始操作を受け付けたことを検出すると、 急速充電器 1 1 1からバッテリ 3 1 への急速充電を開始させる。 急速充電が開始されるとコントローラ 6 0は、 急速充電モードになる。 急速充電モードの際にキースイッチ 3 4がオンされ ると、 油圧ショベル 1は作業灯やアクセサリソケッ ト 3 6などの補機を使用 可能となる。 コントローラ 6 0は、 急速充電の停止操作を受け付けたこと、 または所定の充電時間が完了したこと、 または充電中に異常を検出すると、 急速充電を停止させる。 またはバッテリ 3 1が所定量に充電されたとき、 例 えば満充電になったことで充電を停止してもよい。 コントローラ 6 0や、 表 示装置 5 0などの充電時に起動していた装置は、 充電が停止したのち、 例え ば一定時間が経過した後にシャッ トダウンされる。 なお、 一定時間を有さず にシャッ トダウンされてもよい。

油圧ショベル 1は、 例えばコントローラ 6 0によって制御される。 コント 口ーラ 6 0には、 キースイッチ 3 4と、 電源分配部 4 0と、 表示装置 5 0と が接続されている。 コントローラ 6 0には、 例えば作業機レバー 7または走 行レバー 8などから操作量が入力される。 コントローラ 6 0には、 例えば電 動モータ 3 2に流れる電流値や、 バッテリ 3 1の電圧や温度、 作動油温度な どを検出する複数の図示しないセンサが接続されている。 コントローラ 6 0 は、 作業機レバー 7または走行レバー 8などの操作レ/ 一の操作量、 センサ が検出した検出値などに基づいて、 電源分配部 4 0を介して電動モータ 3 2 を作動させることにより、 油圧ポンプのメインポンプ 2 1 を駆動制御する。 メインポンプ 2 1からの油圧源により、 下部走行体 2を走行させたり、 上部 旋回体 3を旋回させたり、 作業機 5などが各操作レバーの操作量に応じて作 動する。 なお、 各操作レバーは操作量を電気信号で出力する電気式の操作レ バーであってもよく、 また油圧式の操作レバーでもよい。 なお、 油圧式の操 作レバーにおいては、 操作に応じてバルブを駆動し、 メインポンプ 2 1から の油を走行モータ 2 3、 走行モータ 2 4や、 旋回モータ 2 5、 作業機シリン ダ 2 6に供給するようにしてもよい。 \¥0 2020/175447 8 卩(:171? 2020 /007386

ショベル 1の充電時、 バックライ トの点灯条件を満たす場合、 図 4に示すよ うに、 バックライ トを点灯して表示部 5 1 を明るくする。 表示部コントロー ラ 5 3は、 油圧ショベル 1の充電時、 バックライ トの点灯条件を満たさない 場合、 図 5に示すように、 バックライ トを消灯して表示部 5 1 を暗くする。 点灯条件を満たさない場合、 充電情報を非表示にする。 なお、 点灯条件を満 たす場合、 点灯条件を満たさない場合に比べて、 バックライ トを明るくする 。 点灯条件を満たさない場合、 点灯条件を満たす場合に比べて、 バックライ 卜を暗くする。 なお、 暗くするとは消灯することも含むようにしてもよい。
[0038] 油圧ショベル 1がオペレータの管理下にある場合、 点灯条件を満たすと判 定してもよい。
例えば、 充電開始からの経過時間が所定時間以下、 例えば、 1分以下であ ることを示す場合、 点灯条件を満たすと判定する。 充電開始からの経過時間 が所定時間以下である場合は、 オペレータが油圧ショベル 1の近傍にとどま っており、 表示部 5 1 を確認する可能性が高く、 油圧ショベルがオペレータ の管理下にある。
例えば、 操作情報が、 操作部 5 2に対する操作からの経過時間が所定時間 以下、 例えば、 1分以下であることを示す場合、 点灯条件を満たすと判定す る。 操作部 5 2に対する操作からの経過時間が所定時間以下である場合は、 オペレータが油圧ショベル 1の近傍にとどまっており、 操作レバーの操作や 表示部 5 1 を確認する可能性が高く、 油圧ショベルがオペレータの管理下に ある。
例えば、 コントローラ 6 0から取得した制御信号がキースイッチ 3 4が才 ンされたことを示す場合、 点灯条件を満たすと判定する。 キースイッチ 3 4 がオンされた場合は、 オペレータが油圧ショベル 1の周囲で作業を行ってお り、 油圧ショベル 1がオペレータの管理下にある可能性が高い。
例えば、 表示部 5 1 に表示した確認内容に対してオペレータによる操作を 待機している場合、 点灯条件を満たすと判定する。 また、 オペレータに積極 的に通知したい情報がある場合、 点灯条件を満たすと判定するようにしても \¥0 2020/175447 1 1 卩(:171? 2020 /007386
よい。
例えば、 充電情報が充電が完了した場合、 点灯条件を満たすと判定する。 充電が完了した場合、 充電が完了したことを示す情報を出力するようにして もよい。 好ましくは表示部 5 1 に表示するようにしてもよい。 また、 点灯条 件は充電が完了してから所定時間が経過するまで点灯条件を満たすと判定し てもよい。
例えば、 充電に異常が発生した場合、 点灯条件を満たすと判定する。 充電 に異常が発生した場合、 充電に異常が発生したことを示す情報を出力するよ うにしてもよい。 好ましくは表示部 5 1 に表示するようにしてもよい。 また 、 点灯条件は異常が発生してから所定時間が経過するまで点灯条件を満たす と判定してもよい。

