下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的 元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
随着LED整机、液晶电视等电子产品薄型化、大尺寸化、多功能集成化设计的趋势,传统的利用螺丝锁附的方式来固定整机边框和盖板会带来诸多问题:例如,在固定时,需要先依序将边框和盖板的螺纹孔对其,并逐一锁附螺丝固定。但是,随着整机尺寸逐渐增大,受加工精度和型材变形的影响,在安装时,螺纹孔很难对齐;再例如,在组装或者维修过程中,需要利用螺丝刀拆卸或者固定螺丝,既耗费大量工时,也容易造成型材的损坏,使产品不良率增多,导致生产成本、维护成本增高;又例如,在遇到整机贴墙安装时,边框的两侧和底部会被装修包住,给后期拆卸螺丝进行维护带来困难,若在安装时预留较大的维修空间,又会影响整体的美观度;还例如,受材料和加工方式的限制,当边框的厚度小于4mm时,通过螺丝连接边框和盖板时容易出现连接强度不足的问题;还例如,在盖板的正面开设螺丝孔,会影响产品的整体外观,影响整机的美观和协调性,降低产品的档次。
为了解决上述至少部分问题,本申请实施例提供一种显示设备框架,具体参照图1和图2,其包括:边框1以及盖板2;边框1包括底板11、第一侧板12以及第二侧板13,第一侧板12和第二侧板13相对间隔设置在底板11上;盖板2的第一端与第一侧板12可拆卸固定连接,盖板2的第二端可转动地安装在第二侧板13上。
在本实施例的优选实施例中,底板11可以是矩形板,其包括两个长侧边,为第一侧边和第二侧边。第一侧板12和第二侧板13平行,且第一侧板12固定在底板11的第一侧边,第二侧板13固定在底板11的第二侧边,第一侧板12和第二侧板13均位于底板11的同一侧,第一侧板12和第二侧板13可以均垂直于底板11设置,如此,第一侧板12、底板11以及第二侧板13形成U型结构。可选地,第一侧板12、底板11以及第二侧板13为一体成型的一体件。
盖板2相对底板11设置,盖板2的两端分别与第一侧板12和第二侧板13连接,盖板2和边框1形成矩形桶结构,其结构稳定可靠,可以更好地支撑显示设备的其他部件。
盖板2的第一端与第一侧板12的可拆卸固定连接可以有多种。在某些实 施方式中,盖板2的第一端与第一侧板12利用磁吸方式固定,例如,盖板2的第一端设置有磁体,第一侧板12上设置有与磁体相吸引的金属件,再例如,盖板2的第一端设置有金属件,第一侧板12上设置有能够吸引金属件的磁体;在另一些实施例中,盖板2与第一侧板12卡接,例如,盖板2的第一端设置有卡扣,相应地,第一侧板12上设置有与该卡扣卡接的卡槽;或者,盖板2的第一端设置有卡槽,相应地,第一侧板12上设置有与该卡槽卡接的卡扣。再例如,盖板2的第一端设置有钩锁,相应地,第一侧板12上设置有与钩锁相配合的弹片;或者,盖板2的第一端设置有弹片,相应地,第一侧板12上设置有与弹片相配合的钩锁。又例如,盖板2的第一端设置有弹簧,相应地,第一侧板12上设置有与弹簧相配合的顶杆;或者,盖板2的第一端设置有顶杆,相应地,第一侧板12上设置有与顶杆相配合的弹簧。
盖板2的第二端与第二侧板13转动连接的方式有多种,例如,盖板2的第二端设置有转动开口,第二侧板13上设置有安装在转动开口内的转轴;再例如,盖板2的第二端与第二侧板13通过铰链连接;又例如,盖板2的第二端设置有销轴,第二侧板13上设置有容纳销轴的圆孔;还例如,盖板2的第二端设置有枢接轴,第二侧板13上设置有夹持臂,且夹持臂弯折形成容纳枢接轴的凹槽;还例如,盖板2的第二端和第二侧板13上均设置有转动配合的半圆形结构。可以理解的是,盖板2连接于第二侧板13后,可基于第二侧板13转动即可,本申请实施例在此对盖板2的第二端与第二侧板13的转动连接结构不做限定。
