发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明公开了一种人畜粪便污物生物发酵装置,实现了对人畜粪便污物的发酵处理。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种人畜粪便污物生物发酵装置,包括发酵池;
搅拌机构,其设置在发酵池内,包括第一搅拌轴和第二搅拌轴,所述的第一搅拌轴设置在第二搅拌轴内,各自通过驱动装置驱动其旋转;
气仓,其设置在发酵池的下方,气仓与发酵池内部之间通过隔离层隔离,气仓内的气体可进入到所述的发酵池内,为人畜粪便污物发酵提供所需要的气体。
物料提升装置,其设置在发酵池的一侧,用于提升物料。
作为进一步的技术方案,所述的发酵池的侧壁上还设有加热装置,为人畜粪便污物生物发酵提供所需要的温度。

本发明的有益效果:

发酵池11,具体的使用时,可以将所述的发酵池设置在地下,采用砖砌成;或者直接采用一个罐体代替,均可;发酵池11的顶部可以采用的现有的大棚技术进行密封。
搅拌机构,其设置在发酵池11内,包括第一搅拌轴6和第二搅拌轴5,所述的第一搅拌轴6设置在第二搅拌轴5内,各自通过驱动装置驱动其旋转;第二搅拌轴5为空心的中空结构,其内部的空心直径大于第一搅拌轴6的整体的外部直径,使得第一搅拌轴6直接套装在第二搅拌轴5内;第一搅拌轴6通过第一驱动装置13驱动其转轴,第二搅拌轴5通过第二驱动装置14驱动其转轴。
进一步的,第一搅拌轴6和第二搅拌轴5可以采用绞龙结构,污物在两个搅拌轴的搅拌作用下,可以实现更充分的搅拌,具体的,第一搅拌轴使得污物从底部向上运动,第二搅拌轴使得从第一搅拌轴翻上来的污物从上向下运动,最后不断循环,实现污物的不断上、下翻抄。
气仓1,其设置在发酵池11的下方,气仓1与发酵池内部之间通过隔离层2隔离,气仓内的气体可进入到所述的发酵池内,为人畜粪便污物发酵提供所需要的气体,气体具有一定的压力和温度;气体具有一定的压力,主要是为了保证气体可以从气仓进入到发酵池11内,具有一定的温度主要是为了提高发酵池内的温度,为发酵菌的发酵提供所需要的温度。
气仓可以采用现有的储气罐的结构,也可以根据实际需要,在现场搭建气仓。气仓的设置形式可以是如图1所示的,通过隔断的设置成多个气仓,也可以设置成一个大的气仓。
作为进一步的技术方案,隔离层2包括多层网状支架和透气纤维布,透气纤维布设置在多层网状支架的顶部,这样使得只能气体从气仓进入到所述的发酵池,而发酵池内的物料无法进入到气仓。
物料提升装置9,其设置在发酵池的一侧,用于提升物料;其可以设计成链条传送结构,为了防止物料在运输过程中掉落,可以在链条上间隔的设置物料挡板,在链条的底部设有防漏板,主要上为了防止物料在提升过程中下漏。
物料挡板与链条运动方向垂直;防漏板与链条运动方向平行。
在人畜粪便污物正常发酵的过程中,物料提升装置不运行,在污物发酵完成 后,打开物料提升装置,机械手在所述的第二搅拌轴的带动下将发酵池底部的物料带到物料提升装置上,实现物料的提升和运出。
在本实施例或者其他实施例中,在发酵池11的侧壁上还设有加热装置,为人畜粪便污物生物发酵提供所需要的温度;具体的,加热装置可以采用现有的电阻丝的形式,或者是将发酵池11的侧壁设计成空心结构,在侧壁内通入加热介质。
在本实施例或者其他实施例中,人畜粪便污物生物发酵装置还包括供气装置,所述的供气装置通过通气管道向所述的气仓内供气。具体的,供气装置7可采用现有的风扇式结构,通过风扇和通气通道8向气仓内通气。
在本实施例或者其他实施例中,所述的发酵池内还设有温度检测装置、气体检测装置,所述的温度检测装置将检测的温度信号发送给控制系统,控制系统控制加热装置加热;气体检测装置将检测的气体信号发送给控制系统,控制系统控制供气装置供气。
在本实施例或者其他实施例中,第二搅拌轴的底部圆周方向上设有机械手10,机械手10的末端与发酵池11的侧壁之间略有间隙,主要目的是使得机械手10在所述的第二搅拌轴5的带动在发酵池内旋转,机械手10可以将发酵池底部的物料翻起,防止物料的在发酵池底部的堆积;同时在污物发酵完成后,打开物料提升装置,机械手10在所述的第二搅拌轴的带动下可以将发酵池11底部的物料带到物料提升装置上,实现物料的提升和运出。

