- a plurality of third mounting parts 360 may be provided at positions corresponding to the second mounting parts 159.
- FIG. 12 is a view showing a portion in which a cover and a rail are combined according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- the cover 300 has at least a portion of the one end 100a of the rail 100 inserted into the inner circumferential surface of the one end 300a side of the cover 300 along the longitudinal direction to be fitted. It includes a fitting groove 370 provided to be.
- the fitting groove 370 is formed to extend by a predetermined length along the width direction of the cover 300, and a side cross-section may be provided in an approximately'b' shape.
- the fitting groove 370 When mounting the cover to the rail by the fitting groove 370 formed as described above, the fitting groove 370 is fitted to one end portion 100a of the rail, and then fixed to the first and second hook portions 180 and 190 described above. It is possible to assemble the roof rack more easily by mounting the government (320).
- first and second hook portions of the rail and the fixing portion of the cover coupled thereto are located in at least a partial area along the length direction from the other end portion 100b of the rail and the other end portion 300b of the cover toward one end side. Each can be provided.
- the other end means the opposite direction of the one end.
- the coupling force between the cover and the rail is more enhanced by the first section provided at the other end of the rail and the cover. It becomes possible to increase.
- the first and second hook portions of the roof rack 10 of the present invention and the respective fixing portions inserted and fixed thereto have a function of preventing the cover from being separated from the rail and a function of restricting the position. You can constrain the position along the direction.
- the mounting portions of the roof rack 10 of the present invention have a function of preventing the cover from being separated from the rail and a function of constraining the position, and in particular, it is possible to prevent separation in a vertical direction (height direction).
- the present invention minimizes the assembly step between the rail and the cover through the configuration as described above, thereby preventing problems such as separation of the cover and noise while driving, and deterioration of the appearance quality due to the external step. You can avoid problems.
- the rail 100 and the cover 300 of the present invention may be made of an engineering plastic (eg, PP, PA6, PA66, ABS, PP+EPDM, PC+ABS) material.
- the rail 100 and the cover 300 may be made of fiber-reinforced plastic in consideration of weight reduction and durability.
- the fiber-reinforced plastic includes reinforcing fibers added to the base resin, and polyester resin, polyamide resin, nylon resin, etc. may be used as the base resin, and carbon fibers and/or glass fibers may be used as the reinforcing fibers.
