Abstract

본 발명은 가열된 중질유분을 원료로 사용하는 공정에서 발생할 수 있는 악취 및 미세먼지 등을 포함하는 유해 성분들이 발생하는 것을 방지하기 위하여, 중질유분 내에 존재하는 다수의 악취 및 미세먼지 등을 포함하는 유해성분을 유발하는 물질들을 미리 제거하는 제조하는 방법 및 그 시스템에 관한 것이다. 상기 제조방법은 중질유분 개질반응조 내부에 저장되어 있는 중질유분을 개질 반응온도까지 가열하는 중질유분 가열단계; 상기 중질유분 개질반응조 내부에 저장되어 있는 가열된 중질유분 내로 운반기체를 분산시켜 공급하는 운반기체 공급단계; 상기 중질유분 개질 반응조 내부에서 가열된 중질유분 내 악취유발 및 유해성분이 운반기체와 함께 중질유분 개질 반응조 외부로 배출되는 악취유발 및 유해성분 배출단계;을 포함하며, 상기 시스템은 악취유발 및 유해성분 저감된 중질유분 제조방법 및 중질유분 개질 반응조; 운반기체 공급부; 운반기체 분산부; 악취유발 및 유해 성분 분리부를 포함한다.
