なお、「登録された」とは、最終的には、情報が管理装置10に記録されることを意味するが、本明細書においては、モバイル端末40に記録され、管理装置10に送信すれば記録できるように準備が整ったことも含めて、「登録された」ということにする。
いずれの方法でも、機器の二重登録を防止することができる。

本実施形態の機器管理システム1は、機器21をネットワーク15を介して管理装置10で、管理する。機器管理システム1を利用するためには、機器21を予め、管理装置10に登録しておく必要がある。本実施形態の機器登録作業支援装置2は、機器21の管理装置10への登録を支援する。
本実施形態の機器登録作業支援装置2においては、モバイル端末40が発信部26の電磁波を受信(S102)した後で、発信部26は、電磁波の送信を停止しても良い。
本実施形態の表示部42は、建物20内の地図を表示できる。図3~図6の下部で説明されているように、表示部42の表示は、建物内の機器の位置をGUIを使って分かりやすく説明しているので、作業者は、登録作業の進行を理解しやすい。
本実施形態の表示部42は、発信部26を内蔵あるいは近接配置される機器21を含む複数の機器21の一覧を表示できる。作業者は、登録すべき機器の全体像が把握できるので、登録作業を円滑に進めやすい。
(5-1)変形例1A
第1実施形態では、モバイル端末40が発信部26の電磁波を受信(S102)した後で、発信部26は、電磁波の送信を停止する例について、説明した。変形例1Aでは、一つの機器21の登録作業が終了しても、発信機は、電磁波の発信を継続する。端末40は、発信部26の発信する電磁波を受信しても、既に登録済みの機器と判断した場合には、再度、作業者に登録を勧める表示はしない。
第1実施形態では、登録支援プログラム、機器の識別情報、建物の地図情報は、モバイル端末40のメモリ44bに保存されている場合について、説明した。変形例1Bでは、これらは、管理装置10に保存する。そうして、支援プログラムは、管理装置10で実行され、モバイル端末40は、ブラウザとして利用される。登録作業によって、登録は、管理装置10上に直接登録される。
実施形態1では、モバイル端末40は、ネットワーク通信部45を有していた。変形例1Cでは、モバイル端末40は、ネットワーク通信部45を有していない。この場合、モバイル端末は、支援プログラムを格納するほか、機器の識別情報や、建物の地図情報など、予め必要な情報を事前に入力しておく。そうして、登録作業は、モバイル端末40上で行ったうえで、データを後でまとめて、管理装置10に送信する。たとえば、作業員は、建物内での作業終了後、モバイル端末40のデータを別のネットワークに繋がるコンピュータに接続して、管理装置10に送信しても良い。この場合、管理装置への登録は、後になるが、実質的に第1実施形態と同様の登録作業を行うことができる。
第1実施形態では、登録の終わった機器21にハッチングを入れるなどした。変形例1Dでは、登録の終わった機器21を表示画面から消去する。こうすることによって、作業者は登録が終了したことを確実に認識することができる。
建物内の地図情報は、第1実施形態ではモバイル端末40に、変形例1Bでは管理装置10に格納されていた。そうして、登録作業時に、地図情報がモバイル端末40に表示されて、作業者を支援した。変形例1Eでは、建物内の地図情報は、システム1、支援装置2のいずれにも格納されていない。変形例1Eでは、建物内の地図情報は、紙である。
機器の識別情報が予め、第1実施形態ではモバイル端末40に、変形例1Bでは管理装置10に、格納されていた。そうして、登録作業時に、予め機器の一覧表が作業者に表示された。変形例1Fでは、一覧表に、未登録の機器については、登録済み、登録作業中のものを除いて、機器の識別情報は表示されない。
図3~図6の表においては、機器No.と、MACアドレスという、2種類の識別番号が表示されている。変形例1Gにおいては、機器No.のみが表示される。MACアドレスのみが表示されても良い。
第1実施形態の機器管理システム1においては、機器21は、情報仲介器30を介してネットワーク15に接続されていた。変形例1Hにおいては、機器21は直接ネットワーク15に接続されている。
第1実施形態では、図3~図6に示すように、機器の表と、建物内の地図は、同時に、モバイル端末40に、表示されている。変形例1Iでは、表と地図は、同時でなくて、片方ずつ表示されている。一方が表示されているときに、他方を呼び出す呼び出しボタンを画面上に備えている。このようにしておけば、画面を広く使えて、地図を大きく表示できる、などのメリットがある。

- 建物(20)内に設置される複数の機器(21)と、前記機器とネットワークを介して接続される管理装置(10)とを備えた機器管理システム(1)における、前記機器の登録のための作業を支援する、機器登録作業支援装置(2)であって、
前記複数の機器それぞれに内蔵あるいは近接配置される電磁波の発信部(26)と、
モバイル端末(40)と、
を備え、
前記モバイル端末は、
前記電磁波を受信する受信部(41)と
前記電磁波を発信した前記発信部を内蔵あるいは近接配置される前記機器の情報を表示する表示部(42)と、
前記表示部に表示された前記機器を前記機器管理システムに登録するための登録情報が入力される入力部(43)と、
を有し、
前記表示部は、前記入力部に登録情報が入力された前記機器の情報の表示を行わない又は変更する、