本申请实施例提供的显示设备框架,盖板2的第一端与边框1的第一侧板12可拆卸固定连接,盖板2的第二端可转动地安装在边框1的第二侧板13上,在装配本申请实施例提供的显示设备框架时,先将盖板2的第二端安装在边框1的第二侧板13上,然后转动盖板2,以使其第一端固定连接到第一侧板12上,操作简单快速,节省时间,能够提高显示设备框架的装配效率。而在需要维修拆卸本申请实施例提供的显示设备框架时,先将盖板2的第一端从第一侧板12上拆卸,然后转动盖板2,以使盖板2的第一端远离第一侧板12,最后将盖板2的第二端从第二侧板13上拆卸下来,操作简单、快速,效率高。
作为第一侧板12和盖板2可拆卸固定连接的一种具体实施方式,如图3 所示,第一侧板12设置有第一连接板14,第一连接板14上设置有第一连接结构;盖板2的第一端设置有与第一连接结构相配合的第二连接结构。在本实施方式中,较佳的,盖板2的第一端设置有第二连接板21,第二连接结构设置于第二连接板21上。
其中,第一连接板14可以是矩形板、半圆形板或者方形板等,在此不做限定。第一连接板14可以垂直于第一侧板12,且第一连接板14位于第一侧板12朝向第二侧板13的一侧。在一些实施例中,第一连接板14可以设置一个,例如,第一连接板14为一矩形板,其沿第一侧板12的长度方向延伸,即沿图1和图2中X方向延伸,此时,第一连接板14上可以设置有多个第一连接结构,且多个第一连接结构沿第一连接板14的长度方向间隔设置;或者,第一连接结构沿第一连接板14的长度方向延伸,如此设置,有利于提高连接的可靠性,特别是对于大尺寸的显示设备框架。在另一些实施例中,第一连接板14可以设置多个,多个第一连接板14沿第一侧板12的长度方向间隔设置,每个第一连接板14上可以均设置一个第一连接结构,以提高第一侧板12与盖板2连接的可靠性。
参照图3a至图3c,第一连接板21的顶面与盖板2的顶面之间的距离L大于第一侧板12的厚度D,即,第一连接板21的顶部位于第一侧板12的下方,在安装时,第一连接板21卡入第一侧板12的底面,避免盖板2上移而损坏灯板面;第一连接板21容纳在盖板2和边框1围成的空间内,还有利于降低框架的厚度。
第二连接板21可以是矩形板、半圆形板或者方形板等,在此不做限定。第二连接板21可以垂直于盖板2设置,且第二连接板21位于盖板2朝向底板11的一侧。示例性地,参照图1,第二连接板21可以是一矩形板,其沿盖板2的长度方向延伸,且第二连接板21的顶部位于第一侧板12的下方,即,在安装时,第二连接板21卡入第一侧板12的底面,避免盖板2上移而损坏灯板面。此时,第二连接板21上设置的第二连接结构的数量以及结构与第一连接结构相对应。在某些实施例中,第二连接板21可以设置多个,且多个第二连接板21沿盖板2的长度方向间隔设置,即,多个第二连接板21沿图1和图2中的X方向间隔设置,并且,此时,第二连接板21上设置的第二连接结构的数量及结构与第一连接结构相对应。
可以理解的是,第一连接结构与第二连接结构相配合,其具体结构可以有多种。第一连接结构与第二连接结构可以是起到相互卡接固定作用,第一连接结构和第二连接结构也可以仅仅起定位作用。
在此需要说明的是,在本申请实施例中,显示设备框架的长度方向为图1和图2中的X方向,显示设备框架的宽度方向为图1和图2中的Y方向,显示设备框架的高度方向为图1和图2中Z方向,且方位词“顶”指的是图1和图2中的Z方向。
在某些实施方式中,第一连接结构为开设在第一连接板14上的连接孔;第二连接结构为固定在第二连接板21上的连接柱22。
