密封垃圾桶 技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封垃圾桶。
背景技术
一次性尿布的使用方便了广大育婴者,免去了洗晒传统尿布的麻烦和不卫生,但是废弃尿布的处置也带来新的问题。在家庭和育婴场所中,通常将用过的一次性尿布暂存于室内垃圾桶,随后再集中倾倒到室外。由于用过的尿布带有臭味并且容易滋生细菌,出现了专门用于室内暂存尿布的密封垃圾桶,具有密封防臭功能,可以防止桶内气味漏出,也称为尿布桶。
公开号为CN1931683、CN101016113、CN202754369、CN101346292等专利文献公开了一种防臭垃圾桶,包括桶体和桶盖,桶盖内还包括一个设有开口的球形容器,所述球形容器通过轴件与所述手柄固定连接,所述桶盖设有与所述球形容器的开口相吻合的开口,所述桶盖的开口内侧还设有与所述球形容器外表面相配合的托球支架。垃圾桶内投放垃圾时,无需打开桶盖,只需先将垃圾投放入球形容器内,再通过转动带动球形容器翻转,使球形容器内的垃圾落入桶体内。该垃圾桶在使用时,桶体内的垃圾始终与桶体外的空气隔绝,能有效防止桶体内的臭味向外扩散,除可用于存放普通生活垃圾外,更适宜于暂存臭味较重的腐败性垃圾或者使用后的婴儿尿布等。
现有的这些尿布桶产品在提高密封性和防止气味外漏上做了很多改进,然而在提高尿布桶使用方便性上尚不令人满意。尤其是垃圾袋打包换袋,其动作通常包括打开桶盖、解开袋口卡扣、收拢袋口提出垃圾袋、转圈拧紧打结放于一边、事先拿好或者跑去拿新垃圾袋、将新垃圾袋套于垃圾桶内桶卷好边、盖上桶盖等操作。整个过程历时两三分钟,为保持卫生基本上每天要处理尿布桶,是一个高频次的动作,并且通常有气味和不卫生。育婴本身已是一件辛苦的事,使用上更方便更卫生的自动化的密封垃圾桶对育婴者是有吸引力的。
技术问题
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种密封垃圾桶,除具有良好的密封和防臭效果外,还具有对垃圾袋进行自动打包封口的功能。
技术解决方案
为实现上述技术目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种密封垃圾桶,包括桶体和桶盖,所述桶盖上设有垃圾接收装置,所述垃圾接收装置包括盖体以及设置在盖体上的转动体,盖体将垃圾袋内空间封闭,转动体上设有暂存室:转动体在第一位置状态时,暂存室与外界连通;转动体转动至第二位置状态时,暂存室与垃圾袋内空间连通;所述桶盖上还设有垃圾袋存储装置和垃圾袋封口装置,桶体或者桶盖上设有垃圾袋进袋装置,垃圾袋存储装置安装在垃圾接收装置下方,垃圾袋封口装置安装在垃圾袋存储装置下方,垃圾接收装置与垃圾袋存储装置之间或者垃圾接收装置上设有用于在进袋时连通外界的可控通道。在转动体在第一位置状态时,暂存室与外界连通,此时可放入尿布,转动体转动至第二位置状态时,暂存室与垃圾袋内空间连通,此时可将暂存室内的尿布倒入垃圾袋内,在转动体转动过程中,保持了垃圾袋内的密封性,使得在投入尿布的整个过程中垃圾袋不会出现直接面向桶外空间的敞开部分,达到了防臭抑菌的目的。设置用于在进袋时连通外界的可控通道,这样在进袋时,新的垃圾袋内空气能够与外界连通,从而使新的垃圾袋顺利的完成进袋铺设。
优选方案之一是:所述可控通道是指设置在盖体或者转动体上的单向阀。仅当在进袋操作进气时,单向阀打开。
优选方案之二是:所述可控通道是指设置在盖体或者转动体上的能够关闭和打开的通道。
作为优选,所述盖体下侧环周设有凸沿,凸沿与垃圾袋存储装置之间设有密封圈;所述可控通道是指设置在所述凸沿上用于在进袋时连通外界的单向阀。
