- FIG. 14 is a conceptual diagram of another embodiment of a floating water support device according to the present invention.
- FIGS. 1 to 5 An embodiment of a floating water support device according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5.
- the floating water support device includes a ball 10, a floating means 15, a support 25, a support means 30, and a solar panel 35.
- a guide groove 11 and a fixing groove 13 are formed in the ball 10.
- the guide groove 11 is formed along the circumferential surface of a virtual cross section passing through the center of the ball 10. That is, it is formed along the circumferential surface constituting the diameter of the ball 10.
- the fixing groove 13 is formed toward the center of the ball 10 on both sides of the ball 10 facing each other on the path of the guide groove (11).
- the support 25 is coupled to the ball 10, and the other end is formed heavier than the one end 25a so that it can be vertically erected so that one end 25a goes up and the other end goes down.
- a structure such as a wind power generator may be mounted on one end 25a of the support 25.
- the floating means 15 includes a floating portion 16, a restraining protrusion 17 and a fixing member 20.
- the floating part 16 floats on the water and is formed as a hollow hollow inside to accommodate the other end of the support 25.
- the upper plate 16a of the floating part 16 supports the ball so that the ball 10 can rotate. So, a ball receiving portion 16a_1 for receiving and supporting the ball 10 is formed on the upper plate 16a. That is, the ball 10 may be seated on the ball receiving part 16a_1 to rotate.
- the lower plate (16b) is provided with a spherical portion (16c).
- the restraining protrusion 17 has one end inserted into the guide groove 11 so that the ball 10 does not rotate about the axis of the support 25. At this time, a screw is formed at the other end of the constraining protrusion 17 to move forward and backward in the fixing member 20.
- the fixing member 20 serves to mount the restraining protrusion 17 to the floating portion 15.
- the fixing member 20 includes a moving plate 21, a fixing frame 22, and a fixing member 23.
- the moving plate 21 is screwed with the other end of the constraining protrusion 17 so that the constraining protrusion 17 rotates when the constraining protrusion 17 rotates, and is formed by bending in the circumferential direction of the ball 10.
- the fixed frame 22 is coupled to the upper plate 16a of the floating part 16 so as to restrict the moving plate 21 to slide only within a certain interval in the curvature direction of the moving plate 21.
- the fixed frame 22 guides the moving plate 21 to slide, and at this time, a collision bar 22a is formed so as to collide with the restraining protrusion 17 by being separated only by the interval so that the moving plate 21 can slide. That is, the constraining protrusion 17 can slide only between the collision bars 22a spaced apart by a predetermined interval. Therefore, the moving plate 21 is also slidable only within the interval, like the collision bar 22a.
- the fixture 23 restrains the sliding of the moving plate 21.
- the moving plate 21 does not slide and it is necessary to fix the sliding of the moving plate 21.
- the sliding of the moving plate 21 may be restrained by using the fastener 23.
- the fixing bracket 23 is coupled to the fixing frame 22, it is coupled to the fixing frame 22 so as to press the moving plate 21.
- the fixing member 23 is screwed to the fixing frame 22 so as to press the moving plate 21.
- One end 31 of the support means 30 is mounted on the lower part of the support 25 so that the lower plate 16b supports the support 25, and the other end 33 contacts the spherical portion 16c.
- the other end 33 of the support means 30 is in contact so as to be rolled in the spherical portion 16c. So, the other end 33 may be implemented as a wheel or a ball.
- a structure may be installed at one end (25a) of the support (25). In this case, since the weight is large, an excessive load may be applied to the upper plate 16a of the floating part 16. Therefore, since the upper plate 16a may be damaged, the support means 30 functions to distribute a part of the load of the support 25 to the lower plate 16b to prevent this.
- the solar panel 35 is installed on the upper plate 16a of the floating part 16. So, the floating water support device of this embodiment can be self-powered. In this embodiment, the solar panel 35 is installed on the upper plate of the floating part 16, but instead of the solar panel 35, a vertical wind power generator or a vertical wind power generator together with the solar panel 35 may be installed. The solar panel 35 and the vertical wind generator can be installed in all the embodiments described below.
- the support 25 When this embodiment is installed on the sea, the support 25 is erected vertically so that one end 25a goes above, and the other end is accommodated in the floating part 16. At this time, a wind turbine or the like is installed at one end (25a) of the support (25). Even if a structure or the like is mounted on the support 25 and weighs, a support means 30 is mounted on the other end of the support 25 and is supported on the lower plate 16b of the floating part 16. Therefore, since the load of the support 25 is distributed to the upper plate 16a and the lower plate 16b, it is possible to prevent the upper plate 16a of the floating part 16 from being damaged due to an unreasonable load.
- the lower plate (16b) of the support (25) is provided with a spherical portion (16c), so has the same distance from the center of the ball (10) to the spherical portion (16c).
- the support means 30 is in contact with the spherical portion 16c so as to be rolled in the spherical portion 16c. So, although the support means 30 comes into contact with the spherical part 16c, the floating part 16 can be shaken with respect to the support 25 by minimizing frictional force, and as shown in FIG. 5, the floating part 16 or the support Even if 25 is shaken, the support means 30 is supported by the spherical portion 16c.
