随着现代显示技术的快速发展,显示技术领域正朝着更轻、更薄、更柔、更透明的方向发展。传统的玻璃基板由于自身硬和脆等特性,难以满足未来柔性显示技术的要求,而高分子薄膜基板具有质轻、柔性、综合性能优异等特点,可以很好地满足显示技术对柔性的要求。因此,柔性高分子基板材料是未来柔性显示技术的首选材料。
目前用作柔性薄膜基板最具发展前景的高分子材料是聚酰亚胺(Polyimide,PI)。聚酰亚胺具有优异的耐热性、耐辐射性能、耐化学性、电绝缘性、机械性能等,但其可见光波段的平均光学透过率仅为70%。并且,随着各显示面板膜层的叠加,整体透过率将进一步降低。
而屏下摄像技术对显示面板摄像头区域的整体光学透过率要求极高,但现有技术通常只对摄像头部位的显示器件进行线路排布设计,几乎不涉及柔性薄膜基板结构,因此显示面板下的摄像头依旧无法获取足够的光线,促使采集到的图像亮度较低,图片质量较差。
本发明的目的是提供一种柔性显示面板及显示装置,以解决现有技术中显示面板摄像头区域的整体光学透过率过低,因此显示面板下的摄像头无法获取足够的光线,促使采集到的图像亮度较低,图片质量较低。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种柔性显示面板,所述柔性显示面板包括显示区,所述显示区中具有一透明显示区和围绕所述透明显示区的非透明显示区。
在所述显示区,所述柔性显示面板包括基层结构、薄膜晶体管层、有机发光二极管层以及封装层。所述薄膜晶体管层设于所述基层结构上。所述有机发光二极管层设于所述薄膜晶体层上。所述封装层设于所述有机发光二极管层上。
在所述透明显示区,所述柔性显示面板还包括至少一组折射层结构。
进一步地,所述折射层结构包括第一折射层、第二折射层以及第三折射层。所述第一折射层具有入光侧和出光侧。所述第二折射层具有入光侧和出光侧,所述第二折射层的入光侧设于所述第一折射层的出光侧。所述第三折射层具有入光侧和出光侧,所述第三折射层的入光侧设于所述第二折射层的出光侧。所述第一折射层的折射率小于所述第二折射层的折射率。所述第二折射层的折射率小于所述第三折射层的折射率。
进一步地,所述柔性显示面板还包括反射层,围绕所述折射层结构的周侧。
进一步地,所述折射层结构为圆柱形或圆台形,其具有一底面以及一顶面,所述顶面为所述第一反射层的入光侧所在一面,所述底面为所述第三反射层的出光侧所在一面。所述底面的直径等于或小于所述顶面的直径。
进一步地,当所述柔性显示面板内具有两个及两个以上所述折射层结构时,下一层级的所述折射层结构的顶面直径等于或小于上一层级所述折射层结构的底面直径。
进一步地,所述折射层结构设于所述基层结构内和/或所述薄膜晶体管层内,并与所述透明显示区相互对应。
进一步地,所述基层结构包括第一基层、第一阻隔层、第二基层已经第二阻隔层。所述第一阻隔层设于所述第一基层上。所述第二基层设于所述第二阻隔层上。所述第二阻隔层设于所述第二基层上,所述薄膜晶体管层设于所述第二阻隔层上。当所述折射层结构设于所述基层结构内时,所述折射层结构设于所述第一基层和/所述第二基层中。
进一步地,所述有机发光二极管层包括若干像素,阵列排布于所述薄膜晶体管层上。所述透明显示区的像素密度小于所述非透明显示区的像素密度。所述透明显示区的像素大小小于所述非透明显示区的像素大小。
进一步地,所述有机发光二极管层还包括一挡光层,设于所述有机发光二极管层内,并包围所述透明显示区。
本发明中还提供一种显示装置,包括如上所述的柔性显示面板以及一摄像头,所述摄像头与所述透明显示区相互对应。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种柔性显示面板,通过在其与摄像头所对应的透明显示区内设置折射层结构,所述折射层结构由多层折射层以及反射层组合而成。当光线进入透明显示区时,光线通过折射层结构内折射层的折射和反射层的反射,使得从各方向入射的光线汇聚成束并穿过所述柔性显示面板,集中传递至摄像头内,提高摄像头部位膜层的整体光学透过率,使显示面板下的摄像头能够获取足够的光线,提高采集到的图像亮度以及图片质量,从而实现更优的屏下摄像技术。

实施例1
如图1所示,本发明实施例中提供了一种柔性显示面板100,其包括一显示区,所述显示区中具有一透明显示区以及一围绕所述透明显示区的非透明显示区。所述非透明显示区为用户提供显示画面。所述透明显示区既能为摄像头200提供透光通道,又能为用户提供显示画面,从而实现全面屏显示。
