本申请的申请人于2016年4月13日递交并且已获授权的中国专利CN105480342B涉及一种可折叠的儿童三轮车及其折叠方法。这种儿童三轮车具有展开状态和折叠状态,其中车架包括上连杆组件、下连杆组件、头管和支撑杆,它们形成四连杆机构,由此折叠和展开。折叠时,先解锁锁定装置,然后向上提拉推杆组件使其脱离上、下连杆组件,再先前翻转推杆组件使推杆组件、车把、上连杆组件和下连杆组件相互靠拢,自上而下依次堆叠。这种配置能有效地减小儿童三轮车的体积以便于携带,并且在需要时对儿童三轮车进行折叠和展开。CN105480342B的内容可全部援引到本文中以作参考。申请人希望能在此基础上进一步研发出一种新型的儿童三轮车,其折叠和展开操作更加便捷,且折叠后的体积更加紧凑。
发明内容
针对以上所述的问题,本发明的目的在于,提供一种折叠和展开操作更加便捷、且折叠后的体积更加紧凑的可折叠的儿童车。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种可折叠的儿童车,具有展开状态和折叠状态,所述可折叠的儿童车包括车架主体、设置在所述车架主体前部且包括至少一个前轮的前轮组件、设置在所述车架主体后部且包括至少两个后轮的后轮组件、以及设置在所述车架主体上部的座位组件,其中,所述车架主体包括:头管;至少一根大梁,所述大梁具有第一端和第二端,所述大梁的第一端枢转连接至所述头管;至少一个连接头,所述大梁的第二端枢转连接至所述连接头;至少两根后叉杆,所述后叉杆具有第一端和第二端,所述后叉杆的第一端枢转连接至所述连接头,所述后叉杆的第二端连接至所述后轮组件。
优选的是,所述至少一根大梁包括第一大梁和第二大梁,所述第一大梁和所述第二大梁的第一端都通过至少一个连接块枢转连接至所述头管,所述至少一个连接头包括第一连接头和第二连接头,所述第一连接头和所述第二连接头能相互接触和相互分开,所述第一大梁和所述第二大梁的第二端都枢转连接至所述第一连接头和所述第二连接头。
优选的是,所述第一连接头具有分别向着不同方向的第一上枢接头、第二上枢接头和第三上枢接头,所述第二连接头具有分别向着不同方向的第一下枢接头、第二下枢接头和第三下枢接头,其中,所述第一大梁的第二端通过所述第一上枢接头枢转连接至所述第一连接头,所述第二大梁的第二端通过所述第一下枢接头枢转连接至第二连接头。
优选的是,还包括锁紧件,所述锁紧件在正常使用时将所述第一连接头和所述第二连接头锁定在一起,而当需要折叠时,所述锁紧件被松开。

本发明还提供了一种可折叠的车架,用于可折叠的儿童车,所述车架包括:头管;第一大梁和第二大梁,所述第一大梁和所述第二大梁分别具有第一端和第二端,所述第一大梁的第一端枢转连接至所述头管,所述第二大梁的第一端枢转连接至所述头管;第一连接头和第二连接头,所述第一连接头具有分别向着不同方向的第一上枢接头、第二上枢接头和第三上枢接头,所述第二连接头具有分别向着不同方向的第一下枢接头、第二下枢接头和第三下枢接头,所述第一大梁的第二端通过所述第一上枢接头枢转连接至所述第一连接头,所述第二大梁的第二端通过所述第一下枢接头枢转连接至所述第二连接头,所述第一连接头和所述第二连接头能彼此相向地或相离地运动;以及第一后叉杆和第二后叉杆,所述第一后叉杆包括第一上后叉杆和第一下后叉杆,所述第二后叉杆包括第二上后叉杆和第二下后叉杆,各所述后叉杆分别具有第一端和第二端,所述第一上后叉杆的第一端通过所述第三上枢接头枢转连接至所述第一连接头,所述第二上后叉杆的第一端通过所述第二上枢接头枢转连接至所述第一连接头,所述第一下后叉杆的第一端通过所述第三下枢接头枢转连接至所述第二连接头,所述第二下后叉杆的第一端通过所述第二下枢接头枢转连接至所述第二连接头,所述第一上后叉杆和所述第一下后叉杆的第二端枢转连接至位于一个后轮内侧的后轮固定座,所述第二上后叉杆和所述第二下后叉杆的第二端枢 转连接至位于另一个后轮内侧的后轮固定座。
优选的是,可折叠的车架还包括推杆组件,所述推杆组件包括可伸缩的推杆,所述第一连接头相对于所述推杆是可滑动的,而所述第二连接头相对于所述推杆固定。
本发明的可折叠儿童车巧妙地应用了平面连杆机构的原理,其在折叠时无需拆卸零部件,可实现“一键式”的折叠,操作起来非常方便快捷。而且,与现有技术相比,本发明的可折叠儿童车在折叠后的体积更加紧凑,尤其是显著减小了纵向尺寸。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图来详细描述根据本发明的儿童三轮车的优选实施例,附图中凡是相同的零部件都用相同的标号来表示。文中所用的术语“前”、“后”、“上”、“下”仅表示相对的位置关系,并不构成特定的限制。