作为优选,所述可控通道包括设置在盖体上的第一通孔,第一通孔上连接有第一管接头,下盖板上设有与所述第一通孔相配合的第二通孔,第二通孔上连接有第二管接头,第一管接头和第二管接头通过管子密封连接,第二管接头朝向所述转动体的一端设有密封件,所述密封件与转动体表面接触。
作为优选,垃圾袋存储装置内设有垃圾袋包装壳,垃圾袋包装壳与垃圾袋存储装置紧密接触,垃圾袋塑料膜筒料被包装在垃圾袋包装壳内,垃圾袋塑料膜筒料头部设有固定圈,固定圈 使垃圾袋塑料膜与垃圾袋包装壳的内壁之间紧密接触,固定圈为橡皮筋、纸板环或者塑料环。这样,垃圾桶在使用过程中,塑料膜会逐步被使用掉,随着塑料膜减少,塑料膜与垃圾存储装置内壁之间的接触会越来越松散,进而会出现漏气通道,塑料膜头部设有固定圈,使塑料膜与垃圾袋存储装置内壁之间始终接触紧密,从而可以切断漏气通道。
作为优选,所述暂存室内设有除臭盒,除臭盒内装有除臭物质。进一步优选,除臭物质为活性炭。
作为优选,垃圾袋进袋装置采用滚轮进袋装置;垃圾袋存储装置包括仓体和仓盖,仓盖与仓体内侧之间存有间隙,垃圾袋塑料膜筒料穿过该间隙进入桶体,垃圾袋塑料膜被分别设置在仓体和仓盖上的多个滚轮从内外两侧夹紧并带动输送。
作为优选,所述转动体为球状体,盖体包括上盖板和下盖板,上盖板和下盖板构成容纳球状体的球状空间,球状体由手动操作转动或者电控自动转动,下盖板靠近桶体的一端设有倾倒口,所述下盖板的尿布倾倒口的外侧设有密封环,密封环由驱动机构驱动升降:当密封环下降至第一位置时,密封环压紧垃圾袋存储装置或垃圾袋塑料膜;当密封环上升至第二位置时,密封环与垃圾袋存储装置和垃圾袋塑料膜之间留有通气间隙,该通气间隙即是所述可控通道。进一步优选,密封环与盖体螺纹连接并由驱动机构驱动转动升降。

有益效果
综上所述,本发明的有益效果:此密封垃圾桶,除具有通常的密封防臭功能外,还具有更好的除臭能力。并且,在尿布装满垃圾袋时,控制电路可以控制垃圾袋封口装置,自动对垃圾袋封口打包;待用户取出打包好的旧垃圾袋后,新的垃圾袋内空气能够与外界连通,从而使新的垃圾袋顺利的完成进袋铺设。于是用户在使用此密封垃圾桶时,仅需扔入垃圾和取出打包好的垃圾袋的动作,无需其他动作,既省时省力,又更加卫生。

实施例1:
如图1所示,本实施例公开了一种密封垃圾桶,包括桶体1,在桶体上设有桶盖2,在桶盖2内设有垃圾袋存储装置3和垃圾袋封口装置4,桶盖2还包括垃圾接收装置5。此外在靠近桶体1的底部还设有风机6,作为垃圾袋进袋装置。此密封垃圾桶还设有控制电路7和电源8。
垃圾接收装置5包括盖体501以及设置在盖体501上的转动体,盖体501安装在垃圾袋存储装置3上方并将垃圾袋内空间密封,转动体上设有暂存室508,转动体在第一位置状态时,暂存室508与外界连通,此时可放入尿布,转动体转动至第二位置状态时,暂存室508与垃圾袋内空间连通,此时可将暂存室508内的尿布倒入垃圾袋内,盖体501上还设有用于进袋时连通外界的可控通道。转动体为球状体502,盖体501包括上盖板503和下盖板504,上盖板503和下盖板504构成球状空间,并与球状体502紧密贴合。球状体502两个侧面设有转轴,可旋转地固定于上盖板503和下盖板504构成的轴座内。盖体501设有尿布投入口A505,上盖板开设有与尿布投入口A505相配合的尿布投入口B525;下盖板504靠近桶体的一端设有尿布倾倒口506,尿布倾倒口506边缘安装有第一密封圈507,第一密封圈507与球状体502表面紧密贴合。球状体502内设有暂存室508,暂存室508上开设有与尿布投入口A505、尿布倾倒口506相配合的暂存室开口509。转动球状体502至暂存室508的开口与盖板501的尿布投入口A505重合时,此时可放入尿布,转动球状体502至暂存室508的开口与尿布倾倒口506重合时,此时可将暂存室508内的尿布倒入垃圾袋内。盖体501下侧环周设有凸沿510,凸沿510与垃圾袋存储装置3上侧面301之间设有第二密封圈511。盖体501内还设有用于在进袋时连通外界的可控通道,该可控通道可以实现在新的垃圾袋进袋时使垃圾袋塑料膜的上侧暴露于大气压下,以方便进袋。
