在本申请实施例中,如图1至图4所示,该壁挂式空调室内机,包括:壳体,包括底盘100和面框200,所述底盘100上形成有风道,所述风道具有出风口,所述出风口长度方向上的一侧设置有安装板;电机组件300,设置于所述安装板的背向所述出风口的一侧;第一延伸板110,设置于所述底盘100,所述第一延伸板110沿所述出风口长度方向延伸,所述第一延伸板110位于所述电机组件300的上方;所述第一延伸板110、安装板和所述面框200之间围合形成一容置空间,所述容置空间具有一与所述安装板相对的敞口;防鼠板210,设置于所述面框200的内表面,所述防鼠板210向后延伸,所述防鼠板210将所述敞口部分遮盖,所述电机组件300位于所述防鼠板210与所述出风口之间。所述壁挂式空调室内机通常都具有导风结构,该导风结构用于引导所述风道内的出风,所述电机组件300连接导风结构,并驱动该导风结构。所述电机组件300在本实施例中,包括电机和减速组件。所述电机组件300设置在所述容置空间内,且该容置空间内部还具有连接所述电机组件300的导线,当老鼠通过面框200和底盘100之间的间隙进入到电机组件300的安装处后,导线具有被老鼠咬断的风险。
本申请技术方案通过采用所述第一延伸板110、安装板和所述面框200之间围合形成一容置空间,所述电机组件300设置在该容置空间中,所述第一延伸板110位于所述电机组件300的上方,具有阻挡老鼠从所述电机组件300的上方进入所述容置空间的作用;然后再采用防鼠板210将容置空间的敞口部分遮盖,使得防鼠板210具有阻止老鼠从所述敞口进入所述容置空间的作用。
具体地,在本申请中,所述第一延伸板110与所述安装板连接,使得所述第一延伸板110与所述安装板之间不留间隙,增强所述第一延伸板110的防鼠防虫功能。
本实施例所述防鼠板不仅限于上述技术方案,在其他实施例中,也可以是,所述防鼠板封盖所述敞口,从而阻止老鼠从所述敞口进入到所述容置空间内部,避免老鼠破坏容置空间内的空调部件。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图2所示,所述电机组件300与所述面框200之间的最小间隙小于或等于10mm,当间隙小于或等于10mm时,老鼠无法从该间隙中通过。将所述面框200与所述电机组件300之间的间隙控制在0~10mm,能够有效制止老鼠从所述面框200与所述电机组件300之间的间隙中通过。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图2所示,所述防鼠板210与所述电机之间的间隙小于或等于10mm。所述防鼠板210与所述电机之间的间隙小,能够有效阻止老鼠从所述防鼠板210与所述电机之间的间隙穿过;所述电机的外壳与所述防鼠板210具有共同挡鼠的作用,能够防止用于防止老鼠从电机的后方和远离所述风道的一侧进入到防鼠板210与安装板之间的空间中,所述电机组件300的线路能够安装在防鼠板210与安装板之间的空间,避免老鼠啃咬所述电机组件300的线路。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图2所示,所述第一延伸板110与所述防鼠板210之间的间隙小于或等于10mm。所述第一延伸板110与所述防鼠板210之间的间隙小,能够有效阻止老鼠从所述第一延伸板110与所述防鼠板210之间的间隙穿过,实现防鼠板210与所述第一延伸板110挡鼠的功效。所述防鼠板210与所述第一延伸板110之间设置间隙,因此所述防鼠板210与所述第一延伸板110之间配合精密度要求低,有利于降低防鼠板210的加工难度。本实施例不仅限于上述技术方案,在其他实施例中,也可以是,所述防鼠板靠近所述第一延伸板的边缘设有密封胶条,所述密封胶条与所述第一防鼠板抵接,以去除所述防鼠板与所述第一延伸板之间的间隙,增强所述防鼠板的防虫效果。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图2所示,所述第一延伸板110向后并偏向下延伸。所述第一延伸板110位于所述电机组件300的上方,因此,所述第一延伸板110偏向下延伸,有利于减小所述电机组件300与所述第一延伸板110之间的最小间隙,使得电机组件300的外壳与所述第一延伸板110配合,强化挡鼠效果。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图2所示,所述壁挂式空调室内机还包括:第二延伸板120,设置于所述安装板,所述第二延伸板120沿所述出风口长度方向延伸,所述第二延伸板120位于所述电机组件300的后方;以及,过渡板130,设置于所述安装板,所述过渡板130连接所述第一延伸板110以及第二延伸板120。所述第二延伸板120用于阻挡老鼠从电机组件300的后方进入所述容置空间的路线,所述过渡板130封锁所述第一延伸板110与所述第二延伸板120之间的间隙,从而强化挡鼠效果;另一方面,所述第二延伸板120与所述过渡板130同时还能加强所述第一延伸板110的机械强度。