实施例1
本实用新型的连接组件可以是用于连接手持吸尘器的尘盒及尘盒盖,也可以是用于连接软管至吸尘器以实现软管的固定,也可以是用于连接桶式吸尘器的尘桶及其机头,或用于其他的吸尘器零部件的连接。下面以连接组件用于连接桶式吸尘器的尘桶及其机头为优选的实施方式进行具体说明,其他实施方式不再一一赘述。
参考图1-图9,本实用新型一实施例提供了一种吸尘器,包含盖组件、集尘组件及连接所述盖组件与所述集尘组件的连接组件,为了便于理解,在后面的说明中,所述盖组件则具体为机头组件1,所述集尘组件则具体为桶组件2,所述连接组件则具体为连接所述机头组件1及所述桶组件2的连接组件3。
所述机头组件1包含支座12及安装于所述支座12上方的顶盖11,所述顶盖11内还固定安装有电机组件(未图示);所述桶组件2包含进气口26及与所述进气口26流体连通的过滤组件(未图示),所述过滤组件固设于所述电机组件下方,且所述过滤组件包含过滤器支架及套设于所述过滤器支架的过滤器;当吸尘器工作时,电机组件工作并使得吸尘器内产生负压,从而使得带有 杂物的空气由进气口26被吸入桶组件2内,带有杂物的空气经由过滤组件过滤后,杂物落入尘桶内,空气则由桶组件2流入机头组件1并从机头组件1中被排出吸尘器,所述杂物具体为灰尘等。在吸尘器工作时,电机组件工作产生的振动、空气在吸尘器内部流动所产生振动及空气经过过滤组件时所产生的振动等都会使得所述机头组件1及所述桶组件2之间存在相互运动的趋势,若所述机头组件1及所述桶组件2未能稳定可靠地连接,则所述机头组件1有可能会从桶组件2上脱离,从而可能会对用户造成伤害;同时,在进行清洁作业时,用户会经常需要对收容于所述桶组件2中的灰尘进行清洁,故机头组件1和桶组件2还需要能够快速地进行分离,以便于用户高效地进行清洁作业。下面将会详细的介绍本实施例的吸尘器如何在保持机头组件1及桶组件2能够快拆的基础上实现机头组件1及桶组件2的稳定相连。
所述连接组件3包含第一连接件31及连接于所述第一连接件31的第二连接件32,所述第一连接件31可与所述机头组件1相连,所述第二连接件32可与所述桶组件2相连,以此,所述机头组件1及所述桶组件2通过所述连接组件3实现了连接。具体地,所述第二连接件32在本实施例为连杆,其通过枢转轴33可转动地连接于所述第一连接件31,在其他实施例中,所述第二连接件32也可以是其他的可绕枢转轴转动的零件;所述桶组件2包含收容槽22及设于所述收容槽22的开口221处的止挡件21,在本实施例中,所述收容槽22为U型槽,需要注意的是,在其他实施例 中,所述收容槽也可以是长条形或方形等其他形状的;在安装所述第二连接件至所述桶组件2时,所述第二连接件32至少部分收容于所述收容槽22,并且当所述第二连接件32收容于所述收容槽22时,所述止挡件21可与所述收容槽22配合以限制所述第二连接件32沿所述收容槽22的开口方向向外脱出。在本实施例中,所述收容槽的开口方向为图9所示的a方向,所述a方向为所述机头组件1及所述桶组件2产生相对运动趋势时,所述第二连接件32主要的受力方向之一,以此,将所述第二连接件32安装到所述桶组件2的收容槽22后,当吸尘器处于工作状态时,所述第二连接件32在其他的主要受力方向上受到力作用时会被所述收容槽22限制而无法脱出,而在a方向上受到力作用时,会被所述止挡件21限制而无法脱出,以此,所述第二连接件32可与桶组件3稳定地连接。需要注意的是,在其他实施例中,所述开口方向也可以是所述机头组件1及所述桶组件2产生相对运动趋势时,第二连接件32其他的主要受力方向,相关内容会在后面的实施例中详细叙述,这里便不再赘述。
进一步地,所述止挡件21包含本体部211及自所述本体部211向远离所述收容槽22的方向延伸的导引部212。在安装所述第二连接件32至所述桶组件3时,所述第二连接件32可在推开所述导引部212后,向靠近所述收容槽22的方向运动直至收容于所述收容槽22,且当所述第二连接件23收容于所述收容槽22时,所述本体部211可限制所述第二连接件23沿收容槽22的开口方 向向外脱出。具体地,在安装所述第二连接件32至所述桶组件3的过程中,所述第二连接件32包含第一安装状态及第二安装状态,所述第二连接件32与所述导引部212接触并即将推开所述导引部212时,所述第二连接件32处于所述第一安装状态;所述第二连接件32与所述导引部212分离并向靠近所述收容槽22的方向运动直至收容于所述收容槽22时,所述第二连接件32处于所述第二安装状态。需要注意的是,在安装所述第二连接件32至所述桶组件3的过程中,所述第二连接件32至少包含所述第一安装状态及所述第二安装状态,所述第二连接件32在其他实施例中,也可以包含其他的安装状态。
