如图1至图10所示,为了方便安装使用本儿童安全防护装置,所述固定部11和保护部12通过连接桥13连接。进一步可选地,连接桥13也可以采用柔性材料制作,所述固定部11和所述保护部12采用柔性材料连接。如图11所示,在安装本儿童安全防护装置时可以掀起保护部12,将固定部11固定好后松开保护部12,保护部在重力作用下自由下垂包覆在所述连接件2上。当然可以理解,如果是保护部整体为柔性材料,连接桥13也可以不使用柔性材料,掀起保护部12的同时保护部12发生形变可以安装固定部11。为进一步降低加工成本,可选将所述固定部11和保护部12一体成型。所述固定部11和所述保护部12之间预留有预定的间隙100,该间隙100可以作为容置连接件2的空间。本儿童安全防护装置的所述固定部11和保护部12及连接桥13组成的纵切面是U形。
如图5、至图8所示,在所述保护部12的边缘设置有向所述固定部11方向延伸的凸棱120。凸棱120可以从多个方向全面包覆在所述连接件2上,全向保护连接件2从各个方向均不外露。
如图12、图13所示,为了使本发明提供的儿童安全防护装置适用于不同的安装环境,所述固定部11包括第一固定部111和第二固定部112,所述第一固定部111和第二固定部112连接,所述第一固定部111和所述第二固定部112成预定夹角。进一步地,所述保护部12包括第一保护部121和第二保护部122,所述第一保护部121和所述第二保护部122连接,所述第一保护部121和所述第二保护部122成预定夹角。所述预定夹角可选为90°、180°或270°。应当可以理解,本发明不仅限于此,其它需要保护的角度依然可以实现本发明,例如45°、30°或120°等。该预定夹角为90°时,本儿童安全防护装置适用于内直角。该预定夹角为180°时,本儿童安全防护装置适用于内外平角。该预定夹角为270°时,本儿童安全防护装置适用于外直角。
为进一步体现本发明实施例提供的儿童安全防护装置的先进性,本发明实施例还提供一种应用上述儿童安全防护装置的连接结构件,如图14所示,该连接结构件包括上述的儿童安全防护装置;还包括连接板22,所述连接板22设置在所述固定部11和所述保护部12之间。连接板22通过螺栓可以将两个零部件刚性连接,儿童安全防护装置设在连接板22外部,并包覆连接板22和/或螺栓,以保证本儿童安全防护装置在长期的使用过程中永久固定,避免划伤隐患。为了方便固定连接,在所述连接板上设置有供螺栓穿过的连接通孔或 豁口。
如图15、图16所示,所述连接板包括第一连接板和第二连接板;所述第一连接板221和第二连接板222连接,所述第一连接板221和所述第二连接板222成预定夹角。所述预定夹角可选为90°、180°或270°。应当可以理解,本发明不仅限于此,其它需要保护的角度依然可以实现本发明,例如45°、30°或120°等。该预定夹角为90°时,本连接结构件适用于内直角。该预定夹角为180°时,本连接结构件适用于内外平角。该预定夹角为270°时,本连接结构件适用于外直角。
为进一步体现本发明实施例提供的本连接结构件的先进性,本发明实施例还提供一种应用上述本连接结构件的床护栏拼接结构,如图17所示,该床护栏拼接结构包括至少两面以对接趋势相邻近的床护栏3,每一面床护栏3包括间隔的两个立柱4以及连接两个立柱的横杆5;两面相邻近的床护栏3之间通过至少一个上述的连接结构件220连接固定,邻近的两个立柱4中每一个立柱均具有内侧面及与之相对的外侧面,所述的连接结构件220同时与两个邻近立柱4的内侧面或外侧面贴近并紧固配合。
如图18至20所示,所述的连接结构件220通过螺丝23与立柱4相连,两个邻近立柱4的内侧面或外侧面上设有第一安装孔40、第二安装孔41,螺丝23的螺杆穿过第一、第二连接孔20、21锁定至第一、第二安装孔40、41内。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的本发明实施例提供的一种儿童安全防护装置、连接结构件和床护栏拼接结构,儿童安全防护装置设在连接板外部,固定部固定在零部件或连接件上,以保证本儿童安全防护装置在长期的使用过程中永久固定,不会造成脱落的问题;通过保护部包覆连接板和/或螺栓可以避免连接件外露,永久牢固包覆连接件,有效消除对儿童划伤或撞伤的隐患。
最后需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

本发明实施例提供的本发明实施例提供的一种儿童安全防护装置、连接结构件和床护栏拼接结构,儿童安全防护装置设在连接板外部,固定部固定在零部件或连接件上,以保证本儿童安全防护装置在长期的使用过程中永久固定,不会造成脱落的问题;通过保护部包覆连接板和/或螺栓可以避免连接件外露,永久牢固包覆连接件,有效消除对儿童划伤或撞伤的隐患,具有较高的经济效益和社会效益,具备工业实用性。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种儿童安全防护装置,其特征在于,包括:
    固定部,和与所述固定部连接的保护部;
    所述固定部固定在零部件或连接件上;
    所述保护部用柔性材料制成,所述保护部包覆在所述连接件上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全防护装置,其特征在于,
    所述保护部是片状。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的儿童安全防护装置,其特征在于,
    所述固定部与所述保护部平行设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全防护装置,其特征在于,
    所述固定部和所述保护部之间预留有间隙。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全防护装置,其特征在于,
    在所述保护部的边缘设置有向所述固定部方向延伸的凸棱。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全防护装置,其特征在于,
    所述固定部和保护部通过连接桥连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1或6所述的儿童安全防护装置,其特征在于,
    所述固定部和所述保护部采用柔性材料连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全防护装置,其特征在于,
    所述固定部和保护部一体成型。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的儿童安全防护装置,其特征在于,所述儿童安全防护装置纵切面是U形。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全防护装置,其特征在于,
    所述固定部包括第一固定部和第二固定部,所述第一固定部和第二固定部连接,所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部成预定夹角。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全防护装置,其特征在于,
    所述保护部包括第一保护部和第二保护部,所述第一保护部和所述第二保护部连接,所述第一保护部和所述第二保护部成预定夹角。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的儿童安全防护装置,其特征在于,所述预定夹角为90°、180°或270°。
  13. 一种连接结构件,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-12任意一项所述的儿童安全防护装置;
    还包括连接板,所述连接板设置在所述固定部和所述保护部之间。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的连接结构件,其特征在于,
    所述连接板上设置有连接通孔。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的连接结构件,其特征在于,
    所述连接板包括第一连接板和第二连接板;所述第一连接板和第二连接板连接,所述 第一连接板和所述第二连接板成预定夹角。
  16. 一种床护栏拼接结构,其特征在于:包括至少两面以对接趋势相邻近的床护栏,每一面床护栏包括间隔的两个立柱以及连接两个立柱的横杆;
    两面相邻近的床护栏之间通过至少一个如权利要求13-15任一项所述的连接结构件连接固定,邻近的两个立柱中每一个立柱均具有内侧面及与之相对的外侧面,所述的连接结构件同时与两个邻近立柱的内侧面或外侧面贴近并紧固配合。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的床护栏拼接结构,其特征在于:所述的连接结构件通过螺丝与立柱相连,两个邻近立柱的内侧面或外侧面上设有第一、第二安装孔,螺丝的螺杆穿过第一、第二连接孔锁定至第一、第二安装孔内。