具体地,第一连接板14上的连接孔可以是圆形孔,相应地,连接柱22为圆柱;连接孔也可以是方形孔,相应地,连接柱22方形棱柱。即,为了保证连接柱22与连接孔配合的可靠性,连接柱22横截面的形状与连接孔的横截面的形状一致。
需要说明的是,连接孔与连接柱22可以卡接,以实现边框1与盖板2的第一端的固定连接。当边框1与盖板2之间通过磁吸结构连接时,连接孔与连接柱22相配合可以只起定位作用。
为了提高盖板2与边框1配合的稳定性,连接孔设置有多个,多个连接孔沿第一连接板14的长度方向间隔设置,相邻两个连接孔之间的距离可以相同,相邻两个连接孔之间的距离也可以不同;连接柱22为多个,每个连接柱22均与一个连接孔相对应,即,连接柱22与连接孔的数量一致,连接柱22与连接孔的位置一一对应。
示例性的,参照图1,连接孔设置有多组,多组连接孔沿第一连接板14的长度方向间隔设置,且相邻两组之间的连接孔的距离为第一预设距离;每组包括多个连接孔,且多个连接孔沿第一连接板14的长度方向间隔设置,相邻两个连接孔之间的距离为第二预设距离,且第二预设距离小于第一预设距离。当然,多个连接孔可以沿第一连接板14的长度方向等间隔设置。本申请实施例对连接孔的数量以及排布方式不做限定,本领域技术人员可以根据显示设备框架的具体尺寸、结构强度等进行设计。
连接柱22固定在第二连接板21上的方式有多种,例如,连接柱22可以是与第二连接板21一体成型的一体件;再例如,第二连接板21上设置有螺 纹孔,连接柱22的一端为螺柱,用于与第二连接板21上的螺纹孔螺纹连接,以实现连接柱22与第二连接板21的固定连接;又例如,第二连接板21上没有设置螺纹孔,连接柱22攻牙固定在第二连接板21上。
连接柱22可以包括柱体、设置在柱体第一端的第一连接部以及设置在柱体第二端的第二连接部,其中,第一连接部可以是锥形结构,以使连接柱22更容易插入连接孔;第二连接部用于与第二连接板21固定连接,连接部可以设置有螺纹。连接柱22的数量及排布方式与连接孔的数量及排布方式一致,在此不再赘述。
作为第一连接结构和第二连接结构的一种具体实施例方式,第一连接结构为固定在第一连接板14上的卡扣,第二连接结构为开设在第二连接板21上的卡槽,且卡槽与卡扣卡接。本实施例显示设备框架通过卡扣与卡槽卡接,实现盖板2的第一端与第一侧板12的连接,拆装方便、简单,效率高。具体地,卡扣可以是固定在第一连接板14上的凸出支臂,且凸出支臂上设置有凸点;卡槽为开设在第二连接板21上的凹槽,其形状与凸出支臂的形状相配合,并且,卡槽的侧壁设置有与凸点相配合的凹坑,通过凸出支臂与卡槽的配合、凸点与凹坑的配合,实现盖板2的第一端与第一侧板12的连接。当然,卡扣和卡槽还可以是其他具体的结构形状,本申请实施例在此不做限定。
作为第一连接结构和第二连接结构的再一种具体实施例方式,第一连接结构为固定在第一连接板14上的卡钩;第二连接结构为固定在第二连接板21上的卡片,且卡片与卡钩卡接。本实施例显示设备框架通过卡钩与卡片卡接,实现盖板2的第一端与第一侧板12的连接,连接稳定可靠,拆装方便、简单,效率高。例如,卡片上可以设置有连接孔,卡钩与连接孔卡接,实现盖板2的第一端与第一侧板12的连接。又例如,卡片可以弯折形成弯钩结构,利用卡片本身的弹性,使得卡钩与弯钩卡接,实现盖板2的第一端与第一侧板12的连接。本申请实施例在此对卡钩与卡片的具体结构不做限定。
作为第一连接结构和第二连接结构的又一种具体实施例方式,第一连接结构为固定在第一连接板14上的弹簧;第二连接结构为固定在第二连接板21上的顶杆,且顶杆与弹簧卡接。本实施例显示设备框架通过弹簧与顶杆 卡接,实现盖板2的第一端与第一侧板12的连接,连接稳定可靠,拆装方便、简单,效率高;并且,弹簧具有弹性力,可以缓冲盖板2与边框1之间的刚性冲击。
