所述地刷装置1包括地刷底座11、滚刷12、风道过度机构13、LED灯14、左脚踏板15、右脚踏板16、地刷马达17和地刷上壳111;在所述地刷底座11的上端设置滚刷12;在所述滚刷12的上端设置风道过度机构13;在所述风道过度机构13的前侧设置LED灯14;在所述地刷底座11上端的一侧设置地刷马达17,且地刷马达17与滚刷12之间连接;在所述地刷底座11上面后侧左端设置左脚踏板15,且左脚踏板15与旋转柄主体4之间通过机械传动连接;在所述地刷底座11上面后侧右端设置右脚踏板16,且右脚踏板16与滚刷12之间通过机械传动连接。通过设置左脚踏板15用来释放旋转柄主体4,从而带动操作手柄,在水平与竖直位置进行转换的操作;通过设置右脚踏板16,是用来调节滚刷12与地面的高度。
所述旋转柄主体4的内部中空,且在其内部设置旋转风道41;所述旋转风道41与风道过度机构13之间串联。
所述塑料机体2包括风道21、吸尘马达22、风叶23、附件吸口24、防漏气外壳25和微动开关28;在所述塑料机体2的内部中心竖直设置有风道21;所述风道21的底端与旋转风道42的上端对接;在所述塑料机体2的内部一侧设置吸尘马达22;在所述吸尘马达22的前侧设置风叶23,且风叶23设置在风道21内;在所述塑料机体2的后侧底端中心设置附件吸口24,且附件吸口24与风道21贯通;在所述附件吸口24的左侧设置防漏气外壳25;所述防漏气外壳25与附件吸口24之间通过扭簧27连接,且在防漏气外壳25的内侧设置橡胶垫26;在所述附件吸口24的一侧设置微动开关28;所述微动开关28与地刷马达17之间电连接。通过设置附件吸口24,用于连接吸尘软管5来清洁狭窄空间和家具表面。
所述集尘装置3包括集尘外壳31、中空支撑铝管32、塑料出风管24、塑料出风口25、集尘袋固定板26、集尘袋27和集尘外壳盖28;在所述集尘外壳31 的内部中心设置一中空支撑铝管32;所述中空支撑铝管32的底端与风道21连接,且中空支撑铝管32与风道21之间通过固定螺母33固定连接;在所述中空支撑铝管32的上端设置塑料出风管34;在所述塑料出风管34的末端设置塑料出风口35;在所述塑料出风口35处设置集尘袋固定板36,且塑料出风口35贯穿集尘袋固定板36;在所述塑料出风口35处设置集尘袋37,且集尘袋37为布袋;灰尘经过中空支撑铝管32进入塑料出风管34,然后从塑料出风口35进入集尘袋37内。在所述集尘外壳31的最前侧设置集尘外壳盖38;所述集尘外壳31和集尘外壳盖38均由布艺材料制成;所述集尘外壳31与集尘外壳盖38之间通过拉链连接。
本装置还包括吸尘软管5;所述吸尘软管5包括接头风道51和接头刷子52;在所述吸尘软管5的后端设置接头风道51,且接头风道51与附件吸口24之间插套连接;在所述吸尘软管5的前端设置接头刷子52。
所述塑料固定板7包括吸尘软管固定架71和辅助提72手;在所述塑料固定板7的后侧中下端的位置设置吸尘软管固定件71;所述吸尘软管固定件71与塑料固定板之间通过螺钉固定;在所述塑料固定板7的后侧中上端设置辅助提手72。
在使用过程中,当采用地刷吸尘时,开启电源开关,关闭防漏气外壳25,触动微动开关28,从而接通地刷马达17,带动滚刷12清扫地面灰尘,同时吸尘马达22带动风叶23高速旋转,产生一定的吸力,将灰尘吸起,灰尘通过地刷头上的风道过度机构13,进入风道21,经过风叶23,被吹入中空支撑铝管32,然后从塑料出风管34的塑料出风口35进入集尘袋37内。
当采用附件吸尘时,打开防漏气外壳25,微动开关28弹开,断开地刷马达17,将吸尘软管5的接头风道51插入附件吸口24,吸尘软管5另外一端的接头连接所需的附件清洁工具,然后开启电源开关,吸尘马达22带动风叶23高速旋转,产生一定的吸力,将灰尘吸起,灰尘通过吸尘软管5进入风道21,经过风叶23,被吹入中空支撑铝管32,然后从塑料出风管34的塑料出风口35进入集尘袋37内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种双马达轻型立式吸尘器,其特征在于:包括地刷装置、塑料机