如图1-4所示,根据本发明第一实施例的可折叠儿童三轮车包括:车架主 体1、设置在车架主体1前部的转向组件2、设置在车架主体1前部且包括一个前轮24的前轮组件、设置在车架主体1后部且包括两个后轮3的后轮组件、以及设置在车架主体1上部的座位组件4。
车架主体1主要包括头管22、第一大梁11和第二大梁12、第一连接头13和第二连接头14、第一后叉杆15和第二后叉杆16。车架主体1的结构将在下文中作详细描述。
转向组件2插设在车架主体1的头管22中。转向组件2包括把手21,用于控制儿童三轮车的行进方向。更具体地说,转向组件2连接至前叉23。前叉23的一端也插设在车架主体1的头管22中,前叉23的另一端安装有前轮组件。前轮24由脚蹬25驱动。骑行的儿童可一边踩踏脚蹬25行进,一边通过转向组件2的把手21来操控儿童三轮车的行进方向。
座位组件4设置在车架主体1的上部,优选的是可拆卸地安装到位于车架主体1上的固定座上。座位组件4可例如包括围栏、靠背等,这些部件优选是可枢转折叠的,以便于整个儿童三轮车的折叠。另外,为乘坐更加舒适,还可以设置固定到车架主体1的踏板41,以供乘坐的儿童踏放脚。
以下将进一步结合图5和图6来详细描述车架主体1的结构。
如图所示,第一大梁11和第二大梁12分别具有第一端或称前端以及第二端或称后端。头管22设置有连接块5,连接块5可例如包括上连接块51和下连接块52。第一大梁11的第一端通过上连接块51枢转连接至头管22。第二大梁12的第一端通过下连接块52枢转连接至头管22。第一连接头13具有分别向着不同方向的第一上枢接头131、第二上枢接头132和第三上枢接头133。类似地,第二连接头14具有分别向着不同方向的第一下枢接头141、第二下枢接头142和第三下枢接头143。第一大梁11的第二端通过第一上枢接头131枢转连接至第一连接头13。第二大梁12的第二端通过第一下枢接头141枢转连接至第二连接头14。
第一后叉杆15和第二后叉杆16的结构基本相同。在本实施例中,第一后叉杆15包括第一上后叉杆151和第一下后叉杆152,第二后叉杆16包括第二上后叉杆161和第二下后叉杆162。各后叉杆分别具有前端或称第一端以及后端或称第二端。第一上后叉杆151的第一端通过第三上枢接头133枢转连接至第一连接头13,第二上后叉杆161的第一端通过第二上枢接头132枢转连接至第一连接头13。第一下后叉杆152的第一端通过第三下枢接头143枢转连接至 第二连接头14,第二下后叉杆162的第一端通过第二下枢接头142枢转连接至第二连接头14。第一上后叉杆151和第一下后叉杆152的第二端枢转连接至位于一个后轮内侧的后轮固定座31。第二上后叉杆161和第二下后叉杆162的第二端枢转连接至位于另一个后轮内侧的后轮固定座31。
第一连接头13和第二连接头14可沿大致垂向彼此相向地或相离地运动。优选地,当儿童三轮车处于正常使用状态时,第一连接头13和第二连接头14相互接触;当儿童三轮车处于折叠状态时,第一连接头13和第二连接头14相互分开。另外,优选地可设置锁紧件6,以在正常使用时将第一连接头13和第二连接头14锁定在一起。当需要折叠时,可将锁紧件6松开。
当要折叠根据本发明第一实施例的儿童三轮车时,可先松开锁紧件6,用手将第一连接头13和第二连接头14分开,使第一大梁11、第一上后叉杆151和第二上后叉杆161随第一连接头13一起向第一方向运动并逐渐向内聚拢,同时使第二大梁12、第二下后叉杆152和第二下后叉杆162随第二连接头14一起向与第一方向相反的第二方向运动并逐渐向内聚拢。最终使车架主体1形成收折状态,其中第一大梁11、第一上后叉杆151、第二上后叉杆161、第二大梁12、第二下后叉杆152和第二下后叉杆162相互靠近,且基本上相互平行,由此形成紧凑的折叠状态。与此同时,使儿童三轮车的其余部件(例如转向组件2、座位组件4)也随车架主体1的折叠运动而分别向内收折。这样就完成了整个儿童三轮车的折叠过程。
当要将儿童三轮车从折叠状态打开成正常使用状态时,可先展开儿童三轮车的座位组件4,用两手分别握着转向组件2和第一上后叉杆151或第二上后叉杆161向外展开。在展开过程中,第一接头13和第二接头14相向地运动,使第一大梁11、第一上后叉杆151、第二上后叉杆161、第二大梁12、第二下后叉杆152和第二下后叉杆162也跟随着第一接头13和第二接头14的运动而运动,从而展开到位。最后,将锁紧件6锁紧就能使儿童三轮车处于正常使用状态。
如将在下文中提及的,儿童三轮车的各部分在折叠之后自下而上分别是:后轮组件、车架主体1、转向组件2、前轮组件、以及座位组件4。