以上对盖板2和第一侧板12可拆卸固定连接的结构详细描述,下面描述盖板2可转动的安装在第二侧板13上的具体结构。
作为盖板2的第二端可转动地安装在第二侧板13上的一种具体地实施方式,如图4c所示,盖板2的第二端设置有转动开口26;第二侧板13上设置有转动臂16,转动臂16可转动地安装在转动开口26内。
例如,盖板2的第二端设置有第三连接板,第三连接板上设置有转动开口26,转动臂16容纳在转动开口26内,且盖板2能够绕转动臂16转动。再例如,盖板2的第二端设置有两个弧形臂,两个弧形臂形成转动开口26,转动臂16容纳在转动开口26内,且盖板2能够绕转动臂16转动。又例如,盖板2的第二端朝向底板11弯折延伸形成第一连接臂27,第一连接臂27的上方设置有第二连接臂28,第二连接臂28与盖板2形成预设角度;第一连接臂27、盖板2以及第二连接臂28形成转动开口26;第二侧板13的端部朝向第一侧板12弯折延伸形成转动臂16。盖板2通过转动开口26与转动臂16实现转动连接,当盖板2与边框1合上时,能够减少盖板2与边框1的缝隙,减少显示设备框架所占用的空间,有利于开发轻薄型显示设备;并且,能够使显示设备框架规整,使得显示设备框架的外表面没有可拆卸用力的位置,避免了非专业人员在不知情的情况下误拆开盖板造成安全事故,有效地提高了整机地安全性。当盖板2绕转动臂16打开时,能够保证盖板2不从边框1上脱落下来,无需将盖板拆卸,方便维护,有利于提高维护效率。
继续参照图4c,第一连接臂27设置在盖板2的第二端,其可以是直臂,该直臂与盖板2形成夹角;第一连接臂27可以是弧形臂,其朝向底板11延伸。第二连接臂28可以是直臂,其与盖板2形成预设角度·,该预设角度·的范围为10°-45°,作为一个优选地实施方式,预设角度·为25度。第一连接臂27、第一连接臂27和第二连接臂28之间的盖板2、第二连接臂28形成Y型结构,如此设置结构简单,方便加工。可选地,第一连接臂27和第二连接臂28与盖板2为一体成型的一体件。
转动臂16可以是弧形臂,且该弧形臂的弧形位于显示设备框架内部;转 动臂16可以是直臂,该直臂与第二侧板13形成一夹角,该夹角为钝角,例如150度。
进一步地,转动臂16与第二侧板13的连接处设置有抵接凹坑161,盖板2能够相对第二侧板13转动至第一连接臂27与抵接凹坑161抵接。在对盖板2和边框1之间的器件进行维护时,盖板2相对第二侧板13转动,且转动至第一连接臂27与抵接凹坑161抵接,以保证盖板不从底部、正面脱落,起到固定作用。
参照图1,在本实施方式中,第一连接臂27沿盖板2的长度方向延伸,且第二连接臂28也沿盖板2的长度方向延伸,由此,第一连接臂27、盖板2以及第二连接臂28形成的转动开口26也沿盖板2的长度方向延伸;相应地,转动臂16沿第二侧板13的长度方向延伸。如此设置使得第二侧板13的整个长边均与盖板2的第二端长边连接,有利于提高连接的稳定性。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,盖板2也可以与第二侧板13铰接,具体地,盖板2的第二端设置有铰接轴;第二侧板13上设置有容纳铰接轴的铰接开口。其中,铰接轴位于盖板2朝向底板11的一侧,且铰接轴可以沿盖板2的长度方向延伸,相应地,铰接开口沿第二侧板13的长度方向延伸。或者,铰接轴为多段,多段铰接轴沿盖板2的长度方向间隔设置,相应地,铰接开口也多段,且铰接开口的数量和位置与铰接轴一一对应。