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图2、图3所示,所述过渡板130呈向所述电机组件300凸设的台阶状,所述过渡板130向所述电机组件300凸起,有利于减小所述过渡板130与所述电机组件300之间的间隙,使得老鼠难以从渡板与所述电机组件300之间穿过,使得所述过渡板130具有更强的挡鼠效果。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图2、图3所示,所述台阶包括:第一台阶面131,连接所述第一延伸板110,所述第一台阶面131向下延伸;以及,第二台阶面132,连接所述第一台阶面131和所述第二延伸板120,所述第二台阶面132向下偏向后延伸。所述第二台阶面132向前并向下倾斜设置的方式,同时使得第二台阶面132与第二延伸板120连接处距离电机组件300的距离变小,有利于提升所述过渡板130与所述第二延伸板120的挡鼠效果。
本实施例所述第一延伸板110、第二延伸板120以及过渡板130不仅限于上述技术方案,在其他实施例中,也可以是,所述过渡板呈弧形,以使所述过渡板圆滑过渡所述第一延伸板和所述第二延伸板,有利于使得所述第一延伸板与所述过渡板连接处距离电机组件的距离小,同时使得过渡板与第二延伸板连接处距离电机组件的距离小,提升挡鼠效果。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图2所示,所述第二延伸板120与所述面框200之间的最小间隙小于或等于10mm,所述面框200与所述第二延伸板120配合挡鼠,当所述面框200与所述底盘100装配后,由于第二延伸板120与面框200之间的最小间隙小,使得老鼠无法从所述面框200与所述第二延伸板120之间的间隙通过。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图2、图3所示,所述底盘100还包括:底盘端板140,连接所述安装板与所述第一延伸板110,所述底盘端板140位于所述安装板靠近所述电机组件300的一侧,所述底盘端板140位于所述第一延伸板110的前方。所述底盘端板140与所述第一延伸板110连接,增大了挡鼠范围。在本实施例中,所述底盘端板140、所述第一延伸板110、所述过渡板130、所述第一延伸板110以及面框200围设所述电机组件300,形成一个保护圈,具有挡鼠角度全面的优点。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图2所示,所述防鼠板210与所述底盘端板140之间的间隙小于或等于10mm。所述防鼠板210位于所述底盘端板140的下方,所述防鼠板210从所述面框200内侧面开始延伸,并控制防鼠板210与所述底盘端板140之间的间隙小于或等于10mm,防止老鼠从防鼠板210与底盘端板140之间的间隙穿过。由于在本实施例中,所述防鼠板210连接在所述面框200,所述底盘端板140位于所述底盘100,因此在所述底盘端板140与所述防鼠板210之间设置间隙,有利于减小底盘端板140与所述防鼠板210之间的配合精密度,从而降低防鼠板210的加工精度,同时方便所述面框200与所述底盘100装配。本实施例所述防鼠板210与所述底盘100挡板之间不仅限于上述技术方案,在其他实施例中,也可以是,所述防鼠板靠近所述防鼠板的边缘设有密封胶条,所述密封垫胶条与所述底盘端板抵接,从而去除防鼠板与底盘端板之间的间隙,增强防鼠板的防虫效果。
进一步地,在本实施例中,所述防鼠板210与所述面框200的连接处设有加强筋,所述加强筋具有强化所述防鼠板210的机械强度的作用,所述加强筋有利于增强防鼠板210对老鼠挤推的抵抗性能,增强所述防鼠板210的可靠性。
进一步地,在本实施例中,所述壁挂式空调室内机还包括电控盒,所述电控盒与所述电机组件300分别位于所述风道的两侧。本实施例用于驱动导风结构的电机组件300为了合理利用壁挂式空调室内机的安装空间,将电机组件300与电控盒分别设置在风道的两侧,同时使得空调出风口位置更接近壁挂式空调室内机的中心,有利于使得壁挂式空调室内机更加美观。
进一步地,在本实施例中,壁挂式空调室内机还包括新风模块,所述新风模块设置在所述壳体内,所述新风模块位于所述第一延伸板110远离风道的一侧。所述新风模块用于向室内引入新风,而新风模块的存在使得老鼠容易从所述新风模块通向电机组件300,因此所述防鼠板210在具有新风模块的壁挂式空调室内机中更加重要。
本实施例中,如图2、图4所示,所述防鼠板210向后延伸至电机组件300的一侧即停止,并未继续向所述第二延伸板120延伸,本实施例充分利用防鼠板210与电机的外壳共同挡鼠,同时控制了防鼠板210的长度,避免防鼠板210的长度过长而降低其机械强度,同时又能减少制造防鼠板210的耗材,减少制造成本。
本申请还提出一种空调器,该空调器包括壁挂式空调室内机,该壁挂式空调室内机的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本空调器采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有特点,在此不再一一赘述。
