최근 스마트 폰을 비롯한 휴대 단말의 보급률이 급속하게 증가함에 따라 모바일 사용자단말에서 인스턴트 메시징 서비스를 제공하는 다양한 어플리케이션들이 등장하였다. 이와 같이 인스턴트 메시징 서비스를 제공하는 어플리케이션을 통하여 메시지를 송수신할 뿐만 아니라 다양한 컨텐츠를 공유할 수 있게 되었다. 특히 최근에는 비즈니스의 글로벌화로 인해 다양한 언어를 사용하는 사람들 간에 대화가 이루어지는 경우가 빈번하게 발생하고 있으며, 서로 다른 언어를 사용하는 사용자간의 의사소통을 위해 번역 기술 또한 빠르게 발전하고 있다.

본 발명의 플랫폼서버는, 사용자단말에 설치되어 다국적자들과 채팅이 이루어질 수 있도록 번역프로그램이 포함된 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램을 제공하는 것은 물론 사용자단말을 통해 통신망을 거쳐 송수신되는 메시지의 내용을 딥런닝서버로 제공하여 적절한 내용이 번역이 이루어졌는지를 판단할 수 있도록 제어하는 운영서버와; 메시지가 입력됨을 수신함에 따라 메시지의 내용을 복수의 사용자 각각으로부터 설정된 언어로 번역하여 운영서버를 통해 각 사용자단말에 제공하는 번역서버와; 사용자단말에 의해 통신망을 통해 전달되는 메시지의 내용을 분석하여 적절하게 번역이 이루어졌는지를 판단하고, 적절하게 이루어지지 않았다면 사용자단말에 체크박스를 표시하여 사용자가 선택할 수 있도록 하는 딥런닝서버와; 각 나라의 언어로 번역하기 위한 데이터(단어 및 문장 등), 사용자단말을 사용하는 사용자 정보, 번역프로그램, 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램을 포함하는 데이터베이스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다국어 번역 지원이 가능한 채팅시스템.
본 발명의 사용자단말은, 플랫폼서버서 제공하는 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램을 통해 실시간으로 사용자가 설정한 다국적자들과 메시지를 전달하며, 상기 메시지 내용은 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램에 포함된 번역프로그램에 의해 1차로 번역이 이루어지고, 상기 번역되어 전달되는 내용이 적절하게 번역이 이루어졌는지 통신망을 통해 딥런닝서버(120)로 인가하여 번역내용을 판단할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 다른 수단으로,
사용자단말에 설치된 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램을 이용하여 채팅방에 입장한 다국적자들의 나라에 맞게 각 나라를 선택하고, 표시되는 언어를 선택하는 세팅 단계(S10)와; 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램을 이용하여 선택한 나라별 언어와 사용자단말에 표시되는 언어를 식별하여 통신망을 통해 사용자단말의 정보와 함께 식별언어를 플랫폼서버로 인가하는 언어 감별 단계(S20)와; 사용자단말에서 채팅방에서 입력되는 메시지 내용에 대해 텍스트를 번역프로그램을 통해 분석하여 번역하고, 입력된 메시지 내용을 플랫폼서버로 인가하는 번역 단계(S30)와; 사용자단말을 통해 입력한 메시지의 내용을 설정한 나라별로 언어와 사용자단말에 표시되는 언어의 설정에 따른 정보값을 번역프로그램을 통해 색출하는 필터링단계(S40)와; 채팅방에 입장한 다국적자들의 순서, 사용자가 나라순서 또는 채팅방에 메시지의 내용을 입력하는 순서에 맞게 사용자단말에 표시될 수 있도록 메시지 내용을 정렬하는 구성단계(S50)와; 사용자단말에 표시되도록 한 언어로만 표시하는 표시단계(S60)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다국어 번역 지원이 가능한 채팅시스템의 번역 제공방법을 제공한다.