具体的使用方法如下:
在实际使用时,可以根据实际情况,将所述的发酵池11设置在地下,发酵池的侧面设置地下通道4,在发酵池11的下方设置气仓1;气仓1与发酵池内部之间通过隔离层2隔离;
然后将人畜粪便污物放置在发酵池11内,发酵池11的顶部通过塑料大棚12密封,整体形成一个密封结构;
两个搅拌装置固定在地面上,需要时,启动电机开始搅拌,且搅拌装置在对污物进行搅拌的过程中,通过气仓向所述的发酵池内通入所需的气体,实现发酵;
同时由于污物在搅拌过程中会降温,为了保证污物发酵所需要的问题,可以通过加热装置对发酵池进行加热(比较适合冬天气温比较低的情况下);
在污物发酵完成后,打开物料提升装置9,机械手10在所述的第二搅拌轴的带动下将发酵池底部的物料带到物料提升装置上,实现物料的提升和运出。
具体的,本发明产生的效果如下:
1.本发明采用两个搅拌轴套装的形式,可以使污物进行更充分的搅拌。
2.本发明通过设置加热装置,使得在外部环境温度无法满足发酵温度的条件下,启动加热装置保证发酵池内的发酵温度,进而保证微生物的发酵条件。
3.通过设置气仓和供气装置,可以为人畜粪便污物发酵提供所需要的气体,同时可以实现对发酵池的降温,进而保证微生物的发酵条件。
4.通过设置温度检测装置、气体检测装置实现对发酵池的自动控制。
5.通过设置机械手,放置发酵池底部的污物堆积。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种人畜粪便污物生物发酵装置,其特征在于,包括发酵池;
    搅拌机构,其设置在所述的发酵池内,包括第一搅拌轴和第二搅拌轴,所述的第一搅拌轴设置在第二搅拌轴内,各自与驱动装置相连,用于驱动其旋转;所述第二搅拌轴为空心的中空结构,其内部的空心直径大于第一搅拌轴的整体外部直径;所述的第一搅拌轴和第二搅拌轴均采用绞龙结构;
    气仓,其设置在发酵池的下方,气仓与发酵池内部之间通过隔离层隔离,气仓内的气体可进入到所述的发酵池内;
    物料提升装置,其设置在发酵池的一侧,用于提升物料;
    还包括供气装置,所述的供气装置通过通气管道向所述的气仓内供入一定压力和一定温度的气体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种人畜粪便污物生物发酵装置,其特征在于,所述的发酵池的侧壁上还设有加热装置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种人畜粪便污物生物发酵装置,其特征在于,所述的发酵池内还设有温度检测装置、气体检测装置,所述的温度检测装置将检测的温度信号发送给控制系统,控制系统控制加热装置加热;气体检测装置将检测的气体信号发送给控制系统,控制系统控制供气装置供气。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种人畜粪便污物生物发酵装置,其特征在于,所述的第二搅拌轴的底部圆周方向上设有机械手,所述机械手末端与发酵池的侧壁之间略有间隙。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种人畜粪便污物生物发酵装置,其特征在于,所述的隔离层包括多层网状支架和透气纤维布,所述透气纤维布设置在多层网状支架的顶部。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种人畜粪便污物生物发酵装置,其特征在于,所述的物料提升装置为链条传输装置,在链条传输装置的链条上间隔的设置有与其垂直的物料挡板。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种人畜粪便污物生物发酵装置,其特征在于,沿着链条的运动方向,在所述的链条底部还设有防漏板。