垃圾袋存储装置3内装有环形包装的垃圾袋塑料膜筒料302,塑料膜筒料先被包装于一垃圾袋包装壳303中,再被安装于垃圾袋存储装置3内。塑料膜302与垃圾袋包装壳303之间是紧密接触的,垃圾袋包装壳303与垃圾袋存储装置3之间也被设计成紧密接触,具有一定的气密性。
作为优选,在包装塑料膜时,在塑料膜头部可设有一固定圈304,即使在塑料膜剩下不多时,依旧可以使塑料膜与垃圾袋包装壳303内壁之间接触紧密,进一步减少漏气。固定圈304可以是橡皮筋、纸板环、塑料环等。
于是,垃圾袋塑料膜302、垃圾袋存储装置3、密封圈511、盖体501、上盖板503和下盖板504、第一密封圈507和球状体502,构成了一个基本密封的空间305。尿布等存储于垃圾袋内,即处于空间305内,基本处于密封状态,达到了防臭抑菌的目的。
转动球状体502,当暂存室开口509与尿布投入口A505正对,用户可投入尿布;转动球状体502,当暂存室开口509与尿布倾倒口506正对,投入的尿布被倾倒入垃圾袋。即使在球状体502转动过程中,也基本保持了空间305的密闭性,与桶外空间没有直通的状态。球状体502相当于作为用户的代理,它接收用户的尿布,再代为投入垃圾袋中,使得在投入尿布的整个过程中垃圾袋不会出现直接面向桶外空间的敞开部分,达到了防臭抑菌的目的。
垃圾袋存储装置3内装有的环状包装的塑料膜筒料,是一段长管状或者长筒装的塑料膜,通常有几米到几十米,相当于几十个垃圾袋的长度,包装在环形或类似环形的包装壳303内,其一端从包装壳303设有的环周式开口抽出并且被封口,作为第一个垃圾袋的底部,而环形包装盒的内口为尿布投入通道。
如图2所示,垃圾接收装置5与桶盖2之间设有铰链201与卡扣202。安装新垃圾袋塑料膜筒料时,解开卡扣202,可以抬起垃圾接收装置5,将垃圾袋筒料包装体放入垃圾袋存储装置3,随后再合上垃圾接收装置5。
在新安装垃圾袋筒料或者每次自动打包封口后,将要使用的垃圾袋的底部处于桶盖2区域附近,需要进行进袋操作将垃圾袋铺设好才能使用。如图3,垃圾袋塑料膜302紧密贴合于垃圾袋存储装置3,垃圾袋存储装置3安装于桶盖2,使桶盖2与桶体1之间的结合缝应配合紧密,减少漏气。作为优选,可在结合缝设有密封条。如此,在垃圾袋塑料膜302与主体1之间的空间102,只有一个出风口103,而无其他进气口,此时控制电路7控制风机6转动,将空间102内的空气向外排,就会在空间102产生负压。此负压作用在垃圾袋塑料膜302上,产生向下的压力。合理选择风机6,产生足够的负压,就会在垃圾袋塑料膜302上产生足够的向下压力,将垃圾袋塑料膜从垃圾袋存储装置3中拉出。在桶底区域还可设有检测垃圾袋有无的传感器,可在垃圾袋到达桶底时向控制电路发出信号,控制电路于是关闭风机6,进袋完成,垃圾袋便又处于如图1的状态。
在风机6转动排风进袋时,需要使垃圾袋塑料膜302的上侧充分暴露于大气压下,才能使垃圾袋塑料膜302上受到的压力最大化,以确保进袋顺畅。因为密封垃圾桶在正常使用时,垃圾袋塑料膜302上侧与垃圾接收装置5之间的空间305基本处于密封状态,而在进袋时,必须开放空间305,与外界空气连通以保证顺利进袋。所以,本实施例中,垃圾接收装置5的盖体501内设有在进袋时连通外界的可控通道,该可控通道包括设置在凸沿510上的单向阀,当在进袋操作进气时,该单向阀打开,将空间305与外侧开放空间单向连通,如图3所示。并且仅当在进袋操作进气时,单向阀会打开,在其余时间单向阀是闭合的,确保了袋内异味不外漏。
