所述下层大边顶210靠近所述车体的侧部的一侧沿长度方向设置有多个长圆孔211;所述连接角码430的第二角码臂和所述下层大边顶210靠近所述下层车体的侧部通过所述长圆孔211,螺栓和螺母固定。
这样,可以便捷的将下层大边顶210与所述下层车体的固定。
图12和图13为图2所示的下层大边顶与下层风道固定的示意图。实施中,如图2,图12和图13所示,所述下层大边顶210靠近所述下层车体的中心线的一侧沿长度方向设置有多个固定用第一凸起212;
所述第一凸起212与所述下层风道固定,
这样,实现了下层大边顶与下层风道的固定。下层大边顶与下层车体和下 层风道固定,实现了下层大边顶的固定。
实施中,如图5所示,下层小边顶的内侧固定有V形固定件222,所述V形固定件222的一臂与所述下层小边顶的内侧固定,所述V形固定件222的另一臂与所述列车下层车厢的灯具型材固定;
其中,所述下层小边顶是双层列车的下层车厢的小边顶。
这样,实现了下层小边顶与列车下层车厢的灯具型材的固定。
实施中,如图1和图5所示,所述下层小边顶220的内侧靠近所述下层大边顶的一侧设置有扣合部221;
所述下层大边顶210的内侧靠近所述下层小边顶的一侧设置有扣合凹槽213;
所述扣合部221和所述扣合凹槽213扣合连接以将所述下层小边顶220与所述下层大边顶210连接。
扣合部和所述扣合凹槽扣合连接实现了将下层小边顶与下层大边顶固定连接。
实施中,下层中顶板230的内侧的边缘设置有向上凸起的折弯部231;
所述下层车体的内顶设置有第二安装槽,所述下层中顶板和所述下层车体的内顶通过所述折弯部,所述第二安装槽,螺栓和螺母固定;
其中,所述下层中顶板是双层列车的下层车厢的中顶板。
这样,可以便捷的将下层中顶板与所述下层车体的内顶固定。
实施中,如图3和图6所示,上层小边顶320包括竖直部321和连接在所述竖直部的上端的固定部322,所述竖直部321的下侧与所述列车的行李架固定;
上层车体的内顶设置有第三安装槽,所述上层小边顶320和所述上层车体的内顶通过所述固定部322,所述第三安装槽,螺栓和螺母固定;
其中,所述上层小边顶320是双层列车的上层车厢的小边顶,所述上层车体是双层列车的上层车厢的车体。
这样,实现了所述上层小边顶320和所述上层车体的内顶的固定。
实施中,如图3所示,所述固定部322具有朝向上层大边顶的卡接槽323;
所述上层大边顶310靠近所述上层小边顶的一侧具有卡接部311;
所述上层大边顶310和所述上层小边顶320通过所述卡接部311和所述卡接槽323卡接固定;
其中,所述上层大边顶310是双层列车的上层车厢的大边顶。
这样,所述卡接部和所述卡接槽卡接固定实现了将所述上层大边顶和所述上层小边顶的固定连接。
实施中,如图4所示,所述上层大边顶310靠近上层车体的中心线的一侧沿长度方向设置有多个固定用第二凸起312;
所述第二凸起312与上层风道固定;
其中,所述上层车体是双层列车的上层车厢的车体,所述上层风道是双层列车的上层车厢的风道。
这样,实现了上层大边顶与上层风道的固定。
实施中,如图7和图8所示,上层中顶板330的边缘设置有向外凸出的突耳331;
所述上层车体的内顶设置有第四安装槽,所述上层中顶板和所述上层车体的内顶通过所述突耳331,所述第四安装槽,螺栓和螺母固定;
其中,所述上层中顶板330是双层列车的上层车厢的中顶板。
图11为申请实施例的一种轨道列车的中顶板的示意图。具体的,如图11所示,所述中顶板的中间为铝蜂窝芯材510,所述铝蜂窝芯材周围是铝型材框520,所述铝蜂窝芯材510和所述铝型材框520的上下两侧分别固定铝板530,下侧的所述铝板外固定贴面板540;
其中,所述中顶板的厚度为12.6毫米,所述铝板的厚度为0.8毫米,所述贴面板的厚度为1毫米。
中顶板的选材增加了列车顶板的刚度。
这样,可以便捷的将上层中顶板与所述上层车体的内顶固定。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种轨道列车,其特征在于,包括:
    半封闭的风道,所述风道包括风道顶部和风道侧部;所述风道顶部与所述列车车体的内顶固定,所述风道侧部连接在所述风道顶部的两侧且朝下伸出;
    大边顶,与所述车体固定作为所述列车顶板的一部分,且所述大边顶封在所述风道侧部的底端与所述风道形成空气流通的通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道列车,其特征在于,还包括:
    小边顶,固定在所述大边顶和所述列车的侧部之间作为所述列车顶板的一部分。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的轨道列车,其特征在于,还包括中顶板,与所述车体固定且固定在左侧风道和右侧风道之间,作为所述列车顶板的中间部分;
    其中,所述左侧风道和所述右侧风道分别是所述列车的车厢的两个风道。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的轨道列车,其特征在于,所述大边顶包括两个对称结构的左大边顶和右大边顶,所述左大边顶封在所述左侧风道侧部的底端,所述右大边顶封在所述右侧风道侧部的底端;
    所述小边顶包括两个对称结构的左小边顶和右小边顶,所述左小边顶固定在所述左大边顶和所述列车的左侧部之间,所述右小边顶固定在所述右大边顶和所述列车的右侧部之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的轨道列车,其特征在于,还包括:
