具体实施方式
本申请第一实施例为:
请参阅图1-图7所示,本实用新型提供一种云台相机102,包括云台部103和手柄部105,所述云台部103包括相机101和增稳组件119,所述相机101与所述增稳组件119连接;所述增稳组件119还包括电池、控制电路板、电机和云台控制键,所述电池与所述控制电路板以及所述电机均电连接,所述控制电路板与所述电机以及所述云台控制键均电连接,以使得所述云台部103与所述手柄部105分离时,所述云台部103能独立于所述手柄部105工作。其中,所述控制电路板116能够驱动电机转动,所述增稳组件119能够对所述相机101的拍摄进行增稳。
所述云台部103与所述手柄部105分离时,通过单独操作云台控制键1032启动云台部103,云台部103独立完成拍摄任务;也可以通过单独操作手柄部105,手柄部105控制云台部103工作。
手柄部105还可以支撑云台部103,当手柄部105支撑云台部103时,云台部103和手柄部105机械连接和电性连接。手柄部105包括电池和手柄充电接口,当手柄部105支撑云台部103时,可以控制手柄部105来控制云台部103 工作,也可以通过手柄部105对云台部103充电。
当手柄部105与云台部103分离时,手柄部105与云台部103无线连接或有线连接。
具体地,手柄部105包括手柄头部、握持部、第一连接面106和第二连接面107,握持部在手柄头部的下方,第一连接面106和第二连接面107位于手柄头部,第二连接面107与第一连接面106呈角度设置,第一连接面106和增稳组件119之一设有连接部件109,另一设有配合部件1031;第二连接面107设有第一接口,增稳组件119上设有第二接口113,当手柄部105支撑云台部103时,配合部件1031与连接部件109匹配连接,第一接口与第二接口113匹配连接;以实现云台部103和手柄部105的机械连接和电性连接。
当手柄部105支撑云台部103时,云台部103沿着第一连接面106移动到手柄部105,与手柄部105的第一连接面106机械连接,此时增稳组件119与手柄部105的第二连接面107电性连接。
增稳组件119还包括充电接口和显示屏115,显示屏115和云台控制键1032分别位于增稳组件119的外表面,控制电路板116与显示屏115及云台控制键1032均电连接,并位于增稳组件119的内部。
第一连接面106与第二连接面107呈L型结构设置。增稳组件119与第一连接面106和第二连接面107相配合的面亦呈L型结构设置,第一连接面106与第二连接面107呈L型结构设置为增稳组件119提供一快速拆装的开放的操作空间,使得手握住增稳组件119能够较为便捷的进行前后或左右移动,由此较为方便的拆装云台部103和手柄部105。
连接部件109包括导向凸边108和第一锁定部件,配合部件1031包括滑槽104和第二锁定部件,滑槽104和导向凸边108配合,使得配合部件1031能够在连接部件109上滑动,第一锁定部件和第二锁定配合,使得配合部件1031能够在连接部件109上锁定。
第二锁定部件包括弹性件111,第一锁定部件具有定位孔110,弹性件111与增稳组件119固定连接,并能够与定位孔110卡紧或松脱。
连接部件109上具有凹槽1091,凹槽1091与定位孔110连通,凹槽1091的纵向深度小于定位孔110的纵向深度,连接部件109与配合部件1031滑动配合时,弹性件111沿着凹槽1091滑动。
第一接口包括连接块112,连接块112凸出于第二连接面107,当手柄部105支撑云台部103时,连接块112与第二接口113契合。连接块112可以为Type C连接块。
云台部103还包括第一无线收发电路板117,手柄部105包括第二无线收发电路板118和手柄控制电路板,第二无线收发电路板118与手柄控制电路板电连接,第一无线收发电路板117与控制电路板116电连接,并位于增稳组件119的内部,第二无线收发电路板118与第一无线收发电路板117无线连接,并位于手柄部105的内部。
手柄部105还包括手柄显示屏和手柄控制键,手柄控制键设于手柄显示屏的下方,手柄控制键呈上下左右分布,用手握持手柄部105时,可以用一操作手指上下左右操作手柄控制键,操作较为方便。
针对本具体实施方式,所述第二连接面107与所述第一连接面106呈L型结构设置,所述连接部件109与所述手柄部105固定连接,并位于所述第一连接面106处,所述导向凸边108分别与所述连接部件109固定连接,分别位于所述连接部件109的两侧,所述滑槽104位于所述增稳组件119远离相机101的一侧,所述相机101与所述增稳组件119固定连接,所述相机101用于采集图像画面,所述增稳组件119用于为相机101的拍摄提供安装和增稳条件,所述滑槽104用于为所述导向凸边108提供滑动条件,并限制所述导向凸边108的上下移动范围,避免在拆装过程中所述云台部103和所述手柄部105分离,所述手柄部105的所述第一连接面106用于为所述连接部件109提供安装条件,所述手柄部105的所述第二连接面107用于为所述云台部103限位,和为所述连接块112提供安装条件,所述手柄部105具有第二显示屏1051,第二显示屏1051安装于背向所述连接块112的表面,所述第二显示屏1051用于显示所述相机101采集的画面。