进袋完成后,密封垃圾桶处于正常使用状态。垃圾接收装置5外侧可设有把手,与球状体502连接。用户可以通过转动把手来旋转球状体502,往桶内导入尿布。当垃圾袋装满了用户想要打包垃圾时,通过按钮或者其他途径向控制电路7发出打包封口指令。控制电路7控制垃圾袋封口装置4将袋口收拢压紧,垃圾袋封口装置4上的电热丝通电加热到一定温度,将垃圾袋塑料膜热熔封口,并且切断。热熔切断生成了两条封口,下部封口是已经装满的旧垃圾袋的封口,上部封口是即将使用的新垃圾袋的底。如此,自动打包封口就完成了。
如图4所示,桶盖2与主体1之间设有铰链203与卡扣204。自动打包封口完成后,控制电路7发出指示信号,用户就可以解开卡扣204,抬起整个桶盖2,将打包封口完成的旧垃圾袋取出,随后再合上桶盖2。也可以设有桶盖2开合检测传感器,控制电路7在检测到用户打开又合上桶盖2后,再检查前述检测垃圾袋有无的传感器,确保用户已取出旧垃圾袋。随后控制电路7又可以进行前述的进袋操作,将下一个即将使用的新垃圾袋铺设直到桶底,垃圾袋便又处于如图1所示的状态。
如此,后续将不断地是用户投入尿布、装满后按按钮打包封口、取出打包封口的旧垃圾袋再合上桶盖2的循环,直至垃圾袋存储装置3内垃圾袋筒料用完,再安装新垃圾袋筒料包装体。其他操作是由密封垃圾桶自动完成的。
作为优选,桶体1底部可设有脚踏板104,在抬起垃圾接收装置5和桶盖2时,可以用脚踩住脚踏板104,防止尿布桶翻倒。
另一种实施方式中,垃圾接收装置5也可以被其驱动机构驱动,在控制电路7控制下实现自动抬起和盖上,同时可设有垃圾接收装置5开合检测传感器,使控制电路7能检测到垃圾接收装置5的开合状态,确保正常使用时垃圾接收装置5是充分合上的。通常仅在安装垃圾袋筒料包装体时打开垃圾接收装置5,是低频次动作,但是垃圾接收装置5设有自动驱动机构的好处是,进袋时可以使垃圾接收装置5自动打开,使垃圾袋塑料膜302上侧充分敞开,完全暴露于桶外空气里,使风机负压进袋达到更好效果。此时就不需要单向阀了,垃圾接收装置5与垃圾袋存储装置3之间就形成了所述用于在进袋时连通外界的可控通道。
在其他实施方式中,桶盖2也可以被驱动机构驱动,在打包封口完成后,控制电路7可以使桶盖2自动抬起,方便用户取出打包好的旧垃圾袋,随后控制电路7在检测到旧垃圾袋已被取出后,又可以自动合上桶盖2,这样就进一步地实现了自动化。
如图2和图4所示,若垃圾接收装置5或桶盖2是自动开启的,可以在桶体1后侧底部设有防倾板105,在垃圾接收装置5或桶盖2自动开启时,使尿布桶不至于翻倒。此时可以不要脚踏板104。防倾板105可以做成可拆卸的,在包装运输时拆下以减小包装体积。
在另一种实施方式中,所述球状体502由其驱动机构驱动旋转。在桶盖2或垃圾接收装置5上设有接近传感器,在用户接近尿布投入口505时可以被感知,控制电路7可以自动旋转球状体502,使暂存室开口509朝上,让用户投入尿布;待所述接近传感器检测到用户已离开时,控制电路7又可以自动旋转球状体502,使暂存室开口509朝下,将尿布投入垃圾袋中。进一步实现自动化,改善用户体验。
