下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“前”、“后”、“轴线方向”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
此外,下面所描述的本发明不同实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互结合。
请参见图1至图5,本发明一实施例所示的用于外科手术器械的钉仓,包括钉仓本体1和设置在所述钉仓本体1内的缝合钉10、推动所述缝合钉10的推钉 片11、推动所述推钉片11的推进块2以及固定在钉仓本体1底部的架体12。在钉仓不使用时,还可以通过在钉仓本体1的顶部盖合盖板(未图示),从而防止灰尘等进入至钉仓内。本实施例中,该架体12和盖板通过普通的机械连接方式与钉仓本体1进行连接,例如:卡扣连接、螺纹连接等。该钉仓本体1具有相对的远端和末端(以图1为例,本发明中所指的近端为箭头A所指方向,远端为与A相反的方向),远端相对于末端先进入至被缝合组织中,当钉仓被安装于外科手术器械上后,再将盖板去除。
本发明中,所述钉仓本体1在纵长方向上开设有供所述推进块2进行移动的槽道13,所述钉仓本体1在纵长方向上以所述槽道13为对称轴左右各对称设有内缝合腔14和外缝合腔15,所述内缝合腔14相对所述外缝合腔15靠近所述槽道12设置,并且,推钉片11包括分别设置在所述内缝合腔14内的内推钉片(未图示)和设置在所述外缝合腔15内的外推钉片(未图示)。所述缝合钉10包括设置在所述内缝合腔14内的内缝合钉(未图示)和设置在所述外缝合腔15内的外缝合钉(未图示),内缝合钉和外缝合钉分别安装设置在内推钉片和外推钉片上。在缝合过程中,外缝合钉用于对靠近组织吻合口的区域进行缝合,内缝合钉则相对于外缝合钉缝合组织内侧的区域。本发明中推钉片11为现有结构,缝合钉10的安装方式也为现有常规方式,在此不再进行阐述。
本发明中,所述推进块2包括底板21、垂直于底板21上的两个平行设置的第一凸轮组22和两个平行设置的第二凸轮组23,以及垂直于底板21上的限位块24,两个所述第一凸轮组22位于两个所述第二凸轮组23之间,限位块24设置在两个第一凸轮组22之间。于所述推进块2的移动方向上,所述第一凸轮组22的端部位于所述第二凸轮组23的端部的前侧。钉仓本体1上还设有容置所述第一凸轮组22和第二凸轮组23的若干滑槽16,所述第一凸轮组22和第二凸轮组23可相对所述滑槽16移动,限位块24设置在槽道12内,以防止推进块2相对于钉仓本体1移动时,推进块2偏离移动方向合作和晃动。所述第一凸轮组22推动所述内推钉片击发,使内缝合钉出钉;所述第二凸轮组23推动所述外推钉片击发,使外缝合钉出钉。由于第一凸轮组22的端部位于所述第二凸轮 组23的端部的前侧,使得该推进块2朝向远端移动时,会先推动内推钉片击发,从而保证位于内缝合腔14内的内缝合钉出钉比外缝合钉更快。
更进一步地,所述钉仓本体1具有于被缝合部接触的接触面110,所述内缝合钉的钉冠与接触面110之间形成有距离d1,所述外缝合钉的钉冠与接触面110之间形成有距离d2,其中,d1小于d2,即内缝合钉的定杆比外缝合钉的钉杆靠近接触面110设置。具体的,在本实施例中,通过将内推钉片相比于外推钉片靠近所述缝合面110设置即可;诚然,在其它实施例中,还可以通过采用具有较长钉杆的内缝合钉,又或者,两者结合,又或者,内缝合腔14相比于外缝合腔15设置的更高。
本发明中,所述钉仓本体1内还设有切割刀架体3和设置在所述切割刀架体3上的切割刀30,且该切割刀架体3设置在所述远端。具体的,所述切割刀架体3包括侧板31和与拉刀杆卡持配合的卡持部32,所述侧板31上设置有转轴33,所述切割刀30套设在所述转轴33上。在侧板31上还设有驱动所述切割刀30的刀刃(未图示)不突伸出切割刀架体3的弹性件34,优选的,该弹性件34为套设在所述转轴33上的扭簧。在本实施例中,所述卡持部32形成在所述侧板31上,所述侧板31为相对设置的两块,两块所述侧板31之间形成有用以容置所述切割刀30的对接槽311。所述卡持部32为自所述侧板31上朝所述对接槽311内弯折形成的弹性卡扣。
请结合图6和图7,本发明还提供一种外科手术器械,包括上述的用于外科手术器械的钉仓、与所述钉仓对接的钉砧组件4、连接所述钉砧组件4和钉仓的手柄5以及设置在所述手柄5上的闭合压杆51和驱动组件(未图示),其中,闭合压杆51通过导向销510安装在所述手柄5上,所述手柄5上还设有与驱动组件连接并进行操控的击发推钮52。所述手柄5内还设有推钉杆53和拉刀杆54,所述推钉杆53连接所述驱动组件,所述拉刀杆54和推进块2设置在所述推钉杆53的前端,且所述拉刀杆54上设有与所述弹性卡扣32相配合的卡槽541,当所述驱动组件驱动所述推钉杆53向所述远端移动时,所述推钉杆52带动所述拉刀杆54向所述远端移动,以使所述弹性卡扣32扣入至所述卡槽541内。 本发明中,手柄5包括分别与钉仓和钉砧组件4连接固定的钉仓支架侧手柄55和钉砧侧手柄56。