体、集尘装置、旋转柄主体、塑料压板、塑料固定板和上手柄;在所述地刷装置的上端设置塑料机体;所述地刷装置与塑料机体之间通过旋转柄主体连接;在所述塑料机体的上端设置集尘装置;在所述集尘装置的内部底端设置塑料压板;所述塑料机体与集尘装置之间通过塑料压板固定连接;在所述集尘装置的后端设置塑料压板;在所述集尘装置的上端设置上手柄;所述上手柄与集尘装置之间通过塑料固定板固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双马达轻型立式吸尘器,其特征在于:所述地刷装置包括地刷底座、滚刷、风道过度机构、LED灯、左脚踏板、右脚踏板、地刷马达和地刷上壳;在所述地刷底座的上端设置滚刷;在所述滚刷的上端设置风道过度机构;在所述风道过度机构的前侧设置LED灯;在所述地刷底座上端的一侧设置地刷马达,且地刷马达与滚刷之间连接;在所述地刷底座上面后侧左端设置左脚踏板,且左脚踏板与旋转柄主体之间通过机械传动连接;在所述地刷底座上面后侧右端设置右脚踏板,且右脚踏板与滚刷之间通过机械传动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双马达轻型立式吸尘器,其特征在于:所述旋转柄主体的内部中空,且在其内部设置旋转风道;所述旋转风道与风道过度机构之间串联。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双马达轻型立式吸尘器,其特征在于:所述塑料机体包括风道、吸尘马达、风叶、附件吸口、防漏气外壳和微动开关;在所述塑料机体的内部中心竖直设置有风道;所述风道的底端与旋转风道的上端对接;在所述塑料机体的内部一侧设置吸尘马达;在所述吸尘马达的前侧设置风叶,且风叶设置在风道内;在所述塑料机体的后侧底端中心设置附件吸口, 且附件吸口与风道贯通;在所述附件吸口的左侧设置防漏气外壳;在所述附件吸口的一侧设置微动开关;所述微动开关与地刷马达之间电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种双马达轻型立式吸尘器,其特征在于:所述防漏气外壳与附件吸口之间通过扭簧连接;在所述防漏气外壳的内侧设置橡胶垫。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双马达轻型立式吸尘器,其特征在于:所述集尘装置包括集尘外壳中空支撑铝管、塑料出风管、塑料出风口、集尘袋固定板、集尘袋和集尘外壳盖;在所述集尘外壳的内部中心设置一中空支撑铝管;所述中空支撑铝管的底端与风道连接;在所述中空支撑铝管的上端设置塑料出风管;在所述塑料出风管的末端设置塑料出风口;在所述塑料出风口处设置集尘袋固定板,且塑料出风口贯穿集尘袋固定板;在所述塑料出风口处设置集尘袋,且集尘袋为布袋;在所述集尘外壳的最前侧设置集尘外壳盖。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种双马达轻型立式吸尘器,其特征在于:所述中空支撑铝管与风道之间通过固定螺母固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种双马达轻型立式吸尘器,其特征在于:所述集尘外壳和集尘外壳盖均由布艺材料制成;所述集尘外壳与集尘外壳盖之间通过拉链连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双马达轻型立式吸尘器,其特征在于:还包括吸尘软管;所述吸尘软管包括接头风道和接头刷子;在所述吸尘软管的后端设置接头风道,且接头风道与附件吸口之间插套连接;在所述吸尘软管的前端设置接头刷子。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双马达轻型立式吸尘器,其特征在于:所 述塑料固定板包括吸尘软管放置槽和辅助提手;在所述塑料固定板的后侧中下端的位置设置吸尘软管固定件;所述吸尘软管固定件与塑料固定板之间通过螺钉固定;在所述塑料固定板的后侧中上端设置辅助提手。
