本申请的智慧黑板包括主屏、第一副屏和至少一个第一连接件,所述第一副屏通过所述第一连接件可滑动地连接于所述主屏的侧边上,使所述第一副屏相对于所述主屏可翻转运动,所述第一连接件包括第一支件和第二支件,所述第一支件固定连接于所述主屏的侧边上,所述第二支件与所述第一副屏的侧边固定连接,所述第一支件可转动地拼接于所述第二支件内。由此,通过第一连接件的第一支件与第二支件之间的可转动拼接能够实现第一副屏相对于主屏的翻转运动,在对该智慧黑板进行使用的过程中,将整机的大部分硬件均安装在第一副屏上,当智慧黑板出现故障需要进行维修时,能够直接将第一副屏沿主屏的侧边进行翻转操作,由此能够直接进行对第一副屏的相关维护和修理,维修完毕后,再将第一副屏转回初始位置即可,整个操作过程非常方便,实现该操作的结构简单,有效的避免拆卸过程中对智慧黑板造成的损耗,节约成本,可靠性高。此外,第一连接件实现第一副屏相对于主屏进行翻转的过程通过固定柱在导槽中的滑动来实现,由导槽方向的改变带动固定柱改变方向,进而实现第一副屏的方向改变,原理可靠,操作简单有效;在对智慧黑板进行悬挂时,设置于悬挂梁上的第二缺口能够与第一连接件的工作轨迹相互配合,在拉动第一副屏的过程中,当第一副屏上的挂钩穿过第二缺口时,第一连接件的固定柱刚好移动进入导槽的圆弧槽段的入口处,有效的确保智慧黑板在悬挂状态下进行翻转的可靠性。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
参见图1至图4,本实施例提供一种智慧黑板,该智慧黑板包括主屏1、第一副屏2和两个第一连接件4,第一副屏2通过第一连接件4可滑动地连接于主屏1的侧边上,使第一副屏2相对于主屏1可翻转,第一连接件4包括第一支件41和第二支件42,第一支件41固定连接于主屏1的侧边上,第二支件42与第一副屏2的侧边固定连接,第一支件41可转动地拼接于第二支件42内,通过第一支件41与第二支件42之间的拼接来实现第二支件42在第一支件41内的滑动,结构简单,实际操作过程方便。一般的,智慧黑板的主屏1为智能交互平板,通常安装于中间位置,表面采用防眩光钢化玻璃,既能够触控书写也能够粉笔书写,副屏通常为安装在主屏1的左右两侧,能够进行粉笔书写。在本实施例中,第一副屏2安装于所述主屏1的左侧,且智慧黑板的整机的硬件大部分均安装在第一副屏2上,在智慧黑板的工作过程中,第一副屏2 和主屏1为保持平行并在同一平面内,以供老师进行教学工作;当第一副屏2出现故障需要进行维修时,能够通过连接于第一副屏2和主屏1之间的第一连接件4,将第一副屏2由主屏1的一侧拉出,进而使得第一副屏2能够相对于主屏1进行翻转,直至第一连接件4所能够实现的第一副屏2翻转的极限位置,从而使得工作人员能够直接面对第一副屏2背后的相关硬件,以便于直接进行维护和更换,避免出现对智慧黑板整体进行拆卸时容易造成屏幕的损耗现象,简化工作人员的操作过程,降低成本,且使得整个维护过程的可靠性更高。
其中第一支件41上沿长度方向设有导槽411,第二支件42的一端上设有与导槽411相对应的固定柱421,固定柱421可滑动地设置于导槽411内,使第二支件42相对于第一支件41可转动,第一支件41上的导槽411能够限定固定柱421进行滑动的方向,由固定柱421在导槽411内的滑动实现将第一副屏2从主屏1的一侧抽出的操作,由导槽411对固定柱421滑动方向的改变来实现第一副屏2相对于主屏1的翻转,结构设计简单,原理可靠。导槽411包括直槽段4111和圆弧槽段4112,圆弧槽段4112连通于直槽段4111的远离主屏1的端部,且圆弧槽为朝向主屏1的前侧弯折,由此,固定柱421由直槽段4111的靠近主屏1的端部向远离主屏1的端部进行滑动,能够使第一副屏2朝远离主屏1的方向滑出,以获得翻转时所需要的空间,当固定柱421滑至开始进入圆弧槽段4112内时,第一副屏2相对于主屏1的角度开始发生改变,圆弧槽段4112为朝向主屏1的前侧进行弯折,故而第一副屏2为向主屏1的前侧进行翻转,能够将第一副屏2的背面转出,方便工作人员对其背部的相关硬件等部件进行检测、维修和更换等操作,过程非常简单,无需对智慧黑板进行整体的拆卸,效果可靠。
