图7是本实用新型工具箱第二实施例的连接图。
本发明的最佳实施方式
为了对本实用新型的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
图1至3示出了本实用新型工具箱的第一实施例。该工具箱,其可以安装电池、车载视频监控设备或者其他设备,便于用户或者供应者了解电池、车载视频监控设备或者其他设备的去向。另外,其制作成本低、外观美观,且天线的收发信号效率高。进一步地,在本实施例中,该工具箱,其可以供电池安装。当然,可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,其也可以供其他设备安装。
如图1至图3所示,该工具箱,包括箱体10、通讯电路板、主控电路板50、至少一个通讯天线21;该通讯电路板设置在该箱体10内部,其可以与该通讯天线21的第一端连接;该主控电路板50设置在该箱体10中,与该通讯电路板连接,其可对该通讯电路板传输来的信号进行处理、转化,其可以与该通讯天线21连接,其可以与该通讯天线21形成一体结构,其可以控制该通讯天线21发出信号。当然,可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,其可以通过连接件与该通讯天线21连接,以与该通讯天线21形成分离结构。
进一步地,该箱体10可以采用金属材质制成,具体地,其各表面均可以采用金属材料制成,优选地,该箱体可以采用铁制成,当然,可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,该箱体10的材质不限于铁,其可以为不锈钢或者其他金属,也可以为塑料,不限于金属材质。该箱体10内侧设有容纳空间,以供可充电电池、车载视频监控设备或者其他设备的安放,在本实施例中,其可以供电池安放。具体地,箱体10包括箱子主体部11以及盖体12;该箱子主体部11可以为长方体状、正方体状或者圆柱状,在本实施例中,优选地,该箱子主体部11可以为长方体状,该箱子主体部11为半封闭结构,具有一开口,其内侧形成收容电池的容纳空间;该盖体12可以盖合该箱子主体部11的开口,从而使得该容纳空间形成密封空间。该盖体12与该箱子主体部11可以为可拆卸连接,以便于电池的安装。该箱体10的表面设有至少一个开孔,该至少一个通讯天线21,的第一端可以通过该开孔被引入该箱体10内部,第二端可以位于该箱体10的外部。
进一步地,该通讯天线21与该通讯电路板连接,其可用于收发信号,并将该信号传输至该主控电路板50;在本实施例中,该通讯天线21可以设置在该箱体10的外表面,其可形成设置在箱体10上的常规外置构件20,该外置构件20可以为标签、装饰件、连接件或者固定件,从而使得该通讯天线21不仅具有收发信号的功能,还具有其他功能,通过将该通讯天线21设置在该箱体10的外表面,即可以避免该箱体10给该通讯天线21收发信号造成干扰,也可以降低通讯天线的安装成本,降低该箱至本体10的制造成本,避免影响箱体的外观。在本实施例中,该通讯天线21,可以为卫星定位通信天线、移动通讯天线、蓝牙通讯天线、WIFI通讯天线中的一个或多个。
具体地,在本实施例中,该通讯天线21包括第一天线211以及第二天线212;该第一天线211和该第二天线212均可以作为外置构件20,设置在该箱体10的外表面。
在本实施例中,该第一天线211可以为片状,具体地,其可以为金属片,其可以通过紧固件固定在该箱体10的外表面,作为箱体10一些部件的固定件。当然,可以理解地,该第一天线211也可以为金属薄膜,其可以镀在该箱体10的外表面。该第一天线211不限于作为固定件使用,其可以作为装饰件,比如铭牌,起到装饰的作用等。在本实施例中,具体地,该第一天线211可以作为把手固定件。该第一天线211与该主控电路板50和通讯电路板连接,其可用于接收卫星定位信号,并将该定位信号发送给该通讯电路板,由通讯电路板对其进行处理分析,转化为箱体10的位置信息,并发送给主控电路板50,该主控电路板50可以通过控制该第一天线211将该箱体10的位置信息输出至终端设备。
在本实施例中,该第二天线212可以为片状,具体地,其可以为金属片,其可以通过紧固件固定在该箱体10的外表面,作为箱体10一些部件的固定件。当然,可以理解地,该第二天线212也可以为金属薄膜,其可以镀在该箱体10的外表面。该第二天线212不限于作为固定件使用,其可以作为装饰件,其到装饰的作用等。在本实施例中,具体地,该第二天线212可以作为把手固定件。该第二天线212与该主控电路板50和通讯电路板连接,其可用于接收数据信号,并将该数据信号发送给该通讯电路板,由通讯电路板对其进行处理、分析,并发送给主控电路板50,该主控电路板50可以通过控制该第二天线212将数据信号输出至终端设备。可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,该第二天线212可以省去。
