本发明涉及一种可消除孔隙的钢销,属于工程结构或机械部件的销接技术领域。
背景技术
销接是一种常用的传力结构形式,具有结构简单、传力明确和安装便捷的特点,在工程结构和机械工程中应用广泛。实际工程中,为便于安装,销轴与销孔之间会预留一定的孔隙,而孔隙的存在往往会对结构造成不利影响。为提高抢修速度,用于应急抢修的器材,如六四式铁路军用梁、321钢桥、ZB200钢桥等各构件连接部位均采用销接方式,其孔隙会使结构产生非弹性位移,进而导致内力和变形增大,影响结构的正常使用。某些机械的销接构件往往处于恶劣工作环境中或承受复杂的交变荷载作用,孔隙引起的偏载会增大局部应力,加剧结构振动,使构件的使用寿命大幅缩短。此外,很多机械零件在加工和检验过程中会遇到用孔定位的情况,定位方式一般为使用定位销轴,而定位销轴与孔的配合间隙往往会导致安装误差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、传力明确和安装便捷的可消除孔隙的钢销。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明包括圆柱状的钢销体、支承块、张拉杆以及限位螺栓;在所述钢销体两端设置压紧装置;在钢销体中部轴向设置轴孔A,支承块中部设置与轴孔A同轴的轴孔B;所述钢销体包括环轴向均匀设置且呈三等份以上的钢销块,每个钢销块从轴孔A两端至钢销块顶部两端呈倾斜设置;所述钢销块的斜面斜度与支承块外壁斜度相同,且所述钢销块的斜面与支承块外壁之间对应设置限位导向装置;所述支承块为圆台体,其包括呈对称设置的左支承块和右支承块,所述左支承块和右支承块分别插装在钢销体两侧内的圆台孔中,在所述轴孔A和轴孔B内安装所述张拉杆,在所述张拉杆两端安装调节螺母;所述限位螺栓分别对应安装在左支承块和右支承块 端部外侧,限位螺栓顶端与张拉杆轴线的垂直距离大于待连接处的销孔半径。

本发明调节螺母拧紧时,限位螺栓随左支承块和右支承块向内逐渐靠近钢销块边沿,当钢销体外径Φ i增大为Φ 2时,限位螺栓与钢销块端部边沿贴合,钢销体与销孔间的间隙消除。
本发明拧紧调节螺母使钢销体外径Φ i增大,钢销块的斜面与支承块外壁之间对应设置限位导向装置可保证在钢销体直径增大过程中两者环向的相对位置不发生变化,避免钢销块承受外部荷载时位置发生偏移。
本发明积极效果如下:本发明调弹性圈为橡胶圈,弹性圈自然状态的内径小于环形凹槽的外径,将其安装于环形凹槽中可对钢销块施加预紧力。调节螺母松开时,在弹性圈预紧力作用下,4个钢销块间间隙消除,成为一体即储备状态,此时钢销外径为Φ 1,外径Φ 1小于待连接处的销孔内径φ,便于安装。此外,弹性圈可使钢销块与支承块始终紧贴,以保持本发明良好的整体性。
将储备状态下的钢销体的调节螺母拧紧,利用调节螺母的预紧力将左支承块和右支承块向内挤压,挤压作用将4个钢销块沿环向撑开,增大钢销 体外径,通过增大钢销体外径来消除钢销与销孔的安装间隙,可有效避免孔隙对工程结构和机械部件等的不利影响。

使用时,取出处于储备状态的钢销,此时调节螺母11呈放松状态,各钢销块1间间隙在弹性圈13预紧力作用下消除,钢销体外径Φ 1(储备状态)小于销孔内径φ。之后,将限位螺栓7从螺纹孔6中卸下,将本发明钢销体从待连接销孔15一侧插入,安装到位后,将限位螺栓7重新螺纹安装在螺纹孔6中,拧紧调节螺母11使左支承块41和右支承块42同时向内挤压各钢销块1,各钢销块1同步向外扩张。当对应的限位螺栓7分别与钢销体接触时,钢销体外径Φ 2(使用状态)与销孔15内径φ恰好相等,即表明钢销体与销孔15内壁的孔隙已消除,本发明钢销体安装到位。
本发明可调节钢销体外径Φ i,消除孔隙,避免孔隙对工程结构和机械部件造成的不利影响。弹性圈13预紧力使储备状态下钢销体的外径Φ i小于销孔内径φ,便于安装,并使钢销块1与支承块始终紧贴,以保持良好的整体性。限位导向装置可保证在钢销体直径增大过程中两者环向的相对位置不发生变化,避免钢销块1承受外部荷载时位置发生偏移。
本发明所述限位螺栓7与螺纹孔6螺纹连接后,其顶端与张拉杆9轴线的垂直距离大于销孔半径,可防止在使用本发明时钢销体从销孔15中脱出,垫圈12可防止调节螺母11松动,同时避免拉紧过程中损坏左支承块41和右支承块42。

    所述钢销体包括环轴向均匀设置且呈三等份以上的钢销块(1),每个钢销块(1)从轴孔A(10)两端至钢销块(1)顶部两端呈倾斜设置;所述钢销块(1)的斜面斜度与支承块外壁斜度相同,且所述钢销块(1)的斜面与支承块外壁之间对应设置限位导向装置;
    所述支承块为圆台体,其包括呈对称设置的左支承块(41)和右支承块(42),所述左支承块(41)和右支承块(42)分别插装在钢销体两侧内的圆台孔中;

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可消除孔隙的钢销,其特征在于在所述左支承块(41)和右支承块(42)的外侧端上分别设置螺纹孔(6),所述 限位螺栓(7)与螺纹孔(6)螺纹连接,在所述限位螺栓(7)顶部设置连接链(8),连接链(8)另一端与钢销块(1)端部连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可消除孔隙的钢销,其特征在于在调节螺母(11)和支承块端部之间设置垫圈(12)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可消除孔隙的钢销,其特征在于调节螺母(11)松开时,在弹性圈(13)预紧力作用下,各钢销块(1)间间隙消除呈一稳定结构,此时其外径为Φ 1,外径Φ 1小于待连接处的销孔内径φ,此状态为钢销储备状态。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种可消除孔隙的钢销,其特征在于将储备状态下的钢销体的调节螺母(11)拧紧,利用调节螺母(11)的预紧力将左支承块(41)和右支承块(42)向内挤压,挤压作用将各个钢销块(1)沿环向撑开,增大钢销体外径Φ i,通过增大钢销体外径Φ 1来消除钢销体与销孔(15)的安装间隙,当钢销体外径Φ i增大到使用状态时的外径Φ 2时停止施力,Φ 2与φ相等。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种可消除孔隙的钢销,其特征在于调节螺母(11)拧紧时,限位螺栓(7)随左支承块(41)和右支承块(42)向内逐渐靠近钢销块(1)边沿,当钢销体外径Φ i增大为Φ 2时,限位螺栓(7)与钢销块(1)端部边沿贴合,钢销体与销孔(15)间的间隙消除。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种可消除孔隙的钢销,其特征在于拧紧调节螺母(11)使钢销体外径Φ i增大,钢销块(1)的斜面与支承块外壁之间对应设置限位导向装置可保证在钢销体直径增大过程中两者环向的相对位置不发生变化,避免钢销块(1)承受外部荷载时位置发生偏移。