以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是在本申请的发明构思下,利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种壁挂式空调室内机,其中,包括:
    壳体,包括底盘和面框,所述底盘上形成有风道,所述风道具有出风口,所述出风口长度方向上的一侧设置有安装板;
    电机组件,设置于所述安装板的背向所述出风口的一侧;
    第一延伸板,设置于所述底盘,所述第一延伸板沿所述出风口长度方向延伸,所述第一延伸板位于所述电机组件的上方;所述第一延伸板、安装板和所述面框之间围合形成一容置空间,所述容置空间具有一与所述安装板相对的敞口;
    防鼠板,设置于所述面框的内表面,所述防鼠板向后延伸,所述防鼠板将所述敞口至少部分遮盖,所述电机组件位于所述防鼠板与所述出风口之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其中,所述电机组件与所述面框之间的最小间隙小于或等于10mm。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其中,所述防鼠板与所述电机之间的间隙小于或等于10mm。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其中,所述第一延伸板与所述防鼠板之间的间隙小于或等于10mm。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其中,所述第一延伸板向后并偏向下延伸。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其中,所述壁挂式空调室内机还包括:
    第二延伸板,设置于所述安装板,所述第二延伸板沿所述出风口长度方向延伸,所述第二延伸板位于所述电机组件的后方;以及,
    过渡板,设置于所述安装板,所述过渡板连接所述第一延伸板以及第二延伸板。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其中,所述过渡板呈向所述电机组件凸设的台阶状。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其中,所述台阶包括:
    第一台阶面,连接所述第一延伸板,所述第一台阶面向下延伸;以及,
    第二台阶面,连接所述第一台阶面和所述第二延伸板,所述第二台阶面向下偏向后延伸。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其中,所述第二延伸板与所述面框之间的最小间隙小于或等于10mm。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其中,所述底盘还包括:底盘端板,连接所述安装板与所述第一延伸板,所述底盘端板位于所述安装板靠近所述电机组件的一侧,所述底盘端板位于所述第一延伸板的前方。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其中,所述防鼠板与所述底盘端板之间的间隙小于或等于10mm。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其中,所述防鼠板与所述面框的连接处设有加强筋。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的壁挂式空调室内机,其中,壁挂式空调室内机还包括新风模块,所述新风模块设置在所述壳体内,所述新风模块位于所述第一延伸板远离风道的一侧。
  14. 一种空调器,其中,包括壁挂式空调室内机,所述壁挂式空调室内机包括:
    壳体,包括底盘和面框,所述底盘上形成有风道,所述风道具有出风口,所述出风口长度方向上的一侧设置有安装板;
    电机组件,设置于所述安装板的背向所述出风口的一侧;
    第一延伸板,设置于所述底盘,所述第一延伸板沿所述出风口长度方向延伸,所述第一延伸板位于所述电机组件的上方;所述第一延伸板、安装板和所述面框之间围合形成一容置空间,所述容置空间具有一与所述安装板相对的敞口;
    防鼠板,设置于所述面框的内表面,所述防鼠板向后延伸,所述防鼠板将所述敞口至少部分遮盖,所述电机组件位于所述防鼠板与所述出风口之间。
  15. 一种空调器,其中,包括壁挂式空调室内机,所述壁挂式空调室内机包括:
    壳体,包括底盘和面框,所述底盘上形成有风道,所述风道具有出风口,所述出风口长度方向上的一侧设置有安装板;
    电机组件,设置于所述安装板的背向所述出风口的一侧;
    第一延伸板,设置于所述底盘,所述第一延伸板沿所述出风口长度方向延伸,所述第一延伸板位于所述电机组件的上方;所述第一延伸板、安装板和所述面框之间围合形成一容置空间,所述容置空间具有一与所述安装板相对的敞口;
    防鼠板,设置于所述面框的内表面,所述防鼠板向后延伸,所述防鼠板将所述敞口至少部分遮盖,所述电机组件位于所述防鼠板与所述出风口之间;
    所述壁挂式空调室内机还包括电控盒,所述电控盒与所述电机组件分别位于所述风道的两侧。