在本实施例中,该箱体10和该通讯天线21之间还设有绝缘件22;该绝缘件22其可以将通讯天线21与该箱体10隔离,避免影响通讯天线21收发信号,且其可以与该通讯天线21一并形成该箱体10的外置构件20。该绝缘件22可以采用塑料、陶瓷、木材等绝缘材质制成,其可以为绝缘板或者绝缘垫片,在本实施例中,优选地,该绝缘件22可以为绝缘板;其数量可以与该通讯天线21的数量一一对应,也可以一个绝缘件22上设置多根通讯天线21。在本实施例中,优选地,一个绝缘件22上可设置两根通讯天线21,这两根通讯天线21分开,且并排设置。该绝缘件22的厚度大于0.3mm,在本实施例中,优选地,该绝缘件22的厚度为0.3mm~6mm;在该厚度范围内,该通讯天线21收发信号的效率较高,收到的干扰较小。当然,可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,该绝缘件22的厚度不限于0.3mm~6mm。
该通讯电路板,其可以集成于该主控电路板50中,其包括定位模块以及通信模块24;该定位模块设置在该箱体10中,其与该主控电路板50连接,其可以实时定位该箱体10的位置,其可以与该第一天线211连接。该通信模块24与该主控电路板50连接,其可用于传输数据信号,以与外部设备进行通信,其可以与该第二天线212连接,可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,该通信模块24可以省去。
该定位模块可以为GPS模块23,其集成于该通讯电路板中,位于该主控电路板的端口中,以与该第一天线211连接。对应地,该第一天线211可以为GPS天线。
该通信模块24可以为蓝牙通信模块241、WIFI通信模块242、GSM通信模块243中的一种或者多种,其中GSM通信模块为2G通信模块、3G通信模块或者4G通信模块;在本实施例中,优选地,该通信模块为蓝牙通信模块241。对应地,该第二天线212可以为BT天线212a、WIFI天线212b、GSM 天线212c中的一种或多种,在本实施例中,优选地,该第二天线212可以为BT天线212a。
进一步地,在本实施例中,该箱体10上还可以设置把手30;该把手30设置在该箱体10的外部,其可以便于提拿该工具箱。该把手30的数量可以为一个或者多个,在本实施例中,优选地,该把手30的数量为一个,具体地,该把手30可以安装在该绝缘件22上,其包括把手钢丝31以及套设在该把手钢丝31外围的胶壳32;该胶壳32可以起到绝缘的作用。该把手30可以安装在该绝缘件22上,其可通过该通讯天线21固定在该绝缘件22,该通讯天线21可以设置在该把手30的两端,形成该把手30的把手固定件,用于固定该把手30。当然,可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,该把手30可以省去。
进一步地,该工具箱还包括连接组件40;该连接组件40可以用于连接通讯天线21和该主控电路板50;该连接组件40包括紧固件41、绝缘介子42以及连接线43;该紧固件41包括紧固螺丝411以及紧固螺母412;该通讯天线21、绝缘件22以及箱体11上均对应开设有通孔,该紧固螺丝411可以从该通孔穿入该箱体11中,该紧固螺母412可以套设在该紧固螺丝411上,以实现固定。该绝缘介子42的数量可以为两个,其分别套设在该紧固螺丝411上,且位于该箱体11内外两侧,其可以起到绝缘的作用。该连接线42的一端设有金属环,该金属环套设在该紧固螺丝上,该连接线42的另一端设有插接端子,该插接端子可以与该主控电路板50上的端口插接。该连接线42可以将该通讯天线21收到的信号传输至该主控电路板50,也可以将该主控电路板50发出的信号传输至该通讯天线21。可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,该连接组件40不限于紧固件41、绝缘介子42以及连接线43。
该主控电路板50,其可以包括控制线路板以及设置在该控制线路板上的控制芯片或者中央处理器;该通讯电路板可以集成设置于该主控电路板50上,具体地,该定位模块和该通信模块24可以设置在该控制线路板上与该控制芯片连接,该控制线路板上可以设置多个接口;该定位模块和通信模块24一一对应设置在每个接口中,与对应的通讯天线21连接。
