技术领域
本发明涉及开关柜手车,特别涉及带有避雷器的开关柜手车及使用该手车的开关柜。
背景技术
目前,国内、外空气绝缘高压开关柜普遍采用将电压互感器(PT)、避雷器安装于电缆室,保护电压互感器用的熔断器做成熔断器手车安装于手车上的布置方式。但是,电压互感器固定安装于电缆室,运维检修不方便,避雷器固定安装于电缆室也存在检修人员触电的安全隐患,结构也不够紧凑。现有技术中也有将电压互感器安装于电缆室,避雷器、熔断器安装于手车上的技术方案,使用中仍存在不便之处。并且,电压互感器、避雷器或熔断器出现故障时,现有的布置方式需要停电维修。
现有技术中还有将电压互感器、避雷器、熔断器均安装于手车上的方案,其大体结构例如授权公告号为CN205921284U的中国专利公开的一种12kV电压互感器手车,包括车架,车架的后侧设有手车面板,手车面板的前侧设有避雷器、触臂和熔断器(即熔管)。其中手车面板上开设有避雷器计数器观察孔,车架的上部水平排列有三个与三相电路分别对应的绝缘子,绝缘子上安装U形弯板,U形弯板外套有绝缘罩,触臂通过螺栓直接固定 在U形弯板上,触臂外套有绝缘护套和绝缘罩,避雷器设置在绝缘子下方并与触臂相连,熔断器连接在U形弯板上,并通过连接铜排与手车底部固定的电压互感器连接。中国专利CN207926043U、CN208078498U也公开了类似结构,且CN208078498U中的熔断器安装在触臂的套筒内。
上述结构将电压互感器、避雷器、熔断器均安装于手车上,减小了柜体的体积,方便了开关柜的检修与维护。但是,现有的手车上的避雷器与触臂并列布置,空间较为拥挤,为了保证爬电距离、保证绝缘性能,需要增大手车体积,结构不够紧凑。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带有避雷器的开关柜手车,以解决现有的开关柜手车结构不够紧凑的问题。同时,本发明实施例还提供了一种使用该开关柜手车的开关柜,解决现有的开关柜由于手车结构不够紧凑而导致的内部空间紧张的问题。

本发明实施例中带有避雷器的开关柜手车的实施例二如图6、图7所示,本实施例中,电压互感器250远离手车面板211的一侧的端子与触臂230通过连接铜排240导通,靠近手车面板211的一侧的端子通过共同的接地铜排251接地。另外,本实施例中避雷器220上未设置防护罩,且触臂230的外周面上设有可拆封盖231,可拆封盖231打开后,可以将熔断器沿触臂230径向取出或装入,熔断器装入后,其前端和后端分别与触臂两端的梅花触头和导电杆导通。可拆封盖231上设有观察窗232,观察窗232采用玻璃制成,既能够保证安全,又便于观察熔断器的情况。可拆封盖231可以采用螺钉、卡扣、滑槽等方式连接在触臂主体上,采用可拆封盖便于更换熔断器,并且能够将作为易爆元件的熔断器封闭起来,能够减少故障率并避免发生故障时波及其他元件,有利于提高运行可靠性。在其他实施例中,观察窗232也可以替换为其他材质,例如树脂。

Claims (10)

  1. 带有避雷器的开关柜手车,包括车架,车架的后侧设有手车面板,车架上于手车面板的前侧设置有触臂,所述开关柜手车还包括与触臂连接的避雷器,所述避雷器的后端固定在车架上,所述触臂的后端固定在避雷器的前端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带有避雷器的开关柜手车,所述避雷器包括由阀片前后层叠布置而形成的阀片组和设置在阀片组前后两端的导电连接件,所述阀片组和导电连接件通过环氧树脂浇注成型。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带有避雷器的开关柜手车,所述避雷器前端的导电连接件上设有螺纹孔,所述触臂的后端设有螺杆并通过螺杆固定在螺纹孔内。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的带有避雷器的开关柜手车,所述避雷器前端的导电连接件上设有用于遮蔽避雷器与触臂的连接部位的防护罩。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的带有避雷器的开关柜手车,所述开关柜手车还包括用于保护电压互感器的熔断器,所述熔断器设置在触臂内,所述触臂的外周面上设有用于拆装熔断器的开槽,所述开槽上设有可拆封盖。
  6. 开关柜,包括手车室和带有避雷器的开关柜手车,带有避雷器的开关柜手车,包括车架,车架的后侧设有手车面板,车架上于手车面板的前侧设置有触臂,所述开关柜手车还包括与触臂连接的避雷器,所述避雷器的后端固定在车架上,所述触臂的后端固定在避雷器的前端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的开关柜,所述避雷器包括由阀片前后层叠布置而形成的阀片组和设置在阀片组前后两端的导电连接件,所述阀片组和导电连接件通过环氧树脂浇注成型。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的开关柜,所述避雷器前端的导电连接件上设有螺纹孔,所述触臂的后端设有螺杆并通过螺杆固定在螺纹孔内。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的开关柜,所述避雷器前端的导电连接件上设有用于遮蔽避雷器与触臂的连接部位的防护罩。
  10. 根据权利要求6或7或8所述的开关柜,所述开关柜手车还包括用于保护电压互感器的熔断器,所述熔断器设置在触臂内,所述触臂的外周面上设有用于拆装熔断器的开槽,所述开槽上设有可拆封盖。
