第二连接件安装于第一侧壁与第二侧壁之间的第一滑腔内,第一侧壁与第二侧壁分别与第二连接件连接,一方面有利于提升第二连接件相对第一连接件滑动的稳定性,另一方面,也有利于提升第一连接件与第二连接件的连接强度。

淋浴门组件在使用过程中,在活动门板4处于完全打开时,第一凸起8011与一组第一凹槽9011配合;在活动门板4处于关闭状态时,第一凸起8011与另一组第一凹槽9011接触配合;在活动门板4处于开关门过程中时,第一凸起8011与第一轴向端面801的其余部分接触配合;这样由于第一凸起8011与第一凹槽9011的配合,使得活动门板4在处于关闭或完全打开状态下,均能保持状态固定;此外,活动门板4在开关门过程中由于,第一凸起8011不与第一凹槽9011配合,使得第四连接件9、门板框3及活动门板4在Z方向升高了一定距离,有利于活动门板4在 开关门转动时抬高与地面的距离,这样能够避免活动门板4与地面摩擦,避免活动门板4被撞击损坏。
优选地,第一凹凸结构6011与第二螺纹孔603分置于安装孔601的轴线两侧,也即:第一凹凸结构6011不覆盖安装孔601整个周向侧壁的360°范围,第一凹凸结构6011设置在安装孔601周向180°范围内的侧壁上,且第二螺纹孔603设置在未设置第一凹凸结构6011的范围内,这样在松动第二紧固螺钉11情况下调节活动门板4与墙面夹角时,将安装轴803贴近第二螺纹孔603一侧转动,能够避免因第一凹凸结构6011与第二凹凸结构803接触而导致不能转动安装轴803,保证安装轴803在安装孔601内转动顺畅。
需要说明的是,第一连接件5、第二连接件6及第三连接件8的配合不仅可以用于安装和调节活动门板4,也可以用于安装和调节固定门板,第一连接件5与第二连接件6的配合可以用于安装和调节固定门板的竖直状态,第二连接件6与第三连接件8的配合可以用于调节固定门板与墙面的夹角,这样能够实现固定门板与墙面的夹角不一定为固定的90°。
关于第二连接组件各零部件的结构原理和连接关系:第二连接组件中第五连接件14、第六连接件15与第二凸轮机构18的配合类似于第二连接组件中第一连接件5、第二连接件6与第一凸轮机构7的配合,这里不再赘述。第二连接组件中第六连接件15、第七连接件16以及第八连接件17的配合不同于第一连接组件中第二连接件6、第三连接件8以及第四连接件9的配合。第二连接组件中第六连接件15、第七连接件16以及第八连接件17的配合可以有多种选择,例如为了制作和开模方便,第七连接件16可以采用与第三连接件8一样的结构,不同之处在于第七连接件16与第六连接件15的配合不互相紧固(参照图7,第六连接件15的螺纹孔中并未安装螺钉紧固第七连接件16),第七连接件16能够相对第六连接件15沿Z方向运动,在活动门板4的转动过程中,第七连接件16跟随活动门板4一起沿Z向升降,当然优选地,在第六连接件15的安装孔(类似第二连接件6的安装孔601)中也不设置凹凸结构,在第七连接件16的安装轴(类似第三连接件8的安装轴803)上也不设置凹凸结构,这样第七连接件16能够更顺畅的相对第六连接件15转动。或者,第七连接件16仍然与第六连接件15固定连接,但第七连接件16 的轴向端面与第八连接件17的轴向端面不接触,第八连接件能够相对第七连接件16沿Z方向运动,这样不用考虑第七连接件16及第八连接件17的轴向端面形状。
最后需要强调的是,以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种变化和更改,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业应用性
本发明提供的淋浴门组件安装在卫生间内,并且作为淋浴房的重要构成部分,淋浴房可以是带有底盘的整体式淋浴房,也可以是将淋浴门组件安装在两面相邻并且形成夹角的墙壁之间,由活动门板、固定门板以及墙壁围成淋浴房。
本发明的淋浴门组件适用于在客户的卫生间内现在组装的场合,应用本发明的产品,淋浴门组件的安装及调节操作简单,因此组装淋浴门组件的工作消耗的时间较少,实现淋浴门组件的快速、简易安装和调节,节约人力成本,安装过程不会对淋浴门组件造成损伤,能降低淋浴门组件的组装成本,在淋浴门组件安装完成后,仍然可以对门板的竖直状态进行调节,仍然可以对门板与墙面的夹角进行调节。