在所述显示区,所述柔性显示面板100包括一基层结构10、一薄膜晶体管层20、一有机发光二极管层30以及一封装层50。
所述基层结构10包括一第一基层11、一第一阻隔层12、一第二基层13以及一第二阻隔层14。所述第一阻隔层12设于所述第一基层11上。所述第二基层13设于所述第一阻隔层12上。所述第二阻隔层14设于所述二基层上。所述第一基层11和所述第二基层13的材料为聚酰亚胺,其使所述柔性显示面板100具有柔性。在本发明实施例中,所述基层结构10为多层结构,但在本发明的其他实施例中,所述基层结构10也可以为单层结构,例如仅具有一层基层结构。
所述薄膜晶体管层20设于所述第二阻隔层14上,其有若干个薄膜晶体管阵列排布而成,用于控制所述有机发光二极管层30。
所述有机发光二极管层30设于所述薄膜晶体管层20上,所述柔性显示面板100通过所述有机发光二极管层30实现画面的显示。
所述有机发光二极管包括若干像素31,所述像素31阵列排布于所述薄膜晶体管上。所述透明显示区内的像素31密度小于所述非透明显示区的像素31密度,并且,所述透明显示区的像素31大小小于所述非透明显示区的像素31大小,此设计可以是光线更好的透过所述有机发光二极管层30,减少光线的损失的同时,所述柔性显示面板100还能够实现真正的全面屏显示。
所述封装层50设于所述有机发光二极管层30上,其可以为单层结构,也可以为无机层和有机层交替叠加多层结构,其用于隔绝水氧,保护所述柔性显示面板100中的各器件。
在所述透明显示区,所述柔性显示面板100还包括三组折射层结构60。
如图3所示,所述折射层结构60包括一第一折射层61、一第二折射层62以及一第三折射层63。所述第一折射层61具有入光侧64和出光侧65。所述第二折射层62也具有入光侧64和出光侧65,所述第二折射层62的入光侧64设于所述第一折射层61的出光侧65。所述第三折射层63同样具有入光侧64和出光侧65,所述第三折射层63的入光侧64设于所述第二折射层62的出光侧65。所述折射层结构60为圆台形,其具有一底面以及一顶面。所述顶面为所述第一反射层70的入光侧64所在一面,所述底面为所述第三反射层70的出光侧65所在一面。所述底面的直径小于所述顶面的直径。
其中,所述第一折射层61的折射率小于所述第二折射层62的折射率,所述第二折射层62的折射率小于所述第三折射层63的折射率。所述折射层结构60采用渐变式折射率结构设计,从所述第一折射层61至所述第三折射层63的折射率依次增大,可以促使外部从各方向入射的光线随每层折射率依次增大而汇聚收束,从而实现光线的集中汇聚,减少光线在传播过程中的损失,提高光线的透过率。
所述柔性显示面板100还包括一反射层70,所述反射层70围绕所述折射层结构60的周侧,所述反射层70用于反射所述折射层结构60中的光线,可以更好的汇聚进入折射层结构60中的光线,进一步减少光线的损失。
在本发明实施例中设有三组所述折射层结构60,其分别设于所述薄膜晶体管层20中、所述基板层的第一基层11中以及所述基板层的第二基层13中。其中,所述第二基层13中的所述折射层结构60的顶面直径等于或小于所述薄膜晶体管层20中的所述折射层结构60的底面直径,所述第一基层11中的所述折射层结构60的顶面直径等于或小于所述第二基层13中的所述折射层结构60的底面直径。并且,每一组所述折射层结构60的中心线相互重叠,每一组所述折射层结构60的体积依次降低,每一组的底面面积也依次降低,摄像头200的大小也可以根据底面面积的减小同时减小,从而实现进一步减小摄像头200的占用空间。
在本发明实施例中一种显示装置(图未示),其包括以上所述的柔性显示面板100,以及一摄像头200,所述摄像头200设于所述柔性显示面板100靠近所述基板结构的一面上,并与所述透明显示区相互对应。所述显示装置具有全面屏显示效果,其可以为手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等任何具有显示功能的产品或者部件。
在本发明实施例中,在所述柔性显示面板100中增加了多个折射层结构60,所述折射层结构60由多层折射层以及反射层70组合而成,并且所述折射层结构60采用渐变式折射率结构,其每一层折射层的折射率依次增大。当光线进入透明显示区时,光线通过所述折射层结构60内折射层的折射和反射层70的反射,使得从各方向入射的光线汇聚成束并穿过所述柔性显示面板100,集中传递至所述摄像头200内,提高所述摄像头200部位膜层的整体光学透过率,使显示面板下的摄像头200能够获取足够的光线,提高采集到的图像亮度以及图片质量,从而实现更优的屏下摄像技术。
