  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments:
  • FIG. 1 is a schematic view of the structure of the present invention;
  • FIG. 2 is a schematic structural view of the roller brush in the present invention;
  • FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing the structure of the slider in the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
  • The design scheme of the present invention to achieve the above objectives is:
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a reciprocating hair removal device for floor cleaning comprises a roller brush 1 and a first driving structure 2 for driving the rotation of the roller brush 1, and a tufting bundle 11 is provided on the surface of the roller brush 1; further comprising a sliding rail 3 disposed parallel to the roller brush 1 and a sliding block 4 slidably coupled to the sliding rail 3; the surface of the roller brush 1 is formed with a first spiral groove and a second spiral groove with a reverse direction, and the head ends of the first spiral groove and the second spiral groove are connected, and the tail ends of them are connected to form a reciprocating spiral groove 12; the sliding block 4 is provided with a hair removal knife 41 with one end extending to the reciprocating spiral groove 12; the hair removal knife 41 reciprocates along the reciprocating spiral groove 12 with respect to the roller brush 1 when the roller brush 1 rotates. During the process of cleaning the floor, when a strip such as hair or a wire is wound around the roller brush 1 in the circumferential direction, the roller brush 1 is rotated at a high speed at this time. Therefore, the hair removal knife 41 also slides at a high speed along the reciprocating spiral groove 12 with respect to the roller brush 1, thereby cutting off the strip-shaped foreign matter such as hair wound on the roller brush 1 from the position of the notch of the reciprocating spiral groove 12. In addition, the existing floor cleaning equipment is basically equipped with a vacuum cleaner, and the cut hair and the like are finally sucked away by the vacuum cleaner, so that the foreign matter such as the hair wound around the roller brush 1 is directly removed without stopping the roller brush 1 cleaning operation.
  • The sliding of the hair removal knife 41 and the sliding block 4 can be driven by the groove wall of the reciprocating spiral groove 12 when the roller brush 1 is rotated, or by other driving structures, because of the reciprocating spiral groove 12 pushing the hair removal knife 41 and the sliding block 4 to slide, there is a higher speed contact friction between the hair removal knife 41 and the groove wall of the reciprocating spiral groove 12. In this embodiment, in particular, in order to reduce wear and increase the service life, a second driving structure for driving the sliding block 4 to reciprocate along the sliding rail 3 is further included, and the second driving structure includes a reciprocating screw rod 5 that cooperates with the sliding block 4, and the reciprocating screw rod 5 is parallel to the slide rail 3 to drive the sliding block 4 through the reciprocating screw rod 5 to drive the hair removal knife 41 to move. And in order to make the movement of the hair removal knife 41 consistent with the rotation of the roller brush 1 and always in the reciprocating spiral groove 12, in the embodiment, the second driving structure includes a secondary transmission mechanism 6, and the roller brush 1 drives the reciprocating screw rod 5 to rotate simultaneously by the secondary transmission mechanism 6. In particular, the secondary transmission mechanism 6 includes a secondary active synchronous wheel disposed on the roller brush 1, a secondary driven synchronous wheel disposed on the reciprocating screw rod 5, and the secondary synchronous belt connecting of the secondary active synchronous wheel and the secondary driven synchronous wheel. Of course, according to the actual situation, the secondary transmission mechanism 6 can also adopt other types of transmission mechanisms, such as a gear transmission mechanism, in addition to the synchronous wheel transmission mechanism, as long as the transmission ratio is relatively constant during the transmission process, for example, a method of providing a secondary driving gear on the roller brush 1 and a secondary driven gear meshing with the secondary driving gear on the reciprocating screw rod 5 may be adopted.
  • In the present embodiment, preferably, the surface of the roller brush 1 is provided with a plurality of spiral protrusions 13 between which the reciprocating spiral grooves 12 are formed. Moreover, preferably, the spiral protrusion 13 is made of soft rubber, because the soft rubber has elasticity, and can avoid the damage caused by the collision with the ground during the cleaning operation of the roller brush 1, which is beneficial to improve the service life. Of course, according to the actual situation, in addition to the soft rubber, the spiral protrusion 13 can also be formed by integrally forming with the roller brush 1; and the reciprocating spiral groove 12 can also be formed directly on the body of the roller brush 1 by slotting.
  • In this embodiment, specifically, the hair removal knife 41 is provided with a hook-shaped blade 411, and one end of the hook-shaped blade 411 away from the sliding block 4 is disposed in a hook shape structure, and the blade edge is disposed on the inner side of the hook shape structure in order to loosen and cut the foreign matter such as hair wound on the roller brush 1; and the hook-shaped blade 411 is provided with two pieces, and the backs of the two hook-shaped blades 411 are connected in a V shape in order to improve the overall rigidity of the hair removal knife 41, and the problem that the hair removal knife 41 is bent or even broken due to excessive resistance of the foreign matter such as hair on the roller brush 1 is avoided. Specifically, when the hair removal knife 41 is located in the first spiral groove, one of the hook-shaped blades 411 is parallel to the tangent line of the first spiral groove, when the hair removal knife 41 is located in the second spiral groove, the other of the hook-shaped blades 411 is parallel to the tangent line of the second spiral groove; so that the hair removal knife 41 has one hook-shaped blade 411 in the process of going back and forth, cutting the hair along the tangential direction of the reciprocating spiral groove 12.
  • In the present embodiment, in order to prevent the hair removal knife 41 from damaging the tufting bundle 11 during the reciprocating motion, in particular, the tufting bundle 11 is evenly distributed on the roller brush 1 and keeps away from the position of the reciprocating spiral groove 12.
  • The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and as long as it achieves the technical effects of the present invention by any identical or similar means, it should fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
  • The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above. Of course, the present invention may adopt different forms and similar fields from the above-described embodiments, and these do not constitute any limitation on the present embodiment, and equivalent transformations or corresponding modifications made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention should fall within the scope of the invention. Of course, the above embodiments are not limitations to the invention, and other equal technical schemes should be in the protection scope of the invention.