为了提高盖板2的第一端与第一侧板12连接的稳定性,本实施例提供的框架还包括第一磁吸件15以及与第一磁吸件15相互吸引的第二磁吸件23,第一磁吸件15固定在第一连接板14朝向盖板2的一侧,第二磁吸件23与第二连接板21固定连接。
具体参照图3a,第一磁吸件15位于第一连接板14朝向盖板2的一侧,第二磁吸件23位于第二连接板21朝向底板11的一侧,且第一磁吸件15和第二磁吸件23能够相互吸引,以提高盖板2的第一端与第一侧板12连接的稳定性。其中,第一磁吸件15可以是磁体,此时,第二磁吸件23能够与第一磁吸件15相互吸引的磁体或者铁、钴、镍等金属件;第一磁吸件15也可以是铁、钴、镍等能够被磁体吸引的金属件,此时,第二磁吸件23可以是能够吸引铁、钴、镍等金属件的磁体。本申请实施例对第一磁吸件15和第二磁吸件23的具体材质不做限定。
第一磁吸件15与第一连接板14固定连接方式有多种,例如,第一磁吸件15与第一连接板14卡接;再例如,第一磁吸件15与第一连接板14螺纹连接。作为第一磁吸件15与第一连接板14固定连接的一种实施方式,第一磁吸件15上设置有第一固定孔。本实施例提供的显示设备框架还包括第一紧固件(图中并未示出),第一紧固件穿过第一固定孔后与第一连接板14螺纹连接。例如,第一紧固件可以是螺柱,第一连接板14上设置有第一螺纹孔,螺柱穿过第一固定孔与第一螺纹孔螺纹连接,从而将第一磁吸件15固定在第一连接板14上;再例如,第一紧固件为螺钉,螺钉穿过第一固定孔后,在第一连接板14上攻牙而与第一连接板14螺纹连接,从而将第一磁吸件15固定在第一连接板14上。
第二磁吸件23与第二连接板21的固定连接方式有多种,例如,第二磁吸件23与第二连接板21卡接;再例如,第二磁吸件23与第二连接板21螺纹连接。作为第二磁吸件23与第二连接板21固定连接的一种实施方式,第二磁吸件23上设置有第二固定孔。本实施例提供的显示设备框架还包括第二紧固件(图中并未示出),第二紧固件穿过第二固定孔后与第二连接板21螺纹连接。例如,第二紧固件可以是螺柱,第二连接板21上设置第二螺纹孔,螺柱穿过第二固定孔后与第二螺纹孔螺纹连接,从而将第二磁吸件23固定在第二连接板21上;再例如,第二紧固件为螺钉,螺钉穿过第二固定孔后,在第二连接板21上攻牙而与第二连接板21螺纹连接,从而将第二磁吸件23固定在第二连接板21上。
此外,第一磁吸件15可以是圆形、椭圆形、多边形或者不规则的形状等,本申请实施例对第一磁吸件15的形状不做限定。例如,参照图1,第一磁吸件15可以是圆环结构。第二磁吸件23可以是圆形、椭圆形、多边形或者不规则的形状等,本申请实施例对第二磁吸件23的形状不做限定,例如,参照图1,第二磁吸件23为矩形结构。
为了进一步提高边框1与盖板2连接的稳定性,在其中一些实施例中,第一磁吸件15设置有多个,多个第一磁吸件15沿第一连接板14的长度方向间隔设置,其中,任何相邻第一磁吸件15之间的距离可以相同,或者,相邻两个第一磁吸件15之间的距离也可以不同,本领域技术人员可以根据边框1的实际结构进行设计。另外,第二磁吸件23设置有多个,多个第二磁吸件 23沿第二连接板21的长度方向间隔设置。其中,任何相邻第二磁吸件23之间的距离可以相同,或者,相邻两个第二磁吸件23之间的距离也可以不同,本领域技术人员可以根据盖板2的实际结构进行设计。
关于第一磁吸件15与第二磁吸件23的对应关系有多种情况:例如,一个第二磁吸件23对应多个第一磁吸件15,即,一个第二磁吸件23同时与多个第一磁吸件15相吸引;再例如,多个第二磁吸件23对应一个第一磁吸件15,即,多个第二磁吸件23同时与同一个第一磁吸件15相吸引;又例如,每个第二磁吸件23均与一个第一磁吸件15相对应,即,每个第二磁吸件23与第一磁吸件15一一对应相吸引。本申请实施例对第一磁吸件15与第二磁吸件23的数量以及排布、对应方式不做限定。