본 발명의 상기 사용자단말은, 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램을 이용하여 입력하는 메시지 내용의 번역 또는 다국적자들이 사용하는 사용자단말에서 입력된 메시지 내용의 번역이 적절하게 이루어졌는지를 딥런닝서버에서 판단하고, 이를 체크박스 형태로 표시하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은 외국인과 채팅을 하는 경우 채팅에 참가한 상대방의 국적을 체크 해 놓으면, 대화의 내용이 본인 국적의 언어와 동시에 상대방 외국인 국가의 언어까지 같이 변환된 내용을 표시해 줌으로써 외부의 번역프로그램을 이용하여 번역후 카피 붙여넣기 하여 사용하는 번거러움을 없앨 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한 본 발명은 대화가 지속되더라도 메시지의 내용을 다시 보려고 할 때 바로 내용 파악을 할 수 있기 때문에 같은 메시지의 경우 붙여 넣기기가 또는 직접타이핑이 가능하므로 편리하게 채팅이 이루어지는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 한번에 채팅하는 대화상대가 다른 언어를 사용할 경우, 채팅과 동시에 대화하고 있는 상대의 대화 내용을 상대방의 언어로 변환하여 본인의 언어와 상대방의 언어로 같이 표시해 줌으르써 외국인과의 빠른 대화 및 대화 히스토리의 정리가 가능한 효과가 있다.

이하 본 발명에 의한 다국어 번역 지원이 가능한 채팅시스템 및 번역 제공방법을 상세하게 설명한다.
본 발명은 번역서버에서 제공하는 번역된 내용을 사용자가 검증함과 동시에 딥러닝서버에서 번역에 대한 검증을 수행하여 당사자가 이를 직접 수정할 수 있도록 하므로 대화의 내용이 본인 국적의 언어와 동시에 상대방 외국인 국가의 언어까지 같이 변환된 내용을 표시해 줌으로써 외부의 번역프로그램을 이용하여 번역후 카피 붙여넣기 하여 사용하는 번거러움을 없앨 수 있는 것은 물론 채팅하는 대화상대가 다른 언어를 사용할 경우, 채팅과 동시에 대화하고 있는 상대의 대화 내용을 상대방의 언어로 변환하여 본인의 언어와 상대방의 언어로 같이 표시해 줌으르써 외국인과의 빠른 대화 및 대화 히스토리의 정리가 가능한 특징으로 이루어진다.
상기와 같은 특징으로 이루어지는 본 발명에 의한 다국어 번역 지원이 가능한 채팅시스템 및 번역 제공방법을 첨부된 도면을 통해 상세하게 설명한다.
도 1 및 2를 참조하여 상세하게 설명하면, 본 발명에 의한 다국어 번역 지원이 가능한 채팅시스템은 복수의 사용자가 각각 설정한 언어를 통해 채팅이 이루어지도록 실시간 번역되는 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램을 제공하고, 사용자단말에서 번역된 내용이 적절한지 판단할 수 있도록 사용자단말(200)과 통신망을 통해 연결되는 플랫폼서버(100)와, 복수의 사용자가 각각 설정한 언어로 번역되어 채팅이 이루어지도록 플랫폼서버(100)에서 제공하는 번역프로그램이 포함된 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램이 설치되는 사용자단말(200)을 포함한다.
상기 플랫폼서버(100)는 운영서버(110), 딥런닝서버(120), 번역서버(130) 및 데이터베이스(140)를 포함한다.
상기 운영서버(110)는 사용자단말(200)에 설치되어 다국적자들과 채팅이 이루어질 수 있도록 번역프로그램이 포함된 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램을 제공하는 것은 물론 사용자단말(200)을 통해 통신망을 거쳐 송수신되는 메시지의 내용을 딥런닝서버(120)로 제공하여 적절한 내용이 번역이 이루어졌는지를 판단할 수 있도록 제어한다.
상기 딥런닝서버(120)는 사용자단말(200)에 의해 통신망을 통해 전달되는 메시지의 내용을 분석하여 적절하게 번역이 이루어졌는지를 판단하고, 적절하게 이루어지지 않았다면 사용자단말에 체크박스를 표시하여 사용자가 선택할 수 있도록 하는 운영서버를 거쳐 통신망을 통해 전달한다.
상기 번역서버(130)는 메시지가 입력됨을 수신함에 따라 메시지의 내용을 복수의 사용자 각각으로부터 설정된 언어로 번역하여 운영서버(110)를 통해 각 사용자단말(200)에 제공한다.
상기 데이터베이스(140)는 각 나라의 언어로 번역하기 위한 데이터(단어 및 문장 등), 사용자단말(200)을 사용하는 사용자 정보, 번역프로그램, 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램을 포함한다.
