Предложен способ изготовления высокопрочного композиционного материала на основе термопластичного полимера (полиамида или или поликарбоната), включающий смешивание полимера с волокнами и углеродными нанотрубками. Углеродные нанотрубки вводят в полимер в составе модификатора, содержащего полимер и углеродные нанотрубки при концентрации углеродных нанотрубок в модификаторе 5-33 масс. %. Предложен также способ получения модификатора.