在较佳方案中,第一磁吸件15和第二磁吸件23均设置为多个且数量一致,多个第一磁吸件15沿第一连接板14的长度方向间隔设置,且第一磁吸件15和第二磁吸件23的位置一一对应。第一连接结构和第二连接结构均设置有多个且数量一致,多个第一连接结构沿第一连接板14的长度方向间隔设置,且第二连接结构与第一连接结构的位置一一对应。并且,相邻两个第一磁吸件15之间设置一个第一连接结构,同时,相邻两个第二磁吸件件23之间设置有一个第二连接结构。
示例性地,参照图1,圆环结构的第一磁吸件15设置有多组,且多组第一磁吸件15沿第一连接板14的长度方向间隔设置,且相邻两组第一磁吸件15之间的距离为第三预设长度;每组第一磁吸件15包括多个第一磁吸件15,且多个第一磁吸件15沿第一连接板14的长度方向间隔设置,且相邻两个第一磁吸件15之间的距离为第四预设长度,且第四预设长度小于第三预设长度。相应地,矩形结构的第二磁吸件23也设置有多个,且第二磁吸件23的数量与第一磁吸件15的组数一致,且每个第二磁吸件23上设置有多个与第二紧固件连接的第二固定孔,每个第二磁吸件23上第二固定孔的数量与一组内第一磁吸件15的数量一致,且第二固定孔的位置与第一磁吸件15的设置位置一一对应。
利用金属操作工具,例如,夹爪、卡钳等,安装或者拆卸显示设备框架,难免在显示设备框架的表面留下划痕而影响产品的美观性,增加产品的不良率。为此,本申请实施例提供的显示设备框架设计为可以利用磁吸工具安装 和拆卸。具体地,如图4a所示,本申请实施例在盖板2朝向底板11的一侧设置有金属板24。其中,金属板24能够被磁吸工具3吸引,其可以是铁板、钴板、镍板等,本申请实施例对金属板24的材质不做限定。此外,金属板24可以是圆形板、椭圆形板、多边形板或者不规则形状的板等,本申请实施例对金属板24的形状不做限定。金属板24与盖板2可以卡接,金属板24与盖板2可以螺纹连接,在此不做限定。在一些实施方式中,金属板24可以设置一个;在另一些实施方式中,金属板24可以设置多个,多个金属板24沿盖板2的长度方向间隔设置,以提高与磁吸工具3的吸引力。
为了防止盖板2变形,同时增大盖板2的结构强度,盖板2在朝向底板11的一侧设置有加强筋25,加强筋25沿盖板2的长度方向延伸。加强筋25可以设置一个,加强筋25也可以设置多个,例如,两个、三个、四个等,多个加强筋25沿盖板2的高度方向间隔设置,即,多个加强筋25沿图示中Z方向间隔设置。
此外,加强筋25还可以为金属板24提供安装位置,即,金属板24与加强筋25连接,例如,螺丝依次在金属板24和加强筋25上攻牙,实现金属板24与加强筋25的固定连接。
下面结合图3a至图3c,详细描述本申请实施例提供的显示设备框架的安装过程:
参照图3a,将第一磁吸件15固定在第一连接板14上,并将第二磁吸件23固定在第二连接板21上;然后将第二侧板13上设置的转动臂16卡入转动开口26中;参照图3b,逆时针转动盖板2;最后参照图3c,连接柱22卡入第一连接板14上设置的连接孔内,从而完成显示设备框架的装配,简单快速、节省时间,效率高。并且,如此设置,能够使盖板2外观表面完整,无任何螺纹孔和破边,在装配完成后,盖板2是平整的表面没有任何拆卸位置,避免了非专业人员在不知情的情况下拆卸盖板2造成安全事故。
下面结合图4a至图4c,详细描述本申请实施例提供的显示设备框架的拆卸过程:
