具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的实施方式对本实用新型进行详细描述。但该实施方式并不限制本实用新型,本领域的普通技术人员根据该实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本实用新型的保护范围内。
如图1所示为本实用新型吸尘器100的剖视示意图,所述吸尘器100包括机体10及安装至所述机体的至少一个滚刷组件20。
具体请参考图1至图4所示,所述滚刷组件20包括梳齿结构21、滚刷辊22及设置在所述滚刷辊22外周面上的刷毛23。需要指出的是,本实用新型中的刷毛23,并不限定所述滚刷组件的具体形式为“毛刷”,仅用于区分“滚刷辊”和“刷毛”两个部分,所述刷毛23可以为毛刷、胶刷或者胶毛混合刷等。
所述梳齿结构21包括基部210及自所述基部210向下延伸的若干梳齿211,若干所述梳齿211沿所述滚刷辊22的纵长方向间隔设置。
所述滚刷组件20还具有突设于所述滚刷辊22上的刮片24,所述刮片24 分成沿所述纵长方向排列的至少两个刮片组,以所述滚刷组件20的前进方向为投影方向,相邻的两个刮片组的投影至少部分重叠,在所述滚刷辊22转动时,所述梳齿211与所述刮片24的末端部241接触,梳齿211与刷毛23的自由末端可以接触,也可以不接触。梳齿211的每个齿的间距可以相同也可以不同,梳齿211的形状不限,可以为直线型、V字型或具有弧线的其他形状,梳齿211的制作材料不限,可以为注塑件甚至一列刷毛,只要在滚刷辊22转动时,所述梳齿211与所述刮片24的末端部241接触即可。
其中,刮片24可以是与滚刷辊22相分离的并固定安装在滚刷辊22上的,在不同实施例中,刮片24也可以是与滚刷辊22一体设置的。刷毛23不限定其形状,可以是一簇一簇的植毛,也可以是连续的植毛。
当所述滚刷辊22转动时,待清洁表面的毛发和/或细丝等缠绕物被卷绕在所述刮片24上,可避免毛发或丝状物缠绕在所述刷毛23上难以清理及造成二次污染,同时利用梳齿211拨动或挑断缠绕物而将其剥离,实现自动清理缠绕在刮片24上的毛发或丝状物的作用,可以有效地防止缠绕物紧紧缠绕在滚刷组件表面而造成的滚刷辊22滚动失灵,提高了滚刷组件20的使用寿命。
在本实施例中,靠近所述滚刷辊22于纵向方向上两端的刷毛23向外侧倾斜延伸,以呈现向外张开状;除了位于两端的刷毛23外,其余刷毛23自所述滚刷辊22的外周面沿其径向方向延伸,也即该部分刷毛23的生长方向与所述滚刷辊22的径向方向一致。
所述梳齿结构21安装于所述滚刷辊22的外部,在所述滚刷辊22旋转运动时,所述梳齿211至少部分伸入所述刷毛23的自由端面以下,也即插入所述滚刷辊22上的刷毛23中,进而剥离所述刷毛23上的附着物。
在本实施例中,所述滚刷组件20还具有相对设置于所述滚刷辊20两端的一对端盖25,所述滚刷辊22套设在传动轴(未图示)上且夹置于所述一对端盖25之间,所述刷毛23自所述滚刷辊22的表面向外突伸,且在所述滚刷辊22旋转时与待清洁表面进行摩擦,以卷起待清洁表面的附着物。
在本实施例中,以所述滚刷组件20的前进方向为投影方向,每个所述刮片 24的投影呈沿所述纵长方向延伸的长条状,且所述刮片的末端部241具有韧性,也即具有一定的变形能力但不易断裂,以限制缠绕物进一步向所述滚刷辊22的中心轴的方向收紧,具体地,在本实施例中,所述刮片24螺旋盘绕在所述滚刷辊22的外周面上。
进一步地,所述滚刷组件20具有由排布于所述滚刷辊22外周面上的所述刷毛23构成的至少一个刷毛列,且以所述滚刷组件20的前进方向为投影方向,所述刷毛23的投影自所述滚刷辊22于所述纵长方向上的一端连续排列至所述滚刷辊22的另一端;也即,当所述滚刷组件呈着地状态时,所述滚刷辊22在地面上的投影位于所述刷毛23着地形成的清扫覆盖区域内。
另外,所述刮片24在所述滚刷辊22的外周面上也对所述滚刷辊22的纵向全覆盖;也可以说,以所述滚刷组件20的前进方向为投影方向,位于不同组的所述刮片24的投影自所述滚刷辊22于所述纵长方向上的一端连续排列至所述滚刷辊22的另一端。