油圧ショベル 1の充電時における、 表示装置 5 0の表示部コントローラ 5 3による処理について説明する。 図 6は、 表示装置 5 0の処理手順を示すフ 口ーチヤートである。 油圧ショベル 1の充電時、 言い換えると、 油圧ショべ ル 1が普通充電モードまたは急速充電モードである場合、 図 6に示す処理が 実行される。 表示部コントローラ 5 3は、 表示部 5 1の点灯条件を満たすか 否かを判定する (ステップ 3 1 0 1) 。

電時に表示部 5 1の明るさを適切に制御することができる。 このように、 本 実施形態によれば、 作業終了後の夜間に無人の現場で油圧ショベル 1の充電 を行う場合、 表示部 5 1のバックライ トを消灯することによって、 油圧ショ ベル 1が存在することを第三者に知られる可能性を低減することができる。 本実施形態によれば、 第三者による油圧ショベル 1 に対するいたずら操作や 盗難などの可能性を低減することができる。 また、 表示部 5 1のバックライ 卜を消灯することによって、 補機バッテリ 3 5ひいてはバッテリ 3 1の電力 消費を低減することができる。 また、 キャブを有さない作業車両では、 より 表示部の明かりが車両の外にもれるので、 より作業車両の存在を第三者に知 られる可能性を低減することができる。 なお、 作業車両は屋内、 屋外で稼動 し、 その稼動場所にて充電が行われる。 屋外で充電される場合には、 油圧シ ョベル 1が存在することを第三者に知られる可能性をより低減することがで きる。

[0051 ] 例えば油圧ショベル 1の充電が完了してから所定時間が経過するまで、 表 示部コントローラ 5 3は、 表示部 5 1のバックライ トを点灯する。 本実施形 態によれば、 充電が完了した場合、 充電が完了したことを示す情報を表示部 5 1 に表示することができる。 オペレータが車両のそばに留まっていて充電 が完了することを待って車両を使用することを考えていた場合、 表示部 5 1 が表示されることで充電が完了したことに気づきやすくなる。

[0054] 上記では、 バックライ トを点灯状態から消灯状態にするものとして説明し たが、 バックライ トを段階的に減灯させてから消灯してもよい。 例えば、 バ ックライ トを消灯する前に、 バックライ トを減灯状態にして所定時間、 待機 する。 待機時間内に、 操作部 5 2に対する操作が行われた場合、 バックライ 卜を点灯状態に復帰させる。 待機時間内に、 操作部 5 2に対する操作が行わ れなかった場合、 バックライ トを消灯する。 このようにすることにより、 才 ペレータにとって不用意に表示部 5 1のバックライ トが消灯されることを抑 制することができる。
[0055] なお、 バックライ トの点灯消灯の切換は、 バックライ トを強制的に点灯や 消灯させるための操作ボタンを操作部 5 2あるいは、 車両のコンソール等に 設けてもよい。 また、 消灯ボタンが押された場合、 図 6に示す処理において は、 点灯条件の判定結果によらずあるいは、 判定結果に優先して、 表示部 5 1のバックライ トを消灯状態にするようにしてもよい。 これにより、 オペレ —夕の意志によって、 強制的に表示部 5 1のバックライ トを消灯することが できる。

[0063] なお、 本実施形態では点灯条件を判定する図示しない点灯条件判定部を有 する記載となっているが、 この点灯条件判定部を有することがなくてもよい 。 この場合、 充電であるか否かあるいは、 点灯や消灯させるための操作ボタ ンの状態によって消灯するようにしてもよい。 また、 これらの組み合わせに よっておこなうようにしてもよい。 なお、 点灯条件判定部は、 表示部コント 口ーラ 5 3、 コントローラ 6 0のいずれかにあってもよく、 また両方に有す るようにしてもよい。