参照图4a,将磁吸工具3靠近盖板2,磁吸工具与金属板24相吸引;参照图4b,盖板2相对第二侧板13顺时针转动,从而将连接柱22从第一连接板14上设置的连接孔内脱出;参照图4c,盖板2转动到一定角度后,向上 提拉磁吸工具3,从而将盖板2从边框1上拆卸下来。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的显示设备框架具有以下优点:
1、通过盖板的第一端与边框的第一侧板卡接,盖板的第二端可转动地安装在边框的第二侧板上,无需螺丝固定而实现盖板与边框的连接,避免了安装和维护时来回拆卸螺丝带来的低效,提高了生产维护时的效率,有效地降低生产、维护成本。
2、针对大尺寸整机边框,解决其螺丝孔对不齐的问题,也避免了因螺丝孔所需的边框较大的壁厚,进一步减少边框的壁厚,有利于将整机做的更加轻薄。
3、盖板通过第二连接板固定连接柱、通过加强筋结构固定金属板,保证了盖板外观面的一致性,实现整体造型的美观和一致性。
4、盖板和边框在拆卸时,旋转和斜上移动即可拆除板,使得整机可以实现嵌墙安装,无需预留两侧和底部的前维护空间,有利于整机与安装环境融为一体。
5、保证了盖板外观面的完整,没有拆卸用力的位置,避免了非专业人员在不知情的情况下误拆开盖板造成安全事故,有效地提高了整机地安全性。
6、无需借助任何工具,只需要卡入、转动,即可安装完成;在拆卸时,仅需利用普通的磁吸工具,即可实现盖板的快速拆卸,真正做到便捷快速安装和维护,也不会划伤显示设备框架。
本申请实施例还提供一种显示设备,其包括上述实施例所述的显示设备框架。其中,本实施例提供的显示设备框架的结构、功能和效果与上述实施例相同,具体可以参照上述实施例,在此不再进行赘述。
此外,本申请实施例提供的显示设备可以是LED整机、液晶电视、平板电脑等具有显示功能的设备,本申请实施例对此不做限定。
本申请实施例提供的显示设备,由于其包括上述实施例所述的显示设备框架,因此本申请实施例提供的显示设备也具有与上述的显示设备框架的相同的优点,在此不再赘述。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种显示设备框架,其中,包括:边框以及盖板;
    所述边框包括底板、第一侧板以及第二侧板,所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板相对间隔设置在所述底板上;
    所述盖板的第一端与所述第一侧板可拆卸固定连接,所述盖板的第二端可转动地安装在所述第二侧板上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备框架,其中,所述第一侧板设置有第一连接板,所述第一连接板上设置有第一连接结构;
    所述盖板的第一端设置有第二连接板,所述第二连接板上设置有与所述第一连接结构相配合的第二连接结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示设备框架,其中,所述第一连接结构为开设在所述第一连接板上的连接孔;
    所述第二连接结构为固定在所述第二连接板上的连接柱。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示设备框架,其中,所述连接孔为多个,多个所述连接孔沿所述第一连接板的长度方向间隔设置;所述连接柱为多个,每个所述连接柱均与一个所述连接孔相对应。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备框架,其中,所述盖板的第二端设置有转动开口;
