本发明的微型吸尘器包括壳体、叶片、电池、驱动电机和过滤网,如图1-7所示,驱动电机40和电池60电性连接,叶片50安装固定在驱动电机的输出轴上,打开微型吸尘器100的控制开关110使得驱动电机40通电,从而带动叶片50转动,通过壳体上的进风孔33和出风孔25起到吸尘作用。
其中,壳体包括三个部分,分别是上壳10、中壳20和下壳30,上壳10和中壳20通过卡接固定,卡接固定方式方便拆卸和安装,当然,也可以采用其他可拆卸的方式固定上壳和中壳,比如通过螺钉螺接上壳和中壳。如图2所示,电池60和驱动电机40安装固定在上壳10和中壳20之间形成的腔体内部,从而方便拆卸上壳和中壳就方便更换上壳和中壳之间的电池,或对上壳和中壳内的驱动电机进行检测和维修。中壳20对应驱动电机安装固定位置设置有用于避让驱动电机的输出轴的避让孔,驱动电机的输出轴通过中壳穿过到中壳和下壳30之间,叶片50固定到驱动电机的输出轴上位于中壳和下壳之间形成的腔体内,且过滤网70也位于下壳和中壳之间,微型吸尘器100的用于吸尘的进风孔33位于下壳30的底部位置,叶片50对应进风孔的位置设置,这样使得叶片50在转动过程中的吸风效果更佳,从而使得吸尘效果更佳。在中壳和下壳之间形成的腔体周围设置有出风孔,从而形成空气的流动,便于吸尘,过滤网70围绕着出风孔设置,从而确保灰尘或杂物进入到过滤网内,而防止灰尘或杂物随出风 孔向外吹出。
本发明中壳和下壳之间也是通过卡接固定方式进行安装固定,卡接固定方便安装和拆卸,从而就方便拆卸中壳和底壳,进而方便清理中壳和下壳之间过滤网处的灰尘或杂物。当然,也可以通过其它可拆卸的方式安装固定下壳和中壳,比如,直接在中壳和下壳的表面设置相互配合的螺纹,直接把中壳和下壳进行螺接固定。
在本实施例中,上壳10和中壳20的卡接固定的具体方式为:如图5所示的中壳的结构示意图,所述中壳20设置有至少两个间隔布置的第一卡扣21,本实施例第一卡扣的个数为两个,当然,也可以设置其他个数,比如设置3个、4个等。对应的,如图4所示上壳的结构示意图,所述上壳10设置有与所述第一卡扣21卡配的第一卡槽11,所述上壳10在所述第一卡槽11位置设置有用于避让所述第一卡扣21的第一避让口13,所述第一卡扣21放置在第一避让口13位置通过旋转卡入到所述第一卡槽11内。这样固定方式简单方便,沿一个方向通过转动上壳或中壳将第一卡扣卡入到第一卡槽内使得第一卡扣和第一卡槽进行卡配,从而将上壳和中壳固定连接在一起;拆卸上壳和中壳时,沿与上述转动方向相反的方向转动上壳或中壳使得第一卡扣脱离出第一卡槽内,从而上壳和中壳固定位置分离,拆开上壳和中壳。
如图4和图5所示,所述中壳20设置有第二卡扣22,所述上壳10设置有与所述第二卡扣22卡配的第二卡槽12。通过第二卡扣和第二卡槽的卡配使得上壳和中壳之间的固定更加牢固。其中,第一卡扣21位于中壳20的一端,第二卡扣22位于中壳20的另一端,设置两个第一卡扣21间隔布置与第二卡扣22形成三角形结构,对应的,上壳上的第一卡槽11和第二卡槽12配合中壳上的第一卡扣和第二卡扣设置,从而通过第一卡扣和第一卡槽的卡配以及第二卡扣和第二卡槽的卡配使得上壳和中壳牢固的固定在一起,而且方便拆卸,这是上壳和中壳卡接固定的一种具体方式,当然,也可以采用其他的方式进行固定。
如图5所示,第二卡扣21的中部设置有一开槽26,对应的上壳在第一卡槽 内壁上设置有与开槽26配合的凸点(图中未显示),从而使得第一卡扣和第一卡槽的卡配效果更佳。
本实施例微型吸尘器的中壳20和下壳30之间具体的卡接方式为:如图5-7所示,所述下壳30设置有第三卡扣31和第四卡扣32,所述第三卡扣31和第四卡扣32相对设置,所述中壳20分别设置有与所述第三卡扣31卡配的第三卡槽23、与所述第四卡扣32卡配的第四卡槽24,所述第一卡扣和第二卡扣位于中壳的一面上,所述第三卡槽23和第四卡槽24位于中壳的另一面。这是下壳和中壳卡配的一种具体方式,通过第三卡扣和第三卡槽的卡配以及第四卡扣和第四卡槽的卡配使得中壳和下壳之间固定牢固,且便于拆卸。
所述第三卡扣31和第四卡扣32设置有加强筋35,设置加强筋增加第三卡扣和第四卡扣的强度,过滤网设置在中壳和下壳之间,清理灰尘需要经常拆开下壳和中壳,这样对第三卡扣和第四卡扣的使用频率比较高,设置加强筋增加强度,从而就防止经常使用第三卡扣和第四卡扣而使其受损。为了进一步增加第三卡扣和第四卡扣的强度,下壳分别在第三卡扣和第四卡扣位置设置有加强板36,加强板36与加强筋35连接,从而进一步增加第三卡扣和第四卡扣的强度。
