Claims (19)
- 凹部を有する外側部品構成を内側部品構成に力嵌め接続するためのクランプ装置であって、
前記内側部品構成と接触し、かつ前記構成とは反対側を向く円錐状周面(12)を有する、内側円錐リング(3)を持ち、
前記外側部品構成と接触し、かつ前記内側円錐リング(3)の前記円錐状周面(12)と相互作用するために前記構成とは反対側を向く円錐状周面(9)を有する、外側円錐リング(4)を持ち、
前記円錐リングの1つ(3)がクランプねじ(5)を通すための孔(6)を有し、かつ前記円錐リングのもう1つ(4)が前記クランプねじ(5)のための螺孔(17)を有し、相互に対面する前記円錐状周面(9、12)を介して前記円錐リング(3、4)を互いに、かつ前記内側および外側部品構成に対して緊締する、クランプ装置において、
クランプねじ(5)を通すための孔(6)が、対応するクランプねじ(5)の径より大きい径のエジェクタねじ(21)のためのエジェクタ螺条(20)を有すること、および、
エジェクタリング(22)が、エジェクタ螺条(20)内に螺入することのできるエジェクタねじ(21)を通すための孔(23)を備え、前記エジェクタねじ(21)の螺入中にエジェクタの力をエジェクタ面に伝達するために、前記エジェクタリング(22)が、前記対応する螺孔(17)に不完全に螺入されたクランプねじ(5)のクランプねじ頭(18)のためのエジェクタ面を有すること、を特徴とするクランプ装置。 - クランプねじ(5)を通すための孔(16)がリングフランジ(15)に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクランプ装置。
- 前記リングフランジ(15)が半径方向に前記内側部品構成から遠ざかるように延び、かつ前記外側部品構成に当てて軸方向に支持させることができることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のクランプ装置。
- 前記リングフランジ(15)が半径方向に前記内側部品構成の方向に延びることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のクランプ装置。
- 前記内側円錐リング(3)および前記内側部品構成の相互に押し当てられる周面(7、8)が円錐状の形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4の一項に記載のクランプ装置。
- 前記外側円錐リング(4)および前記外側部品構成の相互に押し当てられる接触面が円錐状の形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5の一項に記載のクランプ装置。
- 少なくとも2つの内側および/または少なくとも2つの外側円錐リング(4、4´)が軸方向に隣接するように設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6の一項に記載のクランプ装置。
- 幾つかの孔(16、23)が外周に沿って均等に配分され、かつ1つおき、2つおき、または3つおきの孔(16)がクランプねじ(5)を通すためのエジェクタ螺条(20)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし7の一項に記載のクランプ装置。
- 凹部を有する外側部品構成を内側部品構成に力嵌め接続するための、請求項1ないし8の一項に記載のクランプ装置のためのエジェクタリング(22)であって、
エジェクタ螺条(20)に螺入することのできるエジェクタねじ(21)を通すために、クランプ装置の円錐リング(3)のエジェクタ螺条(20)と整列させることのできる孔(23)と、
孔(23)の間に周方向に設けられ、かつ前記エジェクタねじ(21)の締付け中にエジェクタ力をクランプねじ頭(18)に伝達するために部分的に緩められたクランプねじ(5)のクランプねじ頭(18)に当てて支持させることのできるエジェクタ面と、を特徴とするエジェクタリング。 - エジェクタ面を介してねじ具を通すための工具孔(24)を特徴とする、請求項9に記載のエジェクタリング。
- 前記工具孔(24)が前記エジェクタねじ(21)を通すための孔(23)より小さい径を有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のエジェクタリング。
- 前記エジェクタリング(22)がその外周に沿ってスリットによって閉鎖または中断されることを特徴とする、請求項9ないし11の一項に記載のエジェクタリング。
- 前記エジェクタリング(22)がその外周に沿って少なくとも2つの部分(22´、22″)に細分されることを特徴とする、請求項9ないし12の一項に記載のエジェクタリング。
- 凹部を有する外側部品構成を内側部品構成に力嵌め接続するための、請求項1ないし8の一項に記載のクランプ装置のための円錐リング(3)であって、前記クランプ装置の隣接追加円錐リング(4)に螺合することのできるクランプねじ(5)を通すための孔(16)を持つ円錐リング(3)において、
孔(16)が、クランプねじ(5)を通すために、エジェクタ螺条の無い別の孔(16)の径より大きい径を持つエジェクタねじ(21)のためのエジェクタ螺条(20)を備えることを特徴とする円錐リング。 - 前記円錐リングが前記クランプ装置の内側または外側円錐リング(3、4)であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の円錐リング。
- リングフランジ(15)にクランプねじ(5)を通すための孔(16)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項14または15に記載の円錐リング。
- 前記リングフランジ(15)が半径方向に前記内側部品構成から遠ざかるように延び、かつ前記外側部品構成に当てて軸方向に支持させることができることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の円錐リング。
- 前記リングフランジ(15)が前記内側部品構成の方向に延びることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の円錐リング。
- 1つおき、2つおき、または3つおきの孔(16)がエジェクタ螺条(20)を有することを特徴とする、請求項14ないし18の一項に記載の円錐リング。