    密封条,固定在所述风道侧部的底端;所述密封条与所述大边顶之间采用过盈配合固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的轨道列车,其特征在于,还包括:
    防寒层,固定在所述大边顶朝向所述风道的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的轨道列车,其特征在于,还包括L形连接角码;
    所述连接角码的第一角码臂和下层车体的内顶固定,所述连接角码的第二角码臂和下层大边顶靠近所述下层车体的侧部固定,以将所述下层大边顶封在 下层风道的侧部的底端;
    其中,所述下层车体是双层列车的下层车厢的车体,所述下层大边顶是双层列车的下层车厢的大边顶,所述下层风道是双层列车的下层车厢的风道。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的轨道列车,其特征在于,所述下层车体的内顶设置有第一安装槽,所述连接角码的第一角码臂和所述下层车体的内顶通过所述第一安装槽,螺栓和螺母固定;
    所述下层大边顶靠近所述车体的侧部的一侧沿长度方向设置有多个长圆孔;所述连接角码的第二角码臂和所述下层大边顶靠近所述下层车体的侧部通过所述长圆孔,螺栓和螺母固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的轨道列车,其特征在于,所述下层大边顶靠近所述下层车体的中心线的一侧沿长度方向设置有多个固定用第一凸起;
    所述第一凸起与所述下层风道固定。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的轨道列车,其特征在于,下层小边顶的内侧固定有V形固定件,所述V形固定件的一臂与所述下层小边顶的内侧固定,所述V形固定件的另一臂与所述列车下层车厢的灯具型材固定;
    其中,所述下层小边顶是双层列车的下层车厢的小边顶。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的轨道列车,其特征在于,所述下层小边顶的内侧靠近所述下层大边顶的一侧设置有扣合部;
    所述下层大边顶的内侧靠近所述下层小边顶的一侧设置有扣合凹槽;
    所述扣合部和所述扣合凹槽扣合连接以将所述下层小边顶与所述下层大边顶连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的轨道列车,其特征在于,下层中顶板的内侧的边缘设置有向上凸起的折弯部;
    所述下层车体的内顶设置有第二安装槽,所述下层中顶板和所述下层车体的内顶通过所述折弯部,所述第二安装槽,螺栓和螺母固定;
    其中,所述下层中顶板是双层列车的下层车厢的中顶板。
  13. 根据权利要求3所述的轨道列车,其特征在于,上层小边顶包括竖直部和连接在所述竖直部的上端的固定部,所述竖直部的下侧与所述列车的行李架固定;
    上层车体的内顶设置有第三安装槽,所述上层小边顶和所述上层车体的内顶通过所述固定部,所述第三安装槽,螺栓和螺母固定;
    其中,所述上层小边顶是双层列车的上层车厢的小边顶,所述上层车体是双层列车的上层车厢的车体。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的轨道列车,其特征在于,所述固定部具有朝向上层大边顶的卡接槽;
    所述上层大边顶靠近所述上层小边顶的一侧具有卡接部;
    所述上层大边顶和所述上层小边顶通过所述卡接部和所述卡接槽卡接固定;
    其中,所述上层大边顶是双层列车的上层车厢的大边顶。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的轨道列车,其特征在于,所述上层大边顶靠近上层车体的中心线的一侧沿长度方向设置有多个固定用第二凸起;
    所述第二凸起与上层风道固定;
    其中,所述上层车体是双层列车的上层车厢的车体,所述上层风道是双层列车的上层车厢的风道。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的轨道列车,其特征在于,上层中顶板的边缘设置有向外凸出的突耳;
    所述上层车体的内顶设置有第四安装槽,所述上层中顶板和所述上层车体的内顶通过所述突耳,所述第四安装槽,螺栓和螺母固定;
    其中,所述上层中顶板是双层列车的上层车厢的中顶板。
  17. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的轨道列车,其特征在于,所述大边顶是4毫米玻璃钢制成的大边顶,所述小边顶是4毫米玻璃钢制成的小边顶。
  18. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的轨道列车,其特征在于,所述中顶板 的中间为铝蜂窝芯材,所述铝蜂窝芯材周围是铝型材框,所述铝蜂窝芯材和所述铝型材框的上下两侧分别固定铝板,下侧的所述铝板外固定贴面板;
    其中,所述中顶板的厚度为12.6毫米,所述铝板的厚度为0.8毫米,所述贴面板的厚度为1毫米。