垃圾接收装置5上设有用于在进袋时连通外界的可控通道的另一种实施方式;该可控通道包括设置在暂存室508底部用于在进袋时连通外界的单向阀,该单向阀的一端连通暂存室508,另一端贯穿球状体502,如图5所示,平时使暂存室开口509朝横向,使单向阀处于上盖板503和下盖板504构成球形空间内。进袋时,控制电路7控制球状体502旋转,使暂存室开口509朝下,单向阀处于球状体502顶部,可以进气。进袋完成后,控制电路7又可以使暂存室开口509朝横向。这样做的好处是,平时单向阀外还包裹有上盖板503和下盖板504, 对单向阀的密封性要求可以降低。
上述单向阀可以是弹簧顶推圆球结构,也可以是仅能单向打开的弹性片,以及其他能够实现单向通气功能的结构。
用于在进袋时连通外界的可控通道的再一个实施方式是:如图6所示,在盖体501上设有第一通孔,第一通孔上连接有第一管接头513,在下盖板504上设有与第一通孔相配合的第二通孔,第二通孔上连接有管接头514,第一管接头513与第二管接头514之间以管子密封连通。第二管接头514朝向球状体502的一端设有与球状体502紧密接触的密封件515。当暂存室开口509朝上、朝下或者横向朝右时,密封件515与球状体502表面接触,第二管接头514入口被堵住,空间305仍可处于密封状态。在进袋时,控制电路7使球状体502旋转,让暂存室开口509同时朝向接头514和尿布倾倒口506,这样就将空间305与桶外空间连通,可以进气。在进袋完成后,控制电路7又可以使暂存室开口509朝横向,将第二管接头514入口堵住。此方案的好处是免去了单向阀,避免了单向阀的不可靠因素,进气通道也可以做得比单向阀更大。
用于在进袋时连通外界的可控通道的再一个实施方式是:
下盖板504靠近桶体的一端设有倾倒口506,所述下盖板504的尿布倾倒口506的外侧设有密封环,密封环由驱动机构521驱动升降:当密封环下降至第一位置时,密封环压紧垃圾袋存储装置3或垃圾袋塑料膜;当密封环上升至第二位置时,密封环与垃圾袋存储装置3和垃圾袋塑料膜之间留有通气间隙,该通气间隙即是所述可控通道;其中,密封环与盖体501螺纹连接并由驱动机构521驱动转动升降。
具体如图8所示,盖体501与垃圾袋存储装置3之间没有直接的密封措施,而是在下盖板504的尿布倾倒口506外延设有外螺纹517,密封环为一环状齿轮518,环状齿轮518设有与外螺纹517配合的内螺纹。环状齿轮518外侧面带有齿轮齿519,下侧面环周固定有第三密封圈520。在垃圾袋存储装置3内圈上沿设有延伸面306,垃圾袋塑料膜302被压紧在密封圈520与延伸面306之间。第三密封圈520直接压紧于垃圾袋口塑料膜上,容易达到良好密封效果,除此处外,空间305仅有一处泄漏缝即第一密封圈507与球状体502之间的结合缝。与其他实施方式相比,本实施方式排除了垃圾袋塑料膜302与垃圾袋存储装置3之间可能的泄漏通道,也排除了盖体501与上盖板503及下盖板504之间的泄漏通道,可以得到更好的密封防臭效果。
盖体501上固定有驱动机构521,驱动机构521的输出轴上设有齿轮522,齿轮522与环状齿轮518外侧的齿轮齿519啮合。进袋时,控制电路7控制驱动机构521使环状齿轮518顺时针转动一定角度,就可以升高环状齿轮518一定高度,同时第三密封圈520也升高了,不再压紧垃圾袋塑料膜,而是与垃圾袋塑料膜留有一定的距离,如图9所示。这样不仅松开了垃圾袋塑料膜,使进袋装置可以将垃圾袋塑料膜从垃圾袋存储装置3内拉出,同时也提供了进气通道。待进袋完成,控制电路7控制驱动机构521使环状齿轮518逆时针转动一定角度,就可以降低环状齿轮518,使第三密封圈520压紧垃圾袋塑料膜,又处于密封防臭状态,回到图8中的状态。
在其他实施方式中,也可以用其他的活动机构,使垃圾接收装置5与垃圾袋塑料膜302之间实现既是直接的又能可控制地活动的密封连接。
