Description

一种滚筒洗衣机 技术领域
本发明属于家用电器领域,具体地说,涉及一种滚筒洗衣机。
背景技术
洗衣机一般是指利用电和机械作用清除洗涤物上污垢的洗涤装置,其中滚筒洗衣机是指在水平安装的内筒内投入洗涤物、洗涤水和洗衣粉,并利用电机的驱动力旋转内筒,利用内筒和洗涤物之间的摩擦作用进行洗涤的洗衣机。滚筒洗衣机的特点是不损伤洗涤物,洗涤物互不缠绕,而且能够达到揉搓洗涤的效果。
在现有的滚筒洗衣机中,洗衣机执行洗涤程序、内筒旋转时,衣物会滚筒至内筒投放口与洗衣机机门之间的空隙,尤其是体积较小的衣物,衣物会卡在内筒投放口与洗衣机机门之间的空隙,导致其得不到充分洗涤,洗涤效果差。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的第一技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种滚筒洗衣机,以解决衣物卡在内筒投放口与洗衣机机门之间的空隙的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种滚筒洗衣机,包括外筒和套装在外筒内部的内筒,内筒上设有投放口,外筒上设有敞口,投放口和敞口在内筒轴向方向上相重叠设置;内筒上安装有对应封闭投放口的第一门体,外筒上安装有开闭敞口的第二门体。
进一步,第一门体至少覆盖投放口的全部,第一门体与投放口内壁、和/或投放口外周的内筒相密封接触。
进一步,第二门体至少覆盖敞口的全部,第二门体与敞口内壁和/或敞口外周的外筒相密封接触。
进一步,第二门体和第一门体相互独立设置。
进一步,滚筒洗衣机包括外壳,外筒和内筒安装于外壳内部,外壳上设有供第二门体相对开闭的开口;优选的,开口、敞口与投放口同轴设置。
进一步,内筒和外筒之间的空间经第二门体打开时的敞口与外筒和外壳之间的空间相连通。
进一步,外壳开口处对应安装有封闭开口的机门。
进一步,机门和第二门体相互独立。
进一步,机门和第二门体之间设置联动机构,当机门关闭、或打开外壳的开口时,第二门体跟随机门翻转对应封闭、或打开外筒的敞口。
进一步,内筒为洗衣机执行洗涤程序时形成容纳洗涤水的密封容器。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
本发明通过设置第一门体,使洗衣机执行洗涤程序、内筒旋转时,衣物始终在内筒中滚动,避免了衣物卡在内筒投放口与洗衣机机门之间的空隙;同时,通过在外筒敞口处设置第二门体,使外筒敞口自动封闭,令洗衣机外壳与外筒敞口之间可不设密封窗垫,避免了水流自外筒敞口流出情况的发生。

如图1-4所示,本发明的实施例介绍了一种滚筒洗衣机,包括外筒2和套装在外筒2内部的内筒3,内筒3上设有投放口,外筒2上设有敞口,投放口和敞口在内筒3轴向方向上相重叠设置;内筒3上安装有对应封闭投放口的第一门体30,外筒2上安装有开闭敞口的第二门体20。
本发明通过设置第一门体30,使洗衣机执行洗涤程序、内筒3旋转时,衣物始终在内筒3中滚动,避免了衣物卡在内筒3投放口与洗衣机机门10之间的空隙;同时,通过在外筒2敞口处设置第二门体20,使外筒2敞口自动封闭,令洗衣机外壳1与外筒2敞口之间可不设密封窗垫,避免了水流自外筒2敞口流出情况的发生。除此之外,本发明通过设置第一门体30保证了洗衣机执行洗涤程序时内筒3内部处于封闭状态,避免内筒3中的洗涤水由投放口溅射到外筒2内壁上,实现了洗衣机免清洗的目的。
其中,投放口和敞口在内筒3轴向上相重叠设置,即投放口设于内筒3轴向上的第一侧,外筒2和内筒3轴线呈同向延伸,敞口设于外筒2轴向上的、靠近内筒3第一侧的一侧;具体地,外筒2和内筒3均包括轴线呈前后延伸的圆筒状侧壁和封闭侧壁后端的底壁,敞口设于外筒2前侧,投放口设于内筒3前侧,内筒3可绕自身轴线旋转,外筒2筒壁底部设有排水口,第二门体20安装在内筒3上,第一门体30安装在外筒2上,第二门体20和第一门体30均为向外翻转打开、对应翻转关闭。
参阅图1-4,本实施例中,第一门体30至少覆盖投放口的全部,第一门体30与投放口内壁、和/或投放口外周的内筒3相密封接触。即第一门体30关闭时使投放口处完全密封。
本发明通过上述设置避免内筒3中的气体、液体自投放口处流至内筒3外部,进一步避免内筒3中的洗涤水由投放口溅射到外筒2内壁上。