实施例2
如图2所示,本发明实施例中提供了一种柔性显示面板100,其包括一显示区,所述显示区中具有一透明显示区以及一围绕所述透明显示区的非透明显示区。所述非透明显示区为用户提供显示画面。所述透明显示区既能为摄像头200提供透光通道,又能为用户提供显示画面,从而实现全面屏显示。
在所述显示区,所述柔性显示面板100包括一基层结构10、一薄膜晶体管层20、一有机发光二极管层30以及一封装层50。
所述基层结构10包括一第一基层11、一第一阻隔层12、一第二基层13以及一第二阻隔层14。所述第一阻隔层12设于所述第一基层11上。所述第二基层13设于所述第一阻隔层12上。所述第二阻隔层14设于所述二基层上。所述第一基层11和所述第二基层13的材料为聚酰亚胺,其使所述柔性显示面板100具有柔性。在本发明实施例中,所述基层结构10为多层结构,但在本发明的其他实施例中,所述基层结构10也可以为单层结构,例如仅具有一层基层结构。
所述薄膜晶体管层20设于所述第二阻隔层14上,其有若干个薄膜晶体管阵列排布而成,用于控制所述有机发光二极管层30。
所述有机发光二极管层30设于所述薄膜晶体管层20上,所述柔性显示面板100通过所述有机发光二极管层30实现画面的显示。
所述有机发光二极管包括若干像素31,所述像素31阵列排布于所述薄膜晶体管上。所述透明显示区内的像素31密度小于所述非透明显示区的像素31密度,并且,所述透明显示区的像素31大小小于所述非透明显示区的像素31大小,此设计可以是光线更好的透过所述有机发光二极管层30,减少光线的损失的同时,所述柔性显示面板100还能够实现真正的全面屏显示。
所述封装层50设于所述有机发光二极管层30上,其可以为单层结构,也可以为无机层和有机层交替叠加多层结构,其用于隔绝水水氧,保护所述柔性显示面板100中的各器件。
在所述透明显示区,所述柔性显示面板100还包括三组折射层结构60。
如图3、图4所示,所述折射层结构60包括一第一折射层61、一第二折射层62以及一第三折射层63。所述第一折射层61具有入光侧64和出光侧65。所述第二折射层62也具有入光侧64和出光侧65,所述第二折射层62的入光侧64设于所述第一折射层61的出光侧65。所述第三折射层63同样具有入光侧64和出光侧65,所述第三折射层63的入光侧64设于所述第二折射层62的出光侧65。所述折射层结构60为圆台形,其具有一底面以及一顶面。所述顶面为所述第一反射层70的入光侧64所在一面,所述底面为所述第三反射层70的出光侧65所在一面。
其中,所述第一折射层61的折射率小于所述第二折射层62的折射率,所述第二折射层62的折射率小于所述第三折射层63的折射率。所述折射层结构60采用渐变式折射率结构设计,从所述第一折射层61至所述第三折射层63的折射率依次增大,可以促使外部从各方向入射的光线随每层折射率依次增大而汇聚收束,从而实现光线的集中汇聚,减少光线在传播过程中的损失,提高光线的透过率。
所述柔性显示面板100还包括一反射层70,所述反射层70围绕所述折射层结构60的周侧,所述反射层70用于反射所述折射层结构60中的光线,可以更好的汇聚进入折射层结构60中的光线,进一步减少光线的损失。
在本发明实施例中设有三组所述折射层结构60,其分别设于所述薄膜晶体管层20中、所述基板层的第一基层11中以及所述基板层的第二基层13中。所述薄膜晶体管层20中的所述折射层结构60为圆柱形,其底面直径等于其顶面直径。所述第一基层11中和所述第二基层13中的所述折射层结构60为圆台形,其底面的直径小于其顶面的直径。
其中,所述第二基层13中的所述折射层结构60的顶面直径等于或小于所述薄膜晶体管层20中的所述折射层结构60的底面直径,所述第一基层11中的所述折射层结构60的顶面直径等于或小于所述第二基层13中的所述折射层结构60的底面直径。并且,每一组所述折射层结构60的中心线相互重叠,每一组所述折射层结构60的体积依次降低,每一组的底面面积也依次降低,摄像头200的大小也可以根据底面面积的减小同时减小,从而实现进一步减小摄像头200的占用空间。