请参阅图2,其中,所述弹性件111与所述增稳组件119固定连接,当所述手柄部105支撑所述云台部103时,所述弹性件111位于所述定位孔110内,所述弹性件111用于进入所述定位孔110内,将所述增稳组件119卡在所述手柄部105上,避免所述云台部103在所述手柄部105上发生滑动。
请参阅图3,其次,所述连接块112与所述手柄部105固定连接,并位于所述第二连接面107处,并与所述接口113契合,所述连接块112在处于所述第 二接口113时,用于将所述增稳组件119卡在所述手柄部105上,避免所述增稳组件119在所述手柄部105上发生滑动,且连接块112与第二接口113电连接,为信号传输提供条件。
请参阅图2和图4,同时,所述显示屏115和云台控制键1032与所述增稳组件119固定连接,并位于所述增稳组件119的外表面,所述控制电路板116与所述显示屏115和云台控制键1032电连接,并位于所述增稳组件119的内部,所述增稳组件119用于为所述显示屏115和云台控制键1032提供安装条件,所述增稳组件119包括电机,所述控制电路板116用于控制所述电机转动,和所述相机101的工作状态,所述显示屏115用于显示所述控制电路板116工作时的参数信息,所述云台控制键1032用于开启和关闭云台部103工作,以及切换云台部103的工作模式,工作模式包括但不限于跟随模式、锁定模式、人脸跟踪模式等。
请参阅图4,另外,所述第一无线收发电路板117与所述控制电路板116电连接,并位于所述增稳组件119的内部,所述第二无线收发电路板118与所述第一无线收发电路板117无线连接,并位于所述手柄部105内,通过所述第一无线收发电路板117和所述第二无线收发电路板118实现所述控制电路板116与所述手柄部105的无线通信,所述手柄部105上具有功能键,所述功能键通过所述第二无线收发电路板118向所述第一无线收发电路板117发送控制指令,所述第一无线收发电路板117用于将所述控制指令发送给所述控制电路板116。
请参阅图5,最后,所述弹性件111包括安装孔120、滚珠121和复位弹簧122。所述安装孔120设置于所述增稳组件119上,并位于靠近所述手柄部105的一侧面,所述滚珠121与所述安装孔120过盈配合,所述滚珠121的至少三分之二位于安装孔120内,使得滚珠121不会从安装孔120内脱落,所述复位弹簧122位于所述滚珠121和所述滚珠121之间,所述复位弹簧122的一端与安装孔120的底部抵接,另一端与位于所述安装孔120的滚珠121抵接。
在将所述云台部103安装在所述手柄部105上时,配合部件1031与连接部件109配合,具体地,滑槽104与导向凸边108配合,使得所述滑槽104与所述连接部件109两侧的所述导向凸边108产生相对滑动,所述弹性件111与凹槽1091配合,运动到定位孔110时,弹性件111与定位孔110卡紧,由此配合部件1031和连接部件109锁紧,更具体地,所述弹性件111上的所述滚珠124 与所述连接部件109的凹槽1091接触,弹性件111在凹槽1091内受到挤压,使得所述滚珠124向所述复位弹簧122抵进所述安装孔120内,所述滚珠121挤压所述复位弹簧125,接着并向靠近所述第二连接面107方向推动所述增稳组件119,使得所述增稳组件119通过所述滑槽104在所述导向凸边108上滑动,同时所述滚珠124跟所所述增稳组件119的移动方向在通过在所述连接部件109上滚动,直至所述滚珠124运动至所述连接部件109上的所述定位孔110内,此时所述复位弹簧125复位,推动所述所述滚珠124与所述定位孔110的底部接触,将所述增稳组件119卡紧在所述手柄部105上,同时所述第二连接面107上的所述连接块112与所述增稳组件119的所述第二接口113内,限制所述增稳组件119在所述手柄部105上的移动情况,安装完成,在需要拆卸云台部103和手柄部105时,向远离所述第二连接面107方向拉动所述增稳组件119,使得所述滑槽104与所述连接部件109两侧的所述导向凸边108产生反向相对滑动,直至所述滑槽104与所述导向凸边108分离,实现所述云台部103与所述手柄部105的拆分,使得云台部较为容易地、快速地与手柄部进行拆卸和组装,从而使得云台部和手柄部便于分开携带,以及分开使用,增强了使用的灵活性,降低了云台相机的实用性的问题。
本申请第二实施例为:
请参阅图6,图6是一种云台相机的结构示意图,本实用新型提供一种云台相机102,包括云台部103、手柄部105和传输线201,云台部103包括相机101和增稳组件119,相机101与增稳组件119连接;手柄部105包括手柄头部、握持部、第一连接面106和第二连接面107,握持部在手柄头部的下方,第一连接面106和第二连接面107位于手柄头部,第二连接面107与第一连接面106呈角度设置,第一连接面106和增稳组件119之一设有连接部件109,另一设有配合部件1031;第二连接面107设有第一接口,增稳组件119上设有第二接口113,手柄部105与云台部103通过传输线201连接。