参阅图1-4,本实施例中,第二门体20至少覆盖敞口的全部,第二门体20与敞口内壁和/或敞口外周的外筒2相密封接触。即第二门体20关闭时使敞口处完全密封。
本发明通过上述设置避免外筒2中的气体、液体自敞口处流至外筒2外部,进一步避免外筒2中的洗涤水流至外筒2外部影响洗衣机自身的使用或者洗衣机外部设备的使用。
参阅图1-4,本实施例中,第二门体20和第一门体30相互独立设置,即用户在拿取、投放衣物时,先打开第二门体20,再打开第一门体30,洗涤衣物时,先关闭第一门体30,再关闭第二门体20。
本发明通过使第一门体30和第二门体20相互独立,令第一门体30和第二门体20之间不相互影响,以适应用户不同的需求。
参阅图1-4,本实施例中,滚筒洗衣机包括外壳1,外筒2和内筒3安装于外壳1内部,外壳1上设有供第二门体20相对开闭的开口;优选的,开口、敞口与投放口同轴设置。
本发明通过上述设置优化了洗衣机外观。
具体地,外壳1包括前面板、上台面板、后背板、底板和侧板,以限定出容纳腔室,底板上安装有底脚,以支撑洗衣机,此不赘述,开口设于外壳1前侧。
参阅图1-4,本实施例中,内筒3和外筒2之间的空间经第二门体20打开时的敞口与外筒2和外壳1之间的空间相连通,即敞口与开口之间不设置普通滚筒洗衣机中的、用于密封敞口与开口之间的空隙的密封结构。
参阅图1-4,本实施例中,外壳1开口处对应安装有封闭开口的机门10。
本发明通过上述设置进一步优化了洗衣机外观。
具体地,机门10安装在外壳1上,机门10为向外翻转打开、对应翻转关闭。
参阅图1-4,本实施例中,机门10和第二门体20相互独立,即机门10和第二门体20相互独立,即用户在拿取、投放衣物时,先打开机门10,再打开第二门体20,洗涤衣物时,先关闭第二门体20,再关闭机门10。
本发明通过上述设置使机门10和第二门体20之间不相互影响,以适应用户不同的需求。
本实施例中,机门10和第二门体20之间设置联动机构,当机门10关闭、或打开外壳1的开口时,第二门体20跟随机门10翻转对应封闭、或打开外筒2的敞口,即用户在拿取、投放衣物时,打开机门10的同时第二门体20也打开,洗涤衣物时,关闭机门10的同时第二门体20也关闭。
本发明通过在机门10和第二门体20之间设置联动机构,令机门10和第二门体20同时打开、关闭,简化了用户投放、拿取衣物的操作。
具体地,机门10关闭后,机门10固定在外壳1上,机门10具有装饰作用。
参阅图1-4,本实施例中,内筒3为洗衣机执行洗涤程序时形成容纳洗涤水的密封容器。一些实施例中,内筒3为普通滚筒洗衣机的内筒。
参阅图2-4,本实施例中,机门10的外围和外壳1开口之间设有一圈减震件。其中,减震件为橡胶材质。
本发明通过上述设置减小了关闭机门10时的噪音,同时提高了机门10封闭开口的密封效果。
参阅图2-4,本实施例中,内筒3侧壁上设有提升筋9,提升筋9内部设有容纳腔,容纳腔壁面上设有与内筒3内部空间相连通的第一通孔和与内筒3和外筒2之间的空隙相连通的第二通孔93,容纳腔内部设有控制第一通孔和/或第二通孔93开闭的控制结构。
本发明通过上述设置,实现了内筒3为无孔内筒3、第一门体30关闭时内筒3中液体的排放,其中,第一通孔和/或第二通孔93关闭、第一门体30关闭时,内筒3内部处于完全封闭状态,避免内筒3中的洗涤水溅射到外筒2内壁上,第一通孔和第二通孔93打开、第一门体30关闭时,内筒3内部处于半封闭状态,内筒3中的洗涤水排放至内筒3和外筒2之间的空隙,同时避免内筒3中的洗涤水由投放口溅射到外筒2内壁上,第一通孔和第二通孔93打开、第一门体30打开时,内筒3内部处于打开状态,用户可在此时清理内筒3、外筒2,第 一通孔和/或第二通孔93关闭、第一门体30打开时,内筒3内部处于半打开状态,用户可在此时拿取、投放衣物。
具体地,第一通孔密布于容纳腔靠近内筒3内部的一侧,第二通孔93设于容纳腔靠近内筒3和外筒2之间的空隙的一侧,第二通孔93的数量较少,控制结构控制第二通孔93的开闭,提升筋9包括环绕内筒3轴线、均匀分布的多个,还包括沿内筒3轴向、均匀分布的多个。
参阅图2-4,本实施例中,提升筋9包括壳体90,壳体90沿水流通过的方向上相对的两侧设有第一通孔,壳体90内部中空形成容纳腔,容纳腔底壁上设有第二通孔93,第二通孔93与排水装置连接,容纳腔内安装可控开闭的控制结构,控制结构在脱水过程中、内筒3高速旋转时打开第二通孔93,以将内筒3中的洗涤水排出。