图4至图7示出了本实用新型工具箱的第二实施例,其与该第一实施例的区别在于,该把手30的数量可以为两个或者多个,该定位模块包括GPS模块23;该通信模块24包括蓝牙通信模块241、WIFI通信模块242、GSM通信模块243;对应的,该天线21可以包括GPS天线、BT天线212a、WIFI天线212b、以及GSM 天线212c;这四个通讯天线21分别设置在两个把手30的两端,通过四组连接组件40与该主控电路板连接。可以理解地,在其他一些实施例中,该把手30、通信模块24以及第二天线212的数量均不限。
可以理解的,以上实施例仅表达了本实用新型的优选实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制;应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,可以对上述技术特点进行自由组合,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围;因此,凡跟本实用新型权利要求范围所做的等同变换与修饰,均应属于本实用新型权利要求的涵盖范围。                                                                                     

Claims (10)

  1. 一种工具箱,包括箱体(10),其特征在于,
    所述箱体(10)的各表面均为金属材料制成,所述箱体(10)内设有容纳空间;
    所述箱体(10)表面设有至少一个开孔,还设有至少一个通讯天线(21);
    所述至少一个通讯天线(21)的第一端通过所述开孔被引入到所述箱体(10)内部,第二端位于所述箱体(10)外部;
    所述箱体(10)与所述通讯天线(21)之间设有绝缘件(22),且所述通讯天线(21)形成所述箱体(10)的常规外置构件(20)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的工具箱,其特征在于,所述通讯天线(21)包括卫星定位通信天线、移动通讯天线、蓝牙通讯天线、WIFI通讯天线中的一个或多个。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的工具箱,其特征在于,还包括设于所述箱体(10)内部、与所述通讯天线(21)的第一端连接的通讯电路板。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的工具箱,其特征在于,还包括设于所述箱体(10)内部的主控电路板(50),所述主控电路板(50)与所述通讯天线(21)是一体结构、或者是通过连接件相互连接的分离结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的工具箱,其特征在于,所述外置构件(20)包括标签、装饰件、连接件以及固定件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的工具箱,其特征在于,所述外置构件(20)包括把手固定件;所述箱体(10)上设有把手(30),所述把手(30)安装在所述绝缘件(22)上,所述通讯天线(21)设置在所述把手(30)两端,形成所述把手固定件,以固定所述把手(30)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的工具箱,其特征在于,所述工具箱还包括连接所述通讯天线(21)和所述主控电路板(50)的连接组件(40)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的工具箱,其特征在于,所述连接组件(40)包括紧固件(41)、绝缘介子(42)以及连接线(43);所述紧固件(41)与所述通讯天线(21)、绝缘件(22)以及箱体(10)连接,以将所述通讯天线(21)安装于所述箱体(10)的表面,所述连接线(43)设置在所述紧固件(41)的一端,且位于所述箱体(10)中;所述绝缘介子(42)设置在所述紧固件(41)上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的工具箱,其特征在于,所述绝缘件(22)包括绝缘板或者绝缘垫片。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的工具箱,其特征在于,所述绝缘件(22)的厚度大于0.3mm。