- the support 25 since the other end of the support 25 is inserted into the floating portion 16, the support 25 is not affected by waves. That is, even if a wave strikes, the floating part 16 is shaken, and the support 25 is prevented from shaking.
- the ball 10 when the restraining protrusion 17 is rotated and inserted into the guide groove 11 of the ball 10, the ball 10 can be prevented from rotating around the axis of the support 25.
- the ball 10 is restricted from rotation about the axis of the support 25, but may be rotated about an axis perpendicular to the axis of the support 25. Therefore, even if the floating part 16 is shaken due to a wave hit, the shaking of the floating part 16 is not transmitted to the support 25.
- the moving plate 21 on which the restraining protrusion 17 is mounted may slide at a predetermined interval. So, the support 25 can be shaken about the axis of the support 25 as much as the interval. This may damage the restraining protrusion 17 or the ball 10 by applying an unreasonable load to the restraining protrusion 17 when a strong wind that tries to rotate the support 25 in the axial direction comes. In this case, the impact can be alleviated by sliding the moving plate 21 to which the restraining protrusion 17 is coupled. Meanwhile, when the moving plate 21 slides, the moving plates 21 located on both sides of the ball 10 slide in the same direction. And the moving plate 21 slides in the circumferential direction of the ball 10. Therefore, even if the moving plate 21 slides, the restraining protrusions 17 located on both sides of the ball 10 maintain a constant interval. So, the restraining protrusion 17 is not separated from the guide groove 11 of the ball 10.
- the guide groove 11 is formed in the ball 10 and the restricting protrusion 17 is inserted into the guide groove 11, rotation about the axis of the support 25 can be restricted. So, when a wind turbine or the like is installed on the support 25, it is possible to prevent the axis of the wind turbine from being rotated by the wind.
- the moving plate 21 may rotate as long as the distance at which the ball 10 can move in the circumferential direction.
- the constraining protrusion 17 when the constraining protrusion 17 is rotated to advance further, the constraining protrusion 17 is rotated and inserted into the fixing groove 13. In this case, the ball 10 is constrained to rotate in the other direction and can rotate only about the axis of the constraining protrusion 17.
- FIG. 6 is another embodiment of a floating water support device according to the present invention.
- the embodiment of FIG. 6 further includes a blocking cover 45 in the embodiment of FIG. 1.
- the blocking cover 45 is mounted on the floating part 16 to prevent water from flowing into the ball 10.
- the floating part 16 is formed of a flexible material so that it can be deformed when it is shaken.
- FIG. 7 is another embodiment of a floating water support device according to the present invention.
- FIGS. 1 to 4 includes a restraining protrusion 17 and a fixing member 20 for restraining the rotation of the ball 10.
- the constraining protrusion 18 is formed in a ball type and is inserted into the guide groove 11.
- the fixing groove 13 is not required in the ball 10
- a groove capable of accommodating the constraining protrusion 18 is formed in the floating part 16. Since the restraining protrusion 18 is accommodated in the floating portion 16, the fixing member 20 is also not required. Meanwhile, in order to reduce friction between the ball 10 and the floating part 16, a bearing 19 supporting the ball 10 may be mounted on the floating part 16.
- FIG 8 is another embodiment of the floating water support device according to the present invention.
- the floating water support device includes a ball 10, a floating means, a support 26 and a central shaft 40.
- the ball 10 and the viewing means are the same as those of the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 to 5. Therefore, the floating means is provided with a floating portion 15, and the ball 10 is constrained to the floating portion 15 with a constraining protrusion 17 and a fixing member 20 as shown in FIG. 1 or a constraining protrusion 18 as shown in FIG. ) Can be bound.
- the support 26 is coupled to the ball 10 so that one end is exposed to the outside of the floating part 16 and the other end is accommodated in the floating part 16, similar to the embodiment shown in FIG. 1.
- a structure such as a wind turbine may be mounted.
- the other end of the support 26 is formed with a groove to wrap the upper portion of the central weight 130 so that the central weight 40 does not deviate.
- the groove is formed in a spherical surface so that the other end of the support 26 can be supported by the central weight 40.
- the central weight 40 serves to erect the support 26 vertically. To this end, it is rollably placed on the spherical portion 16c of the floating portion 16, and is positioned in the groove of the support 26 to support the support 26.
- the central weight 40 supports the support 26 with the bearing 19, friction with the support 26 can be minimized. Since the central weight 40 can be rolled in the spherical portion 16c, it always tries to be located at the lowest point of the spherical portion 16c. If the support 26 is inclined, since the central weight 40 is constrained to the support 26, the central weight 40 rises.
- the central weight 40 is moved to the lowest point of the spherical portion 16c, and the support 26 is erected because the central weight 40 presses the support 26. Therefore, the support 26 always tries to be erected vertically by the central weight 40.
- FIG 9 is another embodiment of the floating water support device according to the present invention.