参阅图1-4,本实施例中,提升筋9凸出于内筒3侧壁内侧面。一些实施例中,提升筋9凸出于内筒3侧壁外侧面设置。
本发明通过上述设置使滚筒洗衣机的工作过程中,内筒3带动提升筋9转动,提升筋9随内筒3内壁转动,从而将内筒3中的衣物向上提升,实现翻转、洗涤衣物。
参阅图2-4,本实施例中,控制结构包括阀塞91、弹性件95和杠杆,阀塞91对应安装在第二通孔93处封闭第二通孔93,弹性件95支撑阀塞91封闭第二通孔93并可发生第二通孔93轴向上的弹性形变,杠杆的一端与阀塞91相铰接,相对设置的另一端与一重锤92相连。
本发明通过上述设置实现了第二通孔93开闭的控制,其中,内筒3静止或低速旋转时,重锤92所受的力无法使弹性件95发生弹性形变,阀塞91封闭第二通孔93,内筒3旋转时,重锤92所受的力使弹性件95发生弹性形变并带动阀塞91,从而打开第二通孔93,内筒3再次静止或低速旋转时,弹性件95恢复初始状态,阀塞91封闭第二通孔93。
其中,第一通孔为常开状态,重锤92与杠杆支点之间的距离较大,以便于带动阀塞91。
参阅图2-4,本实施例中,控制结构包括封闭第二通孔93的阀塞91和重锤92,阀塞91可相对第二通孔93上下移动,重锤92的一端向外延伸形成杠杆,杠杆与阀塞91铰接,重锤92的上下移动使杠杆绕着支点带动阀塞91进行上下移动,以自动控制第二通孔93的开闭,阀塞91上设有一弹性件95,在内筒不工作或低速旋转时,阀塞91在弹性件95的作用下关闭第二通孔93,当内筒3在脱水时高速旋转,重锤92在离心力作用下沿内筒3径向向外移动,杠杆连接重锤92的一端随重锤92向下移动,杠杆的另一端向上移动,带动阀塞91向上 移动,打开第二通孔93,内筒3中的洗涤水穿过第一通孔和第二通孔93排出,外筒2固定不动,外筒2上相对于第二通孔93的位置设置集水装置94,集水装置94与排水管相连通,排水管上设有排水泵8,集水装置94将内筒3内的水收集并在排水泵8的作用下排出。
参阅图2-4,本实施例中,阀塞91为轴线与第二通孔93同轴的柱状结构,阀塞91包括封闭第二通孔93的封闭段和外径小于封闭段的连接段,弹性件95支撑连接段与封闭段之间的台阶面,杠杆与连接段远离封闭段的一端相铰接。
参阅图2-4,本实施例中,弹性件95为与阀塞91同轴的筒状结构,弹性件95套设在封闭段外部,其第一端端部支撑在连接段与封闭段之间的台阶面,相对设置的另一端端面支撑固定于容纳腔内部。
参阅图2-4,本实施例中,滚筒洗衣机包括驱动装置4,内筒3的桶底通过电机轴41与驱动装置4传动连接,电机轴41内部中空形成进水流道40。
参阅图2-4,本实施例中,进水流道40与进水装置连接,内筒3中送水,进水装置包括自动控制内筒3进水的进水阀5、洗涤剂投放装置6,加热装置7。
参阅图2-4,本实施例中,电机轴41的一端伸出至驱动装置4外部,电机轴41和伸出端通过轴承可转动的安装在连通件42上,连通件42内具有连通通道,连通通道连通进水流道40和进水装置,连通通道和进水阀5之间依次连接洗涤剂投放装置6和加热装置7。
参阅图2-4,本实施例中,外筒2通过减震装置安装在外壳1内,外筒2一端敞口,一端封闭,内筒3套装在外筒2内部,内筒3的投放口与外筒2的敞口方向一致,电机轴41一端穿过内筒3,另一端可转动的支撑在外筒2底壁上,外筒2起到对内筒3起到支撑减震的作用,确保洗衣机的工作稳定性,外筒2的敞口处安装第二门体20,内筒3的投放口处安装第一门体30,第二门体20与外筒2敞口密封连接,第一门体30与内筒3投放口密封连接。
参阅图2-4,本实施例中,减震装置包括减震弹簧和减震器,减震弹簧安装在外筒2顶部的侧壁上,减震弹簧一端固定在外壳1上,另一端钩挂在外顶部的侧壁上,减震器安装在支撑座的底部侧壁的中部。
参阅图2-4,本实施例中,第二门体20和第一门体30之间设有联动机构,当拉动第二门体20向外翻转打开外筒2的敞口时,第一门体30跟随第二门体20向外翻转打开,当推动第二门体20关闭外筒2的敞口时,第一门体30跟随第二门体20翻转对应封闭内筒3的投放口。当第二门体20和第一门体30关闭后,第一门体30与内筒3相密封、并固定密封连接, 第一门体30随着内筒3旋转,第二门体20固定在外筒2上,第一门体30可相对于第二门体20旋转。当第二门体20和第一门体30关闭后,第二门体20和第一门体30相固定连接,第一门体30与内筒3的投放口的外周可相对旋转的密封连接。其中,第二门体20和第一门体30同轴固定连接。