본 발명의 통신망은 인터넷(Internet)과 같은 개방형 네트워크뿐만 아니라, CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access), WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access), GSM(Global System for Mobile Communications), LTE(Long Term Evolution), EPC(Evolved Packet Core) 등의 네트워크와 향후 구현될 차세대 네트워크 및 컴퓨팅 네트워크를 포함한다.
상기 사용자단말(200)은 운영서버(110)에서 제공하는 번역프로그램이 포함된 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램이 설치된다.
또한, 사용자단말(200)에 설치된 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램을 통해 실시간으로 사용자가 설정한 다국적자들과 메시지를 전달할 수 있도록 하며, 이러한 메시지 내용은 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램에 포함된 번역프로그램에 의해 1차로 번역이 이루어지고 번역되어 전달되는 내용이 적절하게 번역이 이루어졌는지 통신망을 통해 딥런닝서버(120)로 인가하여 번역내용을 판단할 수 있도록 한다.
상기 사용자단말(200)은 딥런닝서버(120)로 인가된 메시지의 내용이 적절하게 번역되지 않았다고 판단되면, 메시지 내용의 일측에 체크박스(210)가 표시되고, 체크박스(210)를 통해 딥런닝서버(120)에서 제공하는 다른 문장 또는 먼저 입력한 내용을 선택할 수 있도록 표시한다.
상기 사용자단말(200)은 사용자의 터치 또는 조작에 따른 입력신호를 발생하는 키패드와 터치패드 중 적어도 하나를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
이때 사용자단말(200)은 디스플레이부와 함께 하나의 터치패널(또는 터치스크린(touch screen)의 형태로 구성되어 입력과 표시 기능을 동시에 수행할 수 있다. 또한, 사용자단말(200)은 키보드, 키패드, 마우스, 조이스틱 등과 같은 입력장치 외에도 향후 개발될 수 있는 모든 형태의 입력수단이 사용될 수 있다. 상기 키보드, 키패드, 마우스, 조이스틱 등과 같은 입력장치를 사용하는 경우에는 태블릿, 스마트폰 등과 같이 구성되는 디지털 단말기 형태로 구성하고, 여기에 상기의 구성들과 연결될 수 있도록 확장성을 갖도록 한다.
상기 디스플레이부는 사용자단말(200)의 기능 수행 중에 발생하는 일련의 동작상태 및 동작결과 등에 대한 정보를 표시한다. 또한, 디스플레이부는 메시지 내용 체크박스 및 선택된 나라명 등을 표시할 수 있다. 여기서 디스플레이부는 액정표시장치(LCD, Liquid Crystal Display), 초박막 액정표시장치(TFT-LCD, Thin Film Transistor LCD), 발광다이오드(LED, Light Emitting Diode), 유기발광다이오드(OLED, Organic LED), 능동형 유기발광다이오드(AMOLED, Active Matrix OLED), 레티나 디스플레이(Retina Display), 플렉시블 디스플레이(Flexible display) 및 3차원(3 Dimension) 디스플레이 등으로 구성될 수 있다.
상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명에 의한 다국어 번역 지원이 가능한 채팅시스템을 통해 사용자단말에서 채팅시 메시지의 내용을 번역 제공방법을 도 3 내지 4d를 참조하여 설명한다.
도 3 내지 4d를 참조하여 설명하면, 본 발명에 의한 다국어 번역 지원이 가능한 채팅시스템의 번역 제공방법은 사용자단말(200)을 통해 입력된 메시지의 내용을 번역하여 다국적자들이 사용하는 사용자단말(200)에 번역된 내용을 표시하는 것은 물론 다국적자들이 사용하는 사용자단말(200)에서 입력된 메시지 내용을 사용자가 선택한 언어로 번역되어 표시되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
먼저, 사용자가 메시지의 내용을 입력하기 전에 사용자단말(200)을 통해 채팅방을 개설한 후 사용자단말(200)에 설치된 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램을 이용하여 채팅방에 입장한 다국적자들의 나라에 맞게 각 나라를 선택하고, 표시되는 언어 즉 사용자가 확인할 수 있는 언어를 선택하는 세팅 단계(S10)를 수행한다.
상기 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램을 이용하여 선택한 나라별 언어와 사용자단말(200)에 표시되는 언어를 식별하여 통신망을 통해 사용자단말(200)의 정보와 함께 식별언어를 플랫폼서버(100)로 인가하여 사용자단말(200)에서 사용하는 언어가 어떠한 것인지 플랫폼서버(100)에서 인식할 수 있도록 하는 언어 감별 단계(S20)를 수행한다.