Claims (10)

  1. 淋浴门组件,包括第一门板、第一连接件和第二连接件,所述第一门板与所述第一连接件连接,或者,所述第一门板与所述第二连接件连接;
    其特征在于:
    还包括凸轮机构,所述第二连接件具有第一滑腔,所述第一连接件安装于所述第一滑腔中,所述凸轮机构可转动地安装于所述第二连接件上,所述凸轮机构抵接于所述第一连接件上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴门组件,其特征在于:
    所述凸轮机构上固设有连杆,所述连杆位于所述第二连接件的外侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴门组件,其特征在于:
    所述第一连接件具有第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第二连接件具有定位凸部、第三侧壁和第四侧壁,所述定位凸部位于所述第三侧壁与所述第四侧壁之间,所述第一侧壁安装于所述第三侧壁与所述定位凸部之间,所述第二侧壁安装于所述第四侧壁与所述定位凸部之间,所述第三侧壁上设有第一孔,所述凸轮机构可转动地安装于所述第三侧壁上,且所述凸轮机构穿设于所述第一孔中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的淋浴门组件,其特征在于:
    还包括第一紧固件,所述第四侧壁上设有第一紧固孔,所述第一紧固件固设于所述第一紧固孔中且抵接于所述第二侧壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的淋浴门组件,其特征在于:
    所述淋浴门组件还包括第三连接件,所述第一连接件或所述第二连接件通过所述第三连接件与所述第一门板连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的淋浴门组件,其特征在于:
    在所述第一连接件通过所述第三连接件与所述第一门板连接时,所述第一连接件上设有安装孔和第二紧固孔;或,在所述第二连接件通过所述第三连接件与所述第一门板连接时,所述第二连接 件上设有安装孔和第二紧固孔;
    所述淋浴门组件还包括第二紧固件,所述第三连接件穿设于所述安装孔中,所述第二紧固件固设于所述第二紧固孔中且抵接于所述第三连接件上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的淋浴门组件,其特征在于:
    所述安装孔的侧壁上设有多个第一凹凸结构,所述第三连接件具有安装轴,所述安装轴穿设于所述安装孔中,所述安装轴上设有多个第二凹凸结构;
    所述第一凹凸结构及所述第二凹凸结构均沿所述安装孔的轴向延伸,各所述第一凹凸结构沿所述安装孔的周向分布,各所述第二凹凸结构沿所述安装轴的周向分布,所述第一凹凸结构与所述第二紧固孔分置于所述安装孔的轴线两侧;
    所述第一凹凸结构的凸部嵌于所述第二凹凸结构的凹部中,所述第二凹凸结构的凸部嵌于所述第一凹凸结构的凹部中。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的淋浴门组件,其特征在于:
    所述第一门板为活动门板,所述第一门板上固定有第四连接件,所述第三连接件与所述第四连接件可转动地连接;
    所述第三连接件具有第一轴向端面,所述第四连接件具有第二轴向端面,所述第二轴向端面支承于所述第一轴向端面上;
    所述第一轴向端面上设有第一凸起,所述第二轴向端面上设有与第一凸起匹配的第一凹槽;或,所述第一轴向端面上设有第二凹槽,所述第二轴向端面上设有与第二凹槽匹配的第二凸起。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的淋浴门组件,其特征在于:
    所述淋浴门组件还包括定位薄片,所述第三连接件及所述第四连接件均与所述定位薄片固定。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的淋浴门组件,其特征在于:
    所述第三连接件上具有连接孔,所述第四连接件上具有连接轴;或,所述第三连接件上具有连接轴,所述第四连接件上具有连接 孔;
    所述连接轴的轴线与所述连接孔的轴线重合,所述连接轴设于所述连接孔中,所述定位薄片的一端与所述连接孔的孔壁固定,所述定位薄片的另一端与所述连接轴固定。