第一门体30的外围向第二门体20倾斜扩口延伸,第一门体30的外围抵触在内筒3投放口上,使第一门体30至少一部分处于投放口内第一门体30的外围与内筒3投放口密封连接,防止内筒3中水流出。第一门体30的外周沿其径向向外延伸,第一门体30的一侧贴合在外筒2的敞口处,第一门体30和外筒2之间设有缓冲件,防止在关闭时对内筒3造成较大的冲击。联动机构包括相互配合插接的第一连接端22和第二连接端31,第一连接端22由第二门体20的中心向第一门体30一侧凸出延伸,第二连接端31由第一门体30的中心向第二门体20一侧凸出延伸,第一连接端22和第二连接端31可相对转动连接。第一连接端22和第二连接端31之间安装滚动装置23,滚动装置23与投放口同轴设置,优选的,滚动装置23为轴承,轴承内圈套设在第一连接端22上,第二连接端31套设在轴承的外圈上;或者,轴承内圈套设在第二连接端31上,第一连接端22套设在轴承的外圈上。第一连接端22为圆柱体,第二连接端31为一开口的凹槽,开口朝向第二门体20,圆柱体自开口对应插入至凹槽内,圆柱体靠近门体的一端设有轴肩,圆柱体上套设有滚动装置23,轴肩对滚动装置23进行限位,凹槽的延伸长度小于圆柱体的延伸长度;或者,第一连接端22为一开口的凹槽,开口朝向第一门体30,第二连接端31为圆柱体,圆柱体自开口对应插入至凹槽内。第一门体30包括相平行连接的前板和后板,后板可相对前板产生前后位移,前板的直径大于后板的直径,前板对应封闭外筒2的敞口,后板设置在前板和第二门体20之间,前板上朝向第二门体20的一侧设置第一连接端22,第一门体30上设有与第一连接端22配合连接的第二连接端31,第一连接端22和第二连接端31之间安装滚动装置23,以使第二门体20带动第一门体30的转动。前板和后板之间具有一定的间隙,前板和后板之间安装有沿投放口轴向方向延伸的弹簧21,弹簧21的两端分别与前板和后板相连接。前板和后板的外周通过一可以产生伸缩变形的伸缩管24,伸缩管24的两端分别与前板和后板的外周相密封连接。
参阅图2-4,本实施例中,第二门体20的外围和外筒2敞口之间设有一圈缓冲件,第一门体30的外围和内筒3投放口之间设有一圈密封件。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滚筒洗衣机,包括外筒和套装在外筒内部的内筒,内筒上设有投放口,外筒上设有敞口,投放口和敞口在内筒轴向方向上相重叠设置;其特征在于:内筒上安装有对应封闭投放口的第一门体,外筒上安装有开闭敞口的第二门体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:第一门体至少覆盖投放口的全部,第一门体与投放口内壁、和/或投放口外周的内筒相密封接触。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:第二门体至少覆盖敞口的全部,第二门体与敞口内壁和/或敞口外周的外筒相密封接触。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:第二门体和第一门体相互独立设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:滚筒洗衣机包括外壳,外筒和内筒安装于外壳内部,外壳上设有供第二门体相对开闭的开口;
    优选的,开口、敞口与投放口同轴设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:内筒和外筒之间的空间经第二门体打开时的敞口与外筒和外壳之间的空间相连通。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:外壳开口处对应安装有封闭开口的机门。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:机门和第二门体相互独立。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:机门和第二门体之间设置联动机构,当机门关闭、或打开外壳的开口时,第二门体跟随机门翻转对应封闭、或打开外筒的敞口。
  10. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:内筒为洗衣机执行洗涤程序时形成容纳洗涤水的密封容器。