- the support 26 penetrates the ball 10 and is mounted to slide on the ball 10. 1 to 8, the center of the ball 10 should coincide with the center of the spherical portion 16c of the floating portion 16, but the embodiment of FIG. 9 is the center of the ball 10 and the spherical portion 16c. The centers of) need not coincide.
- FIGS. 10 to 12 are another embodiment of the floating water support device according to the present invention. Another embodiment of the floating water support device will be described with reference to FIGS. 10 to 12.
- the floating water support device includes a floating means, a support means 120, a central weight 130, and a mounting support 140.
- the floating means includes a floating portion 115, and the floating portion 115 has a receiving portion 119 formed therein, and a spherical portion 118 is formed on the lower surface 117 as in the above-described embodiment. However, a through hole 116a is formed in the upper part 116 so that the mounting support 140 can pass therethrough.
- the support means 120 is provided with an upper support 121 and a lower support 123, and is mounted on the receiving portion 119 of the floating portion 115.
- the upper support 121 is coupled to the upper part 116 of the floating part 115.
- the upper support 121 is configured with a support plate 119a at the upper end, and is coupled to the upper part 116 so that the support plate 119a crosses the through hole 116a.
- the lower supporter 123 has an upper end coupled to the upper supporter 121 by a universal joint 124 at the lower end. So, the upper support 121 can rotate back and forth, left and right with respect to the lower support 123.
- a groove is formed in the lower portion of the lower supporter 123 to wrap the upper portion of the central weight 130 so that the central weight 130 does not deviate.
- the groove is formed in a spherical shape so that the lower portion of the lower support 123 can be supported by the central weight 130.
- the central weight 130 serves to erect the lower support 123 vertically. To this end, the central weight 130 is rolled on the spherical portion 118 of the floating portion 115 and is positioned in the groove of the lower support 123 to support the lower support 123.
- the central weight 130 supports the lower support 123 with the bearing 131, friction with the lower support 123 can be minimized. Since the central weight 130 can be rolled on the spherical portion 118, it always tries to be located at the lowest point of the spherical portion 118. If the lower support 123 is inclined, since the central weight 130 is constrained to the lower support 130, the central weight 130 rises.
- the central weight 130 moves to the lowest point of the spherical portion 118, and the lower support 130 is erected because the central weight 130 presses the lower support 130. Therefore, the lower support 130 always tries to be erected vertically by the central weight 130.
- the mounting support 140 is exposed to the upper portion of the floating means so that a structure such as a wind turbine can be mounted thereon, and is coupled to the lower support 123 by passing through the through hole 116a of the floating portion 115. Therefore, since the mounting support 140 is integrally coupled to the lower support 123, it maintains the same angle as the lower support 123. So, when the lower support 123 is erected, the mounting support 140 is also erected. When the structure is mounted on the mounting base 140, a part of the load acting on the mounting base 140 is transferred to the upper part 116 of the floating part 115, and the remaining load is supported by the central weight 130. So, even in the case of the present embodiment, the load of the structure is distributed to the upper and lower portions of the floating portion 115.
- the upper support 121 since the upper support 121 is coupled to the lower support 123 and the universal joint 124, the upper support 121 can be rotated back and forth or left and right with respect to the lower support 123. So, when a wave strikes, the floating part 115 is shaken back and forth or left and right as shown in FIG. 12. Even if the floating part 115 is shaken back and forth or left and right, the central weight 130 is located at the lowest point of the spherical part 118 by its own weight. Since the central weight 130 is constrained by the lower support 123, the lower support 123 is erected vertically without shaking back and forth or left and right. Therefore, even in the case of the present embodiment, since the mounting support 140 is vertically erected, when the wind turbine is mounted on the mounting support 140, it can be maintained vertically regardless of the wave.
- FIG 13 is another embodiment of a floating water support device according to the present invention.
- the floating water support device shown in FIG. 13 includes a floating means, a support means 120, a support means 30, and a mounting support 140.
- the floating means is the same as the embodiment shown in FIG. 10 and includes a floating part 115.
- the support means 120 includes an upper support 121 and a lower support 124.
- the upper support 121 and the lower support 124 are combined with a universal joint in the same manner as in the embodiment shown in FIG. 10, but in the case of this embodiment, the lower support 124 is the same as the support 25 of the embodiment shown in FIG.
- the bottom is heavier than the top. So, the lower support 124 is erected vertically by its own weight.
- the support means 30 supports the lower support 124 by rolling contact with the spherical surface of the floating part 115 as in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1.
- Mounting support 140 is the same as the embodiment shown in FIG.
- the lower support 124 may be vertically erected by its own weight, and the load acting on the mounting support 140 is applied to the floating part 115. It can be dispersed to the top and bottom.
- FIG 14 is another embodiment of a floating water support device according to the present invention.
- the support means 120 may slide up and down in the upper part 116 of the floating part 115.
- the floating part 115 is provided with a guide 114 on the upper part 116 and the upper support 121 is mounted so as to slide up and down along the guide 114. That is, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 10, the upper support 121 is fixedly coupled to the upper part 116 of the floating part 115, but in this embodiment, the upper support 121 is attached to the upper part 116 of the floating part 115.
- the guide 114 restrains so that the upper support 121 can only slide up and down.
