手柄上。
  46. 根据权利要求45所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述快拆座包括:冷靴座及底座;所述冷靴座和所述底座相对设置并固定在一起,所述冷靴座背离所述底座的表面形成有用于与所述冷靴固定片卡接的燕尾槽;所述底座 与所述手柄连接座转动连接。
  47. 根据权利要求46所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述夹紧装置还包括:手拧螺母;所述手拧螺母的头部容纳在由所述底座和所述冷靴座围合成的容纳空间内,所述手拧螺母的杆部穿过所述底座开设的通孔与所述手柄连接座固定。
  48. 根据权利要求47所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述夹紧装置还包括中空的固定座,所述固定座设置在所述底座和手柄连接座之间,所述手拧螺母的杆部穿过所述固定座的中空腔室与所述手柄连接座固定。
  49. 根据权利要求48所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述手拧螺母的杆部设置有至少一个垫片。
  50. 根据权利要求49所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述底座开设的通孔的两侧各设置有一个所述垫片。
  51. 根据权利要求49所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述手拧螺母的头部与所述底座之间还设置有预紧螺母。
  52. 根据权利要求46所述的夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述冷靴座的燕尾槽内设置有用于限制所述冷靴固定片的卡接位置的限位结构。
  53. 一种拍摄设备,其特征在于,包括:相机以及权利要求13-44任一项所述的夹紧装置,所述夹紧装置的冷靴固定片卡接在所述相机的热靴上。
  54. 一种拍摄设备,其特征在于,包括:手柄以及权利要求45-52任一项所述的夹紧装置,所述夹紧装置的手柄连接座固定在所述手柄的侧面。