于所述滚刷辊22的周向方向上,所述刮片24和所述刷毛列交替且间隔设置,且所述刮片24与其沿周向方向上相邻的刷毛列的螺旋方向相同。
具体来讲,所述滚刷组件20具有沿所述滚刷辊22的周向方向间隔排列的若干个清洁条201及沿所述纵长方向排列的第一清洁部分202和第二清洁部分203,所述第一清洁部分202和第二清洁部分203分置于所述滚刷辊22的竖直中心面C-C'的两侧,每个所述清洁条201自所述滚刷辊22的一端延伸到另一端,且由所述刷毛列和/或所述刮片24排列组成,第一、第二清洁部分202、203分别由所述刮片24和所述刷毛列沿所述周向方向间隔形成。
于所述周向方向上相邻的两个所述清洁条201中,其中一个清洁条201上的所述刮片24与另一个清洁条201上的所述刷毛列交替设置,从而使得所述刷毛23与刮片24交替地清扫待清洁表面,防止缠绕物堆积在所述刷毛23上。
在本实施例中,以所述滚刷组件20的前进方向为投影方向,每一所述刷毛列的投影自所述滚刷辊22于所述纵长方向上的一端连续排列至所述滚刷辊22的另一端。
于所述周向方向上相邻的两个所述清洁条201中,其中一个清洁条201由至少两个所述刮片24排列而成,另一个清洁条201由所述刷毛23自所述滚刷辊22的一端排列到滚刷辊22的另一端而成。
在本实用新型的第一较佳实施例中,第一清洁部分202中的刷毛列和刮片24的螺旋方向相同,第二清洁部分203中的刷毛列和刮片24的螺旋方向也相同,且第一清洁部分202中的所述刷毛列的螺旋方向与第二清洁部分203中的所述刷毛列的螺旋方向相反,第一清洁部分202中的刮片24的螺旋方向与第二清洁部分203中的刮片24的螺旋方向也相反,如此,以使每一所述刷毛列呈V形排布于所述滚刷辊22的外周面,于所述纵长方向上相邻的两个所述刮片24的螺旋方向相反,也排列呈V形从而使得缠绕在所述刮片24上的丝状物被拨动而向所述滚刷辊22的中部聚拢,被梳齿211挑断后自吸尘器的吸附口吸走。
在本实用新型优选的实施例中,每列所述刷毛23植于相应的刷条(未图示),所述刷条可拆卸地安装于所述滚刷辊22;在其他实施例中,所述刷毛23可以直接植于所述滚刷辊22,即所述刷毛23与所述滚刷辊22一体注塑成型。
请参图5至图6所示,在本实用新型的第二较佳实施例中,所述滚刷组件20的基本结构与第一较佳实施例中相同,区别在于:每一所述刷毛列呈螺旋状排布于所述滚刷辊22的外周面,且其位于所述滚刷辊22的竖直中心面两侧的两部分的螺旋方向相同。
每个所述清洁条201在所述滚刷辊22上的延伸方向呈螺旋状,且位于不同组的所述刮片24的螺旋方向相同。在本实施例中,第一清洁部分202和第二清洁部分203各具有一个刮片组,每个所述刮片组具有沿所述周向方向间隔排列的若干条刮片24。
请参图7至图8所示,在本实用新型的第三较佳实施例中,所述滚刷组件20的基本结构与第二较佳实施例相同,且每个清洁条201在滚刷辊22上的延伸方向呈螺旋状,且位于不同组的刮片的螺旋方向相同;不同之处在于:
第一清洁部分202和第二清洁部分203分别具有沿所述纵长方向排列的两个刮片组,且以所述滚刷组件20的前进方向为投影方向,相邻的两个刮片组的 投影至少部分重叠。
请参图9至图10所示,为本实用新型的第四较佳实施例,该实施例中的所述滚刷组件20的基本结构与第三实施例相同,不同之处在于:至少一个所述刮片24和至少一个所述刷毛列连续排布于同一螺旋线上,且位于所述滚刷辊22的竖直中心面两侧的所述刮片24和所述刷毛列均呈镜像排布。
第一清洁组202和第二清洁组203中的各个清洁条201包括至少一个刮片24和至少一个刷毛列,且所述刮片24和所述刷毛列连续且交替排列设置。
也就是说,第一清洁部分202和第二清洁部分203分别又包括有沿所述纵长方向排列的两个所述刮片组,且以所述滚刷组件20的前进方向为投影方向,第一清洁部分202中的两个刮片组的投影至少部分重叠,第二清洁部分203中的两个刮片组的投影也至少部分重叠,第一清洁部分202和第二清洁部分203中的两个相邻刮片组的投影也至少部分重叠。
在本实施例中,每个所述清洁条201可在所述滚刷辊22上盘绕呈螺旋形条状结构,也可盘绕呈V形条状结构。
