一种内壁T字形结构管料 技术领域
本发明涉及电动车车身管架技术领域,具体涉及一种内壁T字形结构管料。
背景技术
目前在电动车管料结构上的选择一般都是空心管为主,但这种管料在实际使用会出现诸多问题,例如管子的强度不高,管子容易折弯,影响车身的安全,且空心管料的车架在使用过程中会晃动或扭曲,影响使用感觉。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种内壁T字形结构管料,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一种内壁T字形结构管料,包括中空设置的管道和设于所述管道内壁的一个或多个“T”字形结构件,所述“T”字形结构件沿所述管道的长度方向进行排布,所述“T”字形结构件的长度与所述管道的长度相同。
本发明所提供的一种内壁T字形结构管料,结构简单,制造方便,可选范围广,能加强管子的强度,利用管子制成的车架稳定,防止车架使用过程中晃动或扭曲。
在一些实施方式中,所述管道为四方形、圆形或者任何不规则多边形的单层管。可根据客户的实际需求而选择不同规格下的管道形状,变化多样,制造出的车架多样性高。
在一些实施方式中,所述管道包括底边管壁、固定连接所述底边管壁两边的侧边管壁以及固定连接两侧边管壁的顶边管壁,所述侧边管壁与所述底边管壁垂直设置,两侧边管壁之间平行设置,所述顶边管壁向外侧呈弧形设置。其中一实施例下的管料形状的选择,管料用作电动自行车车架下管,内部空间用于放置电动自行车电池。
在一些实施方式中,所述“T”字形结构件的数量为一个,所述“T”字形结构件设于所述底边管壁的中点位置。“T”字形结构件的使用防止车架使用过程中晃动或扭曲。
在一些实施方式中,所述“T”字形结构件的数量为两个,两“T”字形结构件均安装于所述底边管壁上,以所述底边管壁的长度方向的中轴线为基准线,两“T”字形结构件以中轴线为基准左右对称分布。“T”字形结构件的使用防止车架使用过程中晃动或扭曲。
在一些实施方式中,两所述“T”字形结构件之间留有空隙部。“T”字形结构件的使用防止车架使用过程中晃动或扭曲,此设计下,使得相互之间的稳定性更好。
在一些实施方式中,所述“T”字形结构件的数量为两个,所述“T”字形结构件安装于所述底边管壁与所述侧边管壁发热交接处,以所述底边管壁的长度方向的中轴线为基准线,两“T”字形结构件以中轴线为基准左右对称分布。“T”字形结构件的使用防止车架使用过程中晃动或扭曲。
在一些实施方式中,所述“T”字形结构件的表面板与底边管壁或侧边管壁的角度均为45°。稳定性更好。
在一些实施方式中,所述顶边管壁的内侧面设有两道圆形卡槽,所述卡槽沿所述顶边管壁的长度方向分布设置,两道圆形卡槽之间平行设置。
在一些实施方式中,所述顶边管壁上开设有空槽。空槽处可以安装电池组的进料口,方便安装更换电池组。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图,对本发明进行进一步详细的说明。
如图1~图4中所示,一种内壁T字形结构管料,包括中空设置的管道1和设于管道1内壁的一个或多个“T”字形结构件2,“T”字形结构件2沿管道1的长度方向进行排布,“T”字形结构件2的长度与管道1的长度相同。
“T”字形结构件2的长度与管道1的长度相同,其作用在于加强管子的强度。
本发明所提供的一种内壁T字形结构管料,结构简单,制造方便,可选范围广,能加强管子的强度,利用管子制成的车架稳定,防止车架使用过程中晃动或扭曲。
上述中,管道1的选择性多样,管道1可为四方形、圆形或者任何不规则多边形的单层管,可根据客户的实际需求而选择不同规格下的管道形状,变化多样,制造出的车架多样性高。
本实施例中,管道1通过锻压机一体化成型构造,管道1包括底边管壁11、固定连接底边管壁11两边的侧边管壁12以及固定连接两侧边管壁12的顶边管壁13,侧边管壁12与底边管壁11垂直设置,两侧边管壁12之间平行设置,顶边管壁13向外侧呈弧形设置。
其中一实施例下的管料形状的选择,管料用作电动自行车车架下管,内部空间用于放置电动自行车电池。
实施例1中,如图1中所示,“T”字形结构件2的数量为一个,“T”字形结构件2安装于底边管壁11的中点位置,“T”字形结构件的使用防止车架使用过程中晃动或扭曲。
实施例2,如图2中所示,“T”字形结构件2的数量为两个,两“T”字形结构件2均安装于底边管壁11上,以底边管壁11的长度方向的中轴线为基准线,两“T”字形结构件2以中轴线为基准左右对称分布,“T”字形结构件的使用防止车架使用过程中晃动或扭曲。
上述中,两“T”字形结构件2之间留有空隙部,“T”字形结构件的使用防止车架使用过程中晃动或扭曲,此设计下,使得相互之间的稳定性更好。
实施例3,如图3中所示,“T”字形结构件2的数量为两个,“T”字形结构件 2安装于底边管壁11与侧边管壁12发热交接处,以底边管壁11的长度方向的中轴线为基准线,两“T”字形结构件2以中轴线为基准左右对称分布。“T”字形结构件的使用防止车架使用过程中晃动或扭曲。

实施例6,管道1为矩形,“T”字形结构件2的数量为两个,“T”字形结构件2安装于底边管壁11与侧边管壁12发热交接处,以底边管壁11的长度方向的中轴线为基准线,两“T”字形结构件2以中轴线为基准左右对称分布。
实施例7,管道1为圆形,“T”字形结构件2的数量为一个,“T”字形结构件2安装于管道1内壁任意位置即可。

除此以外,如图4中所示,顶边管壁13的内侧面设有两道圆形卡槽14,卡槽14沿顶边管壁13的长度方向分布设置,两道圆形卡槽14之间平行设置,卡槽14的作用在于,可以插装安装轴,用于安装电池组件的配件。
顶边管壁13上开设有空槽15,空槽15处可以安装电池组的进料口,方便安装更换电池组。

  1. 一种内壁T字形结构管料,其特征在于,包括中空设置的管道(1)和设于所述管道(1)内壁的一个或多个“T”字形结构件(2),所述“T”字形结构件(2)沿所述管道(1)的长度方向进行排布,所述“T”字形结构件(2)的长度与所述管道(1)的长度相同。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种内壁T字形结构管料,其特征在于,所述管道(1)为四方形、圆形或者任何不规则多边形的单层管。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种内壁T字形结构管料,其特征在于,所述管道(1)包括底边管壁(11)、固定连接所述底边管壁(11)两边的侧边管壁(12)以及固定连接两侧边管壁(12)的顶边管壁(13),所述侧边管壁(12)与所述底边管壁(11)垂直设置,两侧边管壁(12)之间平行设置,所述顶边管壁(13)向外侧呈弧形设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种内壁T字形结构管料,其特征在于,所述“T”字形结构件(2)的数量为一个,所述“T”字形结构件(2)设于所述底边管壁(11)的中点位置。
