Abstract

Extruderkopf (1) zur Extrusion von einem Strang (ST) von Baustoff (BS) zum 3D-Druck von einem Bauwerksteil (BWT), wobei der Extruderkopf (1) aufweist: - eine Extruderdüse (5), wobei die Extruderdüse (5) eine Austrittsöffnung (2) zum Austritt des Strangs (ST) von Baustoff (BS) aus dem Extruderkopf (1) heraus in einer Austrittsrichtung (x) aufweist, - mindestens ein Vorgabeelement (7a, 7b, 8a, 8b, 30a, 30b), wobei das mindestens eine Vorgabeelement (7a, 7b, 8a, 8b, 30a, 30b) zur variablen einstellbaren Vorgabe mindestens eines Teils (4A, 4I) eines Strangquerschnitts (4) des austretenden Strangs (ST) von Baustoff (BS) variabel einstellbar ausgebildet ist, und - mindestens eine Einstellvorrichtung (213, 217a, 217b, 218a, 218b), wobei die mindestens eine Einstellvorrichtung (213, 217a, 217b, 218a, 218b) zur variablen Einstellung des mindestens einen Vorgabeelements (7a, 7b, 8a, 8b, 30a, 30b) ausgebildet ist und derart ausgebildet und angeordnet ist, dass der Extruderkopf (1) sich in einer von der Austrittsrichtung (x) verschiedenen ersten Erstreckungsrichtung (-z) unterhalb der Austrittsöffnung (2) bei maximaler Öffnungshöhe (HO) maximal um die maximale Öffnungshöhe (HO) erstreckt und/oder in mindestens einer von der Austrittsrichtung (x) verschiedenen zweiten Erstreckungsrichtung (-y, y) seitlich der Austrittsöffnung (2) bei maximaler Öffnungsbreite (BO) maximal um die maximale Öffnungsbreite (BO) erstreckt.