针对本具体实施方式,所述第二连接面107与所述第一连接面106呈L型结构设置,所述连接部件109与所述手柄部105固定连接,并位于所述第一连接面106处,所述配合部件1031位于所述增稳组件119远离相机101的一侧,所述相机101与所述增稳组件119固定连接,所述相机101用于采集图像画面,云台部103的内部具有控制电路板116,增稳组件119包括电机和驱动电路板, 驱动电路板与电机电连接,控制电路板116与驱动电路板电连接,控制电路板116用于驱动所述增稳组件119的电机转动,所述增稳组件119用于为所述相机101提供增稳,在运动过程中,相机101拍摄会产生抖动,增稳组件119用于反向补偿抖动,由此使得相机101拍摄稳定。具体地,所述连接部件109包括导向凸边108和第一锁定件,所述配合部件包括滑槽104和第二锁定件,所述导向凸边108与所述连接部件109固定连接,位于所述连接部件109的两侧,所述滑槽104用于为所述导向凸边108提供滑动条件,并限制所述导向凸边108的上下移动范围,避免所述增稳组件119和所述手柄部105分离,所述手柄部105与手部契合,用于为使用者提供手持条件,所述手柄部105的所述第一连接面106用于为所述连接部件109提供安装条件,所述手柄部105的所述第二连接面107用于为所述增稳组件119限位,和为所述连接块112提供安装条件,所述手柄部105具有第二显示屏1051,所述第二显示屏1051用于显示所述相机采集的画面。
其中,所述传输线201与所述手柄部105电连接,并与所述云台部103电连接,并位于所述云台部103与所述手柄部105之间,可通过所述传输线201实现所述手柄部105与所述云台部103之间的信号传输。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种云台相机,其特征在于,
    包括云台部和手柄部,所述云台部包括相机和增稳组件,所述增稳组件与所述相机连接;
    所述增稳组件还包括电池、控制电路板、电机和云台控制键,所述电池与所述控制电路板以及所述电机均电连接,所述控制电路板与所述电机以及所述云台控制键均电连接,以使得云台部与手柄部分离时,云台部能独立于所述手柄部工作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的云台相机,其特征在于,
    当所述手柄部支撑所述云台部时,云台部和手柄部机械连接和电性连接;
    当所述手柄部与所述云台部分离时,所述手柄部与所述云台部无线连接或有线连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的云台相机,其特征在于,
    所述手柄部包括第一连接面和第二连接面,所述第一连接面与所述第二连接面呈角度设置,所述第一连接面和所述增稳组件之一设有连接部件,另一设有配合部件;所述第二连接面设有第一接口,所述增稳组件上设有第二接口,
    当所述手柄部支撑所述云台部时,所述配合部件与所述连接部件匹配连接,所述第一接口与所述第二接口匹配连接;以实现云台部和手柄部的机械连接和电性连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的云台相机,其特征在于,
    所述云台部上还设有充电接口和显示屏。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的云台相机,其特征在于,
    所述连接部件包括导向凸边和第一锁定部件,所述配合部件包括滑槽和第二锁定部件,所述滑槽和所述导向凸边配合,使得所述配合部件能够在所述连接部件上滑动,所述第一锁定部件和第二锁定配合,使得所述配合部件能够在所述连接部件上锁定。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的云台相机,其特征在于,
    所述第二锁定部件包括弹性件,所述第一锁定部件具有定位孔,所述弹性件与所述增稳组件固定连接,并能够与所述定位孔卡紧或松脱。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的云台相机,其特征在于,
    所述连接部件上具有凹槽,所述凹槽与所述定位孔连通,所述连接部件与所述配合部件滑动配合时,所述弹性件沿着所述凹槽滑动。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的云台相机,其特征在于,
    所述第一接口包括连接块,所述连接块凸出于所述第二连接面,当所述手柄部支撑所述云台部时,所述连接块与所述第二接口契合。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的云台相机,其特征在于,
    所述云台部还包括第一无线收发电路板,所述手柄部包括第二无线收发电路板和手柄控制电路板,所述第二无线收发电路板与所述手柄控制电路板电连接,所述第一无线收发电路板与所述控制电路板电连接,并位于所述增稳组件的内部,所述第二无线收发电路板与所述第一无线收发电路板无线连接,并位于所述手柄部的内部。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的云台相机,其特征在于,
    所述手柄部包括手柄显示屏、手柄控制键和手柄充电接口,所述手柄控制键设于所述手柄显示屏的下方,所述手柄控制键呈上下左右分布。
