Abstract

본 발명은 탈수소화될 탄화수소를 포함하는 공급 가스 스트림, 수소 및 증기를 탈수소 반응기에 공급하여 프로판을 탈수소화시키는 단계로서, 상기 탈수소 반응 단계는 5 세트 이상 반복되며, 상기 탈수소 반응기는 각 반응기에 공급되는 공급 가스 스트림을 가열하는 2단 병렬 연결된 반응원료 히터를 구비하고, 상기 증기는 5세트 이상의 반응 단계의 각각의 반응기에 분할 공급되는 단계; 전 단계의 생성물 가스 스트림을 냉각하고 압축한 후, 냉각박스를 통과시켜 급랭하고, 냉각박스를 통과한 생성물 가스 스트림을 분리정제하여 생성물을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 알칸의 탈수소화 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면 탈수소 반응기에 증기 투입을 통하여 프로필렌 생산량 증가와 공정 원단위를 개선할 수 있고, 반응기가 5기로 증가하여 각 단별 반응열을 분할 공급함으로써 공정 원단위 개선과 총공급 열량 증가가 가능하여 프로필렌 생산량을 증가시킬 수 있다.
