人们提出无孔洗衣机,内筒中既能盛水和衣物,又能旋转对衣物进行翻转洗涤,但是内筒中的水会由投放口处溅射到外筒敞口处,采用无孔内筒后如何实现进水和排水也是需要解决的问题。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。

本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种滚筒洗衣机,在外筒和内筒的开口处设置联动的门体,其目的在于将内筒投放口进行密封,防止内筒中的水自投放口溅射在内筒和外筒之间。

如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例中所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,包括外壳1、外筒2和套装在外筒2内部的内筒3,所述内筒3可外筒2水平安装在外壳1内,内筒3可绕自身轴线旋转,所述内筒3设有投放衣物的投放口,外筒2上设有与所述投放口相对应的敞口,所述外筒2上安装有封闭敞口的第一门体20,第一门体20与外筒2敞口密封连接,内筒3上安装有对应封闭投放口处安装第二门体30,第二门体30与内筒3投放口密封连接,所述第一门体20和第二门体30之间设有联动机构,当拉动所述第一门体20向外翻转打开外筒2的敞口时,所述第二门体30跟随第一门体20向外翻转打开,当推动第一门体20关闭外筒2的敞口时,所述第二门体30跟随第一门体20翻转对应封闭内筒3的投放口。
本发明实施例中,当第一门体20和第二门体30关闭后,所述第二门体30与内筒3相密封、并固定密封连接,第二门体30随着内筒3旋转,第一门体20固定在外筒2上,第二门体30可相对于第一门体20旋转。
本发明实施例中,当第一门体20和第二门体30关闭后,第一门体20和第二门体30相固定连接,第二门体30与内筒3的投放口的外周可相对旋转的密封连接。
本发明实施例中,第一门体20的外围和外筒2敞口之间设有起缓冲作用和密封作用的第一密封圈,第二门体30的外围和内筒3投放口之间设有第二密封圈。
实施例一
如图1所示,本实施例所述的滚筒洗衣机包括外壳1,外壳1内安装套装在一起的外筒2和内筒3,所述外壳1上对应内筒3投放口处安装装饰门10,与装饰门10对应的外筒2敞口处安装第一门体20,与装饰门10对应的内筒3的投放口处安装第二门体30,所述第一门体20和第二门体30之间设有联动机构,可同时打开、或关闭第一门体20和第二门体30,所述第一门体20与外筒2敞口形状相适配,第二门体30与内筒3投放口形状相适配,第一门体20和第二门体30同轴固定连接。
本实施例中,第一门体20的外周沿其径向向外延伸,第一门体20的一侧贴合在外筒2的敞口处,第一门体20的外围和外筒2敞口之间设有第一密封圈,所述第一密封圈起到对外筒2敞口进行密封的作用,还防止门体在关闭时对内筒3造成较大的冲击,第一密封圈代替了原来滚筒洗衣机中的窗垫结构,简化了结构,便于清洗。所述第二门体30的外围向第一门体20倾斜扩口延伸,第二门体30的外围抵触在内筒3投放口上,使第二门体30至少一部分处于投放口内,第二门体30的外围与内筒3投放口之间设置第二密封圈,以使第二门体和内筒密封连接,防止内筒3中水流出。
本实施例中,所述联动机构包括相互配合插接的固定在第一门体20上的第一连接端22和固定在第二门体30上的第二连接端31,所述第一连接端22由第一门体20的中心向第二门体30一侧凸出延伸,所述第二连接端31由第二门体30的中心向第一门体20一侧凸出延伸,第一连接端22和第二连接端31可相对转动连接。第一连接端22和第二连接端31之间安装滚动装置23,所述滚动装置23与投放口同轴设置,优选的,所述滚动装置23为轴承,轴承内圈套设在第一连接端22上,第二连接端31套设在轴承的外圈上;或者,轴承内圈套设在第二连接端31上,第一连接端22套设在轴承的外圈上。所述第一连接端22为圆柱体,第二连接端31为一开口的凹槽,所述开口朝向第一门体20,所述圆柱体自开口对应插入至凹槽内,圆柱体靠近门体的一端设有轴肩,圆柱体上套设有滚动装置23,轴肩对滚动装置23进行限位,凹槽的延伸长度小于圆柱体的延伸长度;或者,所述第一连接端22为一开口的凹槽,所述开口朝向第二门体30,第二连接端31为圆柱体,所述圆柱体自开口对应插入至凹槽内。
本实施例中,第一门体20包括相平行连接的前板和后板,所述后板可相对前板产生前后位移,前板的直径大于后板的直径,所述前板对应封闭外筒2的敞口,所述后板设置在前板和第二门体30之间,后板上朝向第二门体30的一侧设置第一连接端22,第二门体30上设有与第一连接端22配合连接的第二连接端31,第一连接端22和第二连接端31之间安装滚动装置23,以使第二门体30相对于第一门体20转动。
本实施例中,所述前板和后板之间具有一定的间隙,前板和后板之间安装有沿投放口轴向方向延伸的弹簧21,弹簧21的两端分别与前板和后板相连接。前板和后板的外周通过一可以产生伸缩变形的伸缩管24,伸缩管24的两端分别与前板和后板的外周相密封连接。
实施例二
本实施例中所述的滚筒洗衣机可以为无孔洗衣机,也可以为普通滚筒洗衣机,本实施例以无孔洗衣机为例,当内筒3投放口处端被封闭后,需要解决无孔内筒3的进水和排水问题,如图1和图2所示,所述滚筒洗衣机包括驱动装置4,内筒3的桶底通过电机轴41与驱动装置4传动连接,所述电机轴41内部中空形成进水流道40。
本实施例中,所述进水流道40与进水装置连接,内筒3中送水,所述进水装置包括自动控制内筒3进水的进水阀5、洗涤剂投放装置6,加热装置7。
本实施例中,电机轴41的一端伸出至驱动装置4外部,电机轴41和伸出端通过轴承可转动的安装在连通件42上,所述连通件42内具有连通通道,所述连通通道连通进水流道40 和进水装置,连通通道和进水阀5之间依次连接洗涤剂投放装置6和加热装置7。
本实施例中,外筒2通过减震装置安装在外壳1内,外筒2一端敞口,一端封闭,内筒3套装在外筒2内部,内筒3的投放口与外筒2的敞口方向一致,电机轴41一端穿过内筒3,另一端可转动的支撑在外筒2底壁上,外筒2起到对内筒3起到支撑减震的作用,确保洗衣机的工作稳定性,外筒2的敞口处安装第一门体20,内筒3的投放口处安装第二门体30,所述第一门体20与外筒2敞口密封连接,所述第二门体30与内筒3投放口密封连接。
本实施例中,所述减震装置包括减震弹簧和减震器,所述减震弹簧安装在外筒2顶部的侧壁上,减震弹簧一端固定在外壳1上,另一端钩挂在外顶部的侧壁上,所述减震器安装在支撑座的底部侧壁的中部。
实施例三
如图1和图3所示,本实施例中所述的内筒3为无孔内筒3,内筒3的投放口被门体封闭,内筒3的侧壁上均匀分布多个提升筋,在滚筒洗衣机的工作过程中,内筒3带动提升装置9转动,提升装置9随内筒3内壁转动,从而将内筒3中的衣物向上提升,实现翻转、洗涤衣物。所述提升装置9包括壳体90,壳体90沿水流通过的方向上相对的两侧设有透水孔,壳体90内部中空形成容纳腔,容纳腔底壁上设有开口93,所述开口93与排水装置连接,容纳腔内安装可控开闭的控制阀,所述控制阀在洗衣机脱水时,内筒3脱水时高速旋转打开开口93,以将内筒3中的水排出。
本实施例中,所述控制阀包括封闭开口93的阀塞91和重锤92,阀塞91可相对开口93上下移动,重锤92的一端向外延伸形成杠杆,杠杆与阀塞91铰接,重锤92的上下移动使杠杆绕着支点带动阀塞91进行上下移动,以自动控制开口93的开闭,阀塞91上设有一复位弹簧95,在内筒不工作或低速旋转时,阀塞91在复位弹簧95的作用下关闭开口93,当内筒3在脱水时高速旋转,重锤92在离心力作用下沿内筒3径向向外移动,杠杆连接重锤92的一端随重锤92向下移动,杠杆的另一端向上移动,带动阀塞91向上移动,打开开口93,内筒3中的水穿过透水孔和开口93排出,外筒2固定不动,外筒2上相对于开口93的位置设置集水装置94,集水装置94与排水管相连通,排水管上设有排水泵8,集水装置94将内筒3内的水收集并在排水泵8的作用下排出。