在其他实施方式中,暂存室开口509朝上接收了用户投入的尿布,再转到开口向下位置,尿布掉入垃圾袋时,会有垃圾袋内空气填充原来由此尿布在暂存室508占据的空间。垃圾袋内已存尿布产生的异味空气就会有一部分进入暂存室508。如果在下次用户投尿布时直接将暂存室开口509朝上,此部分异味空气就会被释放到桶外空间。为此,在暂存室508内可设有除臭盒516,内装有活性炭等除臭物质。当暂存室开口509朝上接收了用户投入的尿布,再转到开口向下位置,将尿布倒入垃圾袋后,控制电路7可以控制暂存室开口509朝向横向位置,如图7所示。此时暂存室508基本处于密封状态,除臭盒516内除臭物质可以对刚才倾倒尿布时跑入的异味空气进行除臭处理,处理时间直至下次用户投尿布时。当下次用户投尿布将暂存室开口509朝上,其内空气的异味已经变得不明显。用户两次投尿布的时间间隔通常不会太短,一般会有几十分钟,此时间段内暂存室508内空气一直在被做除臭处理,可以有较好的除臭效果。
在其他实施方式中,垃圾袋进袋装置还可以采用滚轮进袋装置:垃圾袋存储装置包括仓体307和仓盖308,仓盖308与仓体307内侧之间存有间隙,垃圾袋塑料膜筒料穿过该间隙进入桶体,垃圾袋塑料膜被分别设置在仓体307 和仓盖308上的多个滚轮从内外两侧夹紧并带动输送。
具体如图10所示,垃圾袋存储装置3含有仓体307和仓盖308,仓盖308包括设在仓体307上端的横板,横板与仓体307内侧的上端存有间隙,垃圾袋塑料膜穿过该间隙进入桶体,横板靠近内侧的端部向下设有纵板,在仓体307上设有多个滚轮,仓盖308上环周亦设有多个滚轮,仓体307上的滚轮或仓盖308上的滚轮从内外两侧夹紧垃圾袋塑料膜,其中一侧的滚轮是主动轮,另一侧的滚轮问被动轮。为了方便滚轮与其驱动机构传动连接,优选仓体307上的滚轮为主动轮并与同一驱动机构传动连接(例如伞齿轮副传动),仓盖308上环周设置的滚轮为被动轮。另可参见公开号为CN109319331A的专利文献的滚轮进袋装置。
进袋时控制电路7控制滚轮驱动机构驱动滚轮转动设定的圈数,就可将相应长度的垃圾袋塑料膜302从垃圾袋存储装置3内拉出,完成进袋。若不设进气口和风机,此时新铺设的垃圾袋塑料膜可能是褶皱和部分合拢的,可以随装入的尿布增加而逐步张开。
在其他实施方式中,也可以在垃圾接收装置5设有单向阀,在桶体1底部设有风机6,在进袋时控制电路7除驱动滚轮驱动机构外,也启动风机,使塑料膜302与主体1之间的空气主动排出,这样可以使新垃圾袋顺畅下降,并且垃圾袋塑料膜与筒壁基本贴合,垃圾袋充分敞开,实现更好的铺设效果。这样,将垃圾袋从垃圾袋存储装置3内拉出由滚轮完成,风机只辅助向桶体1导入垃圾袋和张开垃圾袋,不需要生产较大的负压,与其他实施方式相比,其尺寸和功率都可以比较小,噪音也可以比较小。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种密封垃圾桶,包括桶体(1)和桶盖(2),所述桶盖(2)上设有垃圾接收装置(5),所述垃圾接收装置(5)包括盖体(501)以及设置在盖体(501)上的转动体,盖体(501)将垃圾袋内空间封闭,转动体上设有暂存室(508):转动体在第一位置状态时,暂存室(508)与外界连通;转动体转动至第二位置状态时,暂存室(508)与垃圾袋内空间连通;其特征在于,所述桶盖(2)上还设有垃圾袋存储装置(3)和垃圾袋封口装置(4),桶体(1)或者桶盖(2)上设有垃圾袋进袋装置,垃圾袋存储装置(3)安装在垃圾接收装置(5)下方,垃圾袋封口装置(4)安装在垃圾袋存储装置(3)下方,垃圾接收装置(5) 与垃圾袋存储装置(3)之间或者垃圾接收装置(5)上设有用于在进袋时连通外界的可控通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的密封垃圾桶,其特征是:所述可控通道是指设置在盖体(501)或者转动体上的单向阀。