进一步的,第一支件41的靠近主屏1的端侧上设有第一缺口412,第一缺口412与直槽段4111的靠近主屏1的端部相连通,在对第一连接件4进行装配时,第二支件42上的固定柱421能够通过第一缺口412处滑入第一支件41上的导槽411中,当需要对第一支件41或者第二支件42进行更换维护时,只需要将固定柱421从第一缺口412处滑出即可将第一支件41与第二支件42分离,安装和拆卸的操作过程非常简单有效。第一支件41包括两块相互平行的支板413,两块支板413上设有相对布置的导槽411孔,第二支件42设置于两块支板413之间,且固定柱421穿设于所述导槽411孔内,由此保证第二支件42在第一支件41内的可靠连接,由两块支板413和固定柱421将第二支件42和第一支件41进行相应的定位,防止第二支件42相对于第一支件41进行滑动时出现晃动导致第二支件42脱出的现象。主屏1和第一副屏2的侧边均为条形边框,第一支件41与主屏1固定连接,将第一支件41的一端插设于主屏1的边框内,第一支件41的端部上设有两个第一螺孔414,主屏1的边框上设有两个与第一螺孔414相对应的第二螺孔11,第一螺孔414与第二螺孔11之间通过螺丝相连接;第二支件42与第一副屏2固定连接,将第二支件42的一端插设于第一副屏2的边框 内,第二支件42的端部设有两个第三螺孔422,第一副屏2的边框上设有两个与第三螺孔422相对应的第四螺孔21,第三螺孔422与第四螺孔21之间通过螺丝相连接,确保第一支件41与主屏1、第二支件42与第一副屏2之间的固定连接的可靠性。需要说明的是,第一支件41与主屏1、第二支件42与第一副屏2之间的连接方式并不受本实施例的限制,在其他实施例中,当可按照实际的需要选择合适的固定连接方式,只要能够保证可靠的固定连接即可。在本实施例中,两个第一支件41为分别设置于主屏1的上、下边框的端部内,两个第二支件42为分别设置于第一副屏2的上、下边框的端部内,通过从两端部处的定位实现对第一副屏2和主屏1之间的可靠连接,且向边框内的插设更加简单方便。
另外,本实施例提供的智慧黑板还包括第二副屏3,第二副屏3通过第二连接件5连接于主屏1的侧边上,且第一副屏2和第二副屏3为分别位于主屏1的彼此相对的侧边上,第二副屏3也为供粉笔进行书写,一定程度上扩大整个智慧黑板的面积,在实际教学的使用过程中更加方便,且第二副屏3布置于主屏1上相对于第一副屏2的一侧,能够有效的避免第二副屏3为第一副屏2的翻转过程造成阻碍;第二连接件5为连接销,连接销的第一端部51插设于主屏1的侧边框内,连接销的第二端部52插设于第二副屏3的侧边框内,且两根连接销分别位于主屏1的上、下边框的端部,方便进行插设和固定连接,连接销和主屏1/第二副屏3之间的连接可以是螺栓连接,也可以是其他固定连接形式,只要能够保证将第二副屏3和主屏1进行可靠的固定即可。
在本实施例中,智慧黑板还包括悬挂梁6,主屏1、所述第一副屏2和所述第二副屏3的顶端分别设有若干个挂钩7,其中,以第一副屏2和第二副屏3上分别设置两个挂钩7,主屏1上设置五个挂钩7为例,各所述挂钩7分别挂设于悬挂梁6上,且各所挂钩7在悬挂梁6上可滑动,方便将智慧黑板在墙上进行安装,将第一副屏2由主屏1的一侧抽出进行翻转时,第一副屏2上的挂钩7为在悬挂梁6上进行滑动;悬挂梁6上设有两个用于供第一副屏2上的挂钩7穿过的第二缺口61,第一副屏2的挂钩7穿过第二缺口61时,固定柱421滑入圆弧槽段4112,此时第一副屏2能够开始进行翻转运动,设计结构可靠,操作简单。
本实施例的智慧黑板的装配过程以及实现翻转动作的过程为:现将悬挂梁6固定安装在墙面上,将第一支件41与第二支件42进行装配后安装在主屏1的上、下边框的左侧,第一支件41与主屏1的边框固定连接,再将连接销安装在主屏1的上、下边框的右侧,并将主屏1的挂钩7与悬挂梁6进行配合,以将主屏1悬挂在悬挂梁6上;然后把第二副屏3通过连接销拼接于主屏1的右侧,第一副屏2则通过第二支件42拼接于主屏1的左侧,且第一副屏2和第二副屏3上的挂钩7也分别挂设于悬挂梁6上,由此完成对整个智慧黑板的装配。翻转操作时,先将第一副屏2由主屏1的左侧向外拉出,当安装在第一副屏2上的挂钩7移动到悬挂梁6上的第二缺口61处时,第 二支件42上的固定柱421刚好移动至第一支件41的圆弧槽段4112的入口处,此时将第一副屏2向外翻转,其上的挂钩7即脱离悬挂梁6上的配合面,最后,再直至将第一副屏2翻转至其极限位置处,以便于工作人员后续的维护工作。

应当理解的是,本申请中采用术语“第一”、“第二”等来描述各种信息,但这些信息不应限于这些术语,这些术语仅用来将同一类型的信息彼此区分开。例如,在不脱离本申请范围的情况下,“第一”信息也可以被称为“第二”信息,类似的,“第二”信息也可以被称为“第一”信息。