Claims (10)
- 一种滚筒洗衣机,包括外筒和套装在外筒内部的内筒,内筒上设有用于投放衣物的投放口,外筒上设有与所述投放口相对应的敞口,其特征在于:所述外筒敞口处对应安装有封闭敞口的第一门体,所述内筒上安装有对应封闭投放口的第二门体,所述第一门体和第二门体之间设置联动机构,当第一门体关闭、或打开外筒的敞口时,所述第二门体跟随第一门体翻转对应封闭、或打开内筒的投放口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述第二门体关闭投放口后与内筒相密封、并固定连接,第二门体相对于第一门体可相对旋转。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述第二门体关闭投放口后与内筒可相对转动的密封连接。
- 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:第一门体的外围和外筒敞口之间设有用于密封和起缓冲作用的第一密封圈,第二门体的外围和内筒投放口之间设有第二密封圈。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述联动机构包括相互配合插接的第一连接端和第二连接端,所述第一连接端由第一门体的中心向第二门体一侧凸出延伸,所述第二连接端由第二门体的中心向第一门体一侧凸出延伸,第一连接端和第二连接端插接固定;优选的,第一连接端和第二连接端可转动的相插接连接,插接连接处的转动轴与投放口同轴设置。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述第一连接端为圆柱体,第二连接端为一开口的凹槽,所述开口朝向第一门体,所述圆柱体自开口对应插入至凹槽内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述第一连接端为一开口的凹槽,所述开口朝向第二门体,第二连接端为圆柱体,所述圆柱体自开口对应插入至凹槽内。
- 根据权利要求5至7任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:第一连接端和第二连接端之间安装滚动装置。
- 根据权利要求1至8任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:第一门体包括相平行连接的前板和后板,所述前板对应封闭外筒的敞口,所述后板设置在前板和第二门体之间,后板相对于前板可产生前后位移,后板上朝向第二门体的一侧设置第一连接端。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述前板和后板之间具有一 定的间隙,前板和后板之间安装有沿投放口轴向方向延伸的弹簧,弹簧的两端分别与前板和后板相连接;优选的,前板和后板的外周之间设有可产生伸缩变形的伸缩管,伸缩管的两端分别与前板和后板的外周相密封固定连接。