本实用新型的滚刷组件20及具有该滚刷组件20的吸尘器100,通过设置所述梳齿结构21,从而对刷毛23和刮片24上的附着物进行有效清理,同时刮除缠绕物,避免刮片24在转动和接触待清洁表面时对待清洁区域造成二次污染;同时,由于设置有所述刮片24,在滚刷辊22旋转过程中,所述梳齿211挤压接触所述刮片24的末端部241,并拨动、挑断缠绕在所述刮片24上的毛发和/或细丝等缠绕物,所述刮片24被挤压拨动时带动缠绕物在所述刮片24的末端缘沿所述滚刷辊22的纵长方向窜动,缠绕物在窜动的过程中更加有利于所述梳齿211将其自动剥离或扯断,剥离或扯断的缠绕物从而被吸入吸尘器100的风道中,并进一步输送至所述吸尘器100的收纳部件中。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本实用新型的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本实用新型的保护范围,凡未脱离本实用新型技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滚刷组件,包括梳齿结构、滚刷辊及设置在所述滚刷辊外周面上的刷毛,所述梳齿结构包括基部及自所述基部向下延伸的若干梳齿,若干所述梳齿沿所述滚刷辊的纵长方向间隔设置,其特征在于:所述滚刷组件还具有突设于所述滚刷辊上的刮片,所述刮片分成沿所述纵长方向排列的至少两个刮片组,以所述滚刷组件的前进方向为投影方向,相邻的两个刮片组的投影至少部分重叠,在所述滚刷辊转动时,所述梳齿与所述刮片的末端部接触。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的滚刷组件,其特征在于:以所述滚刷组件的前进方向为投影方向,每个所述刮片的投影呈沿所述纵长方向延伸的长条状,且所述刮片的末端部具有韧性。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的滚刷组件,其特征在于:所述滚刷组件具有由排布于所述滚刷辊外周面上的所述刷毛构成的至少一个刷毛列,且以所述滚刷组件的前进方向为投影方向,所述刷毛的投影自所述滚刷辊于所述纵长方向上的一端连续排列至所述滚刷辊的另一端。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的滚刷组件,其特征在于:以所述滚刷组件的前进方向为投影方向,所述刮片的投影自所述滚刷辊于所述纵长方向上的一端连续排列至所述滚刷辊的另一端。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的滚刷组件,其特征在于:于所述滚刷辊的周向方向上,所述刮片和所述刷毛列交替且间隔设置,且所述刮片与其沿周向方向上相邻的刷毛列的螺旋方向相同。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的滚刷组件,其特征在于:以所述滚刷组件的前进方向为投影方向,每一所述刷毛列的投影自所述滚刷辊于所述纵长方向上的一端连续排列至所述滚刷辊的另一端。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的滚刷组件,其特征在于:每一所述刷毛列呈V形排布于所述滚刷辊的外周面,于所述纵长方向上相邻的两个所述刮片的螺旋方向相反。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的滚刷组件,其特征在于:每一所述刷毛列呈螺旋状 排布于所述滚刷辊的外周面,且其位于所述滚刷辊的竖直中心面两侧的两部分的螺旋方向相同。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的滚刷组件,其特征在于:至少一个所述刮片和至少一个所述刷毛列连续排布于同一螺旋线上,且位于所述滚刷辊的竖直中心面两侧的所述刮片和所述刷毛列均呈镜像排布。
  10. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于:包括机体及安装于所述机体且如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的滚刷组件。