以上所述是本申请的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也视为本申请的保护范围。
工业实用性

Claims (15)

  1. 一种智慧黑板,包括主屏、第一副屏和至少一个第一连接件,所述第一副屏通过所述第一连接件可滑动地连接于所述主屏的侧边上,使所述第一副屏相对于所述主屏可翻转运动,所述第一连接件包括第一支件和第二支件,所述第一支件固定连接于所述主屏的侧边上,所述第二支件与所述第一副屏的侧边固定连接,所述第一支件可转动地拼接于所述第二支件内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智慧黑板,其中,所述第一支件上沿长度方向设有导槽,所述第二支件的一端上设有与所述导槽相对应的固定柱,所述固定柱可滑动地设置于所述导槽内,使所述第二支件相对于所述第一支件可转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智慧黑板,其中,所述导槽包括直槽段和圆弧槽段,所述圆弧槽段连通于所述直槽段的远离所述主屏的端部,且所述圆弧槽段为朝向所述主屏的前侧弯折。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智慧黑板,其中,所述第一支件的端部设有第一缺口,所述第一缺口与所述直槽段的靠近所述主屏的端部相连通。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的智慧黑板,其中,所述第一支件包括两块相互平行的支板,所述两块支板上设有相对布置的导槽孔,所述第二支件设置于所述两块支板之间,且所述固定柱穿设于所述导槽孔内。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的智慧黑板,其中,还包括第二副屏,所述第二副屏通过第二连接件连接于所述主屏的侧边上,且所述第一副屏和所述第二副屏为分别位于所述主屏的彼此相对的侧边上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智慧黑板,其中,所述第二连接件为连接销,所述连接销的第一端部插设于所述主屏的侧边框内,所述连接销的第二端部插设于所述第二副屏的侧边框内。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的智慧黑板,其中,还包括悬挂梁,所述主屏、所述第一副屏和所述第二副屏的顶端分别设有若干个挂钩,各所述挂钩分别挂设于所述悬挂梁上,且各所述挂钩在所述悬挂梁上可滑动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智慧黑板,其中,所述悬挂梁上设有若干个用于供所述第一副屏上的挂钩穿过的第二缺口,所述第一副屏的挂钩穿过所述第二缺口时,所述固定柱滑入圆弧槽段。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的智慧黑板,其中,所述主屏和所述第一副屏的侧边均为条形边框,所述第一支件的一端插设于所述主屏的边框内,所述第二支件的一端插设于所述第一副屏的边框内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的智慧黑板,其中,所述第一支件的端部上设有两个第一螺孔,所述主屏的边框上设有两个与所述第一螺孔相对应的第二螺孔,所述第一螺孔与所述第二螺孔之间通过螺丝相连接。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的智慧黑板,其中,所述第二支件的端部上设有两个第三螺孔,所述第一副屏的边框上设有两个与所述第三螺孔相对应的第四螺孔,所述第三螺孔与所述第四螺孔之间通过螺丝相连接。
  13. 根据权利要求7所述的智慧黑板,其中,两根连接销分别位于所述主屏的上、下边框的端部。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的智慧黑板,其中,两个第一支件分别设置于所述主屏的上、下边框的端部,两个第二支件分别设置于所述第一副屏的上、下边框的端部。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的智慧黑板,其中,所述主屏为智能交互平板。