    所述第二侧板上设置有转动臂,且所述转动臂可转动地安装在所述转动开口内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示设备框架,其中,所述盖板的第二端朝向所述底板弯折延伸形成第一连接臂,所述第一连接臂的上方设置有第二连接臂,所述第二连接臂与所述盖板形成预设角度;所述第一连接臂、所述盖板以及所述第二连接臂形成所述转动开口;
    所述第二侧板的端部朝向所述第一侧板弯折延伸形成所述转动臂。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示设备框架,其中,所述预设角度的范围为10°-45°。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的显示设备框架,其中,所述转动臂与所述第二侧板的连接处设置有抵接凹坑;
    所述盖板能够相对所述第二侧板转动至所述第一连接臂与所述抵接凹坑 抵接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备框架,其中,所述盖板的第二端设置有铰接轴;
    所述第二侧板上设置有容纳所述铰接轴的铰接开口。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备框架,其中,所述第一侧板设置有第一连接板,所述盖板的第一端设置有第二连接板;
    所述显示设备框架还包括第一磁吸件以及与所述第一磁吸件相互吸引的第二磁吸件,所述第一磁吸件固定在所述第一连接板朝向所述盖板的一侧,所述第二磁吸件与所述第二连接板固定连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的显示设备框架,其中,所述第一磁吸件上设置有第一固定孔;所述显示设备框架还包括第一紧固件,所述第一紧固件穿过所述第一固定孔后与所述第一连接板螺纹连接;或者
    所述第二磁吸件上设置有第二固定孔;所述显示设备框架还包括第二紧固件,所述第二紧固件穿过所述第二固定孔后与所述第二连接板螺纹连接;或者
    所述第一磁吸件上设置有第一固定孔;所述显示设备框架还包括第一紧固件,所述第一紧固件穿过所述第一固定孔后与所述第一连接板螺纹连接,所述第二磁吸件上设置有第二固定孔;所述显示设备框架还包括第二紧固件,所述第二紧固件穿过所述第二固定孔后与所述第二连接板螺纹连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示设备框架,其中,所述第一磁吸件设置有多个,多个所述第一磁吸件沿所述第一连接板的长度方向间隔设置;
    所述第二磁吸件设置有多个,多个所述第二磁吸件沿所述第二连接板的长度方向间隔设置;一个所述第二磁吸件与多个所述第一磁吸件相吸引,或者,多个所述第二磁吸件与一个所述第一磁吸件相吸引,或者,每个所述第二磁吸件均与一个所述第一磁吸件相吸引。
  13. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的显示设备框架,其中,所述盖板朝向所述底板的一侧设置有金属板。
  14. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的显示设备框架,其中,所述盖板朝向所述底板的一侧设置有加强筋,所述加强筋沿所述盖板的长度方向延伸。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的显示设备框架,其中,所述加强筋为多个, 多个所述加强筋沿所述盖板的高度方向间隔设置。
  16. 一种显示设备,其中,包括权利要求1-15任一项所述的显示设备框架。
