Claims (13)
- 외형을 형성하는 캐비닛;상기 캐비닛 내측에 배치되고, 세척대상을 수용하는 세척실을 형성하며, 전방이 개구된 터브;상기 터브의 개구된 전방을 개폐하는 도어;상기 도어의 일측에 배치되고, 조작버튼을 구비한 컨트롤패널;상기 컨트롤패널 내측에 배치되고, 상기 조작버튼에 대한 입력을 감지하는 인쇄회로기판;내측으로 상기 인쇄회로기판이 장착되는 장착공간을 형성하고, 상기 컨트롤패널 내측에 배치되는 서포터;상기 컨트롤패널을 향하는 상기 서포터의 일측면에 접착되어, 상기 장착공간에 배치되는 인쇄회로기판으로 수분유입을 차단하는 방수필름; 및상기 인쇄회로기판이 장착된 상기 서포터의 장착공간에서, 방수물질로 채워지는 코팅층을 포함하는 식기세척기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인쇄회로기판에는, 상기 조작버튼에 대한 입력을 감지하는 버튼인식부가 배치되고,상기 서포터에는, 상기 버튼인식부와 상기 조작버튼 사이를 관통하도록 형성된 버튼홀이 형성되는 식기세척기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 서포터는,상기 컨트롤패널과 상기 인쇄회로기판 사이에 배치되고, 일측면으로 상기 인쇄회로기판이 장착되는 장착판과,상기 장착판의 테두리부분에서 상기 인쇄회로기판이 배치되는 방향으로 절곡되어 연장되어 내측으로 장착공간을 형성하는 테두리부를 포함하는 식기세처기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 장착판은, 상기 인쇄회로기판이 장착되는 내측면과, 상기 컨트롤패널을 향하도록 배치되는 외측면을 포함하고,상기 방수필름은, 상기 장착면의 외측면에 접착되는 식기세척기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 방수필름은, 상기 서포터와 필름 인서트 몰딩방식으로 접착되는 식기세척기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 서포터와 상기 방수필름은, 동일한 재질로 형성되는 식기세척기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인쇄회로기판에는, 상기 조작버튼에 대한 입력을 감지될 때, 켜지거나 꺼지는 램프가 배치되고,상기 서포터는, 상기 인쇄회로기판에 배치되는 램프에서 발생한 빛이 상기 컨트롤패널로 조사되도록 형성된 램프홀이 포함하는 식기세척기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 조작버튼과 상기 버튼인식부 사이에 배치되어, 상기 조작버튼에 대한 사용자의 입력을 상기 버튼인식부로 전달하는 입력전달부를 더 포함하는 식기세척기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 입력전달부는,상기 방수필름과 상기 인쇄회로기판 사이에 배치되는 제1입력전달부와,상기 방수필름과 상기 컨트롤패널 사이에 배치되는 제2입력전달부를 포함하는 식기세척기.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 제1입력전달부의 두께는, 상기 제2입력전달부의 두께보다 크게 형성된 식기세척기.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 방수필름는, 상기 입력전달부재가 접촉하는 부분에서 카본 인쇄된 제1인쇄부를 포함하는 식기세척기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 방수필름은, 상기 램프홀과 마주하는 부분에서 상기 램프에서 조사된 빛을 균일하게 발산하도록 확산 인쇄된 제2인쇄부를 포함하는 식기세척기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인쇄회로기판은, 상기 서포터에 장착되는 제1면과, 상기 서포터의 장착공간으로 노출되는 제2면을 포함하고,상기 서포터에는, 상기 제1면이 향하는 방향으로 배치된 상기 서포터의 외측면으로 상기 방수필름이 접착되고, 상기 제2면이 향하는 방향으로 상기 서포터의 장착공간에 상기 코팅층이 형성되는 식기세척기.
