在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“连接”、“安装”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1:
结合图1-5,一种多功能便携式不锈钢家居储物桶,包括主桶体1、副桶体2和盖桶体3,所述副桶体2固定在主桶体1的内部,所述盖桶体3密封罩接在主桶体1的上端,所述盖桶体3内顶壁上固定有多个连接杆5,所述连接杆5的下端连接有隔板6,所述盖桶体3上端贯穿设置有进料斗4,所述进料斗4下端贯穿隔板6与斜挡板7接触,所述斜挡板7转动连接在安装块8上,所述安装块8固定在隔板6的下端,所述斜挡板7靠近安装块8的上端与隔板6下端固定有复位弹簧9。
具体的,通过设置进料斗4便于垃圾和废品的倒入主桶体1内,以及通过在进料斗4下端设置斜挡板7,并配合复位弹簧9和斜挡板7与安装块8的转动连接,便于将进料斗4下端密封堵住和打开,打开时便于垃圾的进入,密封时便于配合盖桶体3与主桶体1的密封罩接配合,避免桶内的难闻气味散发,给人们带来不适。
所述主桶体1、副桶体2和盖桶体3为不锈钢材质,这样就能避免垃圾和废品对储物桶的腐蚀。
所述主桶体1一侧安装有消毒箱10,所述消毒箱10内设置有消毒液,所述消毒箱10上端安装有抽液泵13,所述抽液泵13一端通过第一管道12与消毒箱10连接,另一端通过第二管道14与进料斗4上端连接,所述消毒箱10上设置有第一开关15,所述主桶体1一侧下方设置有电源座11,所述第一开关15分别与抽液泵13和电源座11电性连接。
具体的,通过将电源座11外接电源,并通过第一开关15控制抽液泵13将消毒箱10内的消毒液通过第一管道12和第二管道14抽进进料斗4的上端,对进料斗4进行消毒处理以及将进料斗4内壁上的少量残留垃圾废品冲入主桶体1内,避免进料斗4内壁上少量残留的垃圾废品散发出难闻气味散发,给人们带来不适。
所述第二管道14为橡胶材质的软管,这样便于将第二管道14从进料斗4上端拆下来,为集中倒除垃圾和废品提供方便。
所述隔板6上端安装有热风机16,所述热风机16一侧电性连接有蓄电池17,所述热风机16另一侧通过连接管与位于盖桶体3内部的进料斗4连接,所述盖桶体3上端设置有第二开关18,所述第二开关18分别与蓄电池17和热风机16电性连接。
具体的,通过第二开关18和蓄电池17的配合控制热风机16的启动,对进料斗4内壁进行快速烘干处理,避免消毒液残留在进料斗4内壁上给倒垃圾和废品带来不便。
所述盖桶体3上端设置有用于给蓄电池17充电的充电座21。
实施例2:
结合图1-2,一种多功能便携式不锈钢家居储物桶,本实施例在实施例1的基础上对本发明作进一步的限定。
所述隔板6下端安装有紫外线消毒灯19,所述盖桶体3上端设置有第三开关20,所述第三开关20分别与蓄电池17和紫外线消毒灯19电性连接。
具体的,通过第三开关20和蓄电池17的配合控制紫外线消毒灯19的启动,便于进一步对主桶体1内的垃圾废品进行消毒处理,为集中倒除垃圾废品做无害处理。
工作原理:使用时,将塑料垃圾袋套接在副桶体2,将盖桶体3密封罩接在主桶体1上端,将垃圾和废品从进料斗4上端倒入,斜挡板7在垃圾和废品的重力下向下转动,此时垃圾和废品进入副桶体2内的塑料垃圾袋上,垃圾和废品全部进入后,斜挡板7在复位弹簧9的作用下又将进料斗4下端堵住,避免桶内的难闻气味散发,给人们带来不适,此外还可通过将电源座11外接电源,并通过第一开关15控制抽液泵13将消毒箱10内的消毒液通过第一管道12和第二管道14抽进进料斗4的上端,对进料斗4进行消毒处理以及将进料斗4内壁上的少量残留垃圾废品冲入主桶体1内,避免进料斗4内壁上少量残留的垃圾废品散发出难闻气味散发,给人们带来不适,以及通过第二开关18和蓄电池17的配合控制热风机16的启动,对进料斗4内壁进行快速烘干处理,避免消毒液残留在进料斗4内壁上给倒垃圾和废品带来不便,最后还可以通过第三开关20和蓄电池17的配合控制紫外线消毒灯19的启动,便于进一步对主桶体1内的垃圾废品进行消毒处理,为集中倒除垃圾废品做无害处理。

- 一种多功能便携式不锈钢家居储物桶,其特征在于,包括主桶体(1)、副桶体(2)和盖桶体(3),所述副桶体(2)固定在主桶体(1)的内部,所述盖桶体(3)密封罩接在主桶体(1)的上端,所述盖桶体(3)内顶壁上固定有多个连接杆(5),所述连接杆(5)的下端连接有隔板(6),所述盖桶体(3)上端贯穿设置有进料斗(4),所述进料斗(4)下端贯穿隔板(6)与斜挡板(7)接触,所述斜挡板(7)转动连接在安装块(8)上,所述安装块(8)固定在隔板(6)的下端,所述斜挡板(7)靠近安装块(8)的上端与隔板(6)下端固定有复位弹簧(9)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能便携式不锈钢家居储物桶,其特征在于,所述主桶体(1)、副桶体(2)和盖桶体(3)为不锈钢材质。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能便携式不锈钢家居储物桶,其特征在于,所述主桶体(1)一侧安装有消毒箱(10),所述消毒箱(10)内设置有消毒液,所述消毒箱(10)上端安装有抽液泵(13),所述抽液泵(13)一端通过第一管道(12)与消毒箱(10)连接,另一端通过第二管道(14)与进料斗(4)上端连接,所述消毒箱(10)上设置有第一开关(15),所述主桶体(1)一侧下方设置有电源座(11),所述第一开关(15)分别与抽液泵(13)和电源座(11)电性连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能便携式不锈钢家居储物桶,其特征在于,所述第二管道(14)为橡胶材质的软管。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能便携式不锈钢家居储物桶,其特征在于,所述隔板(6)上端安装有热风机(16),所述热风机(16)一侧电性连接有蓄电池(17),所述热风机(16)另一侧通过连接管与位于盖桶体(3)内部的进料斗(4)连接,所述盖桶体(3)上端设置有第二开关(18),所述第二开关(18)分别与蓄电池(17)和热风机(16)电性连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种多功能便携式不锈钢家居储物桶,其特征在于,所述隔板(6)下端安装有紫外线消毒灯(19),所述盖桶体(3)上端设置有第三开关(20),所述第三开关(20)分别与蓄电池(17)和紫外线消毒灯(19)电性连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种多功能便携式不锈钢家居储物桶,其特征在于,所述盖桶体(3)上端设置有用于给蓄电池(17)充电的充电座(21)。