상기 사용자단말(200)에서 채팅방에서 입력되는 메시지 내용에 대해 텍스트를 번역프로그램을 통해 분석하여 번역하고, 입력된 메시지 내용을 플랫폼서버(100)로 인가하는 번역 단계(S30)를 수행한다.
상기 번역 단계(S30)에서 메시지의 내용에 대해 통신망을 통해 플랫폼서버(100)의 운영서버(110)로 인가하면, 운영서버(110)는 이를 딥런닝서버(120)로 인가하여 적절하게 번역이 이루어졌는지 데이터베이스(140)에 저장된 데이터를 이용하여 다시 분석한다.
이때, 딥런닝서버(120)에서 번역 내용 분석은 번역된 용량과 기저장된 데이터 용량을 비교하여 비슷한 용량인지를 파악하는 것은 물론 메시지 내용에 따른 아스키코드를 비교하여 동일한 코드인지를 판단해 번역이 적절하게 이루어졌는지를 비교 및 분석하는 과정을 별도로 수행한다.
그리고 상기 딥런닝서버(120)는 번역서버(130)와 연동하여 최근에 사용자단말(200)에서 사용한 데이터를 포함하여 다른 사용자단말(200)에서 수정되어 인가된 데이터 등을 이용하여 번역이 적절하게 이루어졌는지 판단한다.
또한, 상기 딥런닝서버(120)는 번역된 메시지의 내용이 부적절한 것으로 판단되면, 이를 번역서버(130)로 인가하여 번역을 수행하도록 하며, 이때 번역서버(130)는 번역된 내용을 다시 딥런닝서버(120)로 인가하여 적절하게 번역이 이루어졌는지 기 데이터와 비교하여 적절하게 번역된 것으로 판단되면, 운영서버(110)를 통해 통신망을 거쳐 사용자단말(200)로 인가하여 체크박스(310) 형태로 표시되도록 한다.
그리고 상기 사용자단말(200)을 통해 입력한 메시지의 내용을 설정한 나라별로 언어와 사용자단말(200)에 표시되는 언어의 설정에 따른 정보값을 번역프로그램을 통해 색출하는 필터링단계(S40)를 수행한다.
또한, 상기 필터링단계(S40)에서 상기 딥런닝서버(120)에서 번역한 메시지의 내용을 함께 필터링하는데, 이는 사용자가 입력한 메시지의 내용이 다국적자들에게 번역되어 제공될 때 적절하게 번역이 이루어졌는지를 확인할 수 있도록 하기 위함이다.
그리고 채팅방에 입장한 다국적자들의 순서, 사용자가 나라순서 또는 채팅방에 메시지의 내용을 입력하는 순서에 맞게 사용자단말(200)에 표시될 수 있도록 메시지 내용을 정렬하는 구성단계(S50)를 수행한다.
또한, 상기 구성단계(S50)에서는 딥런닝서버(120)에서 번역되어 인가되는 메시지의 내용을 확인할 수 있도록 체크박스(210) 형태로 구성한다.
상기 구성단계(S50)를 통해 인가되는 메시지의 내용을 사용자가 설정한 언어로 사용자단말(200)에 표시하는 표시단계(S60)를 수행하고, 상기 표시단계(S60)에서 번역된 메시지 내용과 함께 체크박스(210) 형태로 다른 번역 내용을 제공하여 이를 사용자가 선택할 수 있도록 한다.
상기 사용자가 체크박스(210)에서 표시된 내용이 사용자가 설정한 나라의 다국적자들이 사용하는 사용자단말(200)에 표시되도록 선택하였다면, 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램은 선택된 메시지의 내용이 포함된 메시지데이터의 헤더에 체크박스(210)를 통해 선택하였다는 코드데이터를 포함하여 운영서버(110)로 인가해 다국적자들의 사용자단말(200)에 표시되도록 한다.
상기에서 설명한 바와 같이 외국인과 채팅을 하는 경우 채팅에 참가한 상대방의 국적을 체크 해 놓으면, 대화의 내용이 사용자(본인) 국적의 언어와 동시에 상대방 외국인 국가의 언어까지 같이 변환된 내용을 표시해 줌으로써 외국인과의 대화에 어려움이 없이 메시지의 전달을 이어나갈 수 있다.