在本发明实施例中一种显示装置(图未示),其包括以上所述的柔性显示面板100,以及一摄像头200,所述摄像头200设于所述柔性显示面板100靠近所述基板结构的一面上,并与所述透明显示区相互对应。所述显示装置具有全面屏显示效果,其可以为手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等任何具有显示功能的产品或者部件。
在本发明实施例中,在所述柔性显示面板100中增加了多个折射层结构60,所述折射层结构60由多层折射层以及反射层70组合而成,并且所述折射层结构60采用渐变式折射率结构,其每一层折射层的折射率依次增大。当光线进入透明显示区时,光线通过所述折射层结构60内折射层的折射和反射层70的反射,使得从各方向入射的光线汇聚成束并穿过所述柔性显示面板100,集中传递至所述摄像头200内,提高所述摄像头200部位膜层的整体光学透过率,使显示面板下的摄像头200能够获取足够的光线,提高采集到的图像亮度以及图片质量,从而实现更优的屏下摄像技术。
虽然在本文中参照了特定的实施方式来描述本发明,但是应该理解的是,这些实施例仅仅是本发明的原理和应用的示例。因此应该理解的是,可以对示例性的实施例进行许多修改,并且可以设计出其他的布置,只要不偏离所附权利要求所限定的本发明的精神和范围。应该理解的是,可以通过不同于原始权利要求所描述的方式来结合不同的从属权利要求和本文中所述的特征。还可以理解的是,结合单独实施例所描述的特征可以使用在其他所述实施例中。
Claims (10)
- 一种柔性显示面板,其包括显示区,所述显示区中具有一透明显示区和围绕所述透明显示区的非透明显示区;在所述显示区,所述柔性显示面板包括:基层结构;薄膜晶体管层,设于所述基层结构上;有机发光二极管层,设于所述薄膜晶体层上;封装层,设于所述有机发光二极管层上;在所述透明显示区,所述柔性显示面板还包括至少一组折射层结构。
- 如权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述折射层结构包括:第一折射层,具有入光侧和出光侧;第二折射层,具有入光侧和出光侧,所述第二折射层的入光侧设于所述第一折射层的出光侧;第三折射层,具有入光侧和出光侧,所述第三折射层的入光侧设于所述第二折射层的出光侧;所述第一折射层的折射率小于所述第二折射层的折射率;所述第二折射层的折射率小于所述第三折射层的折射率。
- 如权利要求2所述的柔性显示面板,其还包括反射层,围绕所述折射层结构的周侧。
- 如权利要求2所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述折射层结构为圆柱形或圆台形,其具有一底面以及一顶面,所述顶面为所述第一反射层的入光侧所在一面,所述底面为所述第三反射层的出光侧所在一面;所述底面的直径等于或小于所述顶面的直径。
- 如权利要求2所述的柔性显示面板,其中,当所述柔性显示面板内具有两个及两个以上所述折射层结构时,下一层级的所述折射层结构的顶面直径等于或小于上一层级所述折射层结构的底面直径。
- 如权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述折射层结构设于所述基层结构内和/或所述薄膜晶体管层内,并与所述透明显示区相互对应。
- 如权利要求6所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述基层结构包括:第一基层;第一阻隔层,设于所述第一基层上;第二基层,设于所述第二阻隔层上;第二阻隔层,设于所述第二基层上,所述薄膜晶体管层设于所述第二阻隔层上;当所述折射层结构设于所述基层结构内时,所述折射层结构设于所述第一基层和/所述第二基层中。
- 如权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述有机发光二极管层包括若干像素,阵列排布于所述薄膜晶体管层上;所述透明显示区的像素密度小于所述非透明显示区的像素密度;所述透明显示区的像素大小小于所述非透明显示区的像素大小。
- 如权利要求8所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述有机发光二极管层还包括一挡光层,设于所述有机发光二极管层内,并包围所述透明显示区。
- 一种显示装置,其包括如权利要求1中所述的柔性显示面板以及一摄像头,所述摄像头与所述透明显示区相互对应。