在本实施例中,所述壳体底部设置有毛刷34,毛刷34围绕着进风孔33设置。在吸尘过程中毛刷34对桌面或其他表面上的灰尘刷动,起到使灰尘脱离桌面或其他表面的作用,进而就方便微型吸尘器将灰尘吸入进风孔33。
在本实施例中,所述壳体的大小从其顶部至其底部逐渐增大,这样设置使得微型吸尘器的整体上端小下端大,适合使用者的手型,使用者用手拿握微型吸尘器的顶部,通过微型吸尘器的底部的进风孔进行吸尘,从而方便使用者用手拿握进行使用。且所述壳体的横截面为闭合的弧线形,这样设置使得微型吸尘器的壳体表面无棱角,从而增加使用者拿握的舒适度,而且防止使用者在拿握时因棱角而对使用者的手造成损害。当然,壳体的横截面也可以为其他结构,比如壳体的横截面为多边形,像三角形结构,四边形结构等。
在本实施例中,如图2-3所示,微型吸尘器100还包括一用于安装固定过滤 网70的固定架71,过滤网安装固定在固定架71上,固定架71再安装固定在下壳和中壳之间,相比把过滤网直接固定在中壳和下壳之间,把过滤网安装固定在固定架上使得过滤网过滤灰尘或杂物的效果更佳。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种微型吸尘器,其特征在于,包括壳体和位于所述壳体内的驱动电机、固定在所述驱动电机的输出轴上的叶片及与所述驱动电机电性连接的电池,所述微型吸尘器的进风孔位于所述壳体底部上,所述微型吸尘器的出风孔位于所述壳体的顶部和底部之间的侧壁上,所述驱动电机驱动所述叶片吸尘,所述叶片对应所述进风孔位置设置,所述壳体的大小从其顶部至其底部逐渐增大。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的微型吸尘器,其特征在于,所述壳体的横截面为闭合的弧线形。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的微型吸尘器,其特征在于,所述壳体的横截面为三角形。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的微型吸尘器,其特征在于,所述壳体底部设置有毛刷。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的微型吸尘器,其特征在于,所述壳体包括上壳、中壳和下壳,所述中壳和上壳可拆卸固定,所述中壳和下壳可拆卸固定;所述叶片安装固定在所述中壳和下壳之间,所述进风孔设置在所述下壳底部,所述出风孔设置在所述中壳和下壳之间,所述微型吸尘器的过滤网安装固定在中壳和下壳之间并配合所述出风孔设置;所述电池安装固定在所述上壳和中壳之间。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的微型吸尘器,其特征在于,所述上壳和中壳卡接固定。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的微型吸尘器,其特征在于,所述中壳设置有至少两个间隔布置的第一卡扣,对应的,所述上壳设置有与所述第一卡扣卡配的第一卡槽,所述上壳在所述第一卡槽位置设置有用于避让所述第一卡扣的第一避让口,所述第一卡扣放置在第一避让口位置通过旋转卡入到所述第一卡槽内;所述中壳设置有第二卡扣,所述上壳设置有与所述第二卡扣卡配的第二卡槽。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的微型吸尘器,其特征在于,所述中壳和下壳卡接固 定。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的微型吸尘器,其特征在于,所述下壳设置有第三卡扣和第四卡扣,所述第三卡扣和第四卡扣相对设置,所述中壳分别设置有与所述第三卡扣卡配的第三卡槽、与所述第四卡扣卡配的第四卡槽。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的微型吸尘器,其特征在于,所述微型吸尘器还包括安装在固定在所述中壳和下壳之间的固定架,所述过滤网安装固定在所述固定架上。