以下将结合图7-图13来描述根据本发明第二实施例的可折叠儿童三轮车。与前述第一实施例不同的是,根据本发明第二实施例的可折叠儿童三轮车还包括推杆组件7。该推杆组件7能像传统的推杆组件那样供成人使用。更重要的 是,在本发明中,推杆组件7还起到了为儿童三轮车的折叠提供导向的作用。
推杆组件7主要包括把手73和推杆。推杆优选是可伸缩的。在第一连接头13上设置有供推杆穿过的通孔71,在第二连接头14上设置有可与推杆接合的连接管72。因此,第一连接头13相对于推杆是可滑动的,而第二连接头14则相对于推杆固定。推杆具有近端(即设置有把手73的那一端)和远端(即与第二连接头14连接的那一端)。
根据本发明第二实施例的儿童三轮车的折叠过程如下。首先将推杆缩短并且松开锁紧件6。然后用手将第一连接头13和第二连接头14分开。接着,使第一大梁11、第一上后叉杆151和第二上后叉杆161随第一连接头13一起沿着推杆向推杆的近端运动并逐渐向内朝着推杆聚拢;同时使第二大梁12、第二下后叉杆152和第二下后叉杆162在推杆的远端从第二连接头14逐渐向内朝着推杆聚拢。最终使车架主体1形成收折状态,其中第一大梁11、第一上后叉杆151、第二上后叉杆161、第二大梁12、第二下后叉杆152和第二下后叉杆162非常靠近推杆,且基本上平行于推杆,由此形成紧凑的折叠状态。与此同时,使儿童三轮车的其余部件(例如转向组件2、座位组件4)也随车架主体1的运动而依次向内收折。这样就完成了整个儿童三轮车的折叠过程。
图9示出了折叠后的儿童三轮车。从图中可以看到,儿童三轮车的各部分在折叠之后自下而上分别是:后轮组件、车架主体1、转向组件2、前轮组件、以及座位组件4。
当要将儿童三轮车从折叠状态打开成正常使用状态时,可先展开儿童三轮车的座位组件4,用两手分别握着转向组件2和第一上后叉杆151或第二上后叉杆161向外展开。在展开过程中,第一接头13和第二接头14相向地运动,使第一大梁11、第一上后叉杆151、第二上后叉杆161、第二大梁12、第二下后叉杆152和第二下后叉杆162也跟随着第一接头13和第二接头14的运动而运动,从而展开到位。最后,将锁紧件6锁紧就能使儿童三轮车处于正常使用状态。
以上对根据本发明优选实施例的可折叠儿童三轮车进行了描述。应理解的是,本发明的关于折叠结构的构思并不限于儿童三轮车,而是可更广泛地应用于例如儿童推车、溜娃车等产品。相应地,可以将一个前轮变成两个或更多个前轮;或者可以移除转向组件和脚蹬,如果需要,可采用至少一个万向轮来作前轮。
本发明的可折叠儿童车的车架主体也是可以变化的。例如,上述实施例中包括第一上后叉杆151和第一下后叉杆152的第一后叉杆15以及包括第二上后叉杆161和第二下后叉杆162的第二后叉杆16可以采用单根的形式,也可以采用单根有多段的形式。例如,上述实施例中的第一大梁11和第二大梁12也可以简化成一根。换言之,可以形成一根大梁配两根后叉杆、一根大梁配四根或更多根后叉杆的配置。
本发明所采用的连接块、连接头、枢接头、锁紧件等零部件都是本领域技术人员公知的,但也可以采用其它一些布置形式。例如,在上述实施例中第一大梁11和第二大梁12的第一端分别枢转连接至两个连接块,也可以将第一大梁11和第二大梁12的第一端枢转连接至一个连接块。应理解的是,本文中所使用的术语“头管”应涵盖各种连接结构。
虽然以上对本发明进行了详细的描述,但应该理解的是,本领域的技术人员应该可以在以上揭示内容的基础上做出各种变化形式。因此,本发明的保护范围仅由所附权利要求书来限定。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种可折叠的儿童车,具有展开状态和折叠状态,所述可折叠的儿童车包括车架主体、设置在所述车架主体前部且包括至少一个前轮的前轮组件、设置在所述车架主体后部且包括至少两个后轮的后轮组件、以及设置在所述车架主体上部的座位组件,其中,所述车架主体包括:头管;至少一根大梁,所述大梁具有第一端和第二端,所述大梁的第一端枢转连接至所述头管;至少一个连接头,所述大梁的第二端枢转连接至所述连接头;至少两根后叉杆,所述后叉杆具有第一端和第二端,所述后叉杆的第一端枢转连接至所述连接头,所述后叉杆的第二端连接至所述后轮组件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠的儿童车,其特征在于,所述至少一根大梁包括第一大梁和第二大梁,所述第一大梁和所述第二大梁的第一端都通过至少一个连接块枢转连接至所述头管,所述至少一个连接头包括第一连接头和第二连接头,所述第一连接头和所述第二连接头能相互接触和相互分开,所述第一大梁和所述第二大梁的第二端都枢转连接至所述第一连接头和所述第二连接头。