进一步,在安装所述第二连接件32至所述桶组件3的过程中,所述第二连接件32至少包含第一安装方向,所述导引部212的延伸方向与所述第一安装方向相交,以此,所述第二连接件32处于所述第一安装状态时,所述第二连接件32必然可与所述导引部212接触并可推开所述导引部212。需要注意的是,所述第二连接件32还可以包含第二安装方向,当所述第二连接件32收容于所述收容槽22后,用户可向所述第二安装方向推动所述第二连接件32以使得所述第二连接件32与桶组件3的外表面贴合,以此,用户即完成了第二连接件32的安装。
进一步地,所述第二连接件32通过枢转轴33与所述第一连接件31可转动地相连。在完成了所述第二连接件32的安装后,用户可转动所述第一连接件31,并且当所述第一连接件31转动到 第一位置后,所述第一连接件31可以与所述机头组件1相连。具体地,所述第一连接件31还包含锁定部311,当所述第一连接件31转动到所述第一位置后,所述锁定部311可与所述机头组件1上的限位部15配合以连接所述第一连接件31与所述机头组件1。在本实施例中,所述锁定部311优选为钩结构,而对应的限位部15则为挡片结构,在进行所述第一连接件31的安装时,所述钩结构可与所述挡片结构卡合以连接所述第一连接件31及所述机头组件1,但在其他实施例中,所述锁定部311与所述限位部15的连接方式也可以选择其他可拆卸相连的方式。同时,在本实施例中,所述第一位置即为转动所述第一连接件31至一定角度后,所述第一连接件31与所述机头组件1形成配合时所述第一连接件31的位置。
进一步地,从所述机头组件1上拆卸所述第一连接件31的过程中,所述止挡件21的本体部211可限制所述第二连接件23沿收容槽22的开口方向向外脱出。具体地,当用户清理收容于所述桶组件2的灰尘时,需要将所述第一连接件31与所述机头组件1分离,但是在用户从所述机头组件1上拆卸所述第一连接件31的过程中,所述第二连接件32会受到用户施加的如图9所示的a方向的外力,从而若用户施加的外力较大,则所述第二连接件32会存在从所述收容槽22的开口221向外脱出的趋势,但是所述止挡件21的本体部211可对所述第二连接件32形成限位,以此,在用户拆卸所述机头组件1的过程中,所述第二连接件32亦不会意 外地从所述收容槽22脱落,用户也不需再次安装所述第二连接件32。
进一步地,从所述桶组件2上拆卸所述第二连接件32的过程中,所述第二连接件32包含第一拆卸状态及第二拆卸状态,所述第二连接件32与所述本体部211相接触并即将推开所述本体部211时,所述第二连接件32处于所述第一拆卸状态;所述第二连接件32与所述导引部212接触并即将推开所述导引部212时,所述第二连接件32处于所述第二拆卸状态。具体地,当所述连接组件3需要进行更换时,用户需要从所述桶组件2上拆卸所述第二连接件32。从所述桶组件2上拆卸所述第二连接件32的过程中,所述第二连接件32包含第一拆卸状态及第二拆卸状态;当所述第二连接件32收容于所述收容槽22内,且所述第二连接件32与所述本体部211相接触时,所述第二连接件32处于所述第一拆卸状态,此时用户需向远离所述收容槽22的方向对所述第二连接件32施加外力,以此,所述第二连接件32可推开所述本体部211并从所述收容槽22向外运动;当所述第二连接件32与所述导引部212相接触,此时所述第二连接件32处于所述第二拆卸状态,用户需要继续向所述第二连接件32施加外力以使得所述第二连接件32继续从所述收容槽22向外运动,以此,所述第二连接件32可推开所述导引部212直至与所述导引部212分离;由于所述本体部211的厚度大于所述导引部212的厚度,且从桶组件2上拆卸所述第二连接件32需要先后推开所述本体部211及导引部212,故, 从所述桶组件2上拆卸所述第二连接件32所需要的外力大于安装第二连接件32至所述桶组件2所需要的外力,以此,将所述第二连接件32安装至所述桶组件2后,所述第二连接件32可以较为稳定地安装于所述桶组件2上。
实施例2