本发明的外科手术器械的工作原理为:
钉仓支架侧手柄55和钉砧侧手柄56对齐导向销后按下闭合压杆51实现钳口的闭合(通过钉仓和钉砧组件4将需要缝合的组织夹住)。推动近端击发推钮52带动推钉杆53和拉刀杆54同时运动,两侧推钉杆53通过远端头部斜面推动钉仓内部的推钉片11垂直向下运动,实现缝合钉10的依次压缩变形最终形成B型缝钉从而缝合组织。因为拉刀杆54滞后且藏于钉仓内部,成钉过程中不会接触处于接触面110和钉砧面41之间的组织。当推钉杆53推至远端使钉仓内所有缝合钉10成型后,拉刀杆54接触钉仓远端内部的切割刀架体3。由于切割刀30通过转轴33安装在切割刀架体3上,拉刀杆54在插入至对接槽311内时,会将切割刀30旋转顶出,同时位于侧板31上的弹性卡扣32变形后扣住拉刀杆54的卡槽541。此时缝合钉10击发完成,击发推钮52拉回过程将带动已从切割刀架体3内部伸出的切割刀30从远端开始切割组织至近端。在切割过程中因为切割刀架体3内部弹性卡扣32两侧由钉仓面侧壁保持住,其无法变形与拉刀杆54脱离直至完成组织的完整切割过程。当切割刀30切完组织后并运行到钉仓近端时,钉仓近端台阶(未图示)挡住切割刀架体3。同时钉仓近端侧面的凹槽(未图示)允许弹性卡扣32变形脱开,从而使得拉刀杆54与切割刀架体3脱离。拉刀杆54与切割刀架体3脱离后,设置在转轴33上的扭簧34使得切割刀30自动收回,防止暴露在外的切割刀30意外划伤使用者。
综上所述:本发明的用于外科手术器械的钉仓及外科手术器械通过采用具有不同长度凸轮组的推进块对推钉片进行推动,其中,第一凸轮组长于第二凸轮组,即第一凸轮组的端部位于第二凸轮组的端部的前侧,以使得内缝合钉先击发,外缝合钉后击发,从而保证缝合钉缝合效果较佳,避免出现组织泄露、伤口出血等情况。同时,采用内外侧分步成钉的方式有效降低了器械工作时的最大负载,提高了器械使用的安全系数。
并且,该用于外科手术器械的钉仓及外科手术器械通过将切割刀设置在钉 仓的远端,在缝合钉击发完成后,拉刀杆与切割刀架体对接往近端回拉进行切割,即在击发的缝合钉完全成型后再进行组织切割,保证了缝合钉成型过程的稳定,从而实现统一的成钉高度和形态,降低吻合口的出血渗漏的目的。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种用于外科手术器械的钉仓,其特征在于,包括钉仓本体和设置在所述钉仓本体内的缝合钉、推动所述缝合钉的推钉片及推动所述推钉片的推进块;所述推进块包括底板和垂直于底板上的两个平行设置的第一凸轮组和两个平行设置的第二凸轮组,两个所述第一凸轮组位于两个所述第二凸轮组之间,于所述推进块的移动方向上,所述第一凸轮组的端部位于所述第二凸轮组的端部的前侧。
- 如权利要求1所述的用于外科手术器械的钉仓,其特征在于,所述钉仓本体在纵长方向上开设有供所述推进块进行移动的槽道,所述钉仓本体在纵长方向上以所述槽道为对称轴左右各对称设有内缝合腔和外缝合腔,所述内缝合腔相对所述外缝合腔靠近所述槽道设置;所述缝合钉包括设置在所述内缝合腔内的内缝合钉和设置在所述外缝合腔内的外缝合钉,所述第一凸轮组推动所述内缝合钉出钉,所述第二凸轮组推动所述外缝合钉出钉,所述钉仓本体具有于被缝合部接触的接触面,所述内缝合钉的钉冠与接触面之间形成有距离d1,所述外缝合钉的钉冠与接触面之间形成有距离d2,其中,d1小于d2。
- 如权利要求2所述的用于外科手术器械的钉仓,其特征在于,所述推钉片包括设置在所述内缝合腔内的内推钉片和设置在所述外缝合钉内的外推钉片,所述内推钉片相比于所述外推钉片靠近所述缝合面设置。
- 如权利要求3所述的用于外科手术器械的钉仓,其特征在于,所述内推钉片的高度高于外推钉片的高度。
- 如权利要求1至4项中任意一项所述的用于外科手术器械的钉仓,其特征在于,所述钉仓还包括切割刀架体和设置在所述切割刀架体上的切割刀,所述钉仓本体具有相对设置的远端和末端,所述末端与外科手术器械的连接部连接,所述切割刀架体设置在所述远端;所述切割刀架体包括侧板和与拉刀杆卡持配合的卡持部,所述侧板上形成有驱动所述切割刀的刀刃不突伸出切割刀架体的弹性件。
- 如权利要求5所述的用于外科手术器械的钉仓,其特征在于,所述侧板上设置有转轴,所述切割刀套设在所述转轴上,所述弹性件为套设在所述转轴上的扭簧。
- 如权利要求6所述的用于外科手术器械的钉仓,其特征在于,所述卡持部形成在所述侧板上。
- 如权利要求7所述的用于外科手术器械的钉仓,其特征在于,所述侧板为相对设置的两块,两块所述侧板之间形成有用以容置所述切割刀的对接槽。
- 如权利要求8所述的用于外科手术器械的钉仓,其特征在于,所述卡持部为自所述侧板上朝所述对接槽内弯折形成的弹性卡扣。
- 一种外科手术器械,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的用于外科手术器械的钉仓、与所述钉仓对接的钉砧组件、连接所述钉砧组件和钉仓的手柄以及设置在所述手柄上的闭合压杆和驱动组件。