또한, 대화가 지속되더라도 메시지의 내용을 다시 보려고 할 때 바로 내용 파악을 할 수 있기 때문에 같은 메시지의 경우 붙여 넣기기가 또는 직접타이핑이 가능하므로 채팅을 용이하게 할 수 있다.
또한, 한번에 채팅하는 다국적자들(대화상대)이 다른 언어를 사용할 경우, 채팅과 동시에 대화하고 있는 상대의 대화 내용을 상대방의 언어로 변환하여 본인의 언어와 상대방의 언어로 같이 표시해 줌으르써 외국인과의 빠른 대화 및 대화 히스토리의 정리가 가능한 이점이 있다.

  1. 복수의 사용자가 각각 설정한 언어를 통해 채팅이 이루어지도록 실시간 번역되는 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램을 제공하고, 사용자단말(200)에서 번역된 내용이 적절한지를 판단할 수 있도록 운영서버(110), 딥런닝서버(120), 번역서버(130) 및 데이터베이스(140)로 이루어져 사용자단말(200)과 통신망을 통해 연결되는 플랫폼서버(100)와;
    복수의 사용자가 각각 설정한 언어로 번역되어 채팅이 이루어지도록 플랫폼서버(100)에서 제공하는 번역프로그램이 포함된 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램이 설치되는 사용자단말(200);로 이루어지고,

    메시지가 입력됨을 수신함에 따라 메시지의 내용을 복수의 사용자 각각으로부터 설정된 언어로 번역하여 운영서버(110)를 통해 각 사용자단말(200)에 제공하는 번역서버(130)와;
    각 나라의 언어로 번역하기 위한 데이터(단어 및 문장 등), 사용자단말(200)을 사용하는 사용자 정보, 번역프로그램, 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램을 포함하는 데이터베이스(140);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다국어 번역 지원이 가능한 채팅시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자단말(200)은,
    플랫폼서버(100)에서 제공하는 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램을 통해 실시간으로 사용자가 설정한 다국적자들과 메시지를 전달하며,
    상기 메시지 내용은 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램에 포함된 번역프로그램에 의해 번역이 이루어지고
    상기 번역되어 전달되는 내용이 적절하게 번역이 이루어졌는지 통신망을 통해 딥런닝서버(120)로 인가하여 번역내용을 판단할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다국어 번역 지원이 가능한 채팅시스템.
  3. 사용자단말(200)에 설치된 애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램을 이용하여 채팅방에 입장한 다국적자들의 나라에 맞게 각 나라를 선택하고, 표시되는 언어를 선택하는 세팅 단계(S10)와;
    애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램을 이용하여 선택한 나라별 언어와 사용자단말(200)에 표시되는 언어를 식별하여 통신망을 통해 사용자단말(200)의 정보와 함께 식별언어를 플랫폼서버(100)로 인가하는 언어 감별 단계(S20)와;
    사용자단말(200)에서 채팅방에서 입력되는 메시지 내용에 대해 텍스트를 번역프로그램을 통해 분석하여 번역하고, 입력된 메시지 내용을 플랫폼서버(100)로 인가하는 번역 단계(S30)와;
    사용자단말(200)을 통해 입력한 메시지의 내용을 설정한 나라별로 언어와 사용자단말(200)에 표시되는 언어의 설정에 따른 정보값을 번역프로그램을 통해 색출하는 필터링단계(S40)와;
    채팅방에 입장한 다국적자들의 순서, 사용자가 나라순서 또는 채팅방에 메시지의 내용을 입력하는 순서에 맞게 사용자단말(200)에 표시될 수 있도록 메시지 내용을 정렬하는 구성단계(S50)와;
    사용자단말(200)에 표시되도록 한 언어로만 표시하는 표시단계(S60);로 이루어지고,
    상기 사용자단말(200)은,
    애플리케이션 또는 채팅프로그램을 이용하여 입력하는 메시지 내용의 번역 또는 다국적자들이 사용하는 사용자단말(200)에서 입력된 메시지 내용의 번역이 적절하게 이루어졌는지를 딥런닝서버(120)에서 판단하고, 이를 체크박스(210) 형태로 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다국어 번역 지원이 가능한 채팅시스템의 번역 제공방법.
