Definitions
- the present invention relates to a cosmetic container that can be used to contain various contents such as a liquid type as well as a solid type such as a cream, and more specifically, the cosmetic can be easily opened and closed from the container through one-touch operation of the pressing cap. It relates to a cosmetic container in which the cap is opened and closed by a one touch method to provide convenience of opening and closing the cap according to the use of the container.
- containers used to contain various contents are divided into a container in which the contents are contained, and a cap that is opened and closed to protect and safely use the contents contained in the container.
- the cap that is opened and closed with respect to the container employs a variety of opening and closing methods depending on the type, shape, or purpose of the contents, and as an example, a cap of a screw coupling method is mainly used.
- Such a screw-type cap coupling structure despite the simplicity of the coupling structure, has a hassle of always holding and opening and closing the cap, and in particular, it is necessary to adopt a separate structure to prevent slip due to the rotational operation of the cap.
- a separate structure to prevent slip due to the rotational operation of the cap.
- the type of the contents for example, in the case of a cream-type cosmetic, it is more slippery and thus it may be difficult to open and close, and if the cosmetic gets on the cap during the opening and closing of the cap, it may cause an unsanitary problem. .
- Patent Document 1 there has been proposed a safety cap to open and close the cap from the container through a method of holding and pressing the push buttons provided on both sides of the inner cap by hand.
- the safety cap presented in Patent Document 1 can be said to be an improvement over the conventional screw opening and closing cap structure, but there is the inconvenience of holding two push buttons and simultaneously pressing them.
- the inner cap When the cap is raised by the reaction force of the spring, the inner cap must be artificially lifted, so that the attachment ring of the inner cap is bent outwards through the elastic part, and the structure is forcibly separated from the fixed ring formed in the opening of the container, so that the cap can be opened and closed.
- the technical problem to be achieved by the present invention is that one or more opening and closing operation pieces provided in the inside of the pressing cap through the simple pressing operation of the pressing cap in a one-touch manner simultaneously lose or restore the locking force to the opening of the container through the operation of the cap. It is to provide a cosmetic container in which the cap is opened and closed by a one touch method so that the opening and closing operation can be performed to make the opening and closing operation of the cap more convenient and convenient.
- the cap is rotated in a predetermined direction to prevent the pressing cap from moving up and down, so that the pressing cap can be prevented from being separated from the container by being pressed by an external environment rather than a user's manipulation. It is to provide a cosmetic container.

- the cosmetic container is disposed inside the rotating bracket, and further comprises a fixing bracket including a supporting protrusion disposed at a predetermined distance apart along a circumference on the lower portion of the outer surface, and the supporting protrusion The upper portion of the can be inclined at a predetermined angle.
- two fixed protrusions may be disposed between adjacent support protrusions, with the top of the fixed bracket disposed inside the rotating bracket.
- the opening/closing operation portions on both sides of the inner cap by the pressing surface are the central groove. Is pressed to the side, the fixed protrusion in the state located in the second groove is disposed in the first groove formed in a space shorter than the second groove, the locking frame of the container is inserted into the fixed groove of the opening and closing operation portion , The inner surface of the opening and closing operation portion is positioned to surround the inner cap so that the pressing cap does not protrude.
- the cosmetic container when the cap housing is rotated a predetermined angle in a predetermined direction, the support protrusion is located at the bottom of the fixed protrusion disposed in the second groove, the fixed protrusion is the It may be positioned to be fixed to the second groove.
- the pressing surface in the cosmetic container, when the fixing protrusion is disposed and fixed in the second groove, even if pressure is applied to the pressing surface, the pressing surface may not move downward.