请具体参考图10-图11,本实用新型的一实施例提供了一种吸尘器,所述吸尘器与实施例1所提供的吸尘器仅是以下内容不同:在本实施例中,所述收容槽的开口方向为图11所示的b方向,所述b方向为所述机头组件1及所述桶组件2产生相对运动趋势时,第二连接件32主要的受力方向之一,以此,将第二连接件32安装到桶组件2的收容槽22后,当吸尘器处于工作状态时,所述第二连接件32在其他的主要受力方向上受到力作用时会被所述收容槽22限制而无法脱出,而在b方向上受到力作用时,会被所述止挡件21限制而无法脱出,以此,所述第二连接件32可与桶组件3稳定地连接。需要注意的是,收容槽22的开口方向为实施例1所述的a方向或本实施例所述的b方向仅是便于安装的较优的实施方式,在其他实施例中,所述收容槽22的开口方向也可以是向上或者其他。由于本实施例的吸尘器的其他结构与实施例1基本一致,这里便不再赘述。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体, 各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本实用新型的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本实用新型的保护范围,凡未脱离本实用新型技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种吸尘器,包含第一组件及可安装于所述第一组件上的第二组件,所述第二组件与所述第一组件通过连接组件可拆卸地连接,所述连接组件包含第一连接件及连接于所述第一连接件的第二连接件,所述第一连接件可与所述第二组件相连,所述第二连接件可与所述第一组件相连;
    其特征在于,所述第一组件包含收容槽及设于所述收容槽的开口处的止挡件,所述止挡件包含本体部及自所述本体部向远离所述收容槽的方向延伸的导引部;在安装所述第二连接件至所述第一组件时,所述第二连接件可在推开所述导引部后,向靠近所述收容槽的方向运动直至收容于所述收容槽内;当所述第二连接件收容于所述收容槽时,所述本体部可限制所述第二连接件沿所述收容槽的开口方向向外脱出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述第一组件为集尘组件,所述第二组件为盖组件,所述连接组件连接所述集尘组件及所述盖组件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,在安装所述第二连接件至所述集尘组件的过程中,所述第二连接件包含第一安装方向,所述导引部的延伸方向与所述第一安装方向相交。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,在安装所述第二连接件至所述集尘组件的过程中,所述第二连接件包含第一安装状态及第二安装状态;
    当所述第二连接件与所述导引部相接触并即将推开所述导引部时,所述第二连接件处于所述第一安装状态;当所述第二连接件与所述导引部脱离并向靠近所述收容槽的方向运动直至收容于所述收容槽时,所述第二连接件处于所述第二安装状态。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,在从所述集尘组件上拆卸所述第二连接件时,所述第二连接件向远离所述收容槽的方向运动并先后推开所述本体部及导引部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述第二连接件通过枢转轴与所述第一连接件可转动地相连。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,安装所述第二连接件至所述第一组件后,所述第一连接件可绕所述枢转轴转动并可与所述第二组件相连。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述第一连接件还包含锁定部,所述锁定部可与所述第二组件配合以连接所述第一连接件及所述第二组件。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述本体部的厚度大于所述导引部的厚度。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述止挡件一体成型于所述收容槽的开口处。