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的密封垃圾桶,其特征是:所述可控通道是指设置在盖体(501)或者转动体上的能够关闭和打开的通道。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的密封垃圾桶,其特征是:所述盖体(501)下侧环周设有凸沿(510),凸沿(510)与垃圾袋存储装置(3)之间设有密封圈;所述可控通道是指设置在所述凸沿(510)上用于在进袋时连通外界的单向阀。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的密封垃圾桶,其特征是:所述可控通道包括设置在盖体(501)上的第一通孔,第一通孔上连接有第一管接头(513),下盖板(504)上设有与所述第一通孔相配合的第二通孔,第二通孔上连接有第二管接头(514),第一管接头(513)和第二管接头(514)通过管子密封连接,第二管接头(514)朝向所述转动体的一端设有密封件(515),所述密封件(515)与转动体表面接触。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的密封垃圾桶,其特征是:垃圾袋存储装置(3)内设有垃圾袋包装壳(303),垃圾袋包装壳(303)与垃圾袋存储装置(3)紧密接触,垃圾袋塑料膜筒料被包装在垃圾袋包装壳(303)内,垃圾袋塑料膜筒料头部设有固定圈(304),固定圈 (304)使塑料膜与垃圾袋包装壳(303)的内壁之间紧密接触,固定圈(304)为橡皮筋、纸板环或者塑料环。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的密封垃圾桶,其特征是:所述暂存室(508)内设有除臭盒(516),除臭盒(516)内装有除臭物质。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的密封垃圾桶,其特征是:垃圾袋进袋装置采用滚轮进袋装置;垃圾袋存储装置包括仓体(307)和仓盖(308),仓盖(308)与仓体(307)内侧之间存有间隙,垃圾袋塑料膜筒料穿过该间隙进入桶体,垃圾袋塑料膜被分别设置在仓体(307) 和仓盖(308)上的多个滚轮从内外两侧夹紧并带动输送。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的密封垃圾桶,其特征是:所述转动体为球状体(502),盖体(501)包括上盖板(503)和下盖板(504),上盖板(503)和下盖板(504)构成容纳球状体(502)的球状空间,球状体由手动操作转动或者电控自动转动,下盖板(504)靠近桶体的一端设有倾倒口(506),所述下盖板(504)的尿布倾倒口(506)的外侧设有密封环,密封环由驱动机构(521)驱动升降:当密封环下降至第一位置时,密封环压紧垃圾袋存储装置(3)或垃圾袋塑料膜;当密封环上升至第二位置时,密封环与垃圾袋存储装置(3)和垃圾袋塑料膜之间留有通气间隙,该通气间隙即是所述可控通道;其中,密封环与盖体(501)螺纹连接并由驱动机构(521)驱动转动升降。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的密封垃圾桶,其特征是:所述垃圾袋进袋装置采用风机负压进袋,风机(6)设置在靠近桶体(1)底部的位